YOUR JOB IS BUILDING YOUR BURN OUT: STOP THE LOOP AND FUND YOUR EXIT (TEACHER QUIT IN 4 YEARS)

In this livestream-style video, the host engages with a live chat of viewers from across the United States and beyond, asking them about their occupations and then steering the conversation toward a deep dive on professional burnout and financial freedom. The speaker argues that most jobs, especially high‑stress roles like teaching, nursing, and corporate positions, are designed to keep employees busy rather than to fund their future. By staying in a "burnout loop"—working to pay bills, recovering just enough, and repeating—the worker builds someone else’s dream while sacrificing their own. The host stresses that true freedom comes from treating a job as a vehicle for wealth creation: automate savings, dollar‑cost‑average into solid equities and ETFs, keep a disciplined budget, and build an emergency fund. A concrete exit plan (paying down debt, insurance, risk‑managed investing, and a side‑income stream) should be built while still earning a paycheck. The video also includes a market snapshot (S&P 500 indecision, crypto dip, specific stock/option positions in AMD, Amazon, Pepsi, Robinhood, Lyft, NVIDIA, POET, XRP) and a call to join a 90‑day health‑and‑wealth challenge. Throughout, the speaker mixes personal anecdotes (teacher cousin’s heart attack, a multi‑million‑dollar teacher, a viewer’s 48‑hour work week) with motivational exhortations to sacrifice now for future freedom, warning that without a plan burnout can lead to health crises or a life spent building someone else’s dream.

What's going on, y'all? What's up? What's up? All right, um, I love questions, so I have a question today. Uh, we're gonna walk through it real quick, and then I'm gonna tell you guys a few things I'm watching out for in the market. But I thought this was a necessary conversation to have, and, um, we're gonna have it, right? So, uh, let me open up my chat. Come on in. I want to hear from you. I want to hear from you. First of all, where you chiming in from? Put in the chat, where are you from? Uh, we just had a great coaching session and, um, some of the members were asking when was I going to get out to some of these different states. I told you guys, I do really want to find a few places to do some pop-ups and meet some of the people who's been following. All right, so Las Vegas, what's going on? Georgia, Georgia, Georgia, Houston, Texas, Stone Mountain, Georgia, Chicago, my city, my city, Northern Virginia, what's up? Okay, okay, I see you. San Diego, uh, yeah, Houston, Texas in the house. All right, all right, cool, um I don't even know how to— Albuquerque, I don't even know how to pronounce that. Massachusetts, uh, got some cities I can't even pronounce. But, uh, let's see, let's see, we got Birmingham. All right, where else? Lincoln. All right, I think I said— well, Connecticut, San Diego. What's up? All right. Cool. What's up from Miami? All right. North Carolina, what's up? All right, so I really want to talk about this question. I want you— I want to find this out from you guys. I'm going to say some things that I believe can be an awakening if you allow it to be. Hey, from Jacksonville. Um, Lauderdale, Florida, let's go, let's go! Detroit, let's go! Um, I want to ask you a question. First of all, what do you do? Um, what do you do for your job? Can you all put in the chat? I just want to see who we have here. I'm doing like a survey. I'm doing a survey. What do you do for your job? Like, I'm a health coach, so I'm an investor also, but, um, I want to kind of hear from you guys. Engineering, awesome. Okay, okay, uh, management. Yep. Miss I Am Queen, do I know you? I felt like I, I knew somebody named Queen, so I don't know. Um, operations manager. Okay, school teacher and investor. I assign homes to service members. Electrician, electrician, therapist, uh, human resources, uh, Web developer. Okay, military civilian contractor. Okay, great, great. Uh, manage all the ramp operations for United Airlines. Cool, that's cool. I love it, I love it. All right, hey from Jamaica, it's good to see you. Yeah, so, um, community job and community coach for people with mental challenges. Okay, that's awesome. Restaurant manager, I love it, I love it. Case manager. Teacher. Yes. All right, so this, you know, a lot of times I'll speak about when I have conversations with certain people, it really, um, it jars me into like just thinking about certain things. I see, uh, retired. Okay, cool. And I really want you to make sure, um, that you assess whether or not you're actually happy with your job? Okay, I want to talk about that for a minute and what you can do to, to prepare yourself. Are you happy? Like, think about it. Like, if nothing changed, could you keep doing what you're doing right now for another 10 years, maybe 20? Could you? Is that something you want to do? Um, English teacher in Africa, that's cool. Juvenile, uh, division, love it. Could you still do what you're doing in 10 to 20 years. Like this video, by the way. We're going to get into it, um, because I want to talk about a few things, and I'm going to let you know some plays that I'm working with right now and some option plays that I'm in. I'll, I'll keep you abreast on that. Healthcare regulatory compliance, cool. Um, you know, I saw a video where a guy, he was talking about teachers, right? And somebody