Why The XRPL Was Built Different — And What Most XRP Holders Have NEVER Been Told

Kamilah Stevenson explains why the XRPL was built differently from Bitcoin, covering native security, quantum resistance coming around 2028, and institutional-first design with validator governance. She advises holding XRP in a Roth IRA via iTrustCapital for tax-free growth and emphasizes the difference between native XRP and wrapped versions on other chains.

Hey, it's Kamilah Stevenson, and around here we talk wealth. Go ahead and like the video if you're coming in and subscribe if you have not already. We have a lot to cover and it is going to be a great night, I promise you. Those who are my members, we are going to leave this live after this and we're going to talk about how to build your own bank. That's something that, um, has been asked of me, so I want to talk about how I've done that successfully and how you can get started as well. I'm going to answer some questions in that membership. So if you have not joined, go ahead and join. Share this video. We are about to get into some very important stuff. And go ahead and tell me in the chats, are you at all going to the XRP Las Vegas conference? Let me know if you're going to be there. All right. Um, you know, for some reason I am not getting my comments. Uh, wait, I see a couple of them, but I feel like there is something stuck. What's up, y'all? Uh, and I'm waiting to see if it will unstuck itself, right? So give me one second because, um, they're coming in a little delayed. They are coming in, but they are coming in delayed. All right, y'all, what's going on? All right, you're gonna miss it, Marlon. Okay, I see. Anybody else gonna be there? No Las Vegas, no Las Vegas. Miss Saturday Live, but I'm here. Listen, I'm telling you, we're about to get into some great stuff, trust me. Like the video if you are here, share it. What's up, bestie? I see you in the place, look at you. All right, um, you guys, I am going to, uh, love you. Chef La Cooks, that's my best friend, y'all. Um, Hey, what's up, Doula Girl? What's going on? All right, um, say maybe next time. All right, so real quick, because I gotta get into this, I want to get through it because I need you to understand it. And I am always here to educate you, to understand what you hold, why you hold it, and so you can have greater perspective on, um, being able to build your— greater perspective, being able to build your conviction and making sure that you know where this is headed, okay? Right, so, um, yes, I did. I, I— wait, I did not see Joel's comments. Uh, I, I may, I may have seen some of them about the NDAs. Uh, and if, if you're talking about Sandy, that they don't have any like secret, you know, conspiracy theory about the NDAs, I don't think we need a conspiracy theory to hold these, uh, the XRP, uh, to technology. I know some people are holding it because they think that the NDAs are going to reveal something different. Um, we don't need that. We don't need the hype, y'all. What's up? Vegas is in the building. We don't need the hype. There's enough hype in all the information that we're getting. Uh, but I haven't quite dived into, uh, that topic, so I got— I guess I got to catch up on that. Um, okay, so I will be at the Las Vegas event, um, this week, so I will not be on Wednesday live or Saturday because I'm in and out though. I'm going there for the conference and I'm coming back, uh, so I will not be able to do the live. But please support the page by— I would— I will have some pre-recorded videos for you keeping you up to date. And listen, next Monday, because I'll be back from the live event, hopefully I'm gonna have some, some, some, some tea, some something. All right, um, so look forward to that. I'm hoping to get, uh, Paul Barron said we might do a quick, uh, a little quick interview. His people reached out, and I will be on the show at some point. I just couldn't do it— I couldn't do it anytime until after my daughter graduate. You know, I got a lot going, and so she's, uh, going to be graduating, so I just wanted to wait until I did any appear guests or anything. But, uh, hopefully I'll get a chance to connect with Good Evening Crypto and then also the Paul Barron Show. And so we'll see how that goes. I was, uh, very happy, um, you know, to be asked to be on the show. So a lot of great things going, okay? So get your teacups ready because y'all know I'm gonna be taking a million notes at the XRP conference. I'm gonna be taking all the notes. And they also have the XRP meetup, and I'll be at that also on, uh, Wednesday. So I'm going to make sure that I get all the wisdom for you guys and bring back the heat. You know how we do. Let's get into it. Like and subscribe. I want to say nothing I say is financial advice. Everything I say is for educational and entertainment purposes only. Share the video. Also, I want you to understand some things, and I don't want you to— every— everything I say is to get you guys to, um, to build, all right? And, um, yeah, hopefully I get a chance to meet him, you know. Hey, anybody know, reach out to me. I gotta— I gotta, you know, network a little bit with the people, and because this is the first time being able to see a lot of people's faces, and I love being able to be able— I love being able to see people face to face, all right? It's like we got this internet, uh, e-connection, you know, and it's just good to see people face to face. It is what it is. And so I'm, I'm looking forward to a lot of people, um, to be able to see them, right? So now let's talk about, let's talk about what I want to get into today because, um, it's gonna— it's very, very important, right? Uh, and thank you for reporting all the fake channels that are popping up. A lot of people are doing impersonations of me. I've been filing them like crazy as well. Oh, people just have nothing better to do. It just— I just don't understand it. But, um, all right, let me help you to understand what's protecting your crypto right now, because a lot of people— this is going to matter on how you invest and how you build your, your portfolio, um, structure. And I will say some stuff about Bitcoin, um, in a minute. But first, let me just say this. There is— because I want you all to understand what it is you're investing in. A lot of people have a lot of questions and they don't even know the fundamentals, the foundation to all of this stuff. And so, uh, right now, the one thing that's protecting your crypto, it is, um, it's simple. It's a simple equation, okay? It's a simple equation that's protecting it underneath every single wallet, um, on every network, uh, since even the day Bitcoin was created. And most people who hold crypto don't even know it. All right. And oh, by the way, Bitcoin's conference is going on right now. A lot of people are away now. They're in Las Vegas currently. So even a lot of, uh, enthusiasts, crypto enthusiasts, they are away. Okay, so, um, people are enjoying themselves. And I, I love that I didn't, you know, have to be away the entire week because I wanted to be here with you guys as well but I'll get, I'll get a little taste of everything in a little bit. So, but a lot of people who are in, in crypto, they are away there at the Bitcoin conference. And let me just say this about Bitcoin. A lot of times historically, and I saw this on Larry Jones Show and I said, man, that is so correct. A lot of times during the conference, Bitcoin will run up, um, or leading up to the conference and maybe even during it, but then it will plummet. So there may be some great buying opportunities, okay? Um, XIN took flight. Yeah, so, okay, so there's a specific equation that is again running underneath these wallet— wallets. And what we're going to talk about tonight is we're going to talk about why I specifically believe that the XRP Ledger was built very differently from the beginning, which matters more than people realize. And I do hold Bitcoin myself, but I'm gonna give you some real truth about