Your Crypto Is NOT SAFE And You Don't Even Know It

Jim from Caleb & Brown explains why crypto exchanges are risky and how their OTC brokerage offers safer alternatives. The company charges a flat 3.5% fee with no hidden costs, uses Fireblocks for cold storage and insurance, and serves everyone from individual investors to institutions.

Hey, it's Kamilah Stevenson, and around here we talk wealth. So one of the things that I talk about all the time on this channel is protecting your assets and being strategic about how you move into this space. And a big picture of that is who you trust with your money. And I've talked about the risk of keeping your crypto on the exchanges. We've all seen what can happen because of that. I've seen, uh, situations where accounts freeze, uh, platforms are going offline during critical moments, people losing access to their funds. I talk about this all the time. So anyway, when I came across Caleb Brown, I was very intrigued by their model. Um, they were a personal cryptocurrency brokerage that you pair up with a dedicated broker who handles your trades, answers your questions, and is available when you need them. And you know what? I really, really love that part., and I just didn't want to talk about it. I actually signed up. I've been using them ever since and I've had a great experience. Um, but I didn't want you to take my word for it. I wanted to bring someone in from the Caleb and Brown team so they could answer all of your questions. Listen, I know you guys are always asking me questions about Caleb and Brown. You love Caleb and Brown. So I did something for you very special. I was able to, uh, get him to come on here and answer some questions that can really help you to understand their services a lot better. And so, so we're going to talk about that. I'm going to just allow him to answer some questions. Some of these questions are the questions that you have submitted to me, and we're going to talk about that so you can have a better understanding of what they do. All right. So this is Jim, and he is here to talk about Caleb and Brown and answer all of the questions that you guys have been submitting. He is the senior partnership manager and a very kind man. As a matter of fact, we've been talking throughout the month and he's just been so amazing. With helping to answer even my questions with Caleb and Brown. So, hey Jim, how are you doing? I heard you were just traveling, right? You're back in your, in your country.
Back in Australia. Yeah. Well, firstly, look, thanks you. Thank you for the warm introduction and very excited to be here. And look, we're very excited to be a part of the Kamilah Stevenson community. It's one that's growing quite quickly and we're just more than happy to be a part of the journey. So Um, you're definitely right. As you can probably tell from my accent, I'm actually Australian. Um, so the Calvin Brown headquarters is here in Australia, but we have an office presence within the US and most of our client base is within the US. So I've just come back from a trip visiting some of my top partners, but also just visiting a lot of our clients and getting that real valuable face-to-face time. So I'll probably be spending more and more time in the US. Um, I'm a little jet lagged right now, but I'm sure I'll be able to answer any questions that come through. So Thank you for having me on and excited to get into it.
Yes. Yes. Matter of fact, I love the accent. Um, it's always a weird thing because when you're, when you're dealing with someone who have an accent, it is, they hear your accent. I hear yours. I don't have an accent. You do. And I'm sure you think the same.
When you're in the US, I can definitely feel like I have the accent. I think I get looks and everything.
Yeah, it's, it's cool. Well, listen, um, my audience is, they're always asking me questions and, you know, I try to answer as best as I can, but of course this this is your sphere of influence and we want to get a little bit of understanding about what, who is Caleb and Brown, you know, who do they serve? Just a little brief history about how long you guys have been around, your track record or anything that you can kind of let us know to know exactly, you know, who you are, how you service your people and how you can become a benefit to those who sign up with you guys.
