The Real War Behind the Clarity Act

Kamilah Stevenson breaks down the Clarity Act, a proposed bill that would define digital assets as commodities or securities and split regulatory authority between the SEC and CFTC. She argues XRP already has regulatory clarity and will benefit once institutions get a rulebook, and that the real opportunity is now in the rule-writing phase, not price discovery.

Hey, it's Kamilah Stevenson. Round here we talk wealth, and let me say this, we are at a war with the Clarity Act. I want you to put a 1 in the chat if you think the Clarity Act is going through this year, 2026. Put a 2 in the chat if you do not think it's going through. What's up? I'll edit the first part. So happy you guys are here. First time I'm doing my video with my YouTube award in the background there. And, uh, I'm gonna give my thoughts on this, so you're gonna be highly educated to understand what's going on. I'll, I'll catch you up to speed. I see a few comments. You think one is going through? Okay, we see in the comments that you guys think that the Clarity Act will be going through. All right, all right, I see it. All right, a couple of twos there, you know. All right, um, absolutely, that sounds like a great way to kick things off. My phone is talking to me now. You say stuff and then they start talking. So, all right, what's the Clarity Act? No, that's a great question that you even asked because I'll go through what the Clarity Act is. I never assume that everybody knows what's going on right now. We do have the Clarity Act. There's some friction there with the Clarity Act. This is going to be very important. And like I said, I'll get to it in a minute. This will be very important to your crypto because if we do not get the Clarity Act passed, we— it's gonna— we're not gonna see the bull run that we're expecting with some of the crypto. Um, do I think— I'm just looking at the comments before I start. Do I think XRP will eventually decouple from the traditional stock market and value will not fluctuate with Bitcoin either? Um, yes, I do. I do think that XRP will decouple from Bitcoin. Right? I don't, I don't even like to— I don't like to align XRP with the stock market because I already think too many people treat it like the stock market, and it has nothing to do with— I, I don't treat it like stock, and I think a lot of people look at XRP like it's a stock, right? Um, all right, there is— there was a comment that I saw that I think is like, it represents what most people probably feel like. They should change— well, some people feel like this, uh, they should change Clarity Act to protect the banks while crushing Crypto Act. Um, you know, that, that's an interesting comment. I think what you are trying to explain is that you believe that Clarity Act is being shaped or should be shaped to look pro-crypto on the surface but designed underneath to protect banks. Um, I'm thinking that's what you're saying. Right? All right, I'm looking at some more of the comments. Uh, all right, listen, let me, let me say this. Uh, we got a lot of— I love to see banks are trying to take over. Yeah, I mean, they are trying to take over. Um, I think Bitcoin will change his mind or climb down. What do you— or I'm sorry, Brian, what do I think? I'll, I'll explain exactly what I think, right? Um, I believe this XRP does not need Clarity Act as it is already been educated by the federal magistrate and has total compliance through the CFTC. You are absolutely right with that. Sorry, I'm trying to read through these real fast. Uh, XRP has— all right, cool. I see, I'm looking at what you guys think, and I wanted to know what you guys think about it. Um, because there's, there's 3 different things that are happening all at once, and I'll kind of explain that so you understand, because it is important if you hold crypto This is very important, and you're going to need to understand this because, um, it's going to matter with the price points for some of, some of your crypto. We're not going to see a, a— we're not going to see a euphoric run if, if the Clarity Act is not passed, right, for most of the crypto. Now, there are some that I think stand on the outside of that, a couple of them that I believe stand on the outside of that. But right now, what we're— let me say this, nothing I say is financial advice. Everything I say is for educational and, uh, uh educational and entertainment purposes only. Do not listen to what I say and decide to go make decisions. Manage your own expectations. I am not your financial advisor. Okay, let me say that. Let me get that out the way. All right, so what we're seeing right now, we're watching the financial system try to decide how much competition it's willing to allow in this next phase of money. I believe we're in different phases now. I'm gonna kind of unveil all three viewpoints. You know, one of the things I have a grace to do is I do have a grace to see things from every point of view, okay, and not become overly emotionally invested in the viewpoints that everybody is bringing, okay. And, um, let me see, uh, uh, oops, typo, uh, utility shrouded in Mark. Okay, you must have put another statement that I missed here. But I'll get to some of these. I'll get to some of these. I do want to clarify because again, there are some people who don't understand what's happening or who don't understand what the Clarity Act is. And you know what? Go ahead and like the video and subscribe if you haven't already. But I want to just make sure that everybody is clear on what the Clarity Act actually is. It is not one rule. It's a market structure bill. Okay? And so what the Clarity Act does is at high level is really meant to number one, define which digital assets are commodities versus securities. Okay, that's number one. That is important. And as you guys know, XRP has already been deemed not a security. Okay, so that one has clarification. Uh, also, the Clarity Act is there to clarify whether the CFTC or the SEC has authority. It's also there to clear— uh, to set rules for stablecoins custody and on-chain activity. And then it's also there to give institutions a clear rulebook so that they can actually build. They will not build without a clear rulebook. Okay, now where the— where things get contentious, you know, and why there was pushback, because Coinbase pushed back, of course, and it was around stablecoin rewards and how broadly the bill could restrict yield and certain on-chain activity. Okay, so that is what stopped it. Now y'all asked me the last time I was on, do I think it was going to go through? I said, no, I don't. Okay, yeah, not— it was like the next day or whatever. I said something's gonna happen, it's gonna be delayed, right? Coinbase concern is that part of the bill as is written could effectively limit the rewards on stablecoins and give regulators a wide discretion over how digital assets are used. Okay, not just traded, but how they're used. And then Ripple has a different position in that they're just saying, um, to get the framework in place first, even if it's imperfect, because without the rules The institutions will not go in. Okay, now let me clarify this real quick because I want— I'm always going to educate you seriously. When I mentioned the SEC and the CFTC, I don't expect you to know because— and this is very important because when we're distinguishing commodities versus securities, there's different sectors that, that take over that. The SEC regulates securities. So things like— and remember, these are securities. I'm about to mention them. Stocks, bonds, and investment contracts. Okay, so their job is investor protection. Their job is also disclosures and making sure companies aren't selling unregistered securities. That's what SEC does. Okay, CFTC regulates commodities and derivatives. So things like oil, gold, wheat, and futures market. Okay, so their, their focus is different. Their focus is market integrity and fair trading, not company disclosures. Okay, so that is the difference. Okay, so if something is treated like a security, it falls under the SEC, and if something is treated like a commodity, it falls under the CFTC. Okay, and what the Clarity Act is trying to do is draw that line. What's up from Venezuela? All right, they're trying to— the Clarity Act is trying to draw that line so that companies and institutions know which rules apply before they build. I I hope that makes sense. Okay, so I'm just trying to help you to understand the background. And again, if you own crypto, you need to understand this. You need to know