what's happening with that as it pertains to quantum computing, and I'll walk you through that so that you understand this, okay? Because it can seem a little, um, tech— technical, uh, the language is— can be difficult to understand, but I promise you I will simplify this so that you can understand something. I guarantee you, you're going to walk away understanding, okay? Now, before we talk about— and I will let you know what quantum computing is, but before we can even talk about that or why The XRP Ledger is built differently. I do have to back up and explain a few things, and I will be looking through the chats, and if anybody do a Super Chat, I'll get to them. Uh, I see one right now. Thank you, I appreciate this so much, and I'll get to any other ones. Um, I definitely want to get through this, but I want to back up and explain just a couple of things. Um, because if I don't give you the foundation, you're not gonna understand exactly why any of what I'm saying matters, okay? And it does, and you'll understand at the end of this why this was so important to be able to speak with you about. All right, now first, because I have a lot of new people, when I say crypto, what I mean is digital assets that live on a network called a ledger. Okay, this is something that people don't know. Every blockchain is a ledger, but not every ledger is a blockchain. Okay. Banks have ledgers, and I'll explain what they are. But, uh, they've been keeping ledgers for hundreds of years, so ledgers aren't anything new, okay? So I think sometimes when I say XRP Ledger, people think ledgers are new. They're not. A ledger is just a record of who owns what and what got transferred to whom, okay? That's all a ledger is. The bank's ledger lives inside the bank's computers. The banks control it, they update it. Uh, if they make a mistake, uh, then you have to call them and hope that they fix it. Because it's a mistake on the ledger. So if something happens with your account and you seeing something different, they have to fix it. They control it again, they update it. All right, if they decide to freeze your account, the ledger reflects that and there's nothing you can do because the ledger lives within them. A blockchain is a different type of ledger. It's a digital ledger that lives across thousands of computers around the world, all running at the same time. So every transaction will get recorded on every copy. It is transparent. Nobody owns it, nobody controls it, nobody sees it, uh, or nobody can see it and edit it. You can't change anything on the blockchain. That— and that's the breakthrough. That's what really made crypto possible, is, uh, the blockchain. Okay, so the technology itself, it lets— it, it, it, it records value. I want to make sure I say this right. It record— it records value and ownership without needing a bank or government to keep record of them. Okay, that is why it's so magical, you know what I mean? That's why such a, uh, like, it broke out of the traditional patterns, okay, of having to have the, the control of the governments and the banks and stuff involved. All right, now within the world of digital ledgers, Different networks have different setups. So networks have their own native coin. So the XRP Ledger has XRP. Bitcoin's blockchain has Bitcoin. Ethereum's blockchain has Ether. The native coin is the asset that the ledger was designed around. Okay, so it's a— it's the coin that pays for transactions on the ledger and it keeps the network running. Okay, now you have some coins that live natively on their own ledger, like XRP, which lives on the XRPL, the XRP Ledger, and that's the home of XRP. That's where it was built, that's where it operates, uh, the way it was designed to operate. But you can also— and you've heard me say this, and maybe this now makes sense— you can also take the XRP and you can bring it into other networks. So when you do that, it's not really XRP anymore in the pure sense. It becomes wrapped XRP. Wrapped means that it gets to be put inside of a digital container that lets it operate on a different ledger that it's not— it wasn't natively designed to operate on. So that's how you can have wrapped XRP onto the Solana, uh, network and/or Flare. Okay, so the wrapped version represents XRP but it's not living natively where it was built. It's a copy basically moving around in another network's environment, okay? So, and I'll say something about that in a minute, but you, you, you have to understand the difference because now it's, um, now let me just say this and I'll come back to this. The XRP Ledger, whatever safety nets was built there, once it leaves the ledger, it doesn't have that, okay? Just want to point point that out, but I'll get into that in a minute. All right, uh, just want to look through the comments and just make sure I'm not missing something. Okay, uh, all right, let's, let's continue because y'all gonna learn. I'm gonna take you step by step, especially for those who don't understand crypto, because even if you're involved, some people still don't quite get it. And which— this is going to be important, trust me. Okay, thank you so much, Kuku Eyes. You guys are amazing. Now, uh, let me just say this about the wrapped— let me just go back here because I need you to understand why it matters to understand moving it to another network. For those who are participating in wrapped versions of XRP, the security again and the architecture and the protections that the XRP Ledger was built with do not transfer when you're wrapped XRP moves somewhere else, okay? I just want to say that now. I was going to come back to it later, but I just want to say now, just understand that when you do that, you're operating under whatever rules and whatever security exists on that ledger now, okay? Now I just wanted to get that out the way because I, I need to say that because a lot of people are, I think, are overexposed with the risk of the wrapped XRP. And I know you want to get yield, I get it, but it's not it's still volatile, remember that, and it's still coupled to Bitcoin. So just be safe. And I think you'll— it'll matter because you're going to understand now also why the XRP Ledger is, is, is so amazing and, and why, why they were so strategic in how they built it. Now, okay, now that you understand the Ledger stuff and the native coin, it lives on the home Ledger. Let's explain what is keeping your crypto safe, okay? Right? Um, US will leave. Yeah, yeah, I believe this, Andy. Um, yeah, we, we got to get that done. Okay, so, okay, here we go now. Every wallet on, on every blockchain has two keys. You need to know this. So because a lot of y'all, I say stuff, oh, put your, put your stuff on the cold wallet, but now you can understand what this actually means and where the security breach is and what's, coming that could compromise that breach. So you want to know this ahead of time. Every wallet on the blockchain has two keys. It has a public key and has a private key. The public key is the one that you share with people. So if you want, um, like for example, if I pay my workers in XRP, they share with me their wallet and I send it to them. Okay, that's cool. You got the public key that is shared with people. Okay, now that public key is your address. Okay, it's what people send. Um, oh, it's— if I send my crypto, that's what I'm sending it to. If I give you crypto, I'm sending it to your address. If you send me crypto, you're sending it to my address. Okay, the private key is the one that only you should have. Okay, it is proof that you own the wallet, and only you should have it, whether it's, uh, the Tangem cards or, you know, your seed phrases. Don't give that to anybody. Let me tell you, I've talked to a few people where, you know, Coinbase acting like Coinbase— hi, this is Coinbase, um, you know, your wallet is under attack or whatever, uh, let's— let me get your seed. No, no, no, no, no, not me, not nobody else. No, nobody gets that, okay? Unless you are sharing with your family