XRP Holders Are Walking Into The Same TRAP Again

Kamilah Stevenson breaks down how Michael Saylor's 32 Bitcoin sale triggered panic headlines despite being a routine dividend move for MicroStrategy. She argues retail investors need conviction in their holdings and a long-term plan to avoid getting spooked by noise.

For years, there was one man in the entire financial world who became famous for a single promise: he would never sell his Bitcoin. Michael Saylor built his entire reputation and the reputation of his company on the idea that you accumulate Bitcoin and you hold it no matter what the market does. Now, he became the face of diamond hands conviction in this entire industry for that. And then over the last few days, the headlines screamed that he finally did it, he sold. And the moment that story hit, of course, fear started to rip through the market. People panicked, and a lot of regular investors sold their own positions because they thought if the king is selling, it must be over. So I want to show you what actually happened with that, because the truth is very different from what the headlines have told you. And the lesson inside this story is the one that could save your entire financial future. Now, I want to say I am not for or against Bitcoin in this video. I am just stating to you a neutral principle of how the headlines will shape things to persuade behavior patterns that could potentially make you end up on the short end of the stick. I'm using Bitcoin as an example, but I want you to put it towards any digital asset that you have conviction in, that you are holding. And again, I'm very neutral about this. I'm not here to say what Bitcoin will or will not do, or even if I like it or not. I am invested in Bitcoin. However, there are other digital assets that I enjoy much more than Bitcoin. I don't think that Bitcoin solves the same issues as some of the other digital assets. However, you have to pay attention to the strategies that exist that make you capitulate whatever conviction you have concerning your digital assets. Now, I'm Kamilah Stevenson, and around here we do talk wealth. Go ahead and like the video and subscribe if you have not already. No, this is not financial advice to you. This is only for educational and entertainment purposes. And I want to know from you, if you do hold Bitcoin, are you a Bitcoin are you, uh, just holding a little bit of it? What are your thoughts on Bitcoin? I'd love to hear from you. Now I want to share what really happened. So Michael Saylor's company, which is the largest corporate holder of Bitcoin in the world, disclosed in a regulatory filing that he had sold 32 Bitcoin. Now let me put that number in perspective for you because this is where the headlines is going to fall apart. This company holds hundreds of thousands of Bitcoin. So selling 32 out of a position that massive is the equivalent of you having $100,000 in the bank and spending about $10. It is a rounding error. It is so small that it doesn't even register against what they actually hold. And the reason that they did it was purely operational. They sold that tiny amount to help fund dividend payments to their shareholders, which is a normal corporate housekeeping move. Hey, fellow investors, Kamilah Stevenson here. Quick heads up for all you smart investors watching this. If you're serious about investing and growing a digital asset portfolio that brings you financial freedom, and you like how I've been breaking down crypto, but you want more than just free content, I'm putting together something really special. For the first time ever, on June 13th, I'm opening the Wealth Architects Inner Circle, where I'll be working with just 15 investors on a much deeper level. This is for investors who want structure, a deep understanding of crypto beyond what I share on YouTube, and a personalized wealth plan built specifically for you, not just more random information. So if that sounds like you, click the first link in the description to join the Inner Circle waitlist now. Spots will be limited once enrollment opens, and the waitlist members get first priority. So be sure to check the first link in the description and put your name on it. So they're a dividend company, and they pay those who own their shares dividends, basically. Okay, now analysis across the industry confirmed the same thing, that the sale was financially immaterial and meant nothing for the broader supply of Bitcoin. I don't know if that's true or not. I'm just reporting what the analysts have said and just comparing how much they sold to how much they have to know that it's not really much. And I also want to say that it looked like there was maybe some coordinated activity, uh, with a lot of big players selling off Bitcoin all at once. I did see that. I don't know what to take of it, but I don't know if they aligned themselves with the fact that they knew he was going to sell and then They started to sell because maybe they know Bitcoin is going down. And, um, I don't know. I am just sharing with you that if you hold a digital asset because you believe in it, like XRP for me, like XLM and HBAR, then you have to make sure that you are not being swayed by the horse and pony show in front of you to make you lose your position. Okay, this is a long-term game that we're playing for generational wealth, and if you get caught up in the day-to-day shenanigans, you are not going to last through this. Set your face like a flint and figure out why you're holding these digital assets. Do you want generational wealth or you don't? Because if you're trying to make a quick buck then you're gambling with infrastructure and you are going to get played every time because there is too much manipulation in this game for you to play games with it. Let them do what they're gonna do. If opportunity comes and there's a sell-off, guess what? Happy day. It's a sale day. It's just that simple. Now let me explain what the headlines did. They took a $10 withdrawal from a $100,000 account and they turned it into Michael Saylor is selling. The king has lost faith. The top is in, and that level of fear is going to spread faster than truth. Now, do I know if the top is in? I'm not saying the top is not in. I don't know, all right? I'm not a, a chart expert, all right? There's a lot of people who feel like Bitcoin will fall all the way down to maybe $40,000. We will see, okay? I do look at the charts. They weren't looking good. They did look like there was some more, uh, selling pressure that will happen. We also do have the reverse carry trade at play, so, uh, we could see some lower numbers. I would love to see some lower numbers for the digital assets that I believe in because I know that wealth is built in the buy, it's built in the fear, it's built in the sell-off, in the manipulation, in the pullback, in the recession, in the moment where blood hits the streets. I love it, and I love it to be that way. And guess what? I got my limit orders and I'm all ready to go. So people who did not stop to read past the headlines saw the word selling next to the most famous holder in the world and they panicked. So, uh, they dumped their own positions, they locked in their losses because a lot of them bought at the top and they're selling at the bottom as they always do, right? And they got shaken out of assets that they've been holding for years, all because of a story that when you actually look at the numbers meant almost nothing. And I say this to Bitcoin, but remember, I