Dubai Just Started Moving BILLIONS Onto The XRP Ledger

In this solo explainer, host Kamilah Stevenson outlines the Dubai Land Department’s project to record and trade fractional ownership of Dubai real‑estate on the XRP Ledger. She describes Phase 1, which enables on‑chain title deeds for fractional tokens, and Phase 2, a regulated secondary market, noting the current scope (~$5 million in property across 10 buildings, 7.8 million tokens) and the ambitious target of $16 billion by 2033. Stevenson emphasizes the significance of a sovereign government trusting the XRP Ledger with legal land titles, arguing this conservative adoption signals the technology’s readiness for high‑value, regulated assets and could serve as a template for other jurisdictions. She differentiates the impact of the ledger’s use from a government buying XRP, focusing on long‑term value creation rather than price speculation. The video advises individual investors to consider early exposure, understand the distinction between price and intrinsic value, and structure holdings tax‑efficiently—she recommends a Roth IRA via iTrust Capital for XRP and other assets. Throughout, she provides disclosures, affiliate links, and an invitation for one‑on‑one clarity calls, while encouraging viewer engagement about Dubai experiences and interest in property ownership.

Dubai just put a piece of its real estate market on the XRP Ledger, and I want to show you something that a whole government just did while everybody is still arguing about whether crypto is going to be successful or not. I want to get into it. I'm Kamilah Stevenson, and around here we talk wealth. Go ahead and like the video and subscribe if you have not already because I want to share something powerful. Uh, let me know, have you ever been to Dubai? I have not, but I would love to go. But I want to know if you have been there. Let me know so I can see, um, how many people have actually been there. All right, let's go ahead and get right into it because there's a lot going on as always. So let me give you this picture very clearly, and I want to keep it very accurate, okay? Because I want to give you the real version, um, at every point. I don't want to inflate anything that's happening with XRP and this market, because we don't need to hype it, okay? There's just so much going on. If we just give the data and you do your due diligence, listen, uh, you will find that things are headed in the right direction, uh, whether you agree or not. And let me say this real quick, nothing I share is of financial advice. Everything I share is for educational and entertainment purposes only. So do your due diligence. Now The Dubai Land Department, which is the actual government agency that records who owns what property in the city, has been running a project to put real estate ownership onto the blockchain. And the blockchain they chose is the XRP Ledger. Now, in the first phase, they built a platform that lets people buy fractional ownership in real Dubai properties with the official title deeds recorded on-chain and kept in sync with the government's own land registry. And recently they switched on the second phase, which lets those property tokens be traded on a controlled, regulated secondary market. Right now it is roughly $5 million worth of property, around 10 buildings, broken into about 7.8 million tradable tokens. So that's the real number for today. But the plan that they have stated out loud is far bigger, and that's to put around $16 billion of Dubai real estate on chain by the year 2033. Now let me take you under the headline because the dollar amount is not the important part of this. The real thing that you should pay attention to is who did this and what they chose to put on the line. So this is not some small deal because this is a government taking the legal record of property ownership the deed, the single most important document proving you own your home, and trusting it to the XRP Ledger, synced right alongside its official records. Now think about how conservative that is. Governments are not going to, uh, gamble with land title, okay? Real estate is the slowest, heaviest, most paperwork-buried asset class on the planet, the one drowning in lawyers and notaries and weeks of waiting on every single transfer that happens. So when a government picks this ledger to carry the hardest, most regulated asset there, they are making a statement that the rails are ready for serious real-world weight. The hardest test is the most convincing one to pass. And here's what it does for the ordinary person, which this is the part that I love. For most of history, owning a piece of prime city real estate took a fortune, okay? You needed hundreds of thousands of dollars and a mountain of paperwork,, just to get in through the door with this. What Dubai built lets a regular person own a sliver of a property for a few hundred dollars and trade that sliver in seconds instead of waiting weeks for a sale to close. So that's the real shift in who gets to own the kind of assets that build real wealth over time. It cracks open a door that used to be locked to almost everyone but the already wealthy. Okay, so let me connect it to a bigger picture, and I'm going to be straight with you about the nuance because I never want to hand you a story that doesn't hold up under a hard look. Okay, so what matters most here is that this is a template. Okay, once the government proves the property can live on this ledger, trade in seconds, and stay perfectly in sync with the law, other governments and other asset issuers suddenly have a working example