Every Crypto You Own Is LOSING Value — Except XRP

Kamilah Stevenson explains how most cryptocurrencies inflate through daily coin minting, while XRP burns coins on every transaction, shrinking supply. As demand grows from institutional adoption and AI volume, XRP's deflationary design creates a dual price catalyst that other assets can't match.

Hey, it's Kamilah Stevenson, and around here we talk wealth. And I'm going to talk about the inflation problem that most people have never connected to crypto. Now, I started to realize that there is something that happens to certain assets over time just by existing, and it's not because of what the banks do or what regulators decide, but it's just because of how it was built. And when we think of inflation, you probably already understand the dollar inflation. You know that the dollar buys less every single year. You know that the more dollars that get created, it dilutes the ones that already exist. And you may have felt it in the grocery store when you're shopping or at the gas pump, or when you just look at the cost of a house 20 years ago versus how much it costs today. Now, that concept is not new to people, but here's the question that I have. Have you ever applied that exact same thinking to your crypto portfolio? I'm going to explain it because right now, while you are holding certain cryptocurrencies and while you're watching the price and reading the news and waiting for the next move, new coins are being created inside those networks every single day. Not printed by a government, but created by the protocol itself to pay people who keep those networks running. Stick with me to the end because you're gonna understand exactly what I mean. So you have Ethereum that does it, Solana does it, BNB does it, Doge does it. Every single one of those networks have to continuously create new coins to compensate the people who provide computing power to keep the lights on. So those people, the miners, the validators, the stakers, They do not work for free. They get paid in newly created coins. And here is what that means for you as a holder. Every new coin created dilutes the ones that you already have. Now, it's not something that's super dramatic at all, but it is consistently, and it's quietly, and it's every single day. The crypto you are holding in those networks is becoming less rare over time and not more. So the math is working against your position, whether you're watching it or not. Now, I do want to be clear, that does not automatically make those assets bad investments. Demand can outpace inflation and price can go up even as supply increases. But it is a mathematical reality that most crypto holders have never thought of. And when you comprehend it and you see it clearly, it completely changes how you evaluate the assets that you are holding and why. Because not every crypto works this way. There is one in the top 10 that works in the exact opposite direction, and that is what we're going to get into next. So let me show you something that I think is going to reframe how you see XRP completely. Every time a transaction happens on the XRP Ledger, a tiny amount of XRP gets destroyed. Not sent to a wallet or paid to a validator. I'm talking about destroyed, gone permanently, and it cannot be recovered. It does not go anywhere. It just ceased to exist. That means every single day, the total amount of XRP in the world is lower than it was the day before because it is built into the architecture of how the network functions. Every transaction, every time, automatically. Right now, the total amount burned is around 15 million XRP, which relative to the total supply might not sound significant yet, but here is what matters about that number. It accelerates. The more the network gets used, the more XRP gets permanently removed from existence. So more institutional transactions, more AI agent activity, more cross-border settlements, running through the ledger, every single one of those cases we talked about, every demand driver simultaneously removes XRP from the available supply forever. Most assets work where increased demand drives price up. XRP works where increased demand drives the price up and drives supply down at the same time, both forces moving simultaneously in the same direction. Now here's the part that most people don't understand, and that is why XRP can do this when almost no other majority network can. Every other top network has a fundamental problem. They need people to provide computing power to keep the network running, and those people do not work for free. Bitcoin pays miners. Ethereum pays validators. Solana pays stakers. The payment requires creating new coins. You stop creating new coins and nobody has a reason to keep the network running. So they're trapped. They have to keep inflating their supply to keep their networks alive. The XRP Ledger solved this problem differently from the beginning. Validators on the XRP Ledger do not receive XRP for running the network. They contribute computing power because they believe in the long-term utility of what is being built. Banks run validator nodes. Financial institutions run validator nodes. Technology companies run validator nodes, not because they're getting paid in XRP, but because having a seat at the table of this infrastructure is valuable enough on its own. No payment to validators means no new XRP being created ever. The supply only goes down. So this means the math only works in one direction. Think about it this way. Imagine two businesses on the same street. The first one has to give something away for free every single day just to keep its staff showing up every day. More giveaways, more cost, more dilution of what they have. The second business has people showing up because they genuinely believe in what is being built, and they are compensated through the long-term success on the enterprise, not through daily handouts. The first business is constantly bleeding value to sustain itself, and the second one is building something that compounds. Most crypto networks are the first business. The XRP Ledger is the second. And here is where this connects to something bigger than just a tokenomics conversation. So let me connect everything we just covered to something personal. Most people in this space think about XRP appreciation one way. Demand goes up, price follows, banks