The CLARITY Act Is Stuck... But XRP Found Another Way IN

In this livestream Kamilah Stevenson explains why the U.S. "Clarity Act" – a bill intended to give legal certainty to digital assets – is stalled in Congress. She breaks down the three primary legislative fights blocking the bill: an ethics provision targeting elected officials’ crypto holdings, a developer‑liability provision protecting blockchain programmers, and a stable‑coin‑yield provision that threatens the banking sector. Stevenson argues that while the bill is important, XRP is not solely dependent on its passage because Ripple is pursuing alternative regulatory routes: a conditional national trust‑bank charter from the OCC, a commodity classification already secured by a court ruling, and a pending Federal Reserve master‑account that would give XRP direct access to U.S. payment rails. She also offers wealth‑building advice, promoting tax‑advantaged accounts (Roth IRAs via iTrust Capital), the benefits of long‑term accumulation during price dips, and strategies for borrowing against crypto assets. Throughout, she emphasizes patience, personal responsibility, and community engagement, inviting viewers to a free live webinar and encouraging likes, subscriptions, and discussion of the bill’s future.

Hey, what's up? It's Kamilah Stevenson, and around here we talk wealth. And there's a lot to get into today. What's going on? Uh, yeah, I see a few people. Catherine, what's going on from Connecticut? Uh, XRP will move when ready. I love it. I am going to help you to understand what exactly is going on with the Clarity Act. And honestly, you guys know, I don't— I don't— I am so tired. I have been so tired of talking about the Clarity Act because I just feel like it's just You know, you think you're close and then always another 2 weeks, always another month. Oh, it's about to be around the corner. And I just got so sick and tired of talking about it, and everybody's talking about it. But I believe that, um, I can help you to understand what's happening right now, and I think it's a pivotal moment. So honestly, I was going to talk about something else, but I really think I should update you on exactly what's happening with the Clarity Act so that you can, uh, get what environment we're in what it means for XRP. Also, um, I'm going to tell you my thoughts at the end on, um, what I, what I think is going to happen. Um, I know, I get it, I, I really do. Can't wait for more BS about why XRP hasn't moved yet. Um, just, just keep waiting because there's two time— there's two different clocks that we are on, and most people are looking at one clock and I'm looking at another. So it's kind of difficult because I'm on a different clock than, than the average person. I'm looking at the, the institutional clock. Matter of fact, put in the chat, do you think, um, the XRP will, you know, have its move based off of Clarity Act or utility? Which, which one do you think? Oh, you know what, let me say this: Clarity Act, utility, or a liquidity crisis? Which one do you think is going to move XRP the way you desire for XRP to move? I love to know what you think about it. I'm on a different clock than most people, um, I'm on an infrastructure clock, honestly, and I know how infrastructure moves, all right? So that is the clock that I'm on, but I, I'll help you guys to understand and break down what's happening today. So what do y'all think? Let's see, let's see, let's see. Thank you so much, um, I appreciate this, uh, utility, utility plus 3 3 years out. Utility at the end of the day, such a teacher. Utilities, okay, let's— utility and liquidity crisis, uh, like the reverse carry trade, like a crisis, um, with the flow of money. I pick both. Okay, moving off of hope. Okay, hope and prayer, right? Uh, you gotta have— you gotta have patience in this. Um, the best part about this— go ahead and like the video and subscribe if you have not already. The best part about this is, y'all, y'all, y'all don't understand, you have time to accumulate. Let me ask you, if XRP would have moved the way you wanted it to last year, let's say it moved at the end, October 31st, Halloween, XRP goes to the moon, would you all have wanted it to move last year or this year? Because my thought is, the more time you have, the more you can gain a position, which means you can get Um, optionality. I get this. Yep, I understand. I'm exhausted from all the events away. I get it. And I think that's why I don't like giving hype, because a lot— and that's fine for people who do, if they, if they understand things are going to happen differently and they, and they feel like they got the proof to be able to get people ready. I'm all game for that. I don't have that. What I have is a game plan. I have a positioning strategy. I have the information for infrastructure to allow you to know where it will go. And I can promise you, it's my biased opinion from everything that I have looked and, uh, over and research and all the documents. It's my biased opinion that a lot of people are going to get very wealthy from XRP, from cryptocurrency in general, okay? Right, somebody said it's moving just right. So you have a time to accumulate. You had time to make more money, to save some money, to get your structure in order. People, people self-sabotage, right? So, um, I am just like Aranya. I am loving the lows. More time to buy and accumulate. You will not be sorry. When the time comes, you will not be sorry that you did this. I'm— I'm— it's my biased opinion, I keep telling you. But listen, get educated, understand what's happening. I'm going to walk you through something that's, I think, very, very encouraging. And I didn't want to come out here and say, oh, you know, the Senate passed this bill and this and that. I don't want to come out here and say that. I need you to understand what's going on with the Clarity Act, why it is being held, and, um,. And I want to, um, let's see, uh, what a crazy logic. Bad news is good news, um, because you accumulate more when the price go down, uh, because you accumulate more when the price go down. And if, if it's down forever, you have unlimited potential. Does iTrust Capital— I love this, uh, pay now or in the future? Um, they pay now. So if you, uh, and, and somebody else asked me about iTrust Capital, the link is in the description for that. Um, you can put cryptocurrency in a Roth IRA or in a premium custody account. If you fund the account, uh, they will give you a $100 funding bonus when you fund the account. And, uh, and just remember, like, the prices that we have right now, the low prices— if you scoot XRP in a Roth account, whatever it accumulates to, whatever it goes to, whatever it appreciates to— I said accumulate to— you accumulate it, um, you will not have to pay taxes on that. That's why I always recommend it, and that's what I use. That's what a lot of smart investors use is a Roth IRA. So, and they do give you a $100 funding bonus. You can do physical metals as well, backed by real physical metals, silver and gold. Uh, they