Yeah, so look, Paleva Brown, we're very different and distinct from the usual exchanges that I'm sure people have either used or have heard of in the past. So as Kamilah Stevenson rightly pointed out, we're a brokerage. And so what that means is we emphasize for a personalized service, we emphasize for customer support. So every single client that works with us gets their own dedicated resource. That resource is there to help you throughout your crypto journey. Wherever that may be, right? So we have a lot of clients that are quite new to this space that want to invest. They're interested in the asset class, but they're not quite sure how to get started, or they don't really know too much about what are the main assets, or they don't know how to use their own wallet. That's where our service is really valuable because you get an expert broker who's been in this space for a really long time to help educate you, to help inform you about what are all the inner dealings and workings of this space. But also a really trusted service, a platform that you can actually safely invest in. And as Kamilah Stevenson said, the security element, the safety element are things that we have a top priority on. So that's really where we over-index and put a lot of our focus on. In terms of our history, the business has been around since 2016, which is a really long time in the crypto space. And the reason that that's important is we've been through many different cycles and have been able to withstand that as a business and actually mature to the point now where we've got 70+ people within our business, both from an operations perspective. We've got a lot of backend in-house people, as you can imagine. We also have a lot of customer-facing brokers, but also customer support people as well. So yeah, we've been through different cycles, both bear and bull, but I think that's put us in really good stead. And honestly, we've had clients that have been with us for 6, 7, 8 years. And have continued to build out that relationship with their broker. So we're really all about building personal relationships, which is a little different to, I guess, the transactional relationship you sometimes get on exchanges. So that's what we focus on. That's our service. We'll go into more details about it, I'm sure, in this video, but that's like an overview of, of what we do and what we focus on.
Nice. Nice. You know, I didn't know you guys had been around since 2016. That's like 10 years.
Wow. Yes.
And that is a long time in the, in the crypto industry because a lot of people didn't even, weren't even thinking about crypto 10 years ago. But it's, it's good to know that you guys have been, you know, one of the things that I love that you said is that you've been through different cycles because you see, you know, what the culture looks like in cryptocurrency, you know, during a bull market versus a bear market. And I'm sure each cycle, even though they, there's probably a pattern, they still look a little different. One of the things that I discovered back in 2025, October 10th, when we had that liquidating event, um, I, I tried to log onto my exchanges, all of them, and I tried to do the face, you know, sign. I tried to actually manually log in, put my password. I could not get into any of my accounts. And I was trying to buy, uh, because that long wick had came down. So of course the prices were dropping. And I was so frustrated because everything was frozen. I couldn't get in, I couldn't get the buy orders that I needed. And so that kind of frustrated me. And so get my audience to understand what exactly is an OTC brokerage and how is it different from using an exchange like a Coinbase or a Kraken or an Uphold?
Yeah, so there's a lot of differences. I, it, it's funny you mentioned that day because it, it's distinctly imprinted in my brain because as you can imagine, we were incredibly busy as well. We were very fortunate that through our portal and our clients, we're able to access their account and actually execute trades. So on our end, things worked really smoothly. And the ultimate benefit of having a broker is that there are two ways to get things done. You can either log into your account and your Kelvin Browne has a dashboard portal. It allows you to make trades. It allows you to set up target orders and limit orders. So you can do all of that yourself. And certainly we had a lot of clients on that October 10th day do that. We also can just, for our clients, you have direct access to your broker. So we have a lot of clients that will email their broker, text you trades. And the reason I remember that very vividly is that it was an early Saturday morning here in Australia. It was Friday night in the US and we had every single broker hands on deck. We had about 10 emails coming in every minute per inbox. And so everyone was on guard. Everyone was ready to go because As I said, we've been through maybe not a liquidation event like that in crypto history before, but we've certainly had days where we've had peaks in demand and interest from our clients. So as I said, we knew how to handle that. It was obviously still a very stressful day, but look, ultimately for our clients, a lot of them, as you said, got in at really strong entry points for certain assets like XRP. A lot of our clients had limit and target orders actually set up. So those executed as well. So I would say one of the key differences is just is that personalized service I mentioned. You could have spoken to your broker. We had a lot of people that were new to crypto that were understandably very worried about what was going on. You know, we saw some assets drop 20, 30% within an hour. And so if you're not used to that, if you haven't seen that in crypto before, that can cause a lot of anxiety. And so the benefit of actually being able to speak to your broker, us informing them that really it's a massive liquidation event, it's not really to do with the fundamentals of the assets, which is really important. So I'd say that is a key difference, is actually having someone you can speak to, but the ability to also just execute a trade via an email, as opposed to having to log into an account where sure, you may have issues like we saw on a lot of the other exchanges. So that's the first one. I'd say the other major point around using us as more of an OTC desk than an exchange is the liquidity aspect. So how exchanges source liquidity is they're a market maker, which means they set their own liquidity pool, they set the buy and sells, and ultimately they also then set the spread, which is where they make most of their money. So the incentive isn't really there for their users to actually make or get the best price, whether that's to buy an asset or to sell. We're very different at Calvin Brown. So we use a whole range of different liquidity partners and we're an aggregator. So we'll actually pull liquidity from OTC desks, liquidity pools, decentralized exchanges, centralized exchanges. To get the best price for our clients. And we'll actually manually oversee really complex trades as well. So for our clients, there's no single point of failure when it comes to liquidity. It means in those periods of high demand where liquidity thins on those exchanges, we can actually still pull liquidity from a range of sources. So I would say liquidity is, is probably one of those things that a lot of investors aren't fully aware of that is really important when it comes to getting the best financial results. Whether that's buying an asset at a good price or selling at the best price possible, that we very much over-index and focus on as a business. So they're two of, I'd say, the major differences. There's a whole range of other differences around custody and what have you that maybe we can touch on, but they're, they're the two big ones for sure.
