All right, so I want to give just a quick tip when it comes to your exercising and, and how you structure your physical life to exercise. All right, so I see a lot of people who do a lot of cardio, and I love cardio. I mean, cardio is amazing. It's amazing for the heart, makes you feel good, gets that energy going, helps to circulate blood flow and, you know, burn fat, and it's Amazing. It's got a lot of benefits, and it could have even more benefits if we could learn how to do something in addition to that. And that thing is resistance training. So a lot of people don't like lifting weights a whole lot, you know. And so I'll go to the gym, um, and see people— or I've been to the gym, I don't really go now, but I've been to the gym— and I'll see people on the treadmill for like hours and hours at a time, you know, or or on a bike forever, you know, and I see them doing that constantly. And you know, the problem with only doing cardio is that your body don't have enough routine to be able to build muscle. And sometimes if you're doing too much cardio, you'll start to burn through your muscle and you need muscle mass for so many different reasons. And I don't think people understand how important that is. And so when people are trying to lose weight, they automatically want to go to like a treadmill or do some kind of cardio, but the real, The reality is, is that resistance training will help you to burn fat a lot quicker than cardio. And people don't know that. And so if you start to do routines where all you have is a full 30 to 40 minute resistance training workout, your body will burn so many more calories than you will burn getting on a treadmill. It takes a very long time to burn a significant amount of calories on a treadmill. And again, you can wind up going, burning through the muscle. And so you need muscle mass for so many reasons. There are too many to go into, but one is they, more muscles help your joints, help your immune system. More muscles help you to burn more calories throughout the day when you're doing nothing. So if I'm sitting here doing nothing and I have muscle mass, I have little muscle in my body, my legs, my arms, then my body is going to— I'm going to burn more calories just sitting here than someone else who's sitting here who don't lift weights, who don't have muscle mass. And so it's very, very important, and I don't think a lot of people know it, like I said. And so I wanted to give this quick tip to you to please make sure that you do some resistance training and that you do some weightlifting. Trust me, you will burn a lot more fat. And then when you do cardio, you will burn more fat with your cardio because you have muscle mass. And again, this is something that is very, very so much overlooked. And I have some other, uh, things against like long periods of time of doing cardio and, and how it can almost have some negative effects even to your body that a lot of people don't know. And again, I love cardio, but you want to utilize cardio in the right way. And so the right way is to make sure that you are also including resistance training into your regimen. And I promise you, you're gonna see yourself burn a lot more fat doing the both of these things rather than, you know, consuming all of your time exercising and doing just cardio, all right? That's a good piece of wisdom for you. So make sure you take it and apply it.