member where to find your crypto or whatever, okay? So you should only have it, and it is proof that you own the wallet., and it also is what authorizes every transaction. So you need your private key to authorize a transaction. If somebody else gets your private key, they own everything in that wallet because to the network, having the private keys mean they're the owner. Okay, and what's up, Big, uh, uh, K-A-H-U-N-A. I'm not even gonna try to— my language. All right, uh, yes, private keys is used for signing transactions. So the reason that the whole system works comes down to one mathematical relationship, and that is it is easy for a computer to take your private key and generate the public key from it. It is essentially impossible for any computer that exists today to work that backwards, meaning to take your public key, the ones that you and I may see if you're moving crypto or whatever, it's they can't take your public key and try to figure out your private key. So nobody can see your address, no computer right now can see your address and figure out what your private key is. That impossibility is the entire reason that your wallet is safe. And whatever math is behind that, um, it would take a regular computer longer than the age of the universe. It just— it— they wouldn't crack it, okay? That's the foundation of why your key is separate, okay? Or your your keys are not separate but safe, I'll say. And that right there, the fact that you can't take a public key and try to figure out a private key, that's what protects every wallet on the network. Bitcoin, Ethereum, XRP, all of them depend on that basic principle, and the math is basically too hard to reverse. Now, uh, well, let me, let me, let me keep building, okay? Because that's what I'm here to do. So Um, because I want my community to be a little, you know, be more intelligent to understand what's at play. And I'm just making sure I'm not missing anything in the comments. All right, so, um, okay, so here is what most people, uh, uh, don't understand. And, uh, hey, then you shouldn't invest in X. You should short it then. You should short it. And make a lot of money. And if it doesn't go to, um, uh, two— if $2 won't happen to 2030, you should invest in something that's gonna go up. I, I, I appreciate the feedback, um, I don't— I disagree. And, um, yeah, like, just invest in something that is going to go a lot higher than that. I don't know if you're an ETH lover, Bitcoin lover, you know, Solana, you know, maybe you're not into digital currencies, maybe you're into other state, uh, real estate, or other things. All right, so, uh, but that's okay. In this community, I do believe that XRP will, uh, be priced at a nice amount. And, uh, yeah, so anyway, here, let's, let's continue on because I'm not gonna get derailed by the comments. It's just as long as everybody keep it respectful. I don't care about free freedom of speech. Now, this is what most people are not thinking about. Every time you send a transaction, your public key gets recorded on the public ledger forever. Okay, um, and anybody can see it, so anybody can copy it. So every wallet that has ever sent crypto has its public key sitting out in the open right now today. Okay, um, mean muncher, that's okay. You know, it, you know, you don't got to be, um, when you say are the brain cells of XRP, uh, uh Dreamers, don't get emotional about it. We try not to— we try to stay, you know, emotionally stable on this channel. Like, we, we don't— I don't get emotional about people who don't want XRP. I just think you should invest in something else. So don't you get emotional about it either. I just want to make sure no, no emotions are being taken based off of somebody's decision to invest. I mean, that's, that's ludicrous to me. All right, so, um, now, okay, so anybody can see your, um, your public address. All right, and, uh, but that's fine because again, there's no computer that exists right now that can try to use that public key to figure out your private key. So that math is too hard. Now let's transition because quantum computing is what changes that. Okay, quantum computing is what changes that. Thank you so much, Jade, I appreciate you. Quantum computers do not work like the laptop that you might even be watching on or you work on or whatever. They don't, um, they don't crack passwords, they don't guess. They are a completely different beast, a different kind of machine that can solve specific kinds of math problems that classical computers cannot solve. And the exact— this is the exact kind of math problem that makes your crypto safe. All right, but we gonna We gonna, uh, thank you so much. Thank you, Marlon. I appreciate your Super Chat. I appreciate you, right? Don't worry, you know, we keep it intelligent here. We learning, we building, you know what I mean? It's all good, right? And we know when people get a little emotional, there's something else going on, okay? So, uh, and we shouldn't be emotional about other people's positioning. I mean, that doesn't make sense. Something's wrong, something off when you— when we do. So we just got to keep it classy, right? Now let's talk about again quantum computing, because this is going to matter for your XRP. A quantum computer, uh, powerful enough— a quantum computer powerful enough, uh, to break that math does not exist at this moment. What I just said stated about what makes your crypto safe, it doesn't exist now, but it's getting closer. So there will be a time where quantum computing can get to those private keys, okay? And the governments are spending billions of dollars on technologies, universities, tech companies, all of it. They are racing to build it. And the engineering timeline for protecting a crypto network from this kind of threat is not— it's not a one-year project, it's a multi-year project. But the smart networks are not waiting until quantum computing or quantum computers exist to start building protection. So they're building it right now before the threat materializes, because once it does, it's it, it, it's going to be too late, right? So there will be computers that can hack into cold wallets is what I'm saying. Okay, now what are we doing about it? Okay, because that is what is going to be the risk in your cold wallet over the next decade. Again, it's not here now, but it will become a risk. So, and it's not about somebody guessing your password, not some hacker trying to break into your computer. I'm talking about the math itself, the thing that has been protecting every single wallet on every network since the day crypto was invented. And the networks that are not preparing for this in advance are going to have a problem that they cannot fix later. So yes, digital assets will have a problem when it comes to quantum computing. Now, now, um, how far do I think XRP will go, give or take? I think XRP will continue to go as, as long as it's needed, as long as the utility is there. And I think it will be forever needed. So I do not personally think XRP has a cap. I don't, I don't know the timeline, but I don't think it has a cap. I think XRP can get as high as it can get, okay? And I think it'll continue to get higher and higher. Thank you so much, I appreciate this. Google Eyes, you guys are so kind. Um, thank you for this Super Chat and investing in the channel. Right? So, um, yeah, I, I don't— there is no cap. I think it's gonna go to, you know, 3 digits, 4 digits, 5 digits. There are— I don't think there's a cap on XRP when it's, um, fully adopted at scale and it's utilized more and more. And I'm going to explain even why the XRPL is in it. The— I'm going to explain to you why it was built the way it was built, okay? So some people think $2 by 2030. Some people think 3 digits, 4 digits by 2030. I don't have timelines. I definitely don't think it'll be a no. I mean, first of all, the joke in that, I mean, the common sense, sorry, not joke, common sense in that is that its all-time high is over $3. Okay, so with the utility adoption, with