this. And I am always trying to educate you because then you can have a clear path on, okay, what should you be doing? Should you be buying? Should you be selling? Should you be, you know, um, building out your long-term portfolio? Hit that like button for me. Okay, so let's, let's talk through what's up. I love it. Patience is key. What's up, everybody? So, and I see a lot of the just thoughts behind it, and I'm going to ask a little bit more about that because I want, I want to see who you more align with. Now let me, let me give you the backdrop so you understand, so I can pick you up to speed. Because if you're not watching the news, you're not paying attention, I'm gonna pick you up to speed and you're gonna feel like after this live, oh, I know what's going on in the financial, you know, industry. I, I, I get it. You, you're gonna have an understanding of what's at play so that when you keep up with it and you're looking at the news, you can know, okay, what's going on, to understand what's going to happen with your crypto, which ones shine the light on, you know, which ones are shining more than others. This is going to help you, okay? So just understand that this is the way things work. For decades, banks, they pay people almost absolutely— what's up, Hawaii in the house? Absolutely nothing. Like, the banks don't pay you nothing on your deposits. That's why I don't like keeping money in the bank. We talking about fractions of a percentage, um, that is nothing, okay? A penny. And but what they do is they take some of that money and they lend it out and they invest it and they generate massive returns. So they're much— they're making money off of your money, okay? Now that spread that they had is the difference between what they pay you and what they earn. And it's one of the core engines of the banking system. That's just how it's ran, right? But that model only works if people don't have other alternatives. And that's why this is causing some panic with the banks, okay? Because— and the banks have their avatar, they, they got who they, they're marketing to, right? Thank you so much, Wayne Flips, I appreciate that. Now stablecoins are changing all of that, okay? Because when someone can hold a digital $1 and earn 3, 4, 5% without locking it up and without jumping through all kind of hoops or, you know, having to do anything special, then that money is going to move. And banks know that that money is going— when I say money is going to move, I mean they gonna take their cash out of traditional savings accounts and checking accounts and money market deposits, which I don't think people should have their money in there anyway other than operation. Like, I'm not keeping my money in a money market, in a savings account. You're not going to make any money off of that, right? So they know that people gonna take their money out and they're gonna move it into something else that's gonna pay better, right? So, and a lot of people don't like the banks. The bank's got, you know, it's certain things you're gonna use the banks for and other things you're not, you know what I'm saying? I use the banks for loans and for certain, you know, credit cards and, you know, different things, but I'm not using the bank for yield off of a savings account, okay? So if you can hold a digital dollar, if you can put it in a stablecoin and earn 3 to 5% without lockups or paperwork, that money is going— it's flowing out of the banks into that alternative. So that's, that's— and the banks know this. So that's the backdrop for why this fight has escalated with the Clarity Act, what, which, what seemed that like at the last minute. Now here's Coinbase. Let me explain what Coinbase is saying. Coinbase, their position makes sense from their business model. Think about it. Um, it's making sense for their business model. So yield on stablecoins is one of the most powerful on-ramps that they have. That's, that's what they have, you know what I'm saying? It attracts capital and it keeps users engaged that I can make a percentage on this. And so a lot of people do hold their money in stablecoins, right? So if the rewards are restricted or eliminated, then that's going to directly impact their ability to compete, not just with the banks. Think about it, they're gonna— it's gonna affect them also with global platforms. So they're in competition and they're like, no, this isn't— the Clarity Act is not set up for us to win, right? It is not Coinbase being anti-regulation. They are concerned about how regulation is written and who's going to advantage from that regulation and how it's written. Okay, so that's it. Um, Trump, despite his flaws, has a valid point concerning banks scamming people with credit card and all. Yeah, I mean, he does. I mean, they, they do scam people. I mean, you're gonna— if, if he does cap, you know, 10% even for a year for interest rates, you got to also understand that when— and, and that comment is probably talking about, you know, Trump coming out saying we're we're going to cap with 10% interest rates on credit cards because they're taking advantage of people. And I think that it was a deadline to do that for at least a year, maybe 2 years, I can't remember. But you also got to understand that if that does happen, credit card companies may start moving differently. Like, they might start increasing your yearly cost to hold the credit card, or they might start denying people of credit card. Like, you, you have to make a certain amount of money, you have to make like higher standards basically. So We'll see what the repercussions of that becomes. But, um, yeah, but anyway, that, that's, that, that was that point. Now Ripple also made a statement, and I don't know if you guys saw this in the news, but, uh, Ripple basically made a statement and said, listen, clarity is better than chaos, right? So Ripple has a very different position in this. Ripple is not trying to win on a consumer yield level. They're trying to deploy infrastructure at institutional scale. So they're dealing with, um, they're worried about banks and payment rails and settlement systems and stuff like that. They understand that the world is not going to move without the rules. So what Ripple understands is that institutions are not going to touch it without clarity. So from their perspective, uncertainty to them is more damaging than imperfect regulation. So they're like, let's get the regulation done, let's get the Clarity Act done, and we'll do some things on the back end to adapt it. Like, he's not saying that the bill is perfect. Matter of fact, he does— I think, I think he was saying he, you know, we should just get it in place because the institutions, they got money on the sidelines and they're not putting their money to this if they don't get regulations, right? So thank you so much, I appreciate that. Making me smarter. I'm investing in crypto utility. I welcome digital currency. I love it. And thank you so much for your generosity. So, um, and then I see some people say, I'm so glad Coinbase spoke up and is actively refusing the bill as is. So yeah, I mean, and, and they have a right to. So you gotta, you gotta understand this. When you— if you take a step back and you kind of just look at all of this, right, each side is pretty much acting exactly in line with their— with its incentives. Ripple is at, you know, they long-term, they like, hey, nothing's moving without this. You know, Coinbase is like, no, you're gonna— you, you now messing with our money, basically. And the banks are saying, you messing with our money, you know what I mean? Because now people gonna start pulling their money out and taking it into, you know, bringing it into stablecoins. And they like, we don't make money unless we hold money from our people, right? But banks, come on, y'all, y'all not giving us nothing, you know what I'm saying? So I get that. But this is, this is about— they're all in alignment with their incentives. And, and what's being negotiated right now isn't whether crypto survives That's not the issue. It is who gets to compete and who controls yield and who writes the rules for the next phase of the financial system. Okay, so let me see. No bill is better than a bad bill. If it passes in a bad form, it will hamper crypto in the long run, potentially. But again, there's, there's different levels to that. Okay. Because there's a lot of nuances with that. All right, so you get— you— there's a lot of nuances with that. And here's my honest take. Let me just interrupt and give you my honest take on it, um, because it— I'm indifferent