The Real Reason You Keep Starting Over (And How to End It for Good)

Inspiration fades without immediate action, but the real blocker is identity-level fear and a nervous system stuck in familiar patterns. True change requires an all-in decision that aligns emotion with vision, not logic alone. A 90-day challenge targets nervous-system regulation, trauma-informed nutrition, and identity work to build lasting capacity.

What's up, y'all? All right, here for a quick training that I think will give you some perspective. Let's talk about perspective today. All right, we trying to get you to, um, stop starting and stopping, starting and stopping. So I want to show you something very key, a distinction, a distinction between how you actually break through the glass ceiling, break through the limitations, break through the cycles, and, and really start to move forward and get the desires that, that you really have. I know a lot of people are struggling this year, um, with having inspiration but not really finding fulfillment in what it is that they inspire to do. Like, almost like, I know what to to do, but I, for some reason, I'm still having problems doing what I know to do. I'm going to help you out. This is going to be very beneficial for you, very valuable for this year. I'm really trying to get people to be all in, in their— on their future. There's no need in, in continuing on with life and you don't have control. We all need control. If we don't have control, life is just going to happen to us and we're out of control. So I want to help with that today. All right, so, um, let's see, make sure I am— oh, I see it. Okay, all right, I had to start, uh, um, on Instagram also. All right, um, so come on in and we're gonna get started right away and allow you to, uh, get this training real quick and then, um, be on your way. It's a beautiful— it's a beautiful day, guys. It's always a beautiful day if that's what you say it is, right? All right, uh, I see you guys coming in. I'm looking off to, uh, looking at some of these comments. What's up, guys? What's up? What's up? What's up? What's up? What's up? All right, let's get into it. I won't hold you. Um, I just want to talk a little bit about why it is that, um, you keep starting over. What is the real reason why you keep starting over with your goals, your plans, the things that you desire to do, the things that you've once been motivated to do, and you just can't keep moving, right? So we're going to get straight into this because what I found out is that everyone has a moment when something clicks. You might watch a video, you might be listening to this video, you hear a message, you read something that just hits you deeply, it shakes you. And for a moment you might say, this is it, I'm ready. And you start to believe that change is possible, and you, you even get that, like I say, that inspiration, that, that hopefulness. Um, you even feel determined. But then you have, you know, a few hours pass, few days, and nothing changes, and, and you're back just scrolling back, questioning, uh, questioning yourself, your decisions, um, back to waiting for the right time. We all know the right time, it doesn't exist, by the way. And you tell yourself, you start to justify and tell yourself you're working on it or you're trying to figure things out. But, and I want to paint this picture, deep down you know that what's really happening is hesitation. What is that? You're circling, not because you don't care, but because you're, um, or, or not because you don't care or because you're not capable, but because you feel like something's holding you back from crossing over that line. And, and that is the line— hear me out— that separates the people who shift their life completely from the ones who keep dreaming about it for the next 10 years. My question is, do you want to dream about where you want to be with your health, your wealth, your relationships, your business for the next 10 years and, and have done nothing about it. Let me tell you something, because I love inspiration. It is a spark. It helps, right? But inspiration is a spark that don't necessarily build the fire by itself, okay? It's a, it's a spark, but, but a spark alone can't build a fire. And there is absolutely nothing wrong with being inspired. I know a lot of people are inspired, and it's very powerful. It can stir something up on the inside of you and show you what's possible. But here is the problem that, that, that starts to happen with people: if they don't act quickly on what they're inspired to do, then that inspiration fades. So if you feel like, man, I need to be going to the gym, I'm about to do it, it's, it's, it's the time, I'm not about to be sitting around all day again and, and gaining weight. If you don't act on that right away, then that inspiration will fade, and eventually it turns to regret. And that's what I'm trying to keep you from. Um, that's because inspiration, it'll give you momentum, but it doesn't create identity. You don't change your life just because you felt something powerful. You change your life when your identity shifts. Until you believe something different about who you are, you will keep defaulting into the same cycles no matter how many goals you write down or how much potential you have. Okay, I hope that's clear. And this is the frustrating, um, the frustrating part for most people is they know what to do, they've seen the path, they've listened to the content, but they just don't follow through. And it's not because, uh, if, if that's you, it's not because you're weak, it's not because you're lazy, but it's because you haven't become the version of yourself who expects follow-through, who embodies follow-through, who acts even when feelings fade. And until that shift happens internally, the external results stay out of reach for you. Okay, so I'm just burned out. I, I hear you, I hear you, uh, and a lot of people are, are burned out, um, but what's actually stopping you is some of y'all just not going all in. You got to go all in, you understand what I'm saying? You have to really go all in, and most people just don't do it, not because of their circumstances, but usually because of their fears. Okay, usually it's fear, and it's not just the fear of failure. We hear that a lot. It's also the fear of success. It's the fear of being seen. It's the fear of being different. It's the fear of responsibility. It's the fear that if you finally do what you're capable of, you won't be able to hide anymore. And that becomes an issue for a lot of people. And then there's that fear that almost nobody talks about And that's the fear that maybe, just maybe, this version of you, the one who doubts, delays, hesitates, is actually who you are. That if you give your full effort and it still doesn't work, it will confirm your deepest insecurity that you were never enough to begin with. Some people, that's the fear. That is a real block for a lot of people. And this is not surface-level resistance, y'all. This is identity level fear. There is a difference. And if you grew up in an environment where survival was the focus, where dreaming big felt dangerous or insufferable, then your entire nervous system is wired to resist the very thing that you say you want. It's all the way in your nervous system. And a lot of people don't get that. Your body remembers what it was like to want something and not get it, okay? To believe in something and to be disappointed. Your body remembers that. So now, even though your conscious mind