Cardio will help your body to do better things when you lift weights. So like, I see people who's been to the gym or who just like always doing cardio, like always running on a treadmill or doing the elliptical or on the cycle bike. Like they're doing cycling like 5 times a week, you know, unless you're doing resistance on the bike, that's different. But just, they just doing cardio. And what a lot of people don't realize is cardio can be quite stressful to the body if you overdo it on cardio, especially high intensity type cardio. It can actually start to eat into your muscles. That's why people who do cardio too much, like marathon runners, just imagine the body, it's not muscular and the skin is not tight and like a track and field runner, like somebody who's doing a 100-meter dash sprint, that's like quick burst of cardio, like high-intensity type. But when people are on the treadmill just running and doing marathons, they don't look healthy. If you pay attention. If that's their sport, that's perfectly fine, but they be like real lean and skinny, and sometimes their skin is hanging. And even cyclers, they sometimes can even have a belly even though they skinny because there's not enough weightlifting.