got a lot of stuff coming. I don't want to say everything, uh, but they got a lot of stuff coming. I, um, I see some of the— yeah, I'm, uh, I did a bit— a video on Project Agora. So, uh, I just did one yesterday, so I'll be talking about that. Uh, clarity is being held hostage. Okay, so So let me help you to understand. Oh, before, um, first of all, like the video. We're going to get into it so you can understand. I'm going to take a different angle so you can understand what is happening with the Clarity Act, why it's even needed, what, what is this, what is this all about. Because a lot of people are like, yeah, we need clarity. And I'm like, do you know what clarity is? Do you know what it's for? Do you know, um, why, why it's being held up? And a lot of people don't. So I'm gonna walk through that. Um, I'll share some more. I was going to share— I just saw something right before I got on about DTCC. Um, and they mentioned, uh, XRP in, uh, on their page. But there's two different camps of, um, what they— did you guys see the DTCC, uh, post today? Like, the institute— that's the institution, I talked about this on Monday, that sits underneath the stock and bond, uh, trade in America. They have— they just added XRP to its official learning center. And classified it as, uh, as a cryptocurrency. Um, thank you so much. You saw my TED Talk. If y'all haven't seen it, go and check it out. I did it like 7, 8 years ago. Time has just really flew by, right? Um, but yeah, they, they put it on their learning center and classified it as a cryptocurrency, uh, with guidance on how it would be treated as collateral. Okay, there's two sides of that. Some people are saying one thing and Another side is saying another— I, I, you know, basically one, one camp, um, go look it up when you get off here. One, one side of people are basically saying, oh, XRP is officially DTCC collateral, um, and institutions can pledge. And that's not quite what happened. This is a— I'm just gonna say the conservative thing. This is educational material, right? It explains how an asset like, like this would be handled. So it's not an announcement technically. Um, that banks are posting XRP as collateral. All right, um, so it's not in the finish line or anything. So I'm gonna say, uh, the, the conservative right thing to say on my channel, uh, but the other— there's another side that's panicking because they, they mentioned, um, that it is buried in the, the guidance, that the guidance is a line about— they're confused about the 500% haircut. Okay, and And so people are reading it as DTCC is punishing XRP or signaling that it's worthless, um, because they use the word haircut. They don't understand that that's a finance word. That's not an insult, okay? A haircut is when you, uh, pledge an asset as collateral, meaning you put it up as a guarantee. The clearing system doesn't count it as at full value, so it applies a discount to protect itself in case the price drops before it can sell. That discount is called a haircut. So some people— it's so funny. Anyway, I love education. I'm not going to spend too much time there. I want to get into this. Um, thank you so much for OG OG. Is a cold wallet good enough to hold long term? It is. It's just, um, it's one form of— I have cold wallets and I believe in holding my crypto long term in a cold wallet. It gives you your sovereignty. You just lose your insurance on it. Okay, so there's nobody to call if anything goes wrong. If you lose it, your seed phrase, if you, uh, accidentally send it the wrong place, if something get— you know, someone hacks you or anything, um, there's nowhere— there's nowhere to call. So that's why I do like diversifying in, uh, some kind of account that has access to institutional custody. Also, like, if something were to happen to you tomorrow, who's going to get your cold wallet? Do they know how to get it? Do they know the seed phrases? Do they— do they— do your family know how to operate it? Because I can guarantee you it's going to be a lot of people that have, or that may have passed, that probably has crypto somewhere on a cold wallet that their family has no knowledge of. A lot of people lost Bitcoin that way. But as a matter of fact, they could not find certain cold wallets. They couldn't remember where their seed phrases were. Like, it's because it's a guy who actually, um, who, who redeemed some people's cold wallets because there was not a lot of activity. You know, probably people put crypto in there and then walked away and didn't think Bitcoin would ever do anything. So anyway, uh, good for you, Nadine. I appreciate you being here and taking time out of your day to, to learn, to be here, to support. And I just want you guys to know I'm super grateful for all of you all. You all keep me going. All right, I'm gonna get into it because I want you guys to understand what's happening with the Clarity Act. I believe by the end of this you will understand what is going on. Oh, and before we start, one invitation. July 22nd, I am doing a free live class on the exact system that I use with my private, uh, clients. I'm going to be talking about a lot of stuff— how to structure everything so that your money compounds, um, how to structure your crypto, um, how to stop losing, um, on taxes. I'm going to get into it. I'm going to be doing Q&A, um, so please, uh, go ahead and join. It is free, it's free, and the link is in the description, okay? So go ahead, and there's some, some goodies, and there's some goodies there. Okay, uh, this is not financial advice, what I'm about to share. Everything I share is for educational purposes. The Clarity Act— some people think it is totally needed, you got other people who, um, think it's not needed. Some people think it's gonna pass, other people don't think it's gonna pass. There is a countdown, there is a fight, there is a billion, uh, a billion dollar, um, impact in personal conflicts uh, that is tangled in this. I'm going to talk about it because underneath it, a lot of people don't even understand what it is and why are we even getting the Clarity Act. Why is there a fight for it? Let me explain first what the Clarity Act is because some people don't know what it is. That's right, Tiffany, love it, love it. Okay, um, say he won't win that lawsuit. Uh, which one? Okay, so, um, and thank you so much for, uh, posting this again. July 22nd, free live training. That's next Wednesday, by the way. So I will not be doing a live next Wednesday. I'll be doing a live webinar, okay? So anybody who wants to come here to see me on the live, just join the live webinar. It's going to be amazing. All right, so, um, let me help you to understand the Clarity Act, okay? So for years, the entire American crypto industry has been operating in this like fog, okay? It's a big fog. And there's been no clear law that, uh, says what a digital asset even is. Is it a security, uh, like, like a stock, uh, which is put under the SEC? Or is it a commodity like gold or oil, uh, which would put it under a different agency called the