about all of it, right? I, I particularly do think that this will get worked out. I just don't know if it'll get worked out in a way that retail expects. Okay, so you got to understand what's happening right now is not a fight where one side completely wins and the other side loses. I, I don't see it that way. Um, I think it's going to be a trade-off. Okay, listen, banks are not going to give up control of deposits overnight. That's just, that's their lifeblood. That's— they're not going to do it. Coinbase is, is right that consumers should earn more But banks have the political leverage. They got the balance sheets and they got the lobbying power. Okay. And so here's what I think will probably happen. You know, don't quote me. This is just my take. I'm listening to you guys too. All right. My take is that the Clarity Act passes, but it is in a compromised form. So what I see happening is that crypto does get the rule book. Banks do get to keep control of deposit economics and stablecoin yield may get a little capped, delayed, or even pushed back later in the battle. The battle doesn't happen over— it's going to be a rough, a rough road. It's going to be a rocky road, guys. Now, and, and to me, that doesn't mean that crypto is going to lose. It just means crypto may have to get legitimized first and then competition can come later. So, and that's why Ripple's position makes makes sense to me a little bit because they don't need yield to win. They just need clarity, integration, and time. That's all they need. They're playing a long game around infrastructure, not short— not these short-term games with the incentives. That's not what they're doing. Coinbase is fighting the right issue. I believe that. I think they may be a little too early in the cycle. Okay. And then you got banks, they're fighting to slow down the transition. They're not trying to stop it, they just need it to slow down. And then you got regulators that's trying to avoid the chaos, okay? Um, so it's, it's, it's a battle. Like, I— so anyway, I don't see this as a winner-takes-all moment. It's a sequencing moment. I think that the structure has to be there first and the competition has to be there second. And once the rails are built, the economics is going to get renegotiated later on. I, I think that's what I Um, that's what I think. Okay, I just see my credit union pass. Uh, I'm a little bit— that's all right, you can go back and watch it. Uh, see things multiple perspectives is a trait of the gift of dyslexia. Not sure if you have it, but I love— uh, but I do love the part of— yeah, I mean, I, I don't have dyslexia, but I just, I get— I see all perspectives because I'm, I'm a mediator. I'm a counselor by heart. Right? So, um, and then see, somebody said no, but we need Coinbase to agree, right? Because this thing, nothing happens. And you're also at risk. So when you say no bill is greater than a bad bill, you're also at the risk that this will never take place. Like, this, this could never take place if you get— you, you know, we're going into the midterms. I don't know who's gonna, you know, gain office, but possibly if the Democrats wind up in, they're not as pro-crypto right now as our administration. So then what does that look like? I mean, not that I, I still think it just, it's going to take more time if this doesn't get passed by for the utilization. Now that doesn't bother me, um, for a lot of reasons, and I'll let you know why. Would love to meet you. I side with Coinbase. For you, yeah. So let me ask you in the chats, who do you side with more? Do you side with the banks Coinbase or Ripple? Which one? Who do you decide? Who do you lean more in alignment with? The banks? Put in banks, uh, Coinbase or Ripple. Let me see what you guys think. Banks will lose trillions, incapable of recovering. Yeah, they will, um, and they know that. That's why, that's why they fighting. Coinbase doesn't have to agree. Um, okay, okay, you side for Ripple. I see a couple of Ripples. Stack that Quant. Yes, we are stacking Quant. Ripple, Ripple, Ripple, Ripple, Ripple. We need both. Uh, Coinbase. Okay, I see, I see. All right, so most of y'all, we got some Coinbases. We like, ain't nobody siding with the banks. I know y'all don't like siding with the banks, but y'all got to be fair in that, you know, banks, banks have, you know, fiduciary services as well that you have to go to when you're refinancing and you're borrowing money from the banks. So, you know, I don't, I don't agree with the fact that they don't pay people percentage, but again, this is in alignment with their incentives. They understand that this isn't a good move for them. I don't side with the banks necessarily, but I can see and understand their side as well. Somebody said both Coin Ripple, uh, Coin Ripple. Yeah, we got Coin Ripple. So that's, that's both. Somebody say, I hate Coinbase. Um, Ripple, because there will be a compromise between banks and coin banks. Yeah, like, so, you know, as I just stated, I kind of side with what Ripple is saying. I just think it's the timing. Um, I think structure has to be formed first, and then I think the competitive factors— there's different phases of this. Okay, so So how I'm personally, you know, looking at it again is I don't really— let me just say this— I don't side with any of them emotionally. Practically, but not really emotionally. I watch incentives. This is what you have to do. You have to watch the incentives and you have to position accordingly, right? So again, banks are going to protect deposits and controls. That's not evil to me. Like, it's literally how their business works. I don't expect— who should expect the banks to suddenly become generous overnight? They're not gonna do that. You know what I'm saying? Like, again, I don't fool with them on every level. Loans, operational accounts, credit cards, absolutely. Yields, no, right? I'm— unless I go to another bank that's doing high, um, higher yields, of course, right? So, and, and of course you can do that. I put— I keep my emergency, um, funds and stuff like that in, uh, like SoFi. They have higher yields, okay? So, and then you got Coinbase again fighting for yield because yield brings capital. It's going to bring them money. That makes sense for their business model. I get why there's the pushback. Then you got Ripple playing the longer game. They not trying to win, or, um, you know, they, they're not trying to— I see something coming up, but I'm gonna post it in a minute. Uh, there we go. Because I wanted to thank you so much. Thank you so much, I appreciate that. Dr. K speaks to two audiences: the one who listened and the ones who are deaf. Sad but true. I see lots of lottery winners in here with no plans. And that's— I've, I've been saying that over and over again, like The reason why I'm giving you this information, everybody, is so you can position yourself, right? This— what, what, what, what you have to identify with what, what's happening. And that's why I present it, give my commentary, but I'm open to seeing how you guys feel about it. But this is— this should help you to see where we are in the phases, okay? So this tells me we're not in a price discovery phase right now. For all the people that's looking at the price points of some of these utility coins, we are in— not in a price discovery phase, we're in a rule writing phase, okay? And the rule writing phases are slow and frustrating. They've been slow and frustrating, okay? It's going to be a fight. I believe it's going to be a rocky road to get the clarity. But this is why I also personally see XRP as an advantage, because it has already been forced through the hardest part of the system. It already went through regulatory pressure. It already got defined. Do you guys understand that? While we sitting up waiting on all the rest of the market and the rules, XRP is operating in an environment that has already had some guardrails. Okay, so in the noise, the debate, the back and forth and all of that, number one, before the Clarity Act, you better be positioned with the utility coins that you really believe in. Because once the Clarity Act is released, I mean, it will take some time again for institutions to get all the way on board, but there will be a lot of retail FOMO at that point. They do have— the institutions have trillions of dollars on the sidelines. They just cannot move without clarity. They cannot. That's— and that's why Brad was saying, like, clarity over chaos. They're not moving. They have trillions of dollars. Even if we get a small percentage of that. So if you're