the Clarity Act, and you know what I mean, and institutional adoption, And, you know, banks now, uh, you can borrow, you know, against cryptocurrency. And all the institutions getting involved, like, that right there can tell you alone, um, the institutional adoption and the utility, the use case is what makes XRP go up, right? And so, uh, it would be a bit surprising that you have all these institutions and entire countries like Europe and, and Japan and Korea and even the United States trying to buy into, um, digital currency, XRP even specifically, uh, with a lot of these— it would be really weird that all of these countries would buy into, uh, something that, that would, you know, stay suppressed or whatever. But also, by the way, it is for institutions, and I'm going to build a case for why I think it is for institutions. Okay, and so now let's talk about Uh, and again, like and subscribe if you have not already. Let's talk about how the XRP Ledger was built, uh, from the very beginning so you can understand who it had in mind. Did it have you and me in mind? Did it have meme coin in mind? Did it— who did it have in mind? So when the people who built the XRP Ledger started, they were not building for retail traders. They were not building for hype. They were not building for the next bull run. They were building for what? Institutions. Why? Because XRP is made for institutions. So these are the kind of companies that move billions of dollars and settle assets on behalf of pension funds, um, central banks, and major corporations. These are customers that don't even consider a network if they cannot adapt to whatever the financial system throws at it over the next 30 to 40 years. They're not looking like we look. They are, they're looking at, they're looking way out. Okay. So they're not short-term minded right now. Institutions think in those timeline frames because they have to. So a bank that buys infrastructure today is not considering whether it works just in the next year. They're considering and asking and wondering whether it's still going to work in 2050. Okay. They're considering again, remember the bank's ledgers last have been built for quite some time. They have ledgers. Okay. Just the blockchain is different. They are banks and institutions. They're considering what happens when the technology environment changes. They are asking whether the network can evolve without breaking everything that is already built on top of it. Now, the XRP Ledger was designed with that mindset in it from day one. Why, why weren't the architectures not thinking like crypto enthusiasts? They, they weren't thinking like that. They were thinking like financial engineers. Let me explain. These people are people who understood that financial infrastructure has to— listen— outlast the people who design it, okay? It has to outlast the people who design it, okay? And these are people who knew what works today is not necessarily what's going to be needed a decade from now. I'm gonna explain why they— how I know that they built it that way. And let me give you just an example how that looks in practice, right? If you have a highway system built, once a highway gets built and you got millions of cars that's using it every day, you can't just shut down the whole thing to make a major change, right? You don't wanna just, oh, this highway is just completely shut down, okay? You have to find a way to upgrade it while keeping it running. So the lanes need to be able to keep moving. The traffic can't stop. So when engineers design a highway, that will be in service for like 50 to 100 years, they have to think about how they're going to maintain it, how they're going to widen it, how they're going to handle traffic patterns that nobody else is imagining right now while they're building it. Okay, and the good highways, the good ones, are built in flexibility from what? The beginning, right? And the bad ones, they have to be completely torn down and rebuilt every generation because it can't adapt. The XRP Ledger is the highway that was built by engineers who— who I'm talking about incredibly understood that it was going to need to handle traffic patterns that nobody has imagined yet. Now, one of the things that they built from the beginning is something called— here we go, so you can know how it was built from the beginning— something called native key rotation. Most people never heard those words, okay? But I want you to understand what it means because it's one of the most important features of the entire network. Native key rotation means that you can upgrade the cryptography on your individual wallet without having to move your assets to a new wallet. Okay, so they can make upgrades without creating a new wallet. Okay, without doing some complicated migration that requires you to track everything down and start all over again. All right, if the math protecting your wallet ever needed to be upgraded for anything, you You upgraded on the wallet you already have. That's how they built the network. So the network was designed to allow that from the very beginning. That capability did not get added, or it wasn't bolted in. It didn't get— it was already built, okay? It was a part of the original architecture because the people building the XRP Ledger knew that there would probably be, you know, come a day where cryptography would need to evolve. Okay, and this is going to help with what I just talked about with quantum computing. The XRP Ledger also has a structured way to upgrade itself through validators. Validators are the computer— the computers that run in the network, um, or run the network. And let me say, I want to make sure I'm wording this right. They are the computers that run the network and they confirm also the transactions that's been made. So the XRP Ledger has a built-in process where validators can vote on proposed changes to the network, and then when enough validators agree, then the change can go live. So it's a very coordinated, smooth process that happens. I know that might sound like a small thing, but it is one of the most important decisions architecturally that was ever made to crypto, I believe. Why? Because the alternative is what most other networks do, almost like a, a church split, you know what I mean? You got hard folks where the community, um, they fight about, uh, whatever changes are going to be made for years, and then somebody basically gives up, walks away with their version of the network. The chain splits, the holders end up with two different coins on two different versions. It's a messy, slow process, um, and it brings chaos, right? The XRP Ledger does not have that problem because the upgrade process is built into the network. Now let me talk about Bitcoin, because sometimes when I contrast, then you'll understand, oh, why this is important. All right, so when something don't make sense, just keep listening, okay? Because everything that I say will build on the last thing that I said. Let me talk about Bitcoin. I do hold Bitcoin, and I'm not here to knock it or anything. It's having its conference this week. There's a lot of Bitcoin maximalists. Hey, I invest in Bitcoin myself, right? I think Bitcoin will go to higher levels as well, and I'll be able to make some money off of Bitcoin. Um, and I respect Bitcoin for the fact that it did pioneer everything. It's the reason why crypto even exists, right? So it does deserve that level of credit for what it did. I'm not— but I'm not a maximalist, and y'all know what I choose. The way Bitcoin was designed, uh, reflects when it was designed. So it was the first, and y'all know the first don't always do things right. So I think Bitcoin was figuring things out for the first time. It was a beta test coin, and the people building Bitcoin in 2009, they weren't probably not thinking about quantum computing. They weren't. Um, they were just trying to prove that digital money could work without a bank. So it was, it was the, the, the technology of like, hey, this