Now you have some people, for example, that'll go on a ketogenic diet, which is a high-fat, moderate-protein diet, low-carb diet. They reduce the sugar, they reduce the carbs, but then they'll say something like, why am I not still losing weight? So a lot of people on a ketogenic diet, they still tend to not lose weight, and I think they're missing one component. And so this one component is, I believe they're still eating too much, meaning they need to restrict their windows of eating at least 3 times a week. So you can't be eating from the time you wake up to the time you go to bed at night because that allow for your liver to really do the work to start burning the fat. And when you're doing that, your body can go into ketosis and your body can start to make sure that it is using fat for fuel and not sugar for fuel.