CFTC? That is the single question— security or commodity. And I'll look at some more, um, Super Chats and stuff in a minute, but I want to help you guys to understand this. Um, yeah, so, um, if that decides who gets to regulate it, whether it's a security or a commodity, and it also decides what rules apply and whether a bank is even allowed to touch it. And for years, nobody is able to really answer that very straightforward, you know what I mean? So the Clarity Act is an attempt to finally answer that question, all right, in writing, on, in a document. So it creates a system to sort out every, uh, digital asset into a category. So are we talking about like, okay, like Bitcoin, sufficiently decentralized assets, uh, like a Bitcoin, that would be treated as a commodity under CFTC. Assets, um, still controlled by central, like a central team, that would stay under the SEC. So it draws the map that has been missing for decades on where this goes. And that's why the industry— or which rules get applied and who it belongs to and who's controlling it. That's why the industry wants it so bad, because it almost— it replaces this fogginess with a rule book, okay? And that just makes things clear for people to be able to move forward. Now, um, so again, under, under the clarity framework, the dividing line is decentralization. If an asset is sufficiently decentralized, meaning no central team controls it or runs it or promotes it, then it leans towards being a commodity under the CFTC. If there is still some level of central company or team whose efforts people are relying on for the value to go up, like a stock, okay, the company, the quarterly earnings, the CEO they— that, that there is a reliance there, um, then it's going to lean toward being a security under an SEC. So now the question for any coin is really this: is there a company behind this that's steering it, or is it, is it running on its own? Okay, so let me tell you exactly why we're stuck at this point, okay? Now this is where it gets interesting because, hear me out, the fight really, if you investigate it, and, and I try to keep up with this, but again, I don't want to just come on here and say, oh, here's what's happening with the Clarity Act. Like, honestly, I go to other channels to figure out that type of news. I'm an educator, so I want to educate you underneath this so you can understand why it's important and why XRP is uniquely, uh, positioned. Okay. This fight is not really about crypto anymore. That's what I need you to know. It's not, it's not about crypto, okay? There are 3 battles that's happening underneath everything that we're seeing, and I want you to understand each one of them because really that's where all the drama is, okay? Thank you so much, One Production 2013. I appreciate you. Um, I'm making sure I don't have any— okay, so learning about money is fun, and it's so true. I appreciate this comment because it's It could be true. It could be so true. It's like fun and depressing. Like, oh, you know what? The way I look at this, listen, we, we, we are really having fun even in a bear market. Think about it. This is like a movie show, right? Like, you really don't want it to— we're, we're not wired as human beings to finish. We're not, we're not, we're not wired to like complete. You know, like you complete the race and it's like, now what? You know, now what? You know, when you watch a movie, think about how the movie, or when you watch a series, what's the worst part? The ending. When you get, you're like, oh man, I wish it didn't go off. But every single episode leaves you on the edge. Like, ooh, I wonder what's gonna happen. Ooh, I wonder what's gonna happen. It don't matter if it's good, bad, you just left on the edge, right? And it's exciting. And then when it finalizes, even if it was a relief, even if it was a good ending— and don't let it be a bad ending, you really bad— it's like, dang, I'm, I'm mad it's over, right? So you got to enjoy the journey. We are, we are wired to enjoy the journey. So I'm, I'm enjoying the, the journey, right? All right, Tiff B333, I will, uh, reach out to them and I'll put my, uh, can you reach out to me? I'll put, uh, it usually, um, at latest 30 to 45 days. Right? So, um, and sometimes they can get behind, and you can call them too. You can, you can call them and just let them know also that you haven't. But, and if you do that and you don't, um, if you do that— and I'm gonna put my email in the description— if you do that and you don't get a response from them, just let me know. Or if they don't, you know, because they, they make sure that they give everybody from our community their stuff. Trust me, I, I make sure of it. Okay, um, so Um, Dr. K, you need to go to CNBC. They ain't gonna let me on there, but I appreciate this. So yeah, let's enjoy the journey. It's really fun. You got a community of people. You looking at your portfolio like, yes, I got more XRP, I got more HBAR, I got more, you know, XDC. You know, like, just enjoy the journey honestly, because when this is over and we do get on the other side of this, you're now going to be like having to structure everything. You're going to be working hard on your, on your life, on your money, on your finance. You're going to get your finance team together. You got to have your like everything structured. Like, I mean, it's work, it's work. So you're going to be doing work. So, you know, you can kind of calmly do the work right now and structure things at your own level, but when things get on the other side, it's, it's going to be a lot to, to handle. So just enjoy the journey. I appreciate this. I will become a member. Thank you so much for all you do. I look forward to learning as much as I can. I love this. Is it Aria? Aria, uh, I love this. Aria, uh, I appreciate this and I appreciate the Super Chat so much. All right, um, uh, it doesn't matter that Swift isn't using, um, XRP, okay? Uh, all— a lot of, uh, you got to remember, a lot— this is a multi-chain system, so you don't need just Swift to, to use, uh, XRP for XRP to succeed, right? XRP is a banker's coin. It's meant to move money across borders with institutions and banks. So it's okay that SWIFT is not necessarily, um, using XRP, although they're not finished with— um, I don't know if you saw my video on the, the SWIFT, uh, it's a messaging system. They're not finished. It's a multi-layer system, and they said that they would have multi-chains. All right, so they haven't finished. They haven't unloaded exactly what they would be doing. Okay. Um, but Ripple would do— yeah, no, no, no, no, no, no, Ripple and XRP will do fine. Because if, if XRP don't do fine, Ripple not gonna do fine. They don't want— they will as a business, I'm not saying that. Don't, don't mix what I'm saying. But I'm saying they benefit the most from XRP. They benefit the most. All right. And, uh, and it's interesting, DTCC had on a, uh, they did this like, they did this post and they had all kind of XRP influencers on that, on the list. Y'all just wait, just wait and wait and