going to be positioning, it needs to be like now. Nothing I say is financial advice, but it needs to be now. That's why I'm— I've been positioning in some of these long-term Um, you know, coins at low points. And do I think they can go lower? Yes. I keep telling you guys, I'm waiting on a crash, and I, I don't know what to tell you. Like, I am. Do I have buy limit, low buy limit orders? Absolutely. I have limit orders for XRP all the way down to 50 cents, probably. I'm not saying it's gonna go there. I got nice limit orders around $1.25. Okay, like the lower, lower, lower points that it may not go to, I have a nice amount there, but I have a nice amount and numbers that I feel like could really be hit. Like, I really— like, for me, a 40% pullback is not crazy to me. Solana, Chainlink, Quant, all of them, I have low limit order at, at that, at those levels. Okay, so I'm still adding to XRP. Of course, because I understand where it sits in the structure of all of this anyway. Um, but that's why I'm giving it to you, so that y'all can make a— so that you can have a game plan. We— I don't understand this. So how do we work XRP? XRP is where you can, um, you can buy things with XRP, if that's what you're asking, but it's meant for the institutions. Somebody said Brian isn't powerful enough to halt the bill. Yep. Yeah, I, I think it'll still go through even with the, even with the issues. XRP to the moon. Okay, let me put this up. XRP is a scam. Jake the Flake Claver is a scam. Trump is a scam. God bless you, seem to be a facetious woman, but real reality is, uh, is they want total control. Good night. Well, I disagree with that, but I appreciate the comment and sharing your thoughts. Um, and it's, and it's really bad that you would connect, uh, a utility coin to people that you don't like. I think that's a huge mistake. You're not the first person who don't like a coin because it's associated with people that you don't like. I think that's an emotional narrative, and I'm not an emotional person like in that light. I'm not, I'm not like that. I don't look at it like that. I know somebody who said they got rid of all of their crypto because Trump is in crypto and everything Trump does is it goes to crap is what they, you know, they said the curse word. But, and I'm like, why would you get rid of something just because somebody you don't like is associated with it, right? And so, and, and then what makes you say all of those things? Like, like, do I don't understand how people— is this, is this based off of rumors or do you, do you factually know what's going on in these people's households, you know what I'm saying? Like, for you to make statements like that, it's like, do you know them? Do you, do you know the truth? If you don't, you, you should take a more neutral standpoint and just gathering information. Y'all, if y'all know me by now, I just gather information. I'm not emotionally— I'm not even emotionally invested in those type of comments, right? So, um, but the reality is, is that I don't think you understand XRP. And I think that people who don't understand or don't have conviction on XRP should not invest in it. So my wise advice is don't invest in something that you don't have conviction in and you don't understand. If you invest in it, then do your due diligence to other— understand it. But guess what? There are tons of other assets out there that you can get invested in, and that is okay. So I'm okay with the people who don't believe in XRP and think that XRP is a scam. Scam. How's XRP a scam? It's a utility coin. It's not even a business. If, if it's not a business, how can a— how can it be a scam if it's not even a business? It's not a security. Like, so how can, how can something that stands independent as a commodity— that's like saying gold is a scam. Like, how does something that's a commodity become a scam? That's usually a statement you would say towards a business, a CEO, how somebody is governing you know what I'm saying? These assets, like, like the person behind the asset governing it. So that's how I know that there must not be clarity on what XRP is, even because of that statement of XRP is a scam. Um, so both scams. I have XLM and Quant. Um, so, but yeah, that's my— but I love, I love you guys to be free and just share. Like, it's a lot of people who hate XRP, it's a lot of people who love XRP. But again, I just think, you know what I'm saying, whatever you are heavily invested in and whatever you think is going to work, I think you should put your money there, right? Somebody said, yeah, I, you know, I don't, you know what I'm saying, emotions in this space equals wealth. Um, yeah, I give room for you guys to be free. I love, I love for you guys, um Um, to talk— many are frauds. I know many people are frauds, but I don't know— I don't know people enough to tell you who, you know what I'm saying? I know who's not a fraud. I can't tell you who is a fraud, okay? And the people who I know is not a fraud are people who I personally know, okay? But I can't— I don't go around telling, telling the world this person a fraud, that person— especially if just other people are saying it. That's not how I operate. I'm a real research-based person. And I don't get overly invested into all the rumors and the stuff that people saying. If it gets proven, it gets proven. But I sit back and I watch, and I don't just make quick comments to discredit somebody's, um, life or whatever. I've had people do that with me, and it's like, how do they say this about me and they don't know me? They've never had a conversation with me before. There's a lot of that that happens on social media, and that's why I don't get involved in that, because you know what I mean, it's just not my style, it's not my personality. And, um, you know, yeah, uh, investing in buying crypto should be emotion-free. Yeah, I think too, too many people are emotionally invested in the way they move their money, and I'm not. You know what, and it doesn't mean like that things will work out perfectly. Sometimes things don't work out perfectly, but hey, until there— if you have conviction in something, then you— if the thesis hasn't changed, my thesis hasn't changed. Until it changes, I'm, I'm in this, I'm still in alignment with it, you know what I'm saying? So, um, XRP has always been the one with the XRPL, uh, ledger being the real, not only the ecosystem but the prime. Yep, I, I do believe that. Wow, so you'll miss multi-million dollar opportunities because Trump is into crypto? Yeah, some people said they sold all of their crypto because they don't have nothing to do with him. If that ain't the highest level of like deranged syndrome I'm sorry, like, I, I don't understand that way of living, that way of thinking. There are going to be good and bad people invested in crypto. There's going to be good and bad and horrible people invested in stocks. There's going to be good, bad, or horrible evil people who have gold. There's— I mean, like, what are we doing, you know what I'm saying? We have to detach from all of that, right?, um, XRP more like a bond than a coin in a sense. Yeah, and that's why I'm like, how can it be a scam in and of itself? The scams usually come from who is, who is maneuvering behind the asset or behind the business or whatever that looks like, you know what I'm saying? So I don't, I don't— and that's why I know some people still think it's a security. They still looking at it like it's a stock. They still looking at it like Ripple controls, you know what I mean, or it's supposed to control the price point and where it goes. That would make it a security if every time Ripple makes a good move People are like, well, why hasn't XRP gone up? Because this is not Jeff Bezos. This is not, this is not Elon Musk moving the stock because he made a good or bad move and now the Tesla stock goes up or down. This is not that. Let's cut the ties, you guys. It is not a security. It is a commodity, right? And so you can't— it's just like saying that what business moves gold, you know what I'm saying? Like, so we gotta understand what it really is. I love XLM and Quant. Love, love, love that. Um, anyway, I'm just sharing my thoughts, you guys, and I appreciate all of your thoughts. I think there's the freedom of what we feel and what we think, and I comment on it and you comment on it, and I, I love that. I love that. Uh, wasn't there something in South Korea about 1 trillion of XRP? Uh, not just in South Korea, around the entire world. What you guys don't know is that The institutions are loading up, like even, even