Nice, nice. And, and I think that's a good thing that you pointed out about the liquidity because that, you know, I, I do get a lot of people that ask about the fees and I'll, I'll have you, you know, kind of address that if you want to some more. But that, that's, you know, the thing that I always talk about is when liquidity is thinning, then you, you, you have these options where you have slippage and, and all of these, you know, other fees that you're gonna have because you're not getting your order executed at the price that you assumed that you would. And with you guys having deeper liquidity, everything is kind of transparent and straightforward. And yeah, there's a price to that, you know, you can address that, but a lot of people are wondering about that price. But, you know, you, you take your, execution somewhere where the liquidity is thin and you have an event like that where you can't execute a trade. I, I, I was transparent and told my audience that when that was happening, I finally got in after like 20 minutes and somebody was kind of screwed on one end because, uh, XRP was, I tried to get an order in at around $1.85 and I put the order in, right? And I didn't know it would get filled because XRP had bounced right back up to around $2.30. And my order got filled, right? And so my order got filled at $2.30. That is what XRP's price was on the exchange, but someone sold at $1.80 when it was actually $2.35. So, um, can you just talk a little bit about, you know, your fees and, you know, kind of address that question that a lot of people have? I don't think they realize that there's a lot of other fees, um, that you can have on the exchanges when you, you know, when you try to add these slippage moments in or even just having to have an expense for the trade itself. Can you kind of address that for them?
Yeah, so the fee, look, yeah, the fee is a question we get a lot on and I'm happy to address it 'cause there is, yeah, there's a bit of explanation around why we charge just a flat fee. It is quite unique in crypto. So for those that aren't aware, we just as a business charge one transparent flat fee. On buys, sells, and swaps. So think of it like a transaction fee, just whenever you execute a trade with us, and that's a 3.5% default fee. Now, in terms of other exchanges and platforms, they'll charge a really smaller transaction fee. So if you compare the two, you feel like you're not getting a great, a great deal with us. But what you do have to understand is that most of these exchanges will charge a really small transaction fee. That's not where they make all their revenue. Where they make all their revenue is what I touched on before, which is the hidden costs that you don't see when you make a trade. So things like spread, slippage, um, they'll even charge withdrawal fees and have withdrawal limits, which we don't impose. So with spreads, which is where they make most of their money, that's the difference between the price that you can buy an asset at and the price that you can sell it at. So if you go on an exchange, and this is a good exercise maybe for you all to do if you're not quite sure about this, get two tabs open. Um, look at the price that you can buy XRP for. Let's say right now it's $1.35. When you go on these exchanges, that may not be $1.35, that may be $1.40. And then if you open up another tab and then you look to sell XRP, now remember that the market price is $1.35, that may actually only be $1.30 as an example for you to sell. And so that difference is where the exchange actually makes their money. That's what we call the spread. Now we don't charge anything, you know, like spreads or slippage because we want you to get the best market price possible. Yes, our transaction fee is higher, but when you actually factor in for spreads, slippage, withdrawal fees, so when you want to withdraw to a bank account, they'll charge you a fee for that. When you actually factor in for all those additional hidden costs, our rate is actually not only competitive, but sometimes it's actually better than those exchanges. And that's not for factoring for Everything that's inclusive of the 3.5% fee. So speaking and calling to your broker, there's no fee for that. Our custody solution, which is institutional grade, we don't charge custody fees. There's no fees to withdraw and there's also no limits to withdraw, which is why a lot of high net worth clients like to use us because if they want to withdraw $500,000 to their bank account, we'll do that all in one go. You know, unlike an exchange where they may limit you to $20K per day. And then all of a sudden it's going to take you close to a month to get all your assets off. So that's how our fee works. Ultimately, the fee is negotiable as well. So if you're someone that's trading at really large volumes, you can always have that discussion with your broker. We want you to get the most out of this service. We don't want you to feel like you're being gouged by fees. So look, it is, that's the way that we operate and we think transparency is key in this space. But yeah, if you're someone that isn't quite aware of all those hidden costs, I would suggest you to, to have a look at those exchanges because usually you're actually being charged a lot more than, than you realize.