wait and wait and see. That's all I'm telling you. Just be patient. Every time you hear, oh, Solana this, oh, yes, yes, yes, they, there are, they are technologies as well. I'm invested in Solana and I'm invested in, uh, Ethereum. So I want all of them to do well. I want all of crypto to do well. This isn't this versus this. You got to understand, at the end of the day, there's going to be fragmentation because everything being tokenized, at some point there's going to be a need for fast settlement. You cannot move large amounts of value across, you know, borders without something that has fast settlements. Trust me, it's going to be needed. And the more we get tokenized, the more the need is going to show up. Now let's talk about the 3 things that this fight is all about, okay? And I want to hear your thought on this. So the first fight is ethics, okay? This is the big one. So the Democrats are demanding a provision that would bar senior government officials up to and including the president from holding personal financial stakes in crypto, um, in, in crypto in general while they're in office. Okay, so you came back— you can't get into crypto while you're in office. And I'll get to some more of the Super Chats. And the reason that they demanded that, um, is because of a recent financial disclosure that showed that the president's family cleared more than a billion dollars from crypto last year. Okay, so several— you had several senators that just flat out said, uh, no ethics provision, no vote. So that's, that's one wall that's up. Now I would love to know what y'all think about this, and I'm gonna give you a case for both sides that I'm gonna just summarize, a very short case for both sides. The case for restricting it, okay, so this is why the Democrats are pushing it. Um, so the core argument is on one side the— is a conflict of interest. So if a president signs the laws and appoints SEC and CFTC heads and sets the enforcement priorities for the entire crypto industry, then, uh, if he personally profits from that same industry, the worry is that he's going to write the rules to benefit his own holdings rather than the public. Okay, I get it. Um, So the disclosure showing, um, that the family cleared over a billion from crypto last year is what gave this its horizon— its, um, manifestation of this. So the principle is old and bipartisan in spirit: the person setting the rules shouldn't have a personal financial stake in the outcome. So, uh, we already restrict officials from trading on inside information and holding certain assets. So extending that to crypto isn't really a new idea, it's just a new asset class. Okay, that's one side. Sounds pretty, uh, maybe. Okay, so we're gonna get— yep, I believe that. Um, I do, I really do. This, that's all it is. I'm gonna tell you what I think at the end, right? And okay, here's the other side for restricting it. Okay, I don't, you know, so yeah, and what I'm doing is I'm explaining why the fight is holding up the bill. Okay, so again, this is the ethics provision. Here's the other side, and I want to know what side you take. Do you take the, the, the, the side where he shouldn't be able to participate or not? Here's the other side, and this is, um, yeah, this makes sense. So, uh, one, uh, this is the side that maybe I lean towards. One, presidents already face financial disclosure and existing ethics law, so some would say that this is redundant or it's targeted at one man rather than a genuine principle, okay? Two, um, if a president can't hold crypto, um, can they hold stocks? Can they hold real estate? Can they hold a business? Like, every— nearly every president has held assets that policy affects, basically. Um, so singling out crypto can kind of look a bit selective. And then the third thing is that some argue a president having skin in the game actually makes them more invested in getting the regulations rather than, you know, suffocating this entire industry. And then one more, four, I would say the practical side that I would raise is, and I think that using this as a deal breaker is arguably being used to kill, to really kill a bill that the whole industry needs. I guess that's the best way I can say it is that using this one thing, you're killing— you're trying to kill the whole bill that we all need. Okay, so the ethics fight becomes almost like a hostage situation. All right, what are your thoughts? One or two, do you think that they shouldn't be invested? Or two, do you think it's cool because it makes me feel safer if they're invested and they do have some kind of say so on the bill because it'll favor maybe what you hold? And then how do we start deciphering what assets a president— and I'm not talking about the president now, I'm talking about every president, because you know, like, do you think they're targeting one person? Because you know this has to pass forward to all presidents. Okay, so, um, which one do you favor, uh, one or two? Um, it'll mean something if we, if we were truly in our best interest, but it is an attack on him. Um, uh, meant to put this. Okay, yeah, I, I think it's an attack on him personally, and I'm, I'm sick of like these personal attacks that involve me and you and your money and stuff and your crypto. Like, I, I just, I can't, you know. One, maybe, uh, quit, um, quit limiting growth. Okay, got it. Yeah, I mean, the Dems are after Trump in person. Yeah. I, I just, I'm like, come on. Like, I, I don't understand this. Like, that's like arguing over whether or not, you know, we get the internet, you know what I mean? The, you know, fast, fast data. Like, that's not a— I don't feel like that's a Democrat or Republican thing. I think it's good for everybody if we can move data quickly, right? Back in the internet days, like, why would that be a fight? Why would that be a fight? I don't get it. Anyway, um, now we're gonna get to that, Scotty. Okay, so number 2, there's a second fight, and then we're gonna get to the real issue. Okay, okay. The second fight is there— there is a fight about developers. So there's a profit— there's a provision that would protect the people who write blockchain software from being treated like money transmitters, like banks, as long as they never actually hold anybody's money. Okay, so the people building this technology say that that protection is very important because without it, writing code could make you criminally liable for how strangers use it. Okay, so that one has support but is still being negotiated. Now the big one which you mentioned, and I want to make sure I didn't miss any super chats, the big one right now— oh, there we go, I did miss Purple Rain, what's going on? What is going on? All right, um, I appreciate this. Thank you so much for the Super Chat. Thank you for being a guiding light. Uh, some days are tougher than others. Yep, I love recognizing opportunities to buy dips regardless. ZBEC, VLO, SHX, a stronghold, and XRP. Yes, I love it. And, um, yeah, I bought some, some, uh, ZBEC, SHX, and XRP just yesterday. I bought a lot of crypto