works. Okay, digital assets work after the 2008 crash. So Bitcoin wasn't built with that kind of architectural flexibility. That, that, that came later. All right, now let me say this: if Bitcoin's cryptography ever needed to be upgraded, the entire community has to agree on an approach, and then every single wallet has to now migrate to a new address. And then there has to be a coordinated effort across millions of holders to make sure somebody, uh, or to, to make sure that nobody gets left behind. Let's say that. Let's say like that. So that, that there has to be a coordination, okay? And so the people who actually write Bitcoin's technical standards has come out publicly. I looked at this and you can look at it too. And they estimated that the migration that I just explained to you that would need to happen, that don't need to happen with the Ledger, would take about, uh, would take 7 years from the day the community reaches consensus on what to do. Okay, they have not reached a consensus yet, so that 7-year clock has not even started ticking. Okay, no knock on Bitcoin, I'm just telling you the architectural reality of a network that was built first, okay? Um, and they said the people who had the first wallets are gonna get hit the worst, okay? So just so you know, the thing is that networks that's built later had the chance to learn what Bitcoin, uh, pioneered and built differently. Like how Bitcoin was, was built, they, they learned from that. They learned from whatever mistakes, right? So I believe maybe the XRP Ledger must have learned The XRP Ledger was built by people who looked at what probably Bitcoin had done and asked, what would need to be different to make this work for institutions over what, multiple decades? And the answer they came up with is the network that you're looking at right now. And this is why I keep telling you it's infrastructure. It's not just an asset. It's not just a coin that you hold that you hope goes up. It is infrastructure. This is the kind of thing that runs in the background of finance for decades after it gets built. And I need you to understand the difference. And this is why also, uh, so let me just say this before I say what I was about to say. You got to understand, this is the plumbing for the next financial system. The plumbing is not always present. I always talk about it, it's behind the walls. You can't see it. Like, again, when you're holding XRP, you're not holding just a token, you're holding a stake in infrastructure itself. Because every transaction that runs on this network creates demand for what? XRP. Every institution that builds on this network strengthens the position of the asset that it's— that powers this ledger. Okay, that's why— and that's the relationship between the ledger. Let me just tell you, they are going to use the ledger. This ledger was built different, and if they use it, then the asset that powers the ledger is going to be useful because it powers the ledger. Okay, that is why this architectural conversation matters, because architecture that is built right keeps working for decades. Infrastructure that is built wrong eventually has to be torn down and rebuilt. The XRP Ledger was built right, and I need you to understand that. Okay, and so that's why I'm explaining this entire concept. Is because a lot of people don't realize this is infrastructure. They're going to use the ledger. It's going to be— so even some people are going to use the back end, um, of their whatever they got going. They're, they're going to use the back end of the XRPL. It is going to be— I, I'm telling you guys what's going to happen. And if you don't, if you don't get how it's built and how it's designed from the beginning, I won't even go into— I don't even have time to go into the plan even that Ripple has. So Ripple also in with this quantitative or, uh, quantum— I say quantitative— quantum computing, quantum computers, okay? They already have a plan in place that I think is going to be finalized by 2028. Now the government is saying that we need to be thinking about this in the next 5 or by 2030. Ripple— and I, I'm gonna share it in another video because I can get straight to the point on it and you can understand it— Ripple already has a, like, a 3-point plan that's already starting now to deal with quantum computing. And again, the ledger in and of itself is built in such a way where the upgrades can be made without it having to interrupt your holdings in cold wallets. If quantum computing happens to come faster than these networks are able to deal with this issue, then yes, your crypto is going to be at risk. Okay, and that's what I— that's what I really want you guys to understand, right? Um, uh, say we are 10 years early. So I'm looking at the, uh, comments now. We are 10 years early. Um, David Schwartz just told you guys a few days ago that you guys should stop dreaming from two-digit XRP. No, he actually— he did not say that. Um, you are summarizing and concluding what David Schwartz says, and I don't think you should be— listen, all respect, David Schwartz is a very smart guy, guys. I mean, when, when I tell you he understands how he built the ledger, but he is not the person that you would take investment advice from. There's a reason why he doesn't get in on the board meetings. There's a reason why they don't bring them to the table with big conversations, okay? He is a very smart guy who understands how to build the technology, and he knows all about that, but he himself will tell you that he screwed up a lot of investments. So I'm sorry, um, everybody has their place in this world, and David Schwartz is not the type of person that you want to take investment advice from. So if you're taking investment advice from David Schwartz, then that says something about where your, um, philosophies are. Like, I, I would never take advice for— he, he the one who said he didn't even see Bitcoin going past a certain amount. He didn't see XRP going past— I don't remember the amount— 10 cents or something like that, he said. So he's also come out and said HEX, don't— you know, like, I'm saying this, but don't listen to me. He like, I missed out on multi-million dollars. Like, he missed out on money with Ethereum. He, he, he comes out and tells you all of the, the mistakes that he made as an investor. So I don't I don't think, uh, to, you know, to be frank, I don't think nobody needs to take investing advice from a David Schwartz. Now, if you want to learn about the Ledger and the technology and all of that, that is his sweet spot. And I love learning about him and all the, you know, the smart capabilities that he understands that the Ledger has, and his advice on technology, not investing. Investments. I don't think any smart investor would ever take advice from him, um, on investing. I'm sorry. So I just wanted to say that because he even said himself like that. He, he did— he, he not the person to listen to when it comes to that. So he gives his advice, and it's okay for people to give their advice, but I don't— nobody smart would know, not, you know, nobody who's smart with investments would take advice from him as an investor? Do you think that anybody would take advice from him coming online saying like, I think you should invest in this, or I think you— no, that's why he's not at the big meetings. He's not ever at that table. Go look it up. So thank you. Okay, David Schwartz also said he didn't believe Bitcoin would be anywhere near where it is right now, and he has developed— and he helped develop Bitcoin. That's my— thank you so much for saying this. That's my point. Like, he good with the development stage You can't take a developer and a tech-savvy individual and think that he is going to be the best person to talk to about the investment side, okay? You better listen to Brad Garlinghouse on some of that other stuff, all right? So I, I— and XRP is the North Star, that's what Brad said, okay? So do not take— for my community, who you guys who— I