said, no, I, I, I I don't like my job. I'm looking at some people say no, they don't like their job, it's not sustainable in the climate changing. Nope, nope. Somebody said I want to do more. Thanks so much, Worley. Happy when I see you guys as well. Um, I was looking at some people really devastated about just their positions, as, um, it was a— it was like a collaboration of like just about 10 or 15 videos of just different people one after the next talking about how they were a teacher and the classrooms are just, um, the, the students— it's either the students, the administration, or the parents. And somebody said no time to retire. And, um, they were— and it made me, it made me start to think because these were people who were crying out. They was like, I cannot do this anymore. I love kids, but I just cannot do this anymore. It's the parents I have to deal with, it's the administration, it's the culture. Um, and they were ready to quit. Um, one lady said she had to quit, her body was like breaking down. And it just got me to thinking, you know, that's not just the case with, uh, with teachers, um, but also with nurses, corporate workers, social workers. I had a cousin who was a teacher also, and she, she had told me that a teacher wound up having a heart attack, um, on the job, just that stressed out. And so I wanna, I, I wanna bring you to some awareness because if you don't start building your exit while you're at work, your job will build your burnout, right? And you can't— what I don't want you to do is— the reason why I talk about investing so much, like the video, guys, is because I don't want you to put more effort into building someone else's vision and dreams over yours. And that's what you're doing if you just stay compliant with where you are now, especially if you really don't like what you're doing and you can't see yourself doing this for the next 10 years. Um, I hear you, Linda said it was a rough day today. It was rough today, horrendous things. Um, you know, like, oh, somebody said I watched the videos of the teachers. Yes, the parents, the co-workers are always more the problem than the students, unfortunately. Yeah, so I am finding this out. Like and subscribe also. But we're going to talk about it because This is why I want you investing. I'm going to share some things that's going to make sense. This is— most people don't realize that they're actually stuck in what you call a burnout loop. It's like this: you are, you are— somebody said, I entirely agree with you. You go to work, you pay your bills, and then you recover just enough to do it again. It's like you're on repeat. And I was having a conversation— I'm a church administrator administrator, and it's so much. I see you. I was talking to my kids yesterday, and I was telling— I was explaining to my son, you know, about just working, paying the bills, and just talking about how some people have to work like 2 jobs and 12-hour days and just like a lot. And he was like, I cannot imagine waking up every day to do the same thing over and over again and have no time for nothing. I'm just working, paying bills, and going back to bed. And I told him, I said, if you invest now— he's 15— I said, if you invest now, you can free yourself up to do what you love and never have to worry about that. And people don't realize that if you don't start planning your exit, you, you're gonna have some huge issues, and, and you're gonna wind up with, with complete burnout, okay? If you— and then you got some people Well, in the videos they were saying it wasn't even about the money. It was like most people are teaching because they really have a passion to do it. It's not about the money. But then you got some people that really do want more, more money. But if you think a raise is going to set you free, it's not. The people in the video said it's not about that. It is about their life. And if you don't also change your system, then your money just becomes more expensive problems even if you get a raise, right? You just have— it becomes more expensive problems along the way. That— here's what I'm really trying to get people to understand, because there, there's a lot of people that always think external things, external changes are going to change the circumstance, and it's not. It's really about your mindset. You can make— I used to have this friend who did not make a lot of money at the time. He did not make a lot of money, but— and, and he used to— and he had a I think a brother-in-law who was a doctor who made hundreds of thousands. I think now imagine this is like 15, 17 years ago, and I think this doctor was making like $200,000, real good money for them in that, in that moment. And he said, I don't understand why this guy— I don't even think he was making six figures. He was like, I don't understand why this guy's always broke. He's always asking me to borrow money. And he's a doctor. He makes like more than twice what I make. You can make $150,000 a year and still be broke if you spending $160,000 a year. Or you can make $80,000 a year, you can live off $50,000 of that money, and you can invest $30,000, and in a few years you will have more freedom than a six-figure spender. Y'all gotta start understanding this. If you, if you don't want to do this for the rest of your life, you, you— there's some parameters that you, you have to put in place because freedom isn't about how