yesterday. Um, I caught XRP at $1.06. So we say— somebody say, let's go, CT! I get you, I get you. You're like, you're ready for this to go. Um, I'm just wondering what XRP is at the time of this. Okay, it's $1.10. All right, uh, but, uh, XLM is at 18 cents right now. So anyway, here's the third fight, um, and this is the big one. And you know, uh, is it— it's about stablecoins and your bank. And I'm gonna be honest, I took some money out the bank and put it in stablecoins. Seriously. I mean, come on, y'all know what I— and let me say what I got to say first, and then I'm gonna tell you how bad this is to me. So there's a question about whether stablecoin issuers, uh, can pay you yield, basically interest on the digital dollars that you hold, okay? And the traditional banks are fighting this very hard because there was an analysis that came out that estimated that if stablecoins can pay interest, then up to a trillion dollars could drain out of regular banks, okay, to the crypto dollars. Now come on, y'all already know even the thought of that, because that's their whole model, is to make money off of you for a bank. So come on, if you, if you like, oh, we might lose a trillion dollars, then you're gonna have a fight, right? So the banking lobby, some of the most powerful money in Washington, if they're in this fight, I'm trying to protect itself, right? So now you see it like this. This is— and let me just, um, let me tell y'all something because I looked it up and I was like, you know how we know that you don't get nothing if you got your money in JP Morgan or whatever, or regular banks, a regular bank? You know how you know? Like, so I, I was like, exactly how much? Because I don't even really know, okay? Because I don't like using banks other than for like operational needs and stuff like that. So I looked it up and I found out that pretty much most banks give you 0.05%, okay? 0.05%, that's 0.05 divided by 100. So what I did was I went to my calculator because y'all know I'm a calculator girl, and I'm like, uh-uh, I gotta find out how much, how much am I, you know what I'm saying? So I just went $75,000, like, so if I put $75,000 in the bank and and I win $75,000 times point— because wait, what is— let me, let me make sure I got the math right. 0.05 divided by 100. I'm gonna tell y'all how much y'all gonna make on y'all on $75,000, uh, a month. 0.0005 times $75,000, and there you go, $37 a year divided by 12. Um, and that's $3. That's $3. So $75,000— let me make sure I had that right— $75,000 times, um, 0.0005. Yep, $37 a year divided by 12 is 3, about $3. Now if you go to a high-yielding savings account or a stablecoin and you put that same $75,000 times 0.03, you get $2,250. That's, that's only at 3%. Like, stablecoins can go from 3 to 6%, and they have like promotions and stuff like that. So on the low end, 3%, and, and it's a little more in a high-yielding savings account, might be like 3.25. So basically you get like $2,300 divided by 12. So you're looking at $187 a month that you could be making if your money's sitting there versus $3. Versus $3, okay? And I thought it was— if I did the math wrong, uh, last time, uh, because I thought it was 60 cents a month, uh, but yeah, it probably is if you don't have much. But yeah, $187 versus $3. That's how little they pay you money in an account, okay? So I just want y'all to know what that really looks like, right? And somebody said, uh, Trump stole 1.5. Yeah, I— you know what, now that I don't appreciate. I don't think he should have came out with that doggone meme coin. It, it just— that was a bad move. That was a really bad move for him. I do not like the fact that he came out with that meme coin. I hate it, as a matter of fact. Um, so, but now you see this, guys, this is not a— this was never about a simple crypto bill. And let me— I'm gonna get into, um, something else, why I think XRP is just fine, right? Yeah, Scotty, you can borrow against and pay no tax, but also you can— you can— and this is great, this is a strategy, this is part of that plan. It's it still don't beat a tax-free account. Why, why do I say it don't beat a tax-free account? Because you still got to pay that loan back. You still got to pay the interest on that loan every year to keep the loan open. So, and if something happens and you get underwater on that loan, you're in trouble. So it's still— it's great, but it don't beat a tax-free account where you can just build money. It don't beat that. Um, but yes, those are both great tax strategies. Um, but it don't, it don't beat putting your money somewhere where I don't have to worry about borrowing against it or anything like that. This is a tax-free account, you know what I'm saying? So yeah, and not only so I can take money out of that tax-free account after it grew, not have to pay taxes, and then now put that money somewhere that makes money, or invest that money in a business, a boring business that's cash flow, or car wash, or, you know, real estate, or just put it in dividend stocks. So now I've made money off of it, and now just— there's no borrowing. I don't have to pay anything. I don't have to worry about loan to, uh,, uh, to valuation. I don't have to worry about any of that. It's just mine, you know what I'm saying? So, or listen to this, I could take that money out. See, it's so many more options you have with that. I can take that money out of the, uh, the Roth after it appreciates, and then I can position that money inside of a, a cash flow life policy, and then I can borrow So I, I gained it without the taxes, and then I can place it somewhere, and then I could, uh, borrow against it that way. But now I'm like, I'm double dipping in a sense, because now I had this tax strategy working for me, now recycle this money into another tax-free, uh, strategy and borrow against it while it continues to grow. Like, it's just different. Yeah, UIL cash flow policy, um, so it's just different options. Or again, I could just invest it in something, just just something that's going to produce more income, okay? Then I could take that borrowed money off out of the UIL, the cash flow policy, and then I put that money somewhere and that makes more money. It's all about the recycling the money. Uh, everybody got a different game plan. All right, so y'all, this is not a— this is not about a crypto bill. It's, it's so an ethics fight about the president, it's a liability fight about developers, and a trillion-dollar territorial war with the the banking industry, and it's all tangled together, and that's what keeps stalling. And my honest state of it right now is that, um, so a merge draft just came together. So there's a talk of a Senate floor vote possibly the week of July 20th. I'm so tired of these, these— I mean, the deadlines just keep getting pushed back, right? But anyway, it needs 60 votes, which means at least 7 Democrats have to cross over. And the ethics fight is blocking those votes. Now, also, the most serious analysts put the odds of it passing this year at roughly basically a coin flip. We, we