wouldn't take my advice from that, okay? Um, he could— but he can share his, his insights. I mean, we got free speech. But we also— like, somebody could come out and— who you gonna listen to? Somebody who like come out and, and is— and I'm not— I'm just using an analogy. Like, everybody can say their advice, but you need to have wisdom on who to listen to and who not to listen to. And he's not the person to listen to for stuff like that. That's all I'm saying. But he is a very smart guy, and I follow what he says because of other reasons. So I'm not, I'm not putting any slight on him. But again, I And I can't put no slight on him because honestly he put slight on himself. He was like, hey, this is my thought, but hey, what do I know? I didn't even think Bitcoin was going to, you know, this, you know, I missed out on Ethereum, I missed out on this. I mean, like, so no, you're not gonna listen to him. So, um, and I'm just saying that because, you know, uh, I don't want you guys to, you know, get tripped up with some of the stuff, right? Um, So yeah, uh, whatever he says, I'm not listening to him. So he can— you can quote as much stuff as he said, it's not gonna— like, it's not, uh, Bitcoin. Let's see, um, let's see, I'm just making sure I'm, I'm looking at more of the comments. Um, yeah, you— it's so interesting. Why, why do— um, I, I don't understand why people get so emotionally attached to somebody else liking an asset. Um, it's weird, it's weird, it's emotionally weird. Um, so I wouldn't listen to— I mean, I don't, I don't mind anybody, and I'm going through the comments, I'm just listening. I don't mind anybody sharing their, um, how they feel about it. I'm not here to stop you from sharing. It's a lot of people who feel like, uh, XRP isn't— but here's the thing that I wanna— I want you guys in the community to recognize this just because of emotional intelligence, okay? Um, you know, when people are upset at— it's so weird when you have these different communities, like the Solana going against XRP, XRP going against— you know what I mean? Like, it's so weird. Like, this is the digital asset space, and if you're involved in a digital asset space, hey, I hope, you know, even if I disagree that certain, uh, digital currencies are going certain places, I hope I'm wrong. I hope you— I hope everybody's blessed by whatever investments that they made, okay? Like, I'm not here to put no ill will on what somebody else choose. I just say what I choose. But it is so strange to me, guys, when you have somebody who say, well, I believe that this asset will do well, and then you got somebody come in and they are emotionally attached to your decisions or your thoughts about an asset, and they— and they're angry, or they're emotionally like, um, or, or insult— or they are insulting. That's, that's already weird. Okay, so this is not even a financial— a financial problem. This is a person problem. Okay, so, um, when you have these person problems, you're not going to do well with anything because you're too overly emotionally invested. So that type of person is not going to do well with any investment. It doesn't matter if the investment goes to a million dollars because they're too emotionally invested. And I keep telling you guys that emotional intelligence is the hallmark of success. You cannot be overly emotional about your positioning or somebody else's positioning, um, and think that you're going to do well with investing. That person will never do well. It doesn't matter if XRP go to $2 or $2 million, okay? So for my community, stay grounded because it's more than— these are external things. These external things do not dictate what's going to happen for your life. You are the person that's going to dictate what's going to happen with your life. So don't become overly invested in all of this, you know, uh, emotional rage from what other people's decisions are. It doesn't make any sense to me. And so I never understand why people come on here and get super upset that I'm talking about XRP. It's weird. It's absolutely weird that people get mad that you have a channel that you're educating people on an investment that you believe will— and I always say with my biased opinion— that will do very well. And I believe it for more ways than one, but I'm gonna still educate you and I'm gonna still invest. So hopefully we don't get, um, you know, the people who upset and stuff. Like, you, you showing more issues than finances. You, you got more issues than finances to deal with. You might need to deal with some other stuff going on because none of this stuff should make you emotional, seriously, right? Um, thank you so much, Purple Rain. Uh, XRP Designers Studied BTC and learned benefits and weaknesses to enhance it for real reliability and longevity. Yes, an asset worthy of our attention at its low now. Absolutely. Um, and that's what I'm trying to show you, and hopefully, um, I've done a little bit of justice with helping you to understand the blockchain, the ledger, how it's built, um, the threats that we have that are coming up, what, uh, the cold wallet means, why it's safe, your address versus the private keys, how those how again, currently the public key cannot help any, or no computer can go from the public key to the private key, but the quantum computing can because it is so powerful. It's a different beast. And if it accelerates at a pace that's faster than what we can upgrade the ledgers, the blockchain that, that digital asset sits on top of, then the ones that are not upgrading this and paying attention to this are going to suffer. And this is going to matter for the type of long-term holds that we have. And this is something that we just got to keep track of. So, um, it is an important conversation to have, and I have some more videos that I'm going to talk about, and I'm going to even help you to understand Ripple's plan because he's laid his plan out. I've researched it on how he's actually going to be 2 years early and making sure that XRP family is going to be okay. And that's why I love the XRP L. Thank you so much, I appreciate this again. Um, I don't know if I, if I hit this twice or if you sent another one, but I still want to honor, um, the Super Chat, um, for sure. And, uh, and yes, he screwed up big time on ETH. I think that's from David Schwartz, and he said it. So, you know, he's made some really bad investment, um, conclusions. So why would we listen to him, you know what I mean, on investment? Like, everybody again have their strength that they bring to the table, and, uh, and he's not— trust me, trust me, any smart investor would know you don't listen to him to figure out what investments. And, and, and, and it shows where you're, where you're aligned, where your level of financial intelligence is aligned when you come out and you fight for— as an argument for David Schwartz said what to invest in. Like, that just, that just, that just shows right there. I'm sorry, I disagree. Um, you know, you know, be free to say what you want. I'm gonna be free to say what I want, especially because this is my page. Uh, but, and I'm okay with it. I'm okay. But I just wanna, I wanna Hey, I want to rebuttal that. I want to tell you what I think about it, and I don't, I don't agree with it, and I don't think he's somebody that, that, um, you should listen to. I'm sorry, I don't think he's somebody that any, um, any smart investor should listen to. And yes, they're rage baiters, um, and it's weird, it's weird, and it shows again, uh, your emotions show your emotional intelligence, right? It really does. And that's what's going to matter through the filtering of whatever decisions you decide to make or not make. And that's why I even tell you guys, hey, don't I come on here and I say to you guys that it doesn't matter where some of these assets go? I, I have told you guys over and over that somebody who holds 1,000 XRP are going to do better than some people who own 10,000 XRP, or you know what I mean? It doesn't matter