much you make, it's about how long your money can take care of you when you stop working. What are you doing for that right now? And burnout is not just always about exhaustion. It starts— hear me out— it starts when you stop dreaming, when you stop believing that you have other options, because you do. And then you might tell yourself, look, I'm tired, I'm frustrated, you know, I'm burnt out, I'm stuck, when really at the root of all of this you're just unfulfilled. And that's an energy drainer, right? I'm not saying that you got to quit tomorrow. I'm saying you need a plan like right now. If you don't sacrifice— I heard this, um, this quote— if you don't sacrifice for what you want what you want will become the sacrifice. I heard that, I was like, man. So if your freedom is going to become the sacrifice, if you don't sacrifice for your freedom, for your future, right, for your next phase of life, life, for your wealth-building capacity, then that thing will become the sacrifice. And that's why so many people wake up at 50 years old realizing they built somebody else's dream. And then they killed their own dreams in the process. Your job should be funding your freedom, not becoming a prison to you, okay? You can work your whole life, you know, for security and, and still never feel safe. But freedom, freedom is something you have to build. You have to build it, and you have to build it while you're still getting paid. You got a paycheck, you got a little energy, you got time, you got to build it. Okay, like, uh, the video if you have not already. Now I'm going to tell you some plays that I'm in, but I want to say this to you guys because I do want you to think about this. Somebody said this is wisdom. Thank God my parents raised us with a business mentality. You got to start thinking about— you know what's wild is most people aren't like always lazy, they're just exhausted from running in the wrong direction. Some of y'all are just running in the wrong direction and you're doing nothing to make your escape. If you are working 40 hours, some people working 50 and 60 hours and they still not building financial your freedom. You're in a trap. You're in a— because your income, you know, freedom isn't always just about the income. It's about your endurance. And if you don't have any, where's your energy going to build your future? Okay, right. Um, you gotta start building for your freedom. Okay. And what some, some jobs that people are operating in, they're not built for your freedom. It's built for your productivity. Okay, you're trained to show up, not build up. Okay, and you can't, you can't heal burnout if you are like those teachers. I mean, they were just talking. I'm— they, they had such strategies on even how to survive. They had to serve— they have to survive their jobs. It's like surviving school. Okay, like, and I hear this a lot with nurses also, if you're in the medical field as well. And let me tell you something, when you reach burnout because you're running in the wrong direction and you see no exit, you're not doing anything to, to prepare for the exit other than waiting for your job to give you more. You waiting on your boss to give you more opportunity. You waiting on a raise. You waiting on the parents to act right. You waiting on administration to help you. They may not ever help you. If you— and if you don't have a way out, you're going to be stuck in that system and you're going to be burnt out. And let me tell you something, because I know what teachers and nurses and people who get burnout do, they go take a vacation. You can't heal burnout with a vacation. You know what you heal burnout with? Vision. Vision, which people perish from because they lack it. The goal isn't to escape your job, it's to outgrow it. It's to create enough options that one day, you know, you're working because you just want to work. That's what I was telling my kids, like, you better start investing now so you can really do what you want to do. Like, you know what I'm saying? Right now we can't always do what we want to do, right? But you have to— if you, if you are planning an exit strategy, if you're planning on your next phase of wealth building, you're planning it because you want to be able to have options where if you're doing something you really, really enjoy it, you're not just doing it to get a paycheck. And because you have to. And that's what winds up happening. There's a tremendous story about this guy who was a teacher. You are giving us wisdom, love that. Say it again. He was a teacher, and you know, I guess he was okay with teaching, but, um, he wind up— he started investing and he became a millionaire by the time he was— before he was 30, he was a multi-millionaire. And all he did was invest. I'm telling y'all, while you looking for these other things to come into place, you, you looking for the world to fix your, your problems. The problem is vision. The problem is not having a game plan. The problem is you overspending when you're getting your paycheck. The problem is you don't have automations in place. This brother wind up becoming a multi-millionaire as a teacher before the age of 30. I'm sure he wasn't making that much money. But what did he do with his money when he got his paychecks, right? Did he— he, he said he sacrificed. He lived off the bare— he wasn't doing nothing but investing, you know. Somebody said, you speaking