Stop eating these 5 food in morning | kamilah Stevenson

Kamilah Stevenson says five breakfast staples—milk, orange juice, cereal, flavored yogurt, and protein bars—cause inflammation and blood sugar spikes, and recommends Shilajit instead. A second speaker pushes back, arguing the real problem is processed versions of these foods, not the foods themselves, and calls out the supplement pitch.

Never start your morning with these 5 foods. Most people eat them every day and have no idea how much harm they're doing. First, skip the milk. It doesn't actually strengthen your bones and has been linked to inflammation in the joints and even heart problems. Drinking milk first thing in the morning can also lead to bloating, indigestion, abdominal pain, and even diarrhea. Second, avoid orange juice. Most store-bought juices are heavily processed and packed with sugar. Some of them contain as much sugar as a can of soda. They cause blood sugar spikes and leave you feeling tired soon after. Third, stay away from cereal. Yes, even the healthy ones. They're often full of refined sugar and gluten, which can disrupt your digestion and throw off your hormones early in the day. Fourth, flavored yogurts. They may sound healthy, but they're full of added sugar, preservatives, and thickeners that your gut doesn't need. Fifth, protein bars. They're more like candy bars in disguise, packed with artificial ingredients and offering very little actual nutrition. So, what should you start your morning with instead? A large glass of water, and a powerful natural resin called Shilajit. Shilajit is plant-based, sugar-free, vegan, and gluten-free.
All right, so he's saying that these things are bad— the orange juice, the milk, the yogurt— but then conveniently the solution is to buy his product. I'm not saying nothing wrong with it, I don't know what it is, but do you see what's happening here? Look, it's processed foods, bad processed cereal with added sugar, yes, absolutely. Protein bars usually disguised as candy bars, yes. But he's painting a picture that's way too broad, you know, to brush you to a sale, basically. And for me, if you think about raw milk or quality dairy, they actually have probiotics that can support gut health for people who can tolerate it. So we just gotta push that up. Like, yeah, he's doing the process angle, but on the healthier side, yeah, those things are really good. Fresh-squeezed orange juice, that's just fruit, nothing wrong with that. Plain, again, Greek yogurt, excellent source of protein and probiotics. The issue isn't these foods, it's the processed version of these foods. You don't need a special resin supplement, okay? You need to stop eating processed junk and eat real food. Eggs, quality dairy if you can tolerate it, fresh fruit, actual protein, not a protein bar.
