One Company Just Grabbed 473 Million XRP... Here's WHO Is Behind It

In this video Kamilah Stevenson explains that Evernorth, a newly formed crypto‑treasury company, has purchased and committed to hold over 470 million XRP. The firm plans to go public on NASDAQ via a SPAC under the ticker XRPN, turning its stock into a proxy for XRP exposure. She highlights the significance of the corporate‑treasury model—long‑term balance‑sheet holding of a single digital asset—drawing parallels to Bitcoin‑focused companies. The backing of major institutions (Ripple, SBI Japan, Pantera, Kraken, and Arrington) with more than $1 billion in committed capital is presented as a concrete conviction signal, stronger than typical trader activity. Stevenson warns that the corporate treasury’s ability to borrow against its holdings and use financial engineering is not suitable for individual investors, emphasizing the risks of over‑leverage. She contrasts this with her own personal approach: holding XRP in a Roth IRA through iTrust Capital, a tax‑advantaged, non‑leveraged “personal vault.” She describes iTrust’s premium custody, treasury accounts, funding bonus, and multi‑asset capabilities (including precious metals). The video also promotes a free Wealth Architecture Masterclass on July 22, aimed at teaching high‑net‑worth clients how to structure accounts for wealth protection and tax efficiency. Throughout, she stresses the need for due diligence, risk management, and the distinction between corporate‑scale strategies and retail investing.

Hey, it's Kamilah Stevenson, and around here we talk wealth. And there's a company that is assembling one of the largest piles of XRP in the world, more than 470 million coins purchased and committed, and it's doing it out in the open on its way to a public listing. Its name is Evernorth, and the names behind it explain why it matters. I'm going to get into this so that you can understand it. Go ahead and like the video and subscribe if you have not already. And everything I share is for educational purposes because I'm going to educate you, and it's also for entertainment purposes, and hopefully you're entertained in the process. Nothing I share is financial advice. It's not here to say, hey, you should go invest in this or you should go invest in that. You have to do your own research and make your own decisions with your investments. Now let's get into the fun part. So Evernorth is a crypto treasury company. Its main job is to hold one specific digital asset, XRP, in its treasury on behalf of shareholders, so that owning the stock becomes a way to own exposure to the power of XRP. That model, if you notice, it already exists for Bitcoin, where one well-known company turned its balance sheet into a container for a single asset and buying the stock became a proxy for buying the coin. All right, so Evernorth is building that same structure for XRP, and it plans to trade on NASDAQ under the ticker XRPN through an SPAC. That's a special purpose acquisition company. That's a company already listed on the exchange that takes a private business public by merging with it. The treasury structure is the part that makes The comparison, um, makes sense. When a public company buys the asset this way, it is not a trade it plans to unwind next quarter. It is putting the coin on its balance sheet for a long-term holding, the way another company might hold cash or real estate. So those coins tend to come off the open market and stay off, held for the long horizon rather than being flipped. Alright, so the story here is not only that a large buyer appeared, it is that a buyer appeared intending to hold and to make that holding its entire reason to exist. So that's a heavier kind of demand than a trader passing through trying to, you know, trade this, right? So here is the signal that I want you to understand, and it's the backers. So Ripple itself, SBI out of Japan, Pantera, Kraken, and Arrington are all behind it with more than a billion dollars in committed capital. When people say that smart money is buying XRP, this is one of the most concrete forms that claim ever takes. A real company, real institutional capital, and hundreds of millions of real coins gathered in daylight and reported in public filing. And I say daylight because it's public.. And you want to know the things that are transparent. There's a lot of things that's not transparent. So it shows that conviction is showing up on the balance sheet in documents that anybody can read, everybody can read. And this to me is a harder and a clearer signal than conviction expressed anywhere else where it's underneath the rug, right? Hey investor, Kamilah here. Quick heads up for all you smart investors watching this. If you're serious about investing in a digital asset portfolio that brings you financial Freedom and you like how I've been breaking down crypto but want more than just my YouTube content, I'm putting together something really cool. On July 22nd, I'll be running a free online event called the Wealth Architecture Masterclass where you'll learn the exact roadmap I provide my high-end clients with to structure their accounts and entities so their wealth is protected and tax plays to stop handing most of your gains to the IRS. I've never done a free live masterclass class like this before, and it's completely free, but we might have to limit spots to keep the quality high and give everyone proper attention during the Q&A. So if you want in, just click the link below this video, grab your spot while you can, and now back to the video. So let's keep these two honest facts in