In this health‑advice monologue, the presenter warns that common processed "vegetable" oils such as canola, soybean, sunflower, sesame, peanut, corn, and cottonseed oil are among the worst substances to ingest. She argues that these seed oils are high in omega‑6 fatty acids, which, when consumed in excess relative to omega‑3s, create a chronic inflammatory state that contributes to obesity, heart disease, diabetes, autoimmune disorders, cancer, Alzheimer’s, and other chronic conditions. The presenter further claims that heating these oils generates free radicals that damage cells. To counteract these harms, she recommends replacing seed oils with "real" fats that come directly from whole foods: butter (high in omega‑3), avocado oil (high potassium, heat‑stable), coconut oil (brain‑friendly, heat‑stable), olive oil (used low‑heat or for dressings), and animal‑derived saturated fats such as lard. She emphasizes the importance of choosing organic, pure, unprocessed versions and explains why saturated fats are not the enemy, contrasting them with trans and unsaturated industrial fats. Practical cooking tips are offered, such as using avocado or coconut oil for high‑heat frying and olive oil only for low‑heat applications. Throughout, the speaker urges viewers to discard harmful seed oils, adopt the suggested alternatives, and follow her channel for more health‑focused information.

Okay, so I want to have a conversation with you about some of the worst things that you can put inside your body. And I'm telling you, this type of stuff will rip your body apart, will rip your arteries apart, will cause chronic diseases. And a lot of people don't even know that this thing that I'm going to talk about is very dangerous to your mind and your body. And no, it's not sugar. Because I know we do talk a lot about, you know, how bad sugar is for the body, but this is not sugar. This is something different other than sugar, and I don't agree with putting lots and lots of simple, uh, carbs and sugar into your body because it's not good for your health. But this is something again different, and I want to first interject and say make sure that you like my page and subscribe so I can continue to get information like this out to you so that you can live healthier and you can be well. All right, so here it is. It is what we call vegetable oils. They're not really vegetable oils. They're not oils that come from vegetables. I don't even know why they're called vegetable oils. But if you want to know what I'm talking about, it would be the canola oil, soybean oil, sunflower oil, sesame oil, peanut oil, corn oil, cottonseed oil, These oils will rip your body apart. They cause chronic diseases, they cause obesity, Alzheimer's, uh, they cause heart problems, uh, insulin issues and diabetes, autoimmune diseases, cancer. I mean, there's a lot of damage that happens when you consume vegetable oils and the high amounts of omega-6. 6. Okay, omega-6 is not supposed to be in your system in high, high, high abundant levels, especially over the omega-3 oils. And so we've gotten the ratio kind of off with the type of omega that we need to put inside our body. We need more omega-3 than omega-6, but a lot of times because of the consuming of what you call vegetable oils, that will cause your omega-6 to be 20 times more than your omega-3, and that starts to create all kind of havoc and inflammation throughout your body. And when you take these oils and you heat them up at high levels, what happens is they cause free radical damage to your cells. They are not your friend, all right? And I hope that you take them out in your kitchen. And I know you're wondering, well, what oils do I use? I'm about to answer that, all right? So the oils that you do use— and I'll explain why, because a lot of people just don't understand how fake these oils are and how processed they are and how much, again, damage they do to the body. We need to have real oils, like oils that come from like real food. All right, now here's some good healthy replacements, and I love this first one, my absolute favorite, just because first of all it tastes good, it makes everything taste good, and it's good to cook with, and that's butter. Butter is high in omega-3. It is so good. You can also use as a replacement avocado oil. Avocado oils have high potassium and you can heat them up at high temperatures, okay? Coconut oil also is good for the brain, all right? Again, this is oils that come from coconut, oils that come from avocado. That's avocado oil. This is real oil. This is not fake oil. So you need to replace this stuff with real oils.. And so avocado and coconut oil, they're really good. Again, they are at high temperatures. You can cook them at high temperatures. Now here's another one, but you cannot cook this one at high temperatures because it's not made for that, and that's olive oil. Again, real oils, oils that come from olives. Olive oil is really good. Now make sure that you get a good brand, that these are organic oils, pure oils, not fake oils or anything. All right, so olive oil You want to only cook these at low temperature or like sprinkle on top of your food. They're good with making, uh, it's good with making dressings. And olive oil is really good with omega-3. Again, that's what we're trying to do. We're trying to get you to get more omega-3 with like the butter and the olive oil, you know. And we're trying to make sure that you replace these omega-6 oils with really good healthy oils. Now if you're talking about, you know, I I get a lot of questions about frying chicken. Well, of course you got to use oils that you can heat up high, like avocado oil or coconut oil, or you can use an air fryer. It crisps the chicken up just as good, all right? And you won't even miss it, all right? And there's another substitute that you can use, um, and that is lard. Now I know a lot of people have said lard is bad, and every time you think of fats like butter. I know you think it's gonna add fat to your body, but these type of fats do not add fat to your body, okay? I know that that's what you were taught, and that's why it's very hard for people to want to eat even saturated fats like lard, because it comes from— it's the— basically comes from animals, the fat that comes from animals. And so a lot of people don't want to use it, but these are saturated fats. These are good for your body. What is not are these trans fats and these unsaturated fats, okay? But if you have fat that's coming from like an animal or meat, okay, that's actually real. It's not fake. And so I'm trying to get you to replace the fake with the real. And I know there's been a lot of bad information out there where they replace saturated fats and started promoting stuff like Crisco, and it caused all kind of diabetes and health issues. And so now it's hard to go back and to help people understand, no, these saturated fats are okay for you. And a lot of people, again, just don't know. And so that's why I want to educate you and let you know that you have to replace these fake, bad, harmful oils that cause free radical damage to your cells and cause all these areas of sickness. And I mean, a lot of people don't know why they're getting the inflammation and the pain and why they're having brain fog and, and why Alzheimer's, you know, is— has increased, um, even in young people, or why, um, heart disease is increasing and diabetes and You know, and it's a lot of times, uh, connected to these foods that we eat that we don't even know is really just destroying our bodies. All right, so I wanted to help you understand this because a lot of people again don't know that these oils are bad. And I hope that you go and throw these oils in the garbage because when I tell you the amount of damage that is doing to your brain and your body, I mean, it's just unbelievable. So I want to make sure that you avoid the process of a deteriorating body, of putting something in your system that completely will tear your arteries apart, okay? I want to make sure that you know this so that you know when you are consuming these things what they're doing to your body, all right? So I hope this was helpful. I will continue to try to get information out to you so that you understand how to live a healthy life I do a lot of research and I try to provide the most statistical research-oriented, uh, methods and principles that actually work, all right? And making sure— and I want to make sure that you know the truth because everything out there is not the truth. There's a lot of myths out there and there's a lot of things that people want you to do that's unhealthy, and it's marketing, it's money, it's all kind of stuff, it's political, it's things involved in the, the promotion of unhealthy foods that can actually be on the market for hundreds of years and cause all kind of damage and chronic diseases, and nobody wants to address it. And so I want you to live your healthiest life, and I want to help you to preserve your health because you need it for everything that you're called to do and be in life. So make sure again that you like my page and that you subscribe to me so that you can get notifications when I, uh, have something to share to you.