to me, I hear you, Lord. Yes, y'all have to start getting a plan. I see it in the, in the chats. You cannot fix burnout with a vacation, but vision. Vision. And people trying to— because that's, that's what people do when they tired. They like, I need a vacation. Folks waiting on the weekend to come for just to get a break, just to recover. Good enough to get back to work again Monday, still unhappy, running in the wrong direction, wasting energy, wasting time. But every time you get your paycheck, you going to do other stuff that you shouldn't be doing. If you want to get out of this situation that you don't like yourself in I'm telling you right now, you gotta start with a game plan. You have to start investing. I'm telling you, I'm begging you to, because in the— some of y'all gonna listen, and I promise you, in about 3 to 4 years, you're gonna be completely living your— on your terms. Speaking as a nurse and burnt out, you are so on point. Yes, no matter what you got to do, whatever sacrifices you got, remember If you don't sacrifice for your freedom, what you— or what it is that you desire, that is going to become the sacrifice. So what should you be doing right now? Number one, you do have to start with this, and I get it, you got to get a paycheck. But remember this, you got to do what people are paying you for now. Like, it's a lot of people who are like, well, I got passion for it. Are they paying you? You gotta, you gotta do what they gonna pay you to do first, okay? We can get to the next stuff later. You can fund your desires later. But if they ain't paying you, let's shift. Let's shift, boo-boo. Let's, let's, let's make sure you doing something that they paying you to do, right? That's your job, that's your skill set, whatever put food on the table. Don't hate it, leverage it, leverage it. Y'all not leveraging y'all jobs. Why? Because you get your paycheck and you want to go to the next concert, you want to go out of town. Okay, but you, you, you're not sacrificing, you're not doing what you should do. So you still gonna be there 10 years not liking what you do. You ain't gonna be able to change the system, the administration. The kids is, is knuckleheads. They're getting worse. Their parents ain't involved. They're being raised on AI. They're not— they, you know, it's not gonna get any better, y'all. Okay, leverage your job. Let your job fund your future. You are investing more energy in somebody else's business and dream and vision than own. Somebody said, got so tired of living paycheck to paycheck, so increase my hours from 48 to 67 hours a week with working my day off— with working my day off on Saturday. Now I'm caught up on bills and able to invest more. I love it. Go all in, y'all. Y'all got to get out of here. Y'all got to get out of this. You cannot be like a zombie going to work every day that you don't like for the next 10 years. Y'all can't do this the next 10 years. Right? Delayed gratification will change your life. You can't do this for the next 10 years. Why? Y'all should let the people who speaking, who burnt out, who ready to give up— y'all should let them speak to y'all. Seriously, right? Let your job fund your future, right? You don't quit your income stream until your second one is strong enough to catch up. So you gotta stay there, but the faster you move, the faster you can get up out of there. Right? And then you start to build what will pay you later. Okay, so the first one is you got your paycheck, right? And you're doing the right things with it. And now you need to build what's going to pay you later. So here we go. Start investing. And again, I'll give y'all some of the options that I'm in and what I'm looking at. Start investing. Learn the basics. You don't need $10,000 to start, y'all. You need $10 and a decision. That's it. $10 and a decision. Can I get a 1? Can I get a 2? Can I get a 3? $10 and a decision. You need to get shares of great companies and ETFs. Dollar cost average. Dollar cost average. Even if it's a, um, a weekly buy, a monthly buy, don't set yourself up for failure. Go ahead and do— put— turn the automation on so you ain't even got to think about it. It does not involve your disciplines. It's already set in place. Y'all listen to her 100%. This is what somebody just said. Y'all listen to her 100%. I was able to— I love that. Let me see if I can add that. Let me see. Y'all listen to her, she 100% right. I was able to quit my job after 4 years of discipline and sacrifice. Do you hear what I'm saying, right? So I'm telling y'all, y'all gonna be— if you don't want to be at this same place then these are the steps that you have to take. DCA, turn on your automations. You know, I have daily, um, buy orders on certain things. I have some that I'm about to do even for my kids now, right? And so lock in, y'all, seriously. That's how you build your exit. While everybody waiting on the perfect timing, you know, and more money, more job, more this, I'm gonna get him a raise, I'm gonna do Man, you could be— you could— you could be doing so much more. But it does take sacrifice, y'all. It do. It really do. You can't be buying all that stuff that you want to spend your money on. And then I would also say this, and then I'm gonna get into, uh, what I see, um, what I'm doing currently. You know, um, create a little breathing room. Meaning before you chase growth, build some stability, right? So, you