that they can copy, right? So that is how adoption spreads. And I always talk about the behavior patterns of how adoption works, not with one giant announcement, okay, but with one credible proof that others then follow. Okay, and let me be honest about the XRP, uh, piece itself. Okay, so a government using the XRP Ledger to tokenize real estate is not the same thing as a government buying billions of XRP. It's not the same thing. Okay, so these are totally different things, but what it does is deeper and slower than that. It makes the ledger the home for serious real-world assets, and the more real-world value that lives and moves across these rails, the more essential the asset sitting at the center of them becomes over the years. So you're watching the foundation get chosen, not the fireworks go off, okay? And these are the type of things that you should watch if you want to know exactly what is happening and how it will play a part in the future of this technology. And so these are the type of movements that you have to look at what's happening. And you got to ask yourself, why would governments and countries and and smart money, uh, position in this manner? Why would they be doing it? They are doing it because they see something ahead that most people don't see. They are positioning themselves. They are getting ahead of the curve because they already know what's happening. And a lot of them know more information than we do. They understand something that's allowing them to take action, that's allowing them to put big money, um, towards this particular asset. There are some who are preparing for the rails. There are some who are putting their assets on the ledger, but at the same time, they are investing in the asset. Why? Because they know that the value of the asset will increase as real-world assets go on the blockchain. They can make the connection. It's easy for them to make the connection. It's just hard for us to make the connection because we look at price, right? Most people look at price. Not, not me. I'm not looking at price. I'm looking at value. Price comes last. It matches value at some point. They know that. Institutions know that. Big money knows that. And so they are not necessarily concerned with the price being the trigger point to where they move or when they move. Okay? Even for some institutions, they're not waiting on the price. They're just waiting on the structure, the legalities, the rules of the road. Okay? But they're not waiting on price necessarily. There are some that need price to be stable in order to move across the ledger because they're dealing with so much money and they can't have the volatility. So we get that part, yes. But for you who don't have big money, who can't chase into momentum, you want to be positioned early and not late. That is how you get your return on investment. And you got to be practical with your own wealth. You got to know how this fits into your story. Your story are not their story unless you're an institution. Unless you got hundreds of millions of dollars, uh, that you can move on, right? The more money you have, by the way, the less risk you have to take. So the whole lesson of Dubai is the value of, again, owning real appreciating assets and owning them in a way that is efficient and built to last. You can take that exact idea home with you. It has to work for you. Whatever real and scarce assets that you're holding for the long run— XRP, the metals, the things you bought, to grow over the years, where you hold them, where you decide to hold them, decides how much of that growth you're going to keep. And I'm telling you, it's easy to make money, it's harder to keep it. Okay, so for the long term, this is the reason why I do take a portion of mine. I use a Roth retirement structure through iTrust Capital where you can hold XRP, other digital assets, and metals together in one place. And the qualified growth comes out the far side without the tax taking its bite on the way. I do not want that to happen to me and my money and the money that I have stored up for my children and my grandchildren. So owning the right assets is only half of the game. Owning them inside the right structure is the half that most people forget. Okay, so I'm going to leave their link in the description. You can take a look at it yourself, and they do give you a $100, uh, funding bonus when you fund your account, and you can use that for more assets. I know they are coming out with ETFs and stocks. They said in the summertime, so we're still waiting on that. And if you want me to sit with you and kind of map out the full picture, you know, what you hold, how it's structured, that is exactly what our one-on-one clarity calls are for. You can book one, um, with the link in the description if you would like to go over everything concerning your personal plan, your portfolio, your time horizon, uh, how much you should allocate to what asset and how it should be properly structured. Because if it's not properly structured right, you can wind up losing a lot in the end. All right, and so let me know in the comments. I asked you earlier, have you been to Dubai? I would just love to know. And would you like to own property in Dubai? Let me know what you're thinking about there. You know, I've been looking at some of the property there and it's beautiful. It's beautiful, some of the properties there. Anyway, I just want to say lastly, I appreciate you. And go ahead and like the video, subscribe if you have not already. And as always, I want you to stay wise, stay wealthy, and I'll see you in the next video.