says let go, your subconscious says no, it's safer to stay here. We've done this before. That's what happens. And it's not because your nervous system is broken, it just needs to be conditioned. And this is so important to understand. When you hesitate before stepping into something new, it's not always because you're undisciplined or afraid. Sometimes your body has just learned that certainty even if it's painful, feels safer than possibility. To be, to be certain, to be comfortable is safer than possibility. And that's why you might feel this internal tug of war, okay? You want to grow, but you might, um, pull back, okay? You want to change, but part of you clings to the old routine, like staying in bed or doing nothing or sitting on the couch, just just the old routine. And you may even crave transformation, but you keep finding reasons to delay it. Self-sabotage. It's not just laziness though, it's protective programming. It's protective programming. You have programmed yourself to protect you from you being the newer version of you, walking into a different identity. And until you recognize that your body is resisting what your soul is asking for you will keep trying to logic your way through a transformation that requires emotional and energetic realignment. Go all in. This is your future we talking about. Go all in. And this is why affirmations alone don't work. Um, this is why information alone isn't enough. Because if you haven't felt your future, if you haven't gotten emotionally invested in the cost of staying the same and the power of becoming something more, you will not move. The brain does not respond to logic alone. It responds to urgency, to emotion, to experience. You have to make your vision feel more real than your fear. You have to. And trust me, we all have fears. I have fears. I, I have times where I'm, I'm being fearful or anxious about something, but I have to elevate my vision to feel more real to me. I got to get emotionally involved, all in. You have to start acting like the person you want to become, even when it feels awkward or when it feels foreign. That is how you override the default programming, and that is how you break cycles and actually change. And so here is the point of, of transformation, and that is decision. Decision is the doorway to transformation. Once, once you understand all of this, the only thing that can really take you forward is decision. At some point, you have to stop thinking about it, talking about it, planning for it, waiting for the right time, and just decide. That this is what you're going to do. Because no matter how powerful your vision is, it will never pull you forward if you're still half in. You got to be all in. A true decision isn't something that you make, um, and revisit. It's something you burn the ships for. It is, it is the internal moment where you just say, listen, I am not going to keep repeating the same cycles. I decide not to do that. I will not let another month pass in confusion. Why, why, why would you want to be in confusion and lack of clarity when you can make a decision not to be? I didn't say it would be easier. I didn't say life would get easy, but you got to get stronger, and that's how you overcome. You have to say, I won't keep doubting my own power. God has given you everything that pertains to life and godliness. All the power is within you. It's within your decision. You just got to say, I'm all in whether I feel ready or not. And when you make that decision, that decision doesn't have anything— it has— it doesn't have a bearing or connection with motivation. It just has everything to do with alignment. Because once you decide, momentum will follow, energy will shift, resources will appear, clarity will increase. But all of that stays hidden until you make a decision, until you decide. And here's what I want to say: if nothing changes, nothing changes. It's just that simple. That's a nice little statement. If nothing changes, nothing changes, right? I want to say this with love and with urgency: you will not stumble into transformation. You won't. You're not going to wake up one day with a different body, a healed nervous system, clear boundaries, restored energy, stable mood, healthy habits, consistent follow-through. You're not going to do that by accident. That's not going to happen, all right? You're not going to drift into alignment. You build it, you choose it, and every day that you don't choose it, you reinforce the old pattern, right? So if you are serious about breakthrough, about your future, about your destiny, about your purpose, about your health, about your wealth, about your business, about your relationships, if you're serious about your energy levels— because it takes energy to live— and you're tired of circling the same conversation in your head and you're finally ready to act, then do it. It's just that simple. Just do it. All right, I just wanted to, uh, really help you to see that, just Create a clear path. It's simple. It's more simple than what you're making it. All of the resistance in your mind and your, and your head and your past traumas, all of that resistance is there to try to buck up against a simple principle in life. Is you, you go all in. You make a decision to live the life that you want to live. Life and death is your decision. Will you thrive or will you survive, right? All right, so I do want to invite you into something. I want to invite you into, um, and it's for some people and for other people it's not for. But if I'm going to tell you about a decision that needs to be made, that I want to give you an opportunity to make a decision, and I want to give you an opportunity to stop self-sabotage. All right, and I want to help you to become grounded and to trust yourself again. You can trust yourself. Right? You don't— you, you're not— listen, this is not about— let me just take the weight off of your shoulders. This is not about doing everything at once, okay? It's not. I have an opportunity, um, where I will help you with a proven path that's designed to restore those areas that you want to move forward in, to restore health, to reset your mind, to upgrade your life from the inside out. I Y'all, I don't work with, um, I don't work with surface level stuff. I, I just— it doesn't work, okay? I already know it. It just doesn't work. It might be good for marketing, but it don't work, okay? And I have a 90-day challenge that I am doing and I'm launching for those who really want to target, um, their life and their future. Actually, let me just tell you a few things that Um, when I say I don't deal with surface stuff, let me tell you some of the things that this challenge will include helping you out on. Most people don't even, even know how to do that, right? Vision building. Yes. Wealth habits, being consistent, confident, aligned with decision making. Some of you are here because you are not aligned with decision-making. Productivity, mental clarity, um, stop, uh, learning how to stop procrastinating and start producing, creating systems. Basically, if I, if I summarize this, creating systems that make your health and wealth inevitable, not accidental, okay? And, and it's not just about health and wealth, it's about capacity. That's what this is all about. It's about capacity. Mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual capacity. Because I can tell you this: when your body is clear and your brain is sharp and your heart is calm, you make better decisions, period. You show up differently and you rise.