am applying this to your digital assets because as Bitcoin go down, there's other altcoins that's connected to that, so they go down also. And so people just start selling, all right? And there's other reasons that people sell. I'm just giving you one perspective. But this is one of the most important lessons I can teach you about building wealth, and it has almost nothing to do with the charts or technical analysis. It is about understanding how fear is manufactured and sold to you. The financial media does not make money when you stay calm. They make money when you click, and nothing makes you click faster than fear. So what they do is they take small events and they wrap them in the most alarming language possible because your panic is their business model, and the The investors who win over the long term are the ones who learn to pause, read past the headline, and ask one simple question. What actually happened here? And does it change anything? Does it really change anything? And most of the time when you do that, you realize the answer is no. Think about what this sell-off is really made of right now. It's not a hack. It's not a technology breaking. It's not the long-term thesis falling apart for whatever your convictions are. It is a combination of big funds rebalancing, some headline fear, leveraged traders getting flushed out, and the whole market moving in correlation with the stock market during a nervous moment in the broader economy. And I say that in pertaining to the stock market because there was a small little pullback with that too. But right now the stock market is, to me, not even in alignment with reality because they're at all-time highs. So I'm not saying that there's a correlation completely, I'm just saying that when there was a red day, everything kind of pulled back a little bit. But none of that changes the infrastructure being built underneath. It is noise dressed up as a crisis. And trust me, a crisis probably will come, and you probably are not ready for it. I'm talking about a real crisis, okay? And if these small little events make you scared, wait till the real event comes. Oh, they are going to pull people out the game. Your wealth will be stolen from you. It will be the biggest heist of the century. You gotta realize that none of what happens day to day often is going to change the infrastructure being built underneath. And the people who understand the difference between noise and a real change in the story are the ones who are going to stay positioned long enough to actually capture what they've been waiting for. Now, I want to walk you into a deeper reason why people get shaken out because it's not really about information, it's about identity. When you do not have a clear sense of who you are as an investor, every scary headline feels like a personal threat and you react emotionally. But when you know exactly why you hold what you hold and you understand the long-term reason you're positioned the way you are, a headline about 32 Bitcoin it's not going to move you. Or whatever the headline is for your digital asset— for me it will be like an XRP, XLM, and HBAR, uh, XDC. I love those digital assets. I hold a few more, but I'm just mentioning a few examples. And so if I read something negative about it, it doesn't change nothing for me because I understand it. And, um, hey, I just go back to my life as usual, trying to make some cash flow. Why? Because you need cash flow in order to invest. And a lot of people are not even paying attention to that right now, is that they really need more cash flow. Too many people are waiting on a miracle right now, a Big Bang Theory, okay, to happen so that the day can be saved for them. Meanwhile, we got so much life to live, right? The prices are still low, and a lot of people barely have enough money to really invest right now. Don't wait on some miracle to happen. You should be working every single day towards whatever your financial goals and dreams are.. And you should also start to learn the difference between the investor who panics and the investor who does not, because they are intelligent with their emotions. They don't have to have the intelligence of the financial market, trust me, okay? They don't have to be super brilliant and all intelligent and know everything that's happening in the economy. Most people don't know. This thing is being played out in real time every single day. It's so much to learn. Everybody a little behind on something, right? But you have to be educated in order to build your conviction, building on understanding. And understanding is something that you can build. You have control over that. That is the whole reason why this channel exists, is to help you build that understanding so that you are never again at the mercy of a headline designed to scare you. And it is always why, for the people who want to go deeper, I do my one-on-one clarity calls. It is why I have a community, right? Because sometimes you just don't need the information. You need someone to sit down with you and look at your actual situation, your holdings, your timelines, your goals, and just help you build a plan that is so clear that no headline can shake you out of it. When you have a real plan, fear loses its grip on you. Now, if that's something you do want, the link is in the description. And there's also One other important thing that I want to share with you that I think panic sellers are missing entirely. When you sell in panic, you do not just lock in a loss. If you're selling at a gain in a regular account, then you also hand back a piece of that to the IRS, which means that fear can cost you twice. This is exactly why I do hold a portion of my digital assets inside of a Roth IRA through iTrustCapital. Because inside of that kind of account, my long-term growth is protected and I am building in a structure designed for patience instead of panic. When your assets are sitting in the right structure, you are far less likely to make an emotional decision because the whole setup is built for the long game. It helps you protect yourself from you. iTrustCapital makes it simple for everyday families to hold real digital assets inside that kind of protected retirement structure, and there is a $100 funding bonus when you fund the account. Now, the links are in the description for that if you do want to take a look. And if you want to be in a room with people who are learning to think this way together, who do not panic when the headlines scream, who hold each other steady and build with a real plan, that is what my community is for. We meet every week and we keep each other grounded in the long-term vision. The link is below for that. And don't forget that I still do have my waiting list that is available., to let you know what is going to be released on June 13th. And the people in that waitlist group are going to be the first to know. And also, there's a lot of value being added to that group. So go ahead and make sure you do join the waitlist in the link below. Uh, the link is there for you. Drop in the comments and let me know, have you ever panic sold? I would love to know if you have. I have. I think all of us have at some point. But at some point we also got to learn, all right? And so, uh, when we make those mistakes, let's learn from it, let's grow, and let's again gain education and understanding so that we are on the right end of this shift. And as always, I want you to stay wise, stay wealthy, and I'll see you in the next video.