I'm happy you went through that, um, the way you did because it helps me to even understand, you know, the way I explain it is that I, I really am paying also for certainty. I don't, I don't want uncertainty with all of these hidden fees. And, you know, one of the things that I did one time is I, I was trying, I, this was some time ago, but I was trying to, I don't know which cryptocurrency I was trying to buy, but I went on Coinbase and I was trying to purchase it. And then I went to the actual page where I was about to actually purchase it. And I'm, I'm like, wait a minute, you just, on the other screen it said it was this price and now it's this price. Something's not right. And so, you know, I don't know how this works, but I'm like, it was about 4 or 5 cents from the actual amount that I thought I was about to pay for. And I just didn't like it. You know, I didn't like it because now you have to counter in all of this. And I was buying a large order. So I just love how you explain that, you know, things are transparent and just breaking down how you might at times actually save money with going through Caleb Brown. And so, um, you now, you did mention, you know, you can talk to your broker, um, if you have very large amounts and try to see if you can negotiate. And some people may feel like, um, this Caleb Brown is for a certain type of client. What is your typical client like? Are they, you know, high net worth individuals or, or do you have some clients that are everyday investors? Do they benefit as well?
Yeah, it's a great question. Look, we, the answer is we have a mix of all. We, we certainly have a lot of high net worth clients that wanted to get into the crypto space. They were successful in, you know, their other endeavors in life and had heard about the cryptocurrency asset class, but didn't want to invest a large amount of money on an exchange where they couldn't speak to anyone and actually get an understanding of what they're investing in. And as you said, have that certainty. So we do have a lot of Pi Network clients that like to use us because they get that personalized service. They get their own broker that they can call. That broker learns more about them in terms of their risk profile, in terms of their goals and objectives. But certainly, look, the reason that we've built this business and that it's worked is that we definitely want to help the everyday investor as well. Our main goal as a business is to help onboard people safely into crypto because unfortunately it happens time and time again where People try to, to do it on their own, which is great and, and learn for themselves, but then they may fall victim to a scam and then we lose that person to this space forever. So we've made an in, an institutional grade service, but it's one that's accessible to all. So it's completely free to make an account and speak to a broker. There's no capital requirement that you need to provide upfront. So for anyone that's a little unsure or hesitant, it's completely free to try the service and see if it's right for you. And I'm sure that it certainly will be because we tailor the solution based on where you're at in your journey. So yeah, look, we work with a lot of high net worth individuals. We work with a lot of everyday investors. We work with a lot of large institutions as well. And we also work with a lot of clients. So with Kelvin Brown, you can onboard just as an individual. So I can onboard as just Jim Bazzani, but then I can also onboard my LLC. I could also onboard my family trust. And invest through that trust. So we have a lot of clients that will onboard their LLC and they want that LLC to hold all the crypto and have that balance sheet of cryptocurrency. So like they'll actually invest through their LLC. So it gives our clients flexibility, but certainly it's a mix of high net worth and people just getting started.
