Fix this one thing to live longer

Metabolic syndrome, a cluster of high triglycerides, low HDL, central obesity, high blood pressure, and pre-diabetes, stems from one root cause: insulin resistance. Fructose is especially harmful because the liver metabolizes it alone, worsening fatty liver and insulin overload. Cut fructose and processed carbs, eat whole foods, and try intermittent fasting to let insulin drop and your body heal.

So today I want to give you some quick information on a particular condition that actually is used to try to figure out your risk factors for how long you are healthy enough to actually live. And especially live a quality life. Now, before I move forward and begin to speak about this condition and give you the symptoms of it so that you can start to reverse these health issues, I want to make sure that you like this video and that you subscribe to my page, and I'm going to continue to get information out to you to live a healthier life. Now, this condition I want to talk about briefly is called metabolic syndrome. Now, this is a condition where you look at certain factors that's going on in your life, certain chronic illnesses that actually starts to give you some kind of clue of how healthy you are and, you know, if your lifespan will be shortened or not. And they include several different symptoms. And these are symptoms you really want to take serious and you want to begin to reverse them. And it is possible. A lot of these issues doctors have told us there's no cure for, but a lot of them are preventative and they are reversible. Now, one of the things that can be a symptom of metabolic syndrome is, uh, high triglycerides. Now I know when we're talking about triglycerides, we're thinking, for example, that it has to do with fat. And so mainly when you have bad cholesterol issues, um, the doctor will actually put you on a low-fat diet, and it doesn't solve the solution because there's one consistent thing that is happening in your body that makes all of these symptoms happen. And the second one— let me go ahead and give them to you in order, or there's no order for this, but these are just different symptoms that can happen. High triglycerides cholesterides, um, low HDL, okay? And then also obesity, like too much fat around the belly in particular. And then also high blood pressure. And then anything to do with, um, diabetes, pre-diabetes, having blood sugar issues. These are all symptoms of metabolic syndrome. And the truth is that some people actually have all of these different things happening in their body. And if that is the case, then you'll be diagnosed with metabolic syndrome and you really need to start really addressing this because you don't want your health to go downhill because you're having all of these different issues. And the good thing is that we can identify when you have all these issues, what is the culprit behind what is happening? And the doctors will often try to give you the wrong things that are happening to make you have these diagnosis or these quote-unquote symptoms, even like obesity, it's really a symptom of something else that's happening in the body. And so if you have high blood pressure, they'll blame it on salt. If you have, you know, high triglycerides, they're going to blame it on fat. And, you know, if you have all of these other issues that are going on, they just want to really just give you some medicine and send you on your way. But the truth is, is that all of these conditions are dealing with one problem, and that one problem is insulin, all right? And insulin causes inflammation. So inflammation is going to happen too because of having these conditions. And most people who have these conditions are insulin resistant, of course. And so when your body is making too much insulin or utilizing too much insulin, you start to have all these problems with your organs, with your heart, your brain, your kidneys, your liver. And so we have to deal with this because because insulin will paralyze even the arteries in your body, and we don't really want that to happen. And so we gotta start to reverse this. Now, one of the things that you can do immediately to help give your body a break is get rid of the sugar that's causing these issues, especially fructose. The difference with fructose and glucose is that fructose does not get metabolized by your body. It can only be metabolized by the liver. And so fructose is a type of sugar that actually goes straight to the liver and it can cause a fatty liver because that fructose, that sugar actually gets turned to fat. And that is not so good if your liver is under attack like that. And so we want to begin to do things that can give your organs a break because you don't want to have issues with your liver and your kidneys and your heart and your brain. You know, we have to make sure that we are doing things to reverse this. And so getting rid of the fructose and in general, like lowering your carbs, lowering your sugar intake to give your body a break from having to utilize too many, too much insulin will actually help with this process. Now, in addition to that, also fasting is going to help. And we have been told that, oh, we gotta eat 5 and 6 times a day. We gotta constantly be snacking. Well, the problem with that is that when insulin is present because you're eating all day, then your body can't burn fat and your body can't heal itself. Your body can't give it that break to be able to start to burn off some of this sugar as energy. And so you're gonna run into a lot of problems because by the time you get done eating your last meal, then an hour and a half later you're eating again. And so now just when your insulin was going lower, it's being back spiked again. And then you're eating a big meal before you go to bed and this continues on and on. And so how do you give your body a chance to like lower the insulin to be able to heal some of this inflammation in the body, it just won't happen. And I think sometimes, you know, people just eat out of boredom. You know, you don't have nothing to do. You've known the situation where you're just bored and you go to the refrigerator in your kitchen and you're looking in the refrigerator and you really don't know what you're doing. You just kind of there like a zombie. And the thing is, is that eating and times of eating should be a meaningful act. It should be an act that requires the mind and requires thinking, and it's intentional. Because honestly, if if we were eating as normal and as many whole foods as we need to eat, we wouldn't even be as hungry or have half the cravings, um, that we have. And so making sure that even after fasting that we're eating a proper diet that is non-processed foods, non-refined, non-artificial type foods, um, that will actually help. Because what happens is when you eat all that sugar, you actually interrupt also your hormones. And so then you're craving things and you're hungry and you're eating things that you really shouldn't be eating just because your hormones are not acting appropriately to tell you when it's time to eat and when it's time to stop. And so all of this can get fixed again if we're eating the proper foods day to day. And so fasting, getting rid of the fructose and the sugar, the excess sugar that's in your diet, and then also eating whole, non-processed, non-GMO, non-refined, non-artificial foods will help with this process. It is something that requires intentional effort, and it is something that is reversible, even though a lot of doctors will just try to put you on medication and not really deal with the lifestyle changes and habits that need to be addressed. And that's because a lot of times they're not really looking for you to enter into wellness or to give you the strategies and the, the tools to really be able to reverse things. I mean, They just kind of sometimes want you to stay on medication. And the real truth is that medication will not fix these issues because if you're taking the medication and you're just suppressing symptoms, it doesn't mean that the actual culprit is not still moving forward and manifesting in your body. And so if you take medicine to keep your sugar levels low or you're taking something to try to get your cholesterol in order, the question is, is insulin still being utilized in an overabundance type of weight in your body? And if the answer is yes, then that means even though you're taking medicine, you're gonna also get the side effects of medicine and that medicine brings. But at the same time, your body is still deteriorating because your body is still using too much insulin, causing a lot of inflammation, clogging up the arteries, messing with your brain and your hormone levels in your body, and adding fat into your organs like the liver. And it's eventually going to damage the kidneys in the process.. And so I highly recommend that you do some of these simple tips to, you know, start to reverse your health issues and start to allow your body to heal of the chronic inflammation that's been going on and on. And if you continue to do this, you'll start to slowly see a difference. All right, now I'll continue to get information out to you.