because what matters is the decisions you make along the way, um, the way you, you train your nervous system to, to make rounds, uh, rational decisions, you know what I mean? And decisions ain't as rational as you think, so some— some— your, your brain rationalizes the emotional sides of you, sides of you. So the, the decisions that you make from an emotional standpoint, they will be justified by the logical part of your brain, right? So you just better make sure your emotions are, are, uh, powerful, that you have powerful emotions, right? Because powerful emotions make for better decisions, not primal emotions full of rage and anger and frustration and impatience and anxiety and all of that. When I start to see those personality traits in an emotion, I know that this person do and cannot make good decisions. So even when somebody come on this page and they mad at me being on my page and educated, I know this person is not a person who can make healthy decisions because they are overly committed, they are overly emotional on something that don't even have nothing to do with them. Nothing. I ain't got nothing to do with, with somebody else and their decisions about what they're going to invest in. Share what you're going to invest in, but don't be mad at me, because if you're mad at me, it shows, well, you not somebody that's probably going to make good decisions. And I suggest that you take some breathing treatment lessons and calm yourself down, because when we calm down our nervous system, we actually can make better decisions, right? So, uh, it, it is what it is. But, uh, you know, you say something, I'm gonna say something. Right? Um, yeah, on that fact, um, so yeah, again, you can short, uh, um, XRP if you don't, uh, believe in it. Uh, why don't you short it? Put your money where your mouth is. Short it. Um, all right, let me see. Let me, uh, look at the Super Chats. All right, uh, Marlon, you keep showing and being impressive. Thank you so much. Your depth of knowledge shuts down the trolls. Thank you so much. I'm just here to get an education. You could do what you want with it. For the— I'm speaking to the trolls now. You can do what you want with it. If you don't listen to it, you don't listen to it, that's fine. I am not emotionally attached to your decisions. Like, there are— and you know, people are crazy enough to think that their external, like, uh, uh, conclusions, um, are something that I need. I don't need that validation from somebody else, you know what I mean, saying anything. Like, that's where— that's the— that's the trip up. That's the funny part, is that people actually think I care. I don't. So, and I really don't care. I really don't. I'm, I'm telling y'all, I do not care. That's why I still smile and I laugh. And hey, some people gonna learn the easy way and some people gonna learn the hard way. And I still bless you. I still bless you. I hope you do make good decisions. I hope you do get your emotions together. I bless everything that you touch, every investment that you have. I bless it. I hope that you can prosper, right? So as your soul prospers, because that's the, that's the order of things. But I, I bless any— whatever investments you decide that you want to take, uh, it— your decisions are yours alone, and it doesn't matter to me, right? What matters to me is the decisions that I make and the growth that I am experiencing through this entire journey. And what matters to me is that my community grows and that I continue to add value and give education and give information that, that you can blossom, you know what I mean, that you can move forward with. As a matter of fact, I'm going to my membership now, and we're going to talk about how to, um, and thank you for that Super Chat. We're going to talk about how to create your own bank, right? There, there's, there's so much joy out there. There's so much money to be made. God is doing a beautiful work in the XRP community. God is doing a beautiful work in this, in this, uh, in this entire ecospace. Like, I love it. I love what he's doing. I don't get my focus off track, and I hope some of you all don't either. Even if, you know, people come and say, you know, crazy things, right? Uh, so, uh, so I just want to share that. Uh, I'm looking through the comments and, uh, just seeing imagine foaming at the mouth because you don't like XRP. Yeah, uh, yep, yep, yep. All right, um, and hey, I see some fun too. Uh, she fine but she keep, she keep lied. Okay, okay, thank you so much, I appreciate this. Yeah, and you know, I tell people because somebody came on my comment and said you're a liar, and I said, well, you know what, if I'm a liar How about this? If you that passionate about me being a liar, you start your own community and you tell your truth. I think that's the, that's the biggest conviction you can have, right? If you think somebody— and you that overly committed to somebody not telling the truth about something, then you should start your community and you should tell your truth, because the world needs to hear the truth that's on the inside of you. And if you care that much, then why don't you do that? Don't take the chicken way out and come on my page and tell me I'm lying. You take the strong road, right? And you go build your community and you start telling them what your truth is. And hey, we'll see if they follow or not, and we'll see if they prosper or not, right? So, you know, all of the people— if all you got is a complaint, you're not set up for success anyway, right? If your way of living and your joy is to go on people's page and tell them what they are not, you are not telling the truth. You are a liar. You know, all the fun If that's all you got, listen, you live in a shallow— you swimming in shallow waters, baby. You better go and tell your truth, build your community, invest, add value, do all the things, uh, that you convicted about, because you're obviously convicted about it if you're here saying that I'm lying, right? Google Eyes, thank you so much. Apart from Kamilah being beautiful, she's honest and knows her stuff. Bless this lady. I appreciate this so much. You guys are so kind, and I focus on that part, right? I focus on the part that you guys are adding, uh, value to the community as well. So, and yeah, here comes the God talk, right? I don't know if that's meant to be good or bad, but you know, I'm gonna say it just because, right? I believe in it and I have no shame in it. Now let me say something also. Like the video, subscribe. Uh, I am trying to help you to understand the math that's protecting crypto. We have, we have a few things that's about to happen, okay? Um, and we got the Clarity Act that we're looking at. We have a new Fed chair that's coming in mid-May, and we also have, uh, liquidity, the capital rotation that's about to come. Okay, so those are 3 catalysts that can move a market. Why am I saying this? I am saying this because if you are not in position with a structure before some of these moves happen,, right? That is something you need to consider. I personally, and I put the links in the description to iTrustCapital. I hold a portion of my XRP in a Roth IRA through iTrustCapital because when the architectural advantages that we just talked about show up in the price, at whatever point, okay, I definitely want part of my crypto designated to appreciation that is completely mine, okay? Not after the capital gains tax come and take all of it, okay? So a Roth IRA, it does something that nobody else in your financial life does for you. It says, um, what it does is it says everything that grows inside of this one account belongs completely to you, and the IRS does not get a partner share when you decide to use it, okay? So you pay taxes on the money going in. Everything happens after that, that is yours forever. Okay, so, and of course, whatever you put going in, you probably, um, made off of whatever your cash flow outlets are, your job or whatever. Okay, so you already pay taxes on that. Once