come in, institutions buy, AI agents need it, regulatory clarity arrives, and more buyers competing for the same asset drives the number higher. That is a real play out, but most people stop there because there is a second force working simultaneously that almost nobody is factoring into their thinking., and it has nothing to do with who is buying or what regulation says or what the price chart looks like today. The supply is shrinking every day, automatically, permanently. So you have two forces moving in the same direction at the same time. Demand increasing as institutional adoption grows and AI agents' activity scales, and supply decreasing as every transaction burns XRP out of existence forever. Most assets, again, only have one of those forces working for them at any given time. XRP has both running simultaneously by design. And here's where I want to bring this back to something you already understand deeply. You know why the dollar loses purchasing power? More dollars get created, which makes each one you hold worth a little less over time. That is inflation working against you quietly in the background whether you're paying attention to it or not. Now, if you flip that, XRP has fewer coins in existence today than yesterday, and fewer yesterday than the day before, and the day before that. The math runs in the opposite direction, not because of a decision that someone made and not because of a policy that changed, but because of architecture that cannot be altered without destroying the entire network. In a world where almost everything around you is designed to become less rare over time— the dollar, most investments, most crypto— XRP is one of the very few assets where the math works the other way by design. And I also want to say this. Most people who hold XRP hold it for one reason. They believe in maybe the use case, the banking infrastructure, the institutional adoption, the regulatory clarity. And those are all valid and real reasons. But the people who hold it with the deepest conviction hold it for multiple reasons at the same time.. And the deflationary math is one of those reasons that most people in this space have never fully added to their conviction. Because when you add it, when you put the institutional demand story and the AI agent demand story and the deflationary supply story all together in one picture, you are looking at an asset that is genuinely in a category that has almost nothing else to compare it to. Not gold, because gold has more of it being mined every year., so the supply goes up. Not Bitcoin. Bitcoin is designed to stop creating new coins eventually, but it's not actively burning existing ones, so the supply stays flat at best. XRP is the only major asset where the supply is actively shrinking every single day as the direct result of the network being used. The more useful it becomes, the more scarce it becomes, all at the same time. By design. That is not a narrative, that is math. Now we just talked about an asset that mathematically becomes more scarce every single day. The supply is shrinking, the demand drivers are building, and both of those forces are moving in the same direction at once. If you believe even half of what we covered, if you believe the institutional adoption is real, if you believe the AI agent economy is coming, and if you believe the deflationary math works the way we just talked through, then why would you hold that asset in a structure that is going to hand a significant portion of your gains to the IRS when it moves? That is not a small question. That is a question that most people never ask until it's too late. I do personally hold a portion of my XRP inside a Roth IRA through iTrust Capital, and it's simply because I want every dollar of appreciation to stay with me. And here's what makes iTrust specific. Specifically worth your attention. They are not a basic platform. They are institutional-grade infrastructure built for people who are serious about long-term wealth building. Your assets sit in a closed-loop custody design, not on retail exchanges where anything can go wrong. You hold XRP, you can hold gold and silver backed by real tangible assets, all in one tax-advantaged structure. I also have HBAR, XDC, SHX, want in my Roth IRA. And so all of those are going to work in my favor. Now the link is in the description. There is a $100 funding bonus when you fund the account. And I want to be direct with you, the window to establish your cost basis inside a tax-free structure at these prices is not going to stay here forever, okay? So the time to get structured is before the move and not after. Do not let the tax bill be the thing that takes your gains after you did everything else right. Now, I do want to say something personal also. I have worked with a lot of people, uh, coaching clients, community members, people who have been following XRP for years, and the ones who struggle the most are not the ones who pick the wrong asset. They may have actually picked the right asset and they held it for years, but they struggled because when the price dropped and the narratives got scary and the waiting got really heavy, they did not have a framework strong enough to hold them in place. So they made decisions based on how they felt and not what they knew. And that gap between what you know and what you do when things get hard need to be bridged. So what we just covered is one layer of that framework. The deflationary math, the supply mechanics, the multiple demand curves building all at once. That is knowledge. But knowledge alone does not keep you positioned when everything around you is telling you to move. What keeps you positioned is a plan, a real specific personal plan built around your actual situation, your stack size, your cost basis, your timeline, your structure, your conviction framework for the moments that test you. That is the work that we do inside my coaching community and my one-on-one clarity calls. And it's not generic advice. It's not the same answer for everyone. It is your situation, your plan, and your outcome. Outcome. So if you're serious about building wealth through this moment and not just surviving it, then the links for my clarity calls and my community is in the description. You will get the outcomes that you're looking for, and I really want to see you on the other side of this position correctly.