know, have your emergency fund, pay down high-interest debt. You know, get your insurance policies in place. Like, you can't grow wealth in chaos. You're just not going to be able to do it. You, you build wealth in order. So get your house in order. Get your house in order. My problem is I don't want to wait. I know, I know you don't want to wait, but I promise you, if you just have a moment of focus and have a little patience, you will be rewarded for the sacrifice and the effort. And you know what? Why? And why you've been doing what you're doing and everybody else up in your job still sitting there because they trapped and they stuck, you're gonna be like, bye-bye, see you guys. And you're gonna be like, bye. Uh, yeah, y'all didn't see me out a lot. Y'all didn't see me buying fancy stuff and luxury stuff a lot. I've been, I've been doing what I need to do. I'm gone, bye-bye, right? And then now that doesn't mean you retire. Now you can really be fully invested into what you thrive off of, like what, what's your purpose, your dream. Like, you, you don't have to now just do what they pay you to do. You can really dive into things you want to do and make extra income and do whatever, you know what I mean? Like, you can really go after your real dreams. It's hard for people to go after their dreams because their dream job is not paying them what they need right now to be able to build wealth. So you got to do this in order, and it, you It is what it is. I'm telling you, you got to do this the right way. But if you do it now, I'm telling you, you— that time is going to pass by so quick. You want something you've never had, you have things you've never done. Yeah, so I want you— and again, I'm telling my kids this, and tell your teenagers and your grandkids, because I'm telling you, they got— they really— I'm like, y'all ain't got to do nothing, but like, y'all so young. I, I told them All y'all need is like probably 15, but y'all don't even need as much percentages. Just put a little bit of every— every time you get something, put it aside, man. By the time you— y'all get 30, y'all gonna be straight. You can't build wealth in chaos. That's right. I'm still digesting that. Absolutely, absolutely. You got to get things in order, right? And it makes you feel good. It's a breather. Okay, so, um, just a few things that I'm in. I just want to share that. I just wanted to bring some awareness to that. Make sure you like this video. I just wanted to speak to those because I know people are frustrated with their jobs. I know they are. And I know most of you all probably don't want to be doing what you're doing, you know what I mean? But I'm telling you, if you just lock in for a season, I'm here to just recalibrate you and get you back and locked in. You know, there's a lot of things thriving for our attention. Get locked in. Okay, now what I'm doing right now in the market, I just want to say that too before I leave, but make sure you like the video. And subscribe if you haven't already. Link is in the description, by the way, still for our challenge if you're interested. But right now the market is a little indecisive if you're looking at the S&P. I mean, uh, I know, um, cryptocurrency was dropping, um, so they're, they're still, uh, shaking people out of the fear. And you know, um, for some people, again, these are goodbye orders. I bought a little yesterday. Yeah, yeah, crypto is down a whole lot. Well, not a whole lot, but it's down 2, some 2%, 3%, 4%, right? So the S&P 500 is forming a doji on the weekly chart, which means— y'all know what a doji means is that there is no direction. The bulls are— there's no direction that's been really established, right? And so you bought USAR into my radar. Yeah, they, they took a little fall today, so, um, they, you know, they're at better prices, but because of the indecision We don't really know which way the market is going to go. Uh, there could be some more room to the downside if we don't close the weekly candle in the S&P 500 SPY, um, over a certain amount, you know what I mean, um, from last week. If we don't close higher, then we may drop a lot lower. So you may have some more bottoms, um, in the market where some more goodbye orders. Okay, so, um, it's a little indecisive, so I'm kind of waiting on confirmation before I make big moves. Uh, but that don't mean I'm not doing nothing. I'll tell y'all a couple of plays I'm in. Again, I just started dollar-cost averaging into AMD because AMD is said to be, you know, in the future a $300 stock, uh, long term. And so, um, I bought some more Amazon today for my children because Amazon had hit— it may have went down somewhere, I don't know. Um, I bought it at $213, but, uh, I don't know where it is right now in the after. But I did buy my buy it at $213 for, for my kids. Those are long-term holds, long-term. Um, it's, it's at $215 right now, I think. I think that's right. Um, oh yeah, I think it closed at $215. After hours is done. So, um, because yeah, I want them to grow up. And I told— and I explained to them that what I was, you know, getting for them. And I'm having them watch, you know, videos on investing and stuff because, you know, they listen to Mama sometimes, but you I want them watching different videos and I'm incentivized— I'm incentivizing them for it. So I do like little Q&A. Anyway, some of my option plays, um, are, um, I, I got into