flip a coin. Again, I'll let you know what I think about it. Um, but if it does not clear before the Senate leaves for its August recess, its chances for the entire year is probably going to collapse. All right. Now let me give you the part that I really want to explain. This is actually— I said all of that to say this. This is the most exciting part that I want to share. Everyone is treating, to me, this bill like it's the only door. Like, you know, okay, if we think about XRP, it's standing outside of that, and Clarity is the single locked door that has to get opened for it to get through. I don't believe that that's true, and here's why. Okay, thank you, Lauren. Yeah, I got my XRP shirt on today. Here is why. Because while everybody is still staring at Congress, XRP and Ripple have been quietly, uh, walking through completely different doors that has nothing to do with this bill. If you think about it, let me give you one of the biggest ones, um, and I do have a caveat to this, but There is an agency, and I've talked about it, called the OCC, the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency. In plain language, the OCC is the federal regulator that charters and oversees, uh, national banks. Okay, that's what they do. So it is a— it is the body that decides who gets to be a bank at the national level. And back in December of last year, the OCC granted Ripple conditional approval for a national trust bank charter. Then on April 1st, and I've talked about this a lot, the federal rule defining what those trust banks can actually do went live. And it specifically included holding digital assets in custody under federal oversight. And the OCC is doing a lot of different stuff. That's how SoFi is able to custody crypto. Okay. SoFi is a bank. So Ripple didn't wait for Congress. It went through the banking regulatory, uh, uh, uh, or regulator directly. Okay, they did. And it's becoming a federally regulated trust bank right now without the Clarity Act existing. Okay, there's another open door that I, I always talk about. Before any of this, think about it, the SEC and the CFTC had already moved to classify XRP as a commodity earlier this year, and they went through the court case. So the exact question about the Clarity Act is fighting to answer for the entire crypto, uh, industry— security or commodity, security or commodity— that was already effectively answered for XRP through a different process. XRP has already walked through that door while everybody's waiting. So it has that clarity, that clarity that people, that banks and institutions need. And then there's a third door that Ripple is reaching for, and that is a Federal Reserve master account, which will give it direct access to the core payment rails of the United States. That's not a Congress deal either. That is a separate track, okay? So here's the whole point that I want you to understand. The Clarity Act is one door. It is big, and this is my caveat, it's a big door. It is very important, okay? It's a loud door, and if it opens, it is good for the entire industry, XRP included, because what it does is it lifts the fog for everybody. But I have to be honest if I'm looking at this the right way and say it's not the only door. And XRP specifically has spent the last year walking through— I would call these little side entrances, all right? And it, and, and it started that process when it, when it won that court case and it was deemed that XRP is not a security, okay? And this is why I keep telling you to watch what is actually being built instead of just the headline that everybody's screaming about, like, oh, Clarity, this and that. Again, I'm saying it is genuinely good. I want it to happen. Listen, at this point I'm interceding for it to happen, okay? But if your entire thesis, uh, for XRP rises and falls on one Senate vote, then of course you're looking at the vote getting delayed and you probably gonna panic and all of that. But if you understand that regulatory clarity for XRP is coming through multiple channels at once— the bank charter, the commodity classification, the fight for Fed access then the stalled bill is not going to make you necessarily feel like, oh, this is doomed. Also remember that it is built for a liquidity crisis. So I'm not telling you one is coming, but I'm saying— and you can go back and watch my video from Monday— if there was a liquidity crisis where there's, you know, where money is trying to exit all at the same time and there's not fast settlement to make that happen. And man, danger come. And by the way, Japan's economy is suffering really bad right now. Their economy is really bad. And, and I want you to know, for everybody who's praying for the reverse carry trade, I do want you to know that that is going to be a very difficult day for some people. Can you imagine? I mean, it's just going to be a diff— you know, or I don't want to say day like it's an event This has been happening. So if something were to speed up and it just became unbearable, then, uh, it didn't— it's really not an event that just happened out of the blue. We've been watching this for a very long time. And maybe Japan has a way out, I don't know. Maybe they have a slow, methodical way out, okay? I don't know. But if it happens quick and, and, and something needs— that, that's not, that's not good, you know, because guess what? Most people who are even sane are going to lose their mind, and they're going to be probably forced to sell and stuff. You see the market dropping, and, you know, I, I would love nothing more than XRP to come down to, you know, 90 cents, 80 cents, 70 cents, heck, 60 cents, 50 cents. Come on down, I don't care. Um, I'll be buying. But for a lot of people, I know you can't even handle this, so I can't imagine if, if it came down another 30%. I know, um, I know, uh, don't let anyone give up on their dream and talk you out. I love this. I know you said this last time, um, don't let anybody— anyone who gave up on their dream talk you out of pursuing yours. And I love that statement. It caught me again. Um, so I don't know who's, uh, I'm just trying to figure out what Scotty is saying. I don't quite understand it, um, so I can't even answer to that. Uh, it's her husband. She's clueless to anything. Oh, uh, don't think I'm clueless to anything, sir. Trust me, you just don't share everything, you know. I'm not clueless to anything. All right, so, um, That's what I want you to understand. I need you to understand that we are in a situation where we can take, first of all, advantage of everything. And I'm going to tell you my thoughts, okay? Um, I'm going to tell you my thoughts about all of this. Um, aside from— and we've talked about this a few times, remember, the link to iTrust is in the description. Because if you do, if you do believe in XRP, if you have a thesis and you understand there's different ways to get to these, um, these outcomes, right? And I tell you to be patient, please. Hey, if it take time, it takes time. That's okay. You have time to plan a game plan. With an