all the way to the point where you got headlines now understanding that even with the ETFs, you know, take, um, top performing ETF of last year, institutions are loading up their positioning while we're playing games with this. Like while we're playing games with, oh, it's not going away, it's a scam. Yeah, they're loading up. They take and they're gonna make you capitulate all of your crypto. Wait to this next crash. If this next crash come I'mma— they gonna shake out so many retail because of emotions. They, they are coming for your crypto. Let me just let you know that now. They coming for your crypto. They are gonna shake out so many people. Meanwhile, smart investors, smart money is waiting for the load up. They waiting on Bitcoin to drop down to $50,000, $60,000. Shoot, I got limit orders for Bitcoin in 4 digits. Will it ever hit? I'm not saying it will, but I do. I'm just saying. So while that— while y'all waiting on this thing to pop and everything, I'm telling you, when it falls, so many people are gonna like cash out. Like, they coming for all your stuff. Meanwhile, I'm planning for it. I'm planning for— why? Because that's where the wealth transfer happens. It's gonna happen right under your nose when this thing pulls back, when there's a drop, when there's a crash, when there's a recession. You know what I'm saying? Like, this is where people build their wealth. This is where the, where the transfer happens, right? So it— you got to get your emotions out of this, right? It's a wealth transfer happening. There's a global reset happening right now, and a lot of people about to get shaken out because, listen, the Clarity Act, the confusion, the uncertainty, and then you have a pullback on top On top of that, the sentiment is low, like people are afraid. Then it's hard because inflation is happening. A lot of people don't have enough money anyway, in credit card trouble, having to pay all of this debt. There's a, there's a storm coming that when this— if there's a crash, if there's anything that happens, I'm telling you, so many people are about to lose their positions. And guess what? The wealth transfer gonna just slide on over to the next phase of people, and you miss it. You miss it. It's, it's done. Because I don't think that there'll ever be an opportunity quite like this. There's always opportunity, don't get me wrong, but I don't think there'll ever be an opportunity quite like this in the next several decades. This is like talking about the internet days, you know what I'm saying? Like, when you— if you didn't get in on that Like, that was the last, like, huge thing, and people who got in on that made tremendous amount of wealth. This is that. Does it take a little bit of time? Absolutely. But I'm telling you, this is where you— this is where you position yourself. But people are not ready. They're not ready. Thank you so much, I appreciate that. Um, and it is from the heart. It is like— I'm not— I'm not here trying to hype nobody. I never tried to hype you guys. Um, I am bullish long term for crypto. I'm bullish. You all know my stance. I'm bullish on XRP. I am looking, like I say, for a crash. I would love a crash. That's how real wealth is built. I want these at the lowest. I want to— I want positioning, you know what I'm saying? I want— listen, I want to be the one lending out my crypto to the banks, okay? I'm loading up. I don't know about y'all, but y'all can do what y'all want, but I will, uh I'm convicted with XRP. Me too. Y'all can do what you guys want, but I'm— I got a vision. I got a vision and a blueprint for where this is headed, right? It's mindset. It's always mindset. Um, people have asked me about WLF, and I'll talk about that a little bit more because like I get— I'm getting a lot of people asking me about that. Um, so I always write that, write it down, and I'll talk about that. And then on Monday I'll be talking about— I'm going in with my members. I'm doing a live stream with my members on Monday. Uh, I am going to be talking about Uh, one of the— I, I don't believe in meme coins. I do believe we should do utility coins, but there is one meme coin that I'm very convicted about. And, uh, mostly scams. Listen, most crypto is not going to last, so if that's what you're talking about, absolutely. But it's, it's— if you're talking about some of these utility coins that are going to solve real world issues, people— y'all, people still think cryptocurrency utility coins are a scam. I don't know what to tell you. But you know what the thing is, is that let me just, let me just say this. If, if some of these utility coins make it big and we're right and you're wrong, where's that gonna leave you on the other side of the stick? Now this is what I say, and this is going to make it so easy, okay? Because I tell, I, I tell people, and this is, I would do this, I tell people, listen, even if you put $100 in XRP or 200, even if you got 100 XRP, what's the big deal? It's $200. You're gonna spend those $200 on some gym shoes. If we happen to be right, if all the institutions that are loading up on this and that know something that you don't know, if we're right and you could have just bought 100 XRP and, and I just tell you, listen, don't buy the next pair of your shoes that you want to buy, or don't go out to eat for like the next month Just sacrifice one month. What, what, what are you losing? What are you really losing? Like, I'm trying to make this so easy, you know what I'm saying? Like, people go to the casino and play around with $100, you know what I'm saying, and know they gonna lose their money just for fun. So I'm just trying to make it— I'm trying to use the KISS method. Keep it super simple. Keep it simple stupid, whatever way you want to look at it. It's simple. It might feel like a risk, but it ain't really that much of a risk. Just reallocate the money that you're spending on stupid stuff that you know is a liability that ain't gonna lead you nowhere, and put a little bit— just put a little bit aside. Like, if you like, oh, it's all a scam, and okay, you're gonna be crying if this thing works out in the next 5, 10 years. Or if you could have like let it— okay, if you don't believe it's gonna happen right away, then put a little bit for your grandchildren and let it— let time do the work. Let 20 years do the work and see where you land with that for the sake of your kids and your grandkids. You know, I'm trying to make it so simple. That is the simplest way I can give it to you. I did see a, uh, let me go all the way down. I'm sorry, I'm missing a lot of, um, I'm missing a lot of comments. Okay, uh, Okay, okay, sorry, I want to get to a few of these. Do I use a cold wallet? I do use a cold wallet, okay, but I don't— I like diversity. So I have some information that I'm going to be giving you about, um, some of the brokerage accounts and stuff, um, that I've been really heavily moving some of my crypto in. But I do use a cold wallet, um, and I use several cold wallets. I'll give you a couple of, um, cold wallets that I like. Um, Ledger— I'm not saying they're the best and that they haven't had breaches and stuff, Ledger, but get it on ledger.com. If you get a cold wallet, get it on the actual site. And thank you so much, I appreciate your generosity, but get it on the actual site. Don't buy it from a third party, um, you know, link or anything. No third-party websites. Don't go to Amazon. I like Tangem. Go to tangem.com. Trezor is pretty good. Uh, Decent is pretty good. There's a lot of them, um, but those are just a few that you can look into getting. And so yes, I do. And then I had another one says, thank you so much for the generosity. I need another crash because I'm using my tax refund to buy more XRP. And that is absolutely brilliant. And see, for me, I would love another crash. Bring it on. Like, as an investor, I'm telling you, ask any investor that understands wealth, they are always looking for crashes. Crashes will rebound. It's cool. This market is being manipulated. When, you know, when, when you get a crash, you can really load up and make some really, really good money. Who— but no, retail wants to pop this thing all the way up. Don't get me wrong, yeah, at some point, yeah, we want this to take off, and I know some people need it to take off because they're struggling right now to pay their bills, so I understand that too. And that's, that's true, I, I get that. Um, but you can really make real good wealth if this thing gets pulled back a little bit, and I think you should have been buying it You know, I think you should have