Nice. I'm happy you mentioned that, that if they have an LLC or a trust, they can also open up an account Um, with that as well. Uh, and, and some people that they are holding their crypto in their LLC accounts. And so, um, that's definitely a question that I know my audience has asked several times. I, I'm, I'm curious to know where is your crypto actually held? Like what, what kind of custody solutions do you all have? And, and then what, what would happen if, um, if you guys face difficulty? Like how, how is the client's assets protected?
Yeah, great question. So I'll explain our custody solution stack and then I can explain, you know, if something was to happen to Keldon Brown, which, you know, we're incredibly healthy business, but I want to emphasize that point as well because I think it's an important one. So the first element, which is our custody solution. So probably about 4 or 5 years ago, we realized that a lot of our clients that wanted to work with us weren't super confident or comfortable custodying themselves. And so what I mean by that is actually encouraging them to do self-custody. So get their own hardware wallet, hold their crypto on that wallet. Now that's certainly something that we support and in fact we endorse our clients to use their own custody solution when they're confident and comfortable doing so. But we just found that a lot of clients wanted us to help with the custody element as well. And so look, that's part of our all-encompassing service. So We partnered with probably the top institutional custody provider in the space called Fireblocks. And so we've developed a custody solution through Fireblocks and it's a cold storage custody solution. So when clients deposit their crypto into Calvin Brown, if they decide to buy through us and hold with us, your assets are held in a vault in cold storage that's not commingled and it's separated from one client to another. So the assets that I hold with Calvin Brown, are not mixed with Kamilah Stevenson's assets. And so they just sit there in cold storage. One of the key benefits is that, look, as a business, we're not incentivized to hold onto those assets. So it's not like we're trading them on elsewhere to earn yields or moving them around to earn return as a business, which is what we've seen with exchanges like FTX in the past. Your assets literally just sit in cold storage until you instruct CMB to make a trade or you, you make a trade yourself. So For a lot of clients, that gives them certainty and protection. I can jump into all the ways in which we protect assets. So through things like multi-party computation, hardware modules, that may be a little too technical, but happy to jump into it if people have further questions or maybe they can email me. But yeah, ultimately that's how we custody for clients. There's no fee for it. So you get the benefit of the cold storage element, but you get the accessibility element. And so that's something that's a little different from a hardware wallet. I was overexchanged a few years ago when the USDC started to depeg and I didn't have access to my hardware wallet. And so there was nothing I could do and I couldn't make trades. The benefit of our custody solution is that you can still access your assets and make trades when the market moves or you need to. So that's how our custody solution works. And then as a client, Look, Fireblocks have never had any issues. They haven't had any instances of hacking or what have you in their system. They're used by the largest crypto institutions and banks in the world. But in that unlikely scenario that something was to happen, our clients do have an insurance policy through Fireblocks as the custody provider. But something else I really want to make clear, and I've gone through this personally with FTX, is with a lot of these exchanges, when you hold your assets on their platforms, you actually supersede your ownership of them. So in the case of FTX, I had assets on there. Of course, that exchange went under and I actually had to go through a creditor claim process to get my assets back, which took a few years and a lot of stress. The difference with us, and you can read this in our terms of business, is that if you are depositing or holding assets with Kamilah Brown, you are the beneficial owner of those assets. We are custodying them on behalf of you as the client. And so what that legally means is that let's say something did happen to Caleb and Brown, which again, there's, you know, there's no concern that that would happen, but let's say it did. The first thing that we would legally have to do as a business is return all client assets back to their rightful owners because they don't form part of our company assets. They are not ownership of Caleb and Brown. They're owned by the client. So I hope that gives peace of mind that if something was to happen to us, and you know, we custody for over 50,000 clients, those clients feel protected enough that those assets would return to them. And so that's how we do things in terms of custody. One of the unique little benefits that I'll quickly touch on is that when trades are executed, we'll actually use our own capital as a business. So let's just say Kamilah Stevenson is holding 200 XRP with us and she decides to trade that into Bitcoin. Instead of us actually moving that from your cold storage to one of our liquidity providers and doing the trade that way, we'll, we'll ensure that there's no third-party exposure for Kamilah in that instance. We already have the XRP with those liquidity providers, and so we'll actually trade the XRP with our own liquidity and then just settle up the difference internally within our system. So that's like a very unique thing that we do as a business that I guarantee you no exchange on the platform is doing. So it's little things like that that we really emphasize security and protection of assets.