open door to appreciate is everything, okay? It is everything. I, um, and I'm gonna give you my thoughts, right? PV Smith, thank you. Trump made an EO to the Fed to give them 90 days to make a decision on Ripple getting the master account Yep, they started on May 9th. And you know what, I made a video on that back sometime. A lot of people didn't probably understand what it meant, but I said that there, that, um, there was a, a clock given, that they gave them 90 days to make a decision, which was very key because in past time they just kept pushing things back. They throw that thing in the drawer somewhere and they never look back. So the fact that they even gave them a deadline says something. So May, June, July, August. So by August, yeah, they gave him a 90-day deadline. So that is different from anything that's ever happened in the past, right? Now, uh, now, can you explain why Kraken Exchange won't let you convert any of your crypto? I'm not sure about that because, uh, I can convert, um, crypto into cash. So I'm not sure, I'm not sure if— I don't know where you live or if there's something different or if they stopped you from doing something, but I'm able to do it. Uh, I don't know if any of you all are. You all can answer, but I'm able to convert, um, back to cash. And if you're not, then you can just go ahead and move it to a different exchange, or you can move it to your cold wallet, or you can move it to an institutional custody account. Um, Okay, uh, let's see. All right, Dr. Is there another way to win without money? I got God on my side, but that doesn't, uh, that don't always work at the grocery store. I hear you, I hear you. But you know what, if you, if you're a God-fearing person, you got to remember too, um, yeah, there's a way to win without money, um, there's a way to win without resources, and it's you. It's in you. Everything that pertains to life and godliness is in you. I've given you the power to become wealthy, right? I placed in you everything that you need that pertains to life and godliness. So you got to dig deep within because at the end of the day, you are your biggest asset, okay? You are your mind. You have ideas in your mind, and it's never about the resources, it's about becoming resourceful. So there's something, um A lot of times when people stop looking outside and look within, they find those answers for themselves, right? And so that, that's like, that's like inner work that has to be done. So I get it. I know, you know, you're like, well, I'm, I might be struggling, I might not have the funds or whatever, but, um, it's a lot of people who were in that situation, um, maybe even homeless, and they come up with an idea. I mean, your, your mind can ascend. You just got to dig deep. Answers are always within you, right? Nobody can really give them to you. They're really within you. And even for me as a coach, I always try to ask a lot of questions, you know, like, what is it that you do? What is it that you, you can do in your sleep? Like, what is it that your friends say, um, that you do very well, that you can do without even thinking about it? Like, you have to have some kind of gift, some kind of skill. And the, the main thing is, like, when we decide that we want to give value Well, money chases value. Never chase money. You know, you chase money, money run from you. To be honest, it's true. Like, but if you, if you chase value, meaning, how can I bring value in the world? How can I bring value to a situation? How can I be the solution to a problem? Money follows value, right? So you got to figure out, like, how can I give value and what is placed in me that can allow, um, you know, what kind of gift do I have that someone's willing to pay for? What's— what, what kind of value can I bring? And, um, yeah, though, I mean, those are things that, like, I know a lot of people are, are wrestling with. But if you re— when you finally change your mindset and you know that, like, your wish is your command, in a sense, uh, you can do some powerful things. But it has to— you have to stop looking in the wrong place, okay? And you cannot think about the problem because you can't overcome the problem by thinking about the problem. Never will happen. You got to think about the solution. Okay, if I need resources, I need finances to pay bills, like, it's not like you got to start asking yourself how. It's not that you can't. How can I do it? When you change that and you start asking the words, or start using the word how, sometimes answers start coming to you. Sometimes things start happening and life starts reflecting those things back. I promise you, it starts within you. All right, um, now Here's my thought. I'm going to give you my thought of what I think will happen. Um, and I've said this from the beginning, as a matter of fact. I think way back when we had this idea about the Clarity Act, I said I don't think nobody will be completely satisfied. I— that, that, that's my prediction. Um, it could be right or wrong. We could wind up with the full Clarity Act, or we can wind up without it at all. But I've always said I think we get it. I just don't think Everybody will be satisfied. So my thoughts are that we probably get a skinny bill, okay? And a skinny bill is a very plausible, um, yeah, uh, it's very plausible and it's known, um, as a Washington move, right? So when a big comprehensive bill gets stuck on a few like controversial areas like the ethics fight, the stable yield, the, uh, the, the preemption fight lawmakers will often start to strip it down to just the parts that everybody finally agree on, um, and they'll take the other parts out and then they'll let it pass instead. So that's like a skinny bill. So you get this clean, like, non-controversial core across the finish line, and you leave the contested stuff for a different day. And it's a very common way, um, that things actually get done when the full version is just too heavy to move before a deadline. All right. So I really do think that they want to get this bill across, but maybe it just won't be the full bill now. So how it could play out to me is if Clarity can't get the 7 Democratic votes before August recess because of the, uh, the ethics wall, and, um, then I feel like one realistic path is that they carve out the least controversial piece, uh, most, most likely what we're dealing with, the basic SEC versus CFTC jurisdiction question, right? Because that's what banks and institutions need to move forward. And then you get the OCC involved. I think that becomes enough. And so they can just figure out how to at least define who regulates it, and then they can pass that alone. And that would get an industry— to me, the single most important thing that they've been asking for, which is the definition of what a digital asset is and who oversees it. Without like dragging out all of these other fights over the president and the stablecoin yield and stuff, and then we don't get anything. And I think they understand if we don't get this done, there's other countries, you know, Europe