been buying it when, when there was a drop. But the problem with retail is that they want it to pop and then that's all of a sudden when they all in like, yay, because I finally got certainty. I finally got confirmation that this thing— if you don't learn how to buy when there isn't certainty and confirmation, you're not going to be able to build a strong enough position. I'm telling you. And again, I keep telling you guys, anybody who makes a lot of money when it goes to double digits are people who've been invested for probably quite some time. They've been loading up over the last several years. And really making those sacrifices, okay? And so, um, yeah, that's, that's what I want to say on that. And I'm just looking at a few more of the comments. Uh, scam mentality equals broke. Wendy said we are right, you know. And guess what, if we wrong, um, if, if we are wrong I don't even want to say that because I don't think we are, but we, we didn't lose nothing. You— life is about risk. We— what are we losing, you know what I'm saying? Like, we're taking a risk. You got to take risk in life, right? And it don't feel like risk when you get educated and when you understand what's happening, you know what I'm saying? The, the less risky it feels. I think people feel like it's risk because they don't understand it, and people don't like to, like, move into things that they don't understand, which I get. So that's why I always say, I'm not saying go invest your money, I'm saying go understand it. Understand what's happening with cryptocurrency, understand what's happening behind closed doors, understand what's happening with the global reset, you know what I'm saying? Understand what's happening with silver and gold, with somebody, with, with geopolitical influences into how this all is going to pan out, you know what I'm saying? Just get some understanding is what I'm saying.. And I think that will help you to start maneuvering. Any video that I have— and make sure you guys keep up with my videos that I'm watching, um, that I'm sending you all. Uh, I just did one yesterday, and I think you should go back and take a look at it. But the way I design it is just so that, hey, I'm giving you this information so you can make better decisions, so you can make more intelligent decisions as an investor, and so that you can open your eyes. Because a lot of the stuff that's happening is not happening in your face. By the time it comes to you, by the time it hits the headlines, things have already been panning out. And I'm trying to show you things that's under the rug, that's behind closed doors, and so, so that you can put two and two together, right? Uh, they want crypto to be in a TS. Yep, so bad. And it's not, it's not, it's not. I love you, tell them, right? Uh, thank you, I appreciate that, all the compliments. Uh, they should have bought XRP at 50 cents. I believe that. Yeah, I was buying it at 20 cents and You know what I mean? So, um, so yeah, let me— I thought I had another, uh, Super Chat and I want to make sure I don't miss it. Okay, here we go. Thank you so much for your generosity. People replace emotion— oh my God, I love this, I absolutely love this— they replace emotion with learning, due diligence, and developing conviction in the play. This is so brilliant. I just love this comment and it is so true. That is exactly what's happening. And I'm telling you guys, get your convictions, get your— do your due diligence, you know what I'm saying? And then you won't be, you know— and then you got people mad about crypto. Why is that? Why does that make you mad? Even if it was a scam, why is it— why does it make you mad, you know what I mean? Just move on and invest in gold and silver. Those are some great investments. Now, I don't know if it's good to invest in it at this point. Should have been doing that too 5, 10 years ago. Like I was. Should have been doing that 3 years ago, you know what I mean? Like, not now. We come to all-time highs and people want to load up, like, but no, we're doing it when it doesn't look good, when it's low, when we don't know for certain when this thing is gonna run, you know what I mean? We just positioning ourselves. Hey, we just waiting on the day. We waiting on our heyday, okay? So, um, I like taking risks. I would have never got married if I wasn't a risk taker. I don't think any of us would have got married in life if we weren't risk takers, right? Um, so, so I say we are all the right, all the way right, all the way right. Yes. Um, I have video games on eBay for sale to try to get more money to buy crypto. Gotta be all in without— yeah. Hey guys, you guys can also invest in stocks. You can invest in the stock market. I invest in stock markets and AI. I love, you know, a lot of the, uh, AI. I love Meta, I love Google, I'm invested in Amazon, Apple. I'm long on all these. I have VTI, that's the entire stock market, right? VOO, QQQ, if you heavy on, uh, tech ETFs, I got all of it, you know what I'm saying? SCHG, SCHD, um, I got JP Morgan ETFs, you know what I'm saying? So hey, I love— I got Nvidia, AMD, the cousins of Nvidia, they cousins, right? Lyft and Uber cousins. I'm not heavily invested in Lyft and Uber. I do have, um, some nice amount of Lyft stock, even more so than Uber, uh, right now. But, um, yeah, uh, I do, I do. And, um, I'm, I'm actually gonna, um, start opening up my schedule for clarity calls. Interestingly, um, yeah, I'm actually going to be launching that in like a week. Actually, it's interesting that you said clarity calls because that's exactly Uh, what I termed them, and I do offer coaching as well. Uh, the link is in the description for that. And, um, just, you know, looking at some more of y'all's comments. Uh, also, if you do want to understand, I always recommend Stock Up University. If you want to understand how money moves and how cycles work and how, uh, and why systems behave the way they do, it's a solid place to build that understanding. It'll give you great understanding, you know. So, and it's not just about what to buy, it does teach you technical analysis and trading and all of that. You're going to learn all of that from the top experts. Experts, but, uh, it's also about learning how to evaluate things for yourself so you're not like, you know, confused about what's taking place. And then for those of you all who do want direct guidance, uh, where we apply this financial transition to your particular situation, your goals and your timeline, your portfolio, your wealth building system— I always say most people don't have a wealth building system, uh, that's what the coaching is for. The link is in the description for that as well. And, uh, I got some people who don't think XRP is going to do anything. And hey, thank you for sharing your thoughts on that. Um, I, I do think it's going to do something. I think it's already, um, doing some things. Uh, I, I just think, I think the XRP is a solution that exists. I just think the problem hasn't been manufactured yet, in a sense. And once there's a necessity for it, um, the supply is leaving. I don't know if you've noticed that the supply is leading, leaving. The OTC, the dark pools, the ETFs is taking a lot of the supply away. So if we're ever in an event like the, you know, reverse carry trade that's happening in Japan, that's still happening. A lot of geopolitical tension is still happening that could cause oil prices to spike. And, you know, if that trade is unwinded, we're going to see some movements in the stock market. Um, I have limit orders also for the stock market as well. I'm hoping for a crash for the stock market too. I have limit orders. I want to swoop up some of this stuff. I went liquid. I liquidated a lot of my positions last year in order to wait for the great— a great buying opportunity. I bought back in April and I made a lot of money from buying back in April when the stock market crashed. And I intend on looking for the next crash as well. All right, um, uh, Coinbase should stop fighting. Thank you so much, I appreciate your generosity. Thank you. Um, they should stop fighting and become a bank like Ripple. We love and appreciate you, Kamilah. Thank you, I appreciate that. And yeah, I mean, that they can, you know, they should, they should maybe make some more, you know, some more moves, you know, that could benefit them. And, uh, but you got some people that's definitely team Coinbase, team Ripple. Um, I understand Ripple's long-term outlook. Jack and Jill, thank you, I appreciate that. Uh, Telkon is, is one that I have on my list that I'm going to talk