I love that you shared that. It, it's actually helping me to understand a little bit more about Caleb Brown and, and, you know, how you guys do things, just the method behind, you know, and the structure behind how things are set up. One of the things that I'm so happy you also addressed was what happened to you in, in a situation where you could not get access to your crypto. Because I say this all the time, but to hear somebody actually say, hey, this happened to me. Like I, I didn't have access to my assets, you know, for quite some time. And I don't think people really believe that that can happen until it happens. Okay. So, you know, I, I, I try to tell my audience, hey, you know, you, you, you wanna get your, your crypto off of the exchanges because you don't own it. They owe you your assets. I, I do get a lot of questions about yield and staking options and just wondering, is that something that's outside of your model? And if not, is it something that you would ever consider?
Yeah, so right now it is. So we've ever since 2016 just been a spot trading platform. We haven't really believed in things like leverage trading. I personally think it's just a great way to lose your money, honestly. So as of right now, we've just, yeah. And we've seen that in the last sort of 3 or 4 months, a lot of people getting liquidated. But look, in terms of how we want to continue to innovate as business, absolutely. Yield, staking, even things like lending and borrowing. We know a lot of clients want to have more flexibility with the asset they hold with us. And so we're very much looking into how do we build something that doesn't compromise that cold storage custody solution that I just touched on. So. Look, we've always as a business focused on, we'll take a little longer to get things done, but we'll do our due diligence when it comes to building something that is genuinely going to still protect our client assets. Because anytime you stake your assets on a third-party platform, you're exposing yourself to some sort of risk, whether that's counterparty risk, smart contract risk. Yeah, the risk isn't zero, and that's why you're getting the yield, right? Nothing's free in this world. So The short answer is absolutely. We want to continue to innovate and bring new products to market because that's the expectations of our clients. So we are in the process now of looking at different products and certainly staking and yield generation is one of those. Now there's a very big difference between staking your Ethereum, which is a natively staked asset versus XRP, which isn't. So some assets you need to be a bit more flexible around how do we actually offer a yield. Um, but the short answer is yes, we're looking into them, but at this stage, um, we're still very much just a spot trading platform.
All right. So are there any other, um, services or features, um, that you guys are, are planning to roll out? Anything, you know, um, other than what you've mentioned, which I, I love that you guys are at least open to some, some innovations and some things that, you know, you're hearing, you know, some of your clients and your customers say that they want. I know that there's a lot of risk involved in that, and so You know, I'm, I'm under the impression that I think that people should be a little bit more cautious. Institutions should even be a little bit more cautious before like rolling that stuff out because it does get people in these risky situations. A lot of people are losing their cryptocurrency from being overleveraged and only because the opportunity is there. And I think if some of the brokerage accounts and institutions will pull back a little bit on that, it would, protect the client a little bit more. And so I just love that you're taking like that cautious approach, you know, but you're balancing it also with, you know, hey, these are some plans that we have ahead. Are, are, are there any other features or services besides the ones that you mentioned that you guys are gonna be rolling out or anything that the community should be excited about?