you invest it into this particular structure of an account, everything that appreciates after that is completely yours. No tax on gains, um, no tax on, uh, dividends or any of that when you have it inside of a Roth IRA. And so that's why people keep assets inside of a Roth IRA. So, and if for some of you all who didn't know, the structure was designed by Congress decades ago specifically so that long-term wealth builders could compound without the tax drag that destroys most portfolios over time. And I know some people are already going to have to pay taxes because they're taking profit on certain levels. So you do want to diversify into something that you do not have to pay taxes on. Now again, I use iTrust platform, um, and I hold XRP in that structure as well as gold and silver that's backed by real gold and silver. It's backed by Kitco and Royal Canadian Mint. These are real metals and real vaults. So I've combined that, um, in my crypto position inside of that structure, and it protects all of that. And a lot of people still don't know that they are going to be coming out this summer with stocks and ETFs, right? So you'll be able to add to those positions as well inside of that account. And I absolutely love that they added that there. There is a $100 funding bonus when you open up the account, so you can take that money and also use it to, uh, go into assets. If the chair comes in and cuts rates, that is going to mean that those who hold assets in the long run, they will be the winners. And the people who hold too much cash cash and do not invest in assets, they are going to lose. They are going to lose money. Okay, that's how it works. Because why? They lose purchasing power as inflation increases. And your assets can protect you from that, because if there is an inflation in the economy on goods and services, those assets are going to inflate along with the economy, right? So the link is in the description for that. Open up account, get your stuff settled. Um, just know that they about to pump liquidity. Liquidity is about to rotate, and they may even throw out some stimulus checks and all of that. So they are— they got a $39 trillion debt that they want to, um, refinance at some point, right? So if they lower the interest rates, it helps the debt to become cheaper. So their plan is— it's the same plan after World War II. It's the same playbook that they're doing. And if you have bigger questions on your sizing, your timeline, your structure, or any of that, that is what my clarity calls are for. I will be changing the price. I will be changing— I will be limiting the time that I could do that, uh, because, um, it is, it is a lot of work. So I won't be doing it forever. So if you are interested in that, the link is in the description. Um, and then also for my members, give me a few minutes. I am going to talk about what was asked of me, which is cash flow life policies and how to build your own bank So I am going to be talking about that. Hey Kamilah, I've got my $100 from iTrust well over 45 days. Any advice? Oh, you haven't got it? Okay, it's time to reach out to them because that obviously, you know, with certain— and thank you for the Super Chat for this— obviously with, um, you know, they've had a mass influx of different people. So, um, make— I, I'll put the number into the description. I don't know if I did it before the video, but I'll do it after the video. Contact them, let them know you are from my community, and, um, tell them that you have not— I've had a couple of people who hadn't gotten it. A lot of— there's a lot of people who got it way ahead of that time, so that's definitely a lot later than you should have gotten it. Um, so make sure you contact them. And if for anybody, if it's been over 30 days, contact them and let them know right away, because then that just means that, um, that something happened that shouldn't be happening. So, but they are very, very, very, um generous, like their customer service, they are very kind. They're going to take care of you. So do not think that anything has been lost or anything. They will make sure that you get that funding bonus. Uh, again, let them know that you come from my community. And, uh, and I see all the support and the love, and I love you guys. Hey, don't be— and don't be shaken out by anybody that come on. Everybody can speak their truth, all right? As long as nobody gets disrespectful, I'm okay on this page. But But I am okay with people expressing their feelings. I disagree. I don't think it's no need to like have no strife between nobody, um, just because they, you know, have their own, um, just because they have their own opinions. Let's go, y'all. Um, get your iTrust open today, you'll feel better in the morning. And I, I agree, go ahead, get it open. Um, there's some moves that's about to happen. There may be a pullback, like I said, uh, after Bitcoin's conference, a lot of times there is a drop. So there may be some opportunity to buy at better prices. Get positioned so that you can participate. Thank you so much, CKAS or CKASmith. I love it. I appreciate your conviction in sharing what you spent hours researching to speak intelligently about the assets that will change our lives. And I will thank you so much. I appreciate that. Very inspiring for you to put this here and encourage me. And, um, I'm always encouraged by all of you all's comments and just how much love you guys give me. I, I love it. Thank you guys so very much. And yes, I will continue to do as much research as I can, and I will come here week by week and I will give you all that I know, uh, because at the end of the day, I want all of you all to succeed. I want us to be, you know, all winners in this economy on the other side of things. And I know we're gonna get there. And guess what? Whenever you have victories that you, you know, have in life, whenever you have wins, trust me, they come through battles. There's always battles at every level, okay? So it's never just like the stock market. You never go— it don't, it don't usually just shoot up, okay? It goes, it retraces. There's all kind of resistance and, you know, things that, you know, friction and conflict that you got to get through. And, uh, how do you get through that? Mindset. Mindset, education, conviction, building on your values, like having a game plan, like simple little things that we can do. And I'm going to continue to speak my truth, all right? And so, um, so thank you guys always for joining. And, uh, yeah, thank you so much. I will keep preaching. Yes, I will. I will definitely keep preaching, and I'll keep, uh, giving the good news. And, uh, adding value in the best way possible. And, uh, as for you, and like I said again, for your investments, I wish you well. I wish you to prosper. And, uh, I hope that you are invested in things that you believe in because your convictions are yours alone. So, and for all of you all, make sure that you are investing in where your convictions are. I try to get on here and make sure that your conviction in XRP is strengthened because there's a lot of, as you see, resistance. There's there's a lot of FUD talk, there's a lot of naysayers, right? And so education is very powerful because it gets you over those little hurdles of all the noise, because everything else ain't nothing but noise. And I can tell you that today, and I'm gonna tell you tomorrow, and I'm gonna tell you always: ignore the noise. Keep your focus on where your goals are and where your dreams are. And for those who feel like God has spoke to them concerning their investments, keep your eye on the prize, right? Um, we're gonna do very, very well. Matthew 6:33. And we out on this because I love the word of God and I love scripture. And thank you so much, um, for sharing this. All right guys, I'll be on with my members in a few moments. Give me a moment and we're gonna talk about some real stuff. And as always, I want you to stay wise, stay wealthy, and I'll see you in the next video. Peace out.
