They Say The New Fed Chair Named XRP... Here Is The TRUTH

In this July 5, 2026 video, Kamilah Stevenson examines the viral claim that newly confirmed Federal Reserve Chair Kevin Warsh authored a research paper naming XRP as the bridge asset for future digital‑dollar settlements. She first establishes the confirmed facts: Warsh is indeed the Fed chair, his appointment is undisputed, and he has publicly expressed a crypto‑friendly stance, even holding personal crypto assets. Stevenson then explains that she could not locate any official paper authored by Warsh that explicitly names XRP, urging viewers to treat the claim as unverified. She proceeds to define what a "bridge asset" is—a neutral, trusted token that can sit between two disparate dollar systems to enable instantaneous swaps—and connects this concept to the Fed’s existing instant‑payment infrastructure, FedNow. The core signal she highlights is the convergence of three trends: a crypto‑friendly Fed chair, an operational instant‑payment rail, and serious policy‑level discussion of neutral bridge assets, all of which could reshape the settlement landscape regardless of the specific XRP claim. Stevenson then shifts to investor guidance, warning that tax liabilities can erode gains and recommending tax‑free growth via a Roth IRA with iTrust Capital, where she holds a diversified crypto portfolio (XRP, ETH, HBAR, XLM, etc.) plus tokenized gold and silver. She promotes her affiliate link and offers paid one‑on‑one clarity calls to help viewers create personalized, tax‑efficient investment plans. Throughout, she emphasizes that even if the XRP‑specific rumor proves false, the broader structural changes remain a bullish signal for crypto‑savvy investors.

For the first time in the history of the Federal Reserve, the most powerful person in the world of money is openly friendly to crypto. And right now the internet is on fire with a claim that goes even further, that before he took the job, this man put XRP in writing by name as the solution to a problem the whole financial system is about to face. Half of the people repeating it are treating it as gospel. The other half are rolling their eyes and calling it hype, and both of them are making a mistake. Because once you separate what is actually confirmed from what the crowd wants to be true, there is still a real signal sitting here, and it is quieter and far more important than any rumor. So today I'm going to show you what is verified, what is not, and why the signal survives even after you strip all the hype away. Now I'm Kamilah Stevenson and around here we talk wealth. Go ahead and like the video as it genuinely helps the channel and subscribe if you have not already so you do not miss what's coming next. Now I do want to say this is not financial advice. It is for educational purposes and entertainment purposes only. So do your own research and drop this in the comments before we get in. Do you think that this is a bullish sign if the Federal Reserve is favorable to XRP or digital commodities in general? Because that's exactly what he called it when they interviewed him one day about it. He said digital commodities. Is that good for the economy or do you think it's scary? I just want to hear from you and how you are processing through all of this. Now let me lay out exactly what's real first because the foundation here is rock solid even before we touch the rumor. Now, Kevin Warsh is the new chair of the Federal Reserve and that part is of course not in dispute. A lot of people know that.. He was confirmed and sworn in earlier back in, I believe it was May. And the Federal Reserve, as you know, is the central bank that steers the entire US dollar system, the most powerful financial seat on the planet. And here's what makes this historic. Warsh is on the record as crypto-friendly with a documented personal crypto portfolio that has never, ever happened before. The person who now sets the direction of the dollar is, for the first time ever, someone who looks at digital assets as part of the future and not a threat to be crushed. That alone is a shift worth understanding, and that part is fully confirmed. Now, here is where I want to be straight with you about this, because this is exactly where the internet runs ahead of the facts, and y'all know how it works. The viral claim says that Warsh personally authored research that named XRP as the bridge asset in a future system for money moving between different, uh, digital dollars. And I went looking for it. What I can verify is that he is pro-crypto and he holds crypto himself. What I cannot find is the official paper authored by him that names XRP the way the loudest headlines insist they do. So I don't know, the connection is something, uh, that the XRP community has drawn to him, but not something that he has clearly stamped his own name on. At least I haven't found it. You let me know if you have. So treat it as a claim to investigate, not a fact to celebrate. I'm not sure. Again, I can't find it for now. Now I'm gonna continue to look. And so, um, I just want to hand you the truth because the truth here is strong enough on its own. And so I'm not gonna sit here and add anything to this story. So, but let me go here. Why does this matter? Okay, if the headline version seems to be a little bit shaky in that part. Again, I cannot verify it. Maybe it is true, maybe it is not. But this matters because of the direction the whole conversation is moving, and that direction does not depend on a single document. Let me explain what a bridge asset actually is in the simplest way that I can. Now imagine two different dollar systems issued by two different institutions in two different countries that do not naturally speak to one another. To move from one to the other instantly, you need something neutral sitting in the middle that everyone trusts to hold its place for a few seconds while the swap happens. That neutral thing in the middle is the bridge, and that is the exact job XRP was engineered for years ago. Whether or not Warsh personally wrote it down, the idea that a neutral bridge asset solves this problem has clearly reached the rooms where the plumbing of the dollar gets decided. Research and ideas are where policy gets rehearsed years before anything is ever announced or loud in your face. And this does not sit in isolation by no means, which is the part that should reframe this entire conversation for you. The United States already built a system called FedNow, which is the Federal Reserve's own network for moving payments instantly around the clock between