focus, uh, the listing is not finished because the filings still have to clear the regulators and win shareholder approval. So, uh, this is on its way, right? It's not done, and the ticker is not trading yet. All right. And a corporate treasury strategy is not a retail strategy because these companies often use borrowing and, uh, financial engineering that makes sense for a billion-dollar balance sheet and would be genuinely dangerous for a regular person to copy at home. Okay. A company buying XRP for its treasury is a conviction signal. It's not a promise about price. And the interesting part is the structure, not the leverage. The leverage does deserve a closer look because it is where people get hurt imitating the big players. Okay, a treasury company can borrow against its own holdings or raise money by issuing new stock and debt to buy even more of the asset. That works beautifully while the price rises because the borrowed money bought something now worth more. The same leverage cuts the other way in a downturn when the debt still has to be serviced while the asset is falling. A billion-dollar balance sheet with a team of professionals can manage that tension. A single person borrowing to pile everything into one volatile coin is playing a far more fragile game. And I want to say this so that you can be careful with that. All right. The structure is definitely worth studying. The leverage is not worth copying. Okay. You have to manage your own risk. And I know some people like to play it risky. Because a lot of people are huge risk takers. I am not someone who like to over-leverage my XRP. I don't even think people should do it right now while the prices are so volatile, unless you have more than enough and you understand that, hey, I could lose it all. If you cool with that, then hey, that's fine. But that's not the case for most people. Most people are just trying to make some quick money and they don't know how much they are, um, taking on the risk. They really don't understand it. A lot of people don't do the math. They don't understand math. And so, um, they get themselves in a bit of trouble. And I know a lot of people, even with the liquidation that happened back in October 10th of 2025, a lot of people lost a lot of crypto from over-leveraging themselves. Okay, so make sure, uh, that you are just managing your risk. That's all I can tell you. Now, on the leverage, because I said the leverage is not worth copying, So picture a company turning its own balance sheet into a vault and bolting one asset to the floor so the stock and the coin rise and fall together. Now that's a powerful design at their scale, and the lesson that transferred to you is the vault and not the leverage. Okay, you can put your own XRP inside a deliberate, uh, protected structure sized for your life instead of a billion dollar balance sheet because You probably don't have a billion-dollar balance sheet. Let's be honest. I don't have a billion-dollar balance sheet. I'd love to have one, and I do believe one day I will. But a portion of my XRP sits inside of a Roth IRA through iTrust Capital, and that is my own sober, tax-advantaged version of bolting the asset into a structure on purpose instead of leaving it loose and hoping and wishing and dreaming something was going to happen. No, I'm being very intentional because they built a corporate vault with borrowed money. I built a personal one with none, and the tax-free growth is the part that I would rather have anyway. So if you are interested in opening up an account where you can have appreciation and you do not have to pay taxes when you sell, that is the account that is for you. And, uh, I would consider looking into that and adding to your structure to safeguard yourself. And they also have a premium custody account, and they also have a treasury account. If you have a trust or a business. They do give you a $100 funding bonus when you fund the account. They also have precious metals backed by real physical precious metals, silver and gold, and they are supposed to be also adding stocks and ETFs. And you can now have one account that holds all your assets. And I think that was the purpose, to allow you that, that option to hold all of your assets in one tax-free account, because a lot of different brokerages they don't allow for all of those different varieties. It's almost like you have to have an account here with just stocks and ETFs, and then an account here with silver and gold, and then an account here, you know, for cryptocurrency. You can do all of that in one account, and that's what I love about how they have, uh, really adapted and transitioned into that, right? So the link is in the description. The whole idea is wealth preservation. A lot of people can, um, you know, get money and they can accumulate. But a lot of people are not paying attention to being able to preserve their wealth. All right, let me know in the comments. I do read the comments. I want to know, are you going to ever at any point invest in Evernorth, or are you interested at all in investing in Evernorth? Let me know what your thoughts are. Or maybe you're just gonna continue to invest in XRP, and there's nothing wrong with that as well, especially if you got your digital commodities that you believe in. But I am interested um, if you've ever thought about Evernorth, or if this is maybe even the first time you're hearing about it. All right, continue to do your due diligence so that you can continue to build yourself into generational wealth. And as always, I want you to stay wise, stay wealthy, and I'll see you in the next video.