about. Uh, so I will give you my thoughts and convictions on that. I do have a little bit of Telcoin, um, and I think I mentioned that before. So I bought, I bought, I loaded up on some all last year. And, um, so I'll talk a little bit more about that, Jack Jill. And then, uh, yes, I agree on XRP, got below 50 cents and cashed out because my crop— okay, the next week it went crazy. Oh man, yeah, yeah, those are things that happen sometimes. It's you get to the point where you have to, you know, you gotta cash in. And I know some people, I, I read some comments that of some people who said they had to cash in their XRP because they had to pay bills and stuff like that. Ah, thank you so much again, you keep blessing me, I thank you for that. Stop wasting money on Paul and start— that is true, that's true. I mean, just stop wasting money, you know what I'm saying? Even if you took like, man, you guys, if even if you took 6 months and say I'm doing a halt a strong halt on wasting anything, anything that's not something that's an investment. Like I told you guys the last time, like I stopped getting like my, my app, you know, I definitely need my eyebrows done, but I stopped getting them done, um, and my nails. I don't really get my nails done. I did when I went out of, out of the country the last time, but those are things that I said, you know what, I'm gonna, you know, as much money as I will put, and it's not really a lot of money, maybe it would be like let's say $50 to $60, but. But hey, that $50 to $60, I've been putting it away in assets. I just felt like in 2025 especially, this was my year of investing, this was my year of sacrifice. And at some point you gotta make your choice. I made my choice, but I guarantee you it's going to pay off, right? Uh, I've been watching Brad Kimes for 5 years now. Wait till lawsuits is over, wait for ETFs. But influencers are BS, only real pump was when Trump took office, bought XRP at 17 cents. Wish I did more. Yeah, I wish I did. I wish I did a lot more even at those lower rates as well. I just had to keep dollar cost averaging, and that's why I love, you know, buying it when it— I did buy a lot of it at, you know what I'm saying, at like maybe around 20 cents, uh, anywhere between 20 cents and 70 cents. I loaded up a whole lot, but I, you know, you always wish you would have bought more, right? Um, True show, set you free in 2026 to infinity, no cap. Love it, love it. All right, I just wanted to come on here, uh, thanks Tiffany. I'm like, hey, you know, I, I just, you know, I'm gonna, I'm gonna eventually do something with— I just, it's not important to me, you know what I'm saying? It's all about what your priorities are right now. Yeah, I get my hair done and stuff, and you know, I, I have fun, you know, from time to time, but I have pulled back a lot of spending, honestly. I spend more on my kids than myself. I mean, they eat better than me, you know what I'm saying? I'm always cooking my own food and stuff, and they want to go out and have steaks and stuff. As a mom, you tend to sacrifice a little more for your kids. You like, okay, y'all can have whatever y'all want, but I'm over here like, you know, being real strict with myself, but we give our kids whatever they want, right? That's just a mother's love. I don't know. Um, but look at this: I cut my own hair to save money for XRP. See, see the the moves that people are making, you know what I'm saying? Like, and I, I think it's simple, y'all. It's very, very simple. Either you're gonna keep spending your money on and being a consumer, or I— there was a story a guy said, and I'll share this and then— but hear me out really quick. There was a story a guy said where he said, I, back, I think it was like some years ago, I don't, I don't remember how long ago, maybe let's say like 7 years ago, he said he wanted a Tesla really, really bad. And, um, I think he wound up buying the Tesla. And he said he always remembers this as a rule of thumb, as a lesson for his life. He said the money that he— whenever this was, I don't know if it was 7 years ago, I don't know how long ago, but it was a little bit of time ago. But maybe when it was when Teslas first came out or whatever, he said the money that he put to buy a Tesla car would have been worth $16 million today. Y'all think about that for a minute, because at some point you have to shine some level of awareness on your, your habits, you know what I'm saying? Your disciplines. Where you are even now, look at your account. Like, are you where you want to be? Well, that's a result of everything you did yesterday, everything you did 2 years ago, 3 years ago, or everything you did not do And so this is the type of assessments that we have to have over our lives in order to start, you know, shaping and changing our decisions, our behavior patterns, is that we got to sit with ourselves and have some level of self-awareness on what we've done right, what we've done wrong, and what we need to do differently. It's 2026, we at the beginning of a new year. There's some things that we need to change if you plan on being wealthy in your future, and if you plan on leaving some money for your children and your children's children so you don't wind up broke and leaving them broke and don't have nothing for nobody, you know what I mean? Some of us is— we're in a situation because maybe our parents or grandparents didn't do what they should have done, right? But if we get the understanding and we start learning and being educated on how we can build real financial wealth, why not just— come on, y'all, one step at a time, right? I know this is a crazy question, I just want to know your opinion. Thank you for your generosity, William, you're always such a blessing. Uh, can you give me a guesstimate with XRP supply and everything comes together like it, it should, what price targets? If— okay, the best way I can answer this is that I did do a video and I cannot remember what it was called, William, but I'll, I'll find it. But it was something to do with the reverse carry trade, right? Look for that video. It says something like 30-year something just ended. This particular video probably has over 250,000 views. That's— I'm only telling you that so that you can find it. I walked through what it would take for XRP to reach double digits, to reach, um, I think the— it was like $10 to $20 then it was like $20 to $50, then it was like $50 to $100, then it was more than $100. I did a video that walked exactly through what it would take, what kind of, um, conditions it would take to get XRP to those levels. And, um, I think it explains it even more clear than I have time to explain it right now. But I think XRP would be repriced in an emergency type of event. So that is what— that's what would, um, reprice it, is that if there is like the reverse carry trade, but there will be a lot of things that will have to happen, and there will have to be a supply and demand shock. That's why the ETFs play a role, because the ETFs are taking away a lot of the supply. And when you wind up meeting in the middle of that friction where you need massive amounts of XRP to solve a problem in a short amount of time, that's when you can see XRP repriced. But, um, I walk through the levels of what it would— what it could look like, right? Um, but XRP, I think in the future will go to really amazing numbers. Uh, thanks for your generosity again. Do you think you see in the future 25, 100? Uh, my buy 1200 per XRP and maybe time frames this next 5 years. I don't, I don't know the time frames. Me personally, I know this is going to sound wild to most of you all, but I do think that XRP will get to 5 digits. I don't have a time frame. I don't know if this is in 10 years, 15 years, 5 years. Like, I don't have a time frame, but yes, I do believe that. And that is why— and it doesn't matter the time frame really, because as it continues to go in, in the right direction, you'll, you'll scale anyway and you can make yield off of it and you can just borrow against it as long as it's moving up, you know what I'm saying? At some, even over, over spaces or periods of time, you still have a lot of flexibility with what you can do with your XRP, especially if you're making yield on it again and you're using it as, you know what I'm saying, collateral. You're borrowing against it, you're investing in other cash flow businesses and diversifying and things like that. It won't matter how long, as long as you— if you are borrowing against it, that it's a smart loan-to-value ratio. Um, and so, um, but yes, I do think