Yeah, so out of those ones that I touched on, I certainly think stake, staking and yield generation are probably the two that we're very much advanced on. We were in a period of discovery, just seeing, is this something we'd build ourselves? Is there trusted third parties that maybe we can build on top of? So certainly I'd say the yield and staking element, given that we have so much demand for it, is one that we're probably more progressed on than others. I do think it's a great point around being aware of what you're actually doing. So if someone on Twitter or maybe a friend says, you know, you should stake your assets, you can earn a 5 or 6% yield, actually understanding where you're putting those assets and whether the risk is worth losing the underlying asset, which is ultimately the risk that you are putting when you, when you go stake and yield somewhere. So look, I think that's an educational thing that we very much help our clients with around, okay, if you do want to earn a yield, maybe don't put your entire net worth into it, right? So it's just about ensuring that your, your making sure that there's not as, as much risk involved with that. I do think one of the main things I'll probably touch on is that while I am Australian and, and our headquarters is here in Melbourne, Australia, we're very much a US business. So 74% of our client base is US-based. We have an office set up now in Florida. So as I mentioned at the start, I was just over there visiting clients and partners, and I would say that's a major development, development for us moving forward is that We want to spend more time in the US. We're probably going to open up other offices in other locations. And the reason for that is we want to spend more time with our clients face to face. And that gets back to the trust element. A lot of people want to speak to their broker face to face. They want to get a better understanding of what's happening in the market. So I would say that's probably the largest development is that more of our resources, more of our people here in Australia are moving to the US to live, to really help grow out our presence within the US market, um, even more than it already is because we really believe in this brokerage model and think that, um, it's a service that, that everyone can really benefit from. So I'd say that's probably the, the biggest development for 2026 for us.
Nice. Nice. Uh, you know, the last thing I just wanna ask you is for someone in my community who's been on the fence, what would you say to convince them that, uh, that the brokerage model is worth them investing in instead of doing it themselves or being on the exchanges?
Yeah, look, as I said sort of midway through this interview, it's completely free to make an account and just see if the service is right for you. So if you're on the fence, there's really nothing to lose around signing up, speaking to a broker, understanding how they can assist you. I'm someone that's been in this space since 2017 and I'd consider myself crypto native, but I use Kelvin Brown all the time for a range of different benefits that Maybe someone that's completely new to the space would use us in a completely different way. So the key thing that I would say is that this is a tailored service to you. My risk profile and my interest in assets and what I'm trying to get out of the space is very different to Kamilah Stevenson's, which is then very different to the next person. The benefit of Calvin Brown is that the broker builds that personal relationship with you. They understand what your goals and objectives are, and they're there to help you achieve them. So from my perspective, it's really valuable to have someone that as we said, has been through multiple cycles, understands what's happening at a macro level, understands what's happening in, at a broader geopolitical level as well, because all of these things do impact the risk on asset like crypto. And so to have that dedicated resource that's there to hold your hand throughout the process, we think is really invaluable. And honestly, it, it's one in which you get the flexibility of being able to execute trades yourself, But if you are away or if there's a peak demand in the market, you can always just email your broker, call them, and get the trade done that way. So it gives you that level of flexibility as well. So hopefully that all makes sense. As I said, it's completely free. So feel free to sign up. And if anyone's got any further questions, Kamilah, we can put my email in the description of this video. I always encourage anyone that's got further questions or maybe wants to speak to me directly please feel free to reach out. As I said, we are very thankful to be a part of this community and we want to help all of you achieve your goals and ambitions in crypto. So that's my little selling pitch. Hopefully it worked. Who knows? But yeah, feel free to reach out if you've got any further questions.
Yeah, I would, I would love to have you just come in on one of my lives and answer some more questions because I know, again, my community loves Caleb Brown. They, they talk about it a lot, ask me questions, and I have a lot of people who have already signed up. And even some of those who have signed up already, uh, this, I think this is very beneficial for them to hear a little bit more. And that's why I wanted to ask these questions just to understand a little bit more about Caleb and Brown, your design, how you do things. That's exactly why I wanted to have this conversation because I think a lot of us are at the point in our journey where we just need to start thinking differently about how we're managing our assets. You know, it's one thing to have them, but it's another thing to create structure around them and honestly find ways to keep what you already have. I always say to my community, it's not just what you buy, it's how you buy it, where you hold it, and who's in your corner when things get volatile. And that's why I absolutely love you guys at Caleb Brown. I love your model. I love the fact that you do have a real person, a real broker who's accountable to you. So I appreciate, I know your time is very valuable and you're traveling and going everywhere around the world. I love what you guys are doing.