banks. Now picture a neutral bridge asset layered on top of an instant payment system like that. Suddenly you are looking at a settlement picture that looks nothing like the slow multi-day bank-to-bank shuffle that the world has lived with for the last 50 years. So the signal is not one contested research paper, and it's not a price. The signal is that the United States now has a crypto-friendly chair, an instant payment rail already running, and a serious conversation about neutral bridge assets happening at the exact level where the dollar's future gets designed. The blueprints are being drawn. The only thing that we have to recognize and wonder is where are you standing when that gets built? That is all that I'm thinking about. Where will I be standing on the side that absorbs all of the wealth that happens? Okay. And here is where you're going to win either way. If that research claim turns out to be real and verifiable, you were early to understanding it. If it turns out to be community hype and it never gets confirmed, underlying truth still stands. A pro-crypto chair now runs the Fed, and the idea XRP was built for is being taken seriously at the top, not at the bottom, at the top. So you don't need that rumor to be true to come out ahead. You just need to understand what is actually being assembled underneath all of the noise and all of the hype and all of the headlines and all of that. And at the same time, let me bring this back to you as well. Because most people are going to position themselves and they buy into the asset and they're going to do fantastic, okay? They're going to do incredible because they were able to position in one of the right assets. There are several assets that I love right now. So the problem that people are going to run into is not that they didn't buy the right asset, but that they did not protect the asset from eating away with taxes, okay? And so for the people who are holding digital assets that you have conviction about, maybe it's not XRP, maybe it's ETH, maybe it's, uh, HBAR, maybe it's XDC, maybe it's Solana. I love Solana, by the way. I love all of those, by the way. However, most people are going to run into tax problems along the way. And when I tell you these assets are going to take off at some point all they're going to do is pump money and create more money out of debt, okay? Because they have to pay, um, their debt back. I mean, $39 trillion, somewhere around $39 trillion, that is a massive amount of debt. And where is that money going to be paid back from? I know they're going to print it. They're going to create more money out of nothing, okay? Because that's where you create money, out of nothing. Out of debt, all right? Something that exists theoretically, it's not paid to anything at this point. But while they do that, what that does is that erodes your purchasing power, and then it causes assets to, uh, go much higher, okay? The whole chain effect of it, right? So the more money that's printed, the more you lose purchasing power. But those who park that money into assets, those assets are going to get inflated. With everything else. And so then the normal behavior is most people are going to sell because they've never seen this much money in their lives. And then when they sell, they're going to forget about taxes because they're going to be so busy spending all of this money on a bunch of stuff because they never seen this much money in their life before. And then a year later, again, taxes are going to come knocking at their door and they're going to be in a lot of trouble. And the whole structure just wasn't positioned correctly, and they probably will lose most of it. Most people will lose most of it unless you are absolutely 100% intentional about it from the beginning because things don't end wrong, they start wrong. And if you don't start off the right way with parking your assets inside of something that is going to grow tax-free, I believe you're making a huge mistake. And so this is the reason why I do park some of my assets inside of a Roth IRA with iTrust Capital so that when there is an appreciation, I do not have to pay taxes on anything. Everything in that account, Every last dime of everything in that account is 100% mine. And I can sleep very good at night understanding that my financial future is nice and secure because I have an asset that is going to do well over time that is parked in an account where I do not have to pay taxes. And so I have, you know, XRP, I have ETH, I have Quant in there, I have XLM, I have HBAR. And some other digital assets. I even have silver and gold in there because they do offer silver and gold backed by real physical silver and gold, all in one tax-free account. So the link is in the description for that. And if you do use the link, there is a $100 free funding bonus available, and that is more money that you can park into assets. And because they're so on sale at this point, $100 can go a long way when you are buying assets that's in the pennies. Some of these assets are in the pennies that will do well. HBAR in the pennies, right? So, um, go ahead and use the link in the description for that. And then also, if you are worried about knowing what to do for your actual portfolio, that's something completely different. You could understand every word that I just explained and still have no idea whether your XRP is in the right account or whether your timeline lines up or what your first move should even be. So that gap is exactly what I cover in my one-on-one clarity calls, and that is why they exist. So you and I sit down with your real numbers and walk you through a written plan that lays out the order of your next moves and how you can protect everything. Okay, so the link for that is also in the description. And people who get very clear before the crowd are the ones who move from calm instead of fear. All right, so definitely get your plan together. And then tell me in the comments again, do you see this as a good sign that for the first time in history, we do have a Fed that is number one wealthy and crypto friendly? Let me know what you think about that. Does it disturb you or does it kind of encourage you that you're in on the right assets that they are for and not against? Because again, he is crypto friendly. Let me know what you're thinking about with that. Also, like the video and subscribe if you have not already. And do not forget to continue to elevate along with your money, your mind, body, and soul. And as always, I want you to stay wise, stay wealthy, and I'll see you in the next video.