has got, you know, they got their market compliance, they, they're moving forward, you know what I'm saying? Japan is moving forward and integrating it into their entire economy right now. I'm not saying a skinny bill is not guaranteed either, you know, the controversial pieces are, um, they're— because powerful people want them. So also stripping it down makes some backers probably walk away. Okay, uh, the DeFi crowd, remember, they want their developer protections because of, you know, people using things— or yeah, using it the wrong way and them getting the blame. The, the banks, of course, you know the banks ain't going down without a fight. They want their stablecoin, uh, provision handled. And then Democrats, they, they may not give up the ethics leverage, um, just to let a skinny bill, uh, pass. Now it would be good for us. It would let them— it would let us know, okay, you guys do really care about us. Okay, a skinny bill will solve a deadline problem, uh, but it can create this why bother kind of problem if too many people feel that their piece get left out. But then I feel like you're getting too personal And, and it's not about— it's not about, uh, the democratization of, you know, money. I, I feel like it's a, it's a, it's a bad move if they don't work this out. And, and it's sad, and I think it's sad. And I'm gonna be really mad because I, I— now I'm gonna know, like, you guys are not putting America first. Like, y'all should have enough sense to come together and get something passed that can let us move forward as a country. And you can put the American people first because you know we're invested in crypto. And if you really want, you know, like— and I'm not saying that he has anything to do with all of this. These are the, you know, the banks and they, you know, all the fights and stuff. Like, it's ridiculous and I'm sick of it. Anyway, yeah, y'all, y'all don't forget, uh, to hit that thumbs up button. Hit that thumbs up button. Thank you so much. Uh, you are true teacher and we appreciate you. I appreciate you guys as well. Um, and when I say America first, I mean, uh, people who are on the take from the bankers do not want the bill to pass. I know, um, Dante, when I— and I know I got a lot of people from a different place— I'm saying America first because this is coming from America. This is coming from our Congress and our White House and our officials and our Democrats and Republicans. So this is from America. So what I'm saying is America first, meaning the people, because that's what America is, is a, is a country full of people and You know what I'm saying? So, um, this isn't like America first before, you know, uh, or I'm not, I'm not trying to represent, you know, value. I think we're all God's people, are all valuable. But what I'm saying is this is an America problem. So I'm saying that they need to, you know, drop that, all of this personal stuff and all of these personal attacks and all of this other nonsense, and they need to think about the people, the American people, and get this bill across. Because not only is it good for America, but it's also good for Japan and other countries. They want us to get the Clarity Act passed. The, uh, Japan's officials said the same thing. I need y'all to pass the Clarity Act, right? So, um, so that's what, that's what I mean by that. Um, so, uh, thank you so much, XRP Maxi. I love it. Please like and share. Kamilah Stevenson, brilliant. Thank you guys. You guys are so kind, so sweet. Listen, um, I appreciate all of y'all. Don't forget, I am doing the free webinar So I will not be here Wednesday. I don't know if I'll be here Saturday either. Um, I have so much to prepare for, and I'm— I've been working like a Hebrew slave, man. I've been working, working, working, right? So, um, yeah, and, and if somebody's a Hebrew or whatever, don't take that— it's a, it's a, it's a saying, okay? So I know people get sensitive when you say stuff, and stuff just slip out of your, you know— and like I say, I love all— I love all humanity, okay? So, but you get it, you know what I'm saying? Back in the biblical days, they was working like slaves, you know, like they were slaves. So I've been working a lot, and I am— and I'm trying. Um, the confusion only in America. I know, I know, only in America. Like, these other, um, you know, you know, these other countries, they're getting with it and stuff. And I'm like, what is happening here? Yeah, the energy is Shifted. XRP time has arrived. And listen, the time is here. The wealth transfer is happening. The— what— listen, these institutions are loading up. They are, they are, they confiscate— they— I don't want to say confiscating that— they, you know, they, they freely buy. They, they know what the position looks like. And at some point there's going to be a supply and demand dynamics, um, you know, as they continue to, um, you know, buy these ETFs. 8 straight weeks of ETFs, um, 19-month low in the price, and they still loading up. What did— what does that say? What does that say about the fact that we hit a 19-month low in the price, but you have 8 straight weeks of positive inflows from institutions buying XRP? And these are not— they're not trying to trade it, y'all. They're, they're, they're keeping it, okay, locked up. All right, locked up, right? So, all right, uh, yes, make sure y'all like the video, um, if you're here, like the video. All right, just take a moment right now to like the video. Uh, it takes a lot to come out here and try to keep you guys updated with the information. It takes a lot of study and a lot of research. Um, just a lot of, you know what I mean, like, and I love to do it. I love to do it. But, um, all I ask is that you like the video if you're here watching and you're benefiting from it. Um, I'm going to appreciate you guys either way because I really do love you guys, and I can't wait to see, you know, what things look like on the other side of this. Just stay steady. I try to educate you guys on what's happening, and I don't try to come out here to just say, okay, yeah, we gotta wait for the Clarity Act. I want you to understand what it means for you and your money, because it is personal, and it has to be personal for you and your family. And I want you guys to position yourselves for the— in the best, in the best way possible. And you're not doing it for yourself. Understand your why. Understand that you're doing this for not only you, but your, your, your grandkids, your, your children, your grandkids, your great-grandkids, you You're doing it for more— for the people that you're called to, for those who are— those who are called to bring a solution in this world, because there's a lot of solutions that's needed. Why? Because there's a lot of problems that exist. All right, so again, I appreciate you guys. Uh, like the video, subscribe if you have not already, make sure you sign up for the free webinar next Wednesday. And as always, I want you to stay wise, stay wealthy, and I'll see you guys in the next video. Peace out. Thank you, Corey.