that XRP is a utility coin that has institutional adoption, and I think it is going to solve a real-world problem. And I don't think it's going to move forever like a meme coin or coupled to Bitcoin, or like a 4-year cycle. I don't think that that's going to happen. Once it decouples from Bitcoin, that's done with. Once it's actually utilized in the real world, I think it will behave very differently. Um, so thank you. I see some of you all, uh, agree. Um, yes, I will include the links, um, in the description. They are in the description. And I love XDC. I've been loaded up on X DC as well. Thank you all for all the amazing, uh, oh, thank you so much. You are just such a blessing, uh, William. Uh, thank you. I'm patient, I'll be holding. Yeah, and I can go through even some more of these in our, uh, live stream on Monday. Um, um, I like Tayo. Uh, I, I don't know, I, I never know how to— if I pronouncing that Tayo or Tayo. I, I hear people do it both ways, and I say it both ways to be honest. Um, it has made me a lot of money because even remember when we had the crash, TAO was the only one that was going up. I got great returns and, um, I did some amazing swing trades on, uh, Bitter Bitterstore, and I still have some. So, um, I, I'm— for me, I like it, um, and I, and I'm holding on some for long term as well. Um, I do have Kaspa as, as well, so I've loaded up on Kaspa as well. I like Kaspa. Personally. But again, remember guys, even though I have my favorites, I have a lot of different ones that I believe in its utility. And some of them may work out right and some of them may not. I don't care. I've just diversified, you know what I'm saying, with different utility coins for different reasons. So I have Casper. I even had some Casper, you know what I'm saying. So I— and, and we'll see which ones hit and which ones don't. But I'm still holding some of that long term because I want to see where it goes. I am a favorite. I love Chainlink. I, I told you guys I bought in at $8 when we had the crash, and it was so crazy because literally just 3 days before, I'm looking at it at $23 and $24, and everybody's like, oh, it's going to take off and everything, and boom, it crashed all the way down to $8, and I was able to buy there. And I've even been buying at the $11 levels and the lower levels, and I do have some limit orders also on Chainlink, okay, for that crash. Thank you, William. You don't have to say nothing else. You have done more than enough. Do you, do you have any, um, idea what price David was referring to when he mentioned that XRP had to be a certain value to work in the financial system? I believe that it was in the $20,000-$25,000 mark, and I believe— part of me believe that they have already set a price for what XRP will be worth. What you— just because we don't know it don't mean it ain't there, y'all. Don't, don't be fooled by this. Like, there's a lot that happens behind closed doors. By the time we know about it, it's already been settled. I believe they already have a price that they believe that XRP is going to be utilized at. But I do believe, William, that it may— that may have been the price, like, somewhere in the 5-digit price, okay? Um, I have to look into it a little bit more, but I'm, I'm, I'm— I am going to because I think I want to make a little bit of investment in Hash. So, um, I am looking into also Hash, and I don't know enough about it to really go all in. So I'm doing my education on Hash currently because I think that is something that I may want to put some— a little bit of my money into. Thanks, y'all. Um, I did, uh, what's my opinion of ZPCN? I've been buying it, um, because, uh, ZBEC is— has a lot of innovation. I love the idea of being paid in real time, like streaming payroll. Uh, that's extremely innovative. They've already got some great partnerships, and so I do think it's a utility coin that will probably do very well. I just— I love the idea of it. Think about all the contractors that's working and you got to get, you know, all of these delays with money and having to wait for money to, you know, enter to you to be able to work and get your, get paid in real time is out of this world. I think it's going to do well from what I've been investigating about, um, with it. And thanks to you guys, I start, you know, I've been investigating a little bit more and I do have some positions on ZBAC Network as well. Thank you so much, I appreciate it. Um, your generosity, Hash Will Be Big. Yeah, I'm looking into that as well because I definitely think I want to get into it. Uh, Marlon, how long can XRP value be held back with other countries already adapted and started use case? Won't the American banks have to buy in at the price the world sets? Um, yeah, I mean, they will, but what you don't realize is the banks are already buying in. Institutions have been loading up on XRP for quite some time. I think they have A lot of their positions are ready and they are continuing to, you know, load up. And it can be manipulated for quite some time until it cannot be. So, uh, what will happen is the risk of not being able to utilize it is going to outweigh, um, keeping it suppressed. It will, it will, it will break forth from being held back when it— when there is a huge emergency, a huge need for it to be utilized like right now at scale. That's the word that you have to remember, at scale. Not, not on a small little retail level, okay? Because it's not made for retail, it's made for institutions. So when it needs to be utilized at scale and there isn't enough supply yet, that's when it can no longer be held back. Um, until that happens, it will— it can be manipulated and held back, but trust me They, the powers that be, they already got this down pat. We just a little bit behind. Uh, how can I convince my employer to use ZBAC? Thank you for your generosity. I— the best way to convince anybody of, you know, adopting on a new technology is to educate them. So you would have to first send them, you know, some education to get them familiarized, because people don't like uncertainty. They don't They'd rather have the familiar than the unfamiliar, even if the unfamiliar is causing drawbacks or causing problems or whatever. People are just afraid a lot of times to use new technology until they understand it, until they learn it, um, until they become more familiarized with it. So you would have to educate them first, um, but I, I think it's awesome. Um, I think what they're doing is absolutely amazing. All right, um, uh, yes, I will be doing clarity calls and I'll get that information out to you probably in the next week. I'm finalizing everything on my schedule. And then, uh, thank you so much, I appreciate your— you guys have been so kind to me. Um, XRP only needs liquidity, any country can do that. Yeah, absolutely. Uh, I think, I think it's already— it's, it's already destined. And part of me really feels like Part of me really feels like maybe even the court case was planned in a sense to make sure it had that regulatory clarity. Because remember, right now if there's an event, XRP is ready to go. It's at the train station ready to be— it's ready. It's the, the rails are laid. It's done. They at the train station. It does not need the regulatory clarity. It doesn't need the Clarity Act to be utilized, right? Not in an emergency. It's already got the clearing. It's already went through the hurdle. That the rest of them didn't go through. That's why it shines. And part of me feel like maybe that was purposeful. I don't know, we'll find out. But I'll continue to do my research. I'll bring the heat as much as I can. You do your due diligence. Make sure you continue to watch the pre-recorded videos that I'm getting, getting out. I'm, I'm educating in those videos, and I'm helping to accelerate, you know, what's taking place, gathering the research so that you can make wise decisions You know, make sure you like the video, please, for me. It does help. And if you're not already subscribed, go ahead and subscribe. And for people who don't know what's going on, send them this video and just let them listen to it. I gotta edit from the beginning part when I didn't have any sound in the beginning. But, um, I appreciate all of y'all for being here. Once again, I want to say thank you because this is the first video I'm doing with my YouTube award, and I couldn't have done that without you guys. So I want you guys to know that I appreciate you so much. And as always, I want you to stay wise, stay uncontrollably wealthy, and I will see you in the next video. Peace out.