Pepsi and Robinhood and Lyft. I really like Lyft, you guys. Um, I'm waiting on it to get to $30. Now if Lyft do drop, then those are, those are— I'm adding to my position. If it drops more. So, uh, there are things that can, um, invalidate a play. So be, uh, I'm not telling you what to buy, hold, or sell, by the way. Uh, everything I give you is for educational purposes only. I'm not your financial advisor. Investing comes with risk. You can lose everything. So I just want to say that I am not telling you what to buy, hold, or sell. I am personally, um, holding some Lyft. So, and if it drops a little bit more I have my buy orders. I do use stop losses. As a matter of fact, today I was triggered out of a— my stop loss triggered for NVIDIA. I had a call way out to 2027, but I had a tight stop loss because again, the market is kind of doing some weird stuff and I'm not quite sure. So I didn't want a real loose stop order on that. So it did trigger. I had a tight one, but I'll just be getting back in. So that's not a problem for me. Um, but yeah, I was— so I was stopped out of that, but I have Pepsi, Robinhood, and Lyft still in play. Um, but I'm using my risk management. I'll re-enter into the video when I see the right time, when I see the right setup. I don't know, it could be tomorrow, it could be next week, I don't know. But I'll keep you guys updated on exactly what I'm doing. And, um, I want to make sure I'm making, making sure I'm looking at the comments. And yes, so I'll keep you updated, but I wanted to get on here and let you know that it is time for you to start investing. And, and, and if you don't like your job, it's start— it's time for you to start doing it on a serious note, okay? And something— now, some of you all who are watching, I'll say this too, um, you all might actually like your jobs, and that's beautiful. But even if you love it, wouldn't it feel better to know you could walk away if you needed to? If you need— if you needed to help somebody in the— if you needed to you know, take care of somebody, or if you needed to be there for your kids or your grandkids, wouldn't it be nice to know that even if you needed to, you could walk away if you want to? Okay, so make your job work for you instead of working you to death, working you to burnout, working you to— you know what I mean— to the point where you just ready to give up on life, working you to a heart attack. Because some jobs are that stressful right now, and there's so much indecisive— there's so much, um that we— there's so much we can't predict right now in the AI bubble. You know, I just heard a story where AI was now doing interviews. I'm like, Lord have mercy. So now they, they doing interviews, okay. Um, I, I, you know, my LEAP options, I saved my exact LEAP options for my community. Um, but I do have enough time on them. I do. And I don't give my LEAP options because I don't want anybody you know, doing exactly what I do, and then on a psychological level you don't know when to get out, you don't know where your stop losses are, you know. And I don't want you to say I told you anything. So again, I'm not telling you what to buy, hold, or sell. I'm just telling you some of the plays that I'm in and things that I've been looking in. Um, you can, you know, go look at them and do your due diligence and, and see if these are plays that you want to get into. Oh, by the way, I am, I am looking at POET as a matter of fact too. I'm looking to, um, to re-enter back. I've talked to you all about that. Uh, before. But again, be very careful. I'm not telling you what to buy, hold, or sell. I'm not your financial advisor. This is for educational purposes only. But you got to know why you get in a trade. You got to understand, you know, um, how to buy, you know, good safe contracts. You got to minimize your risk and all of that. So those are all things that you need to be responsible for. So please do your due diligence. You know, entry points and exit points are very important when it comes to option trading. You know, a lot of people just doing stuff and they don't really know what they're doing. And, you know, um, yeah, I, I do— I, I, I do mine in a way, you know, that gives me enough time and manages my risk, okay? I don't like taking huge crazy risk, all right? Um, so be very, very careful. And I'm not telling you to repeat anything I do. Again, I'm just sharing with you some of the plays that I am in and some of the things that I'm looking at. I think Above all, you should learn how to be an investor, okay? An investor. Uh, when is a good time to trade and sell? That just depends. Um, it depends on what, what, what you're trying to accomplish. Are you scalp trading? A lot of times the volatility is in the top of the day. Are you trying to be safe and wait to find the direction in the market? Usually that happens at 10, uh, 10 AM Eastern time when the market starts to find direction. But you know, then again, the market can go up one, you know, for the morning part of the day and fall like it did on Friday, you know, and or vice versa. It can fall the first part of the day and then boom, 1 o'clock, you know, news, news, you know, news. When news hit, that, that moves the market up and down. So, you know, right or wrong answer for that. Okay, um, also I want to personally invite you to my 90-Day Health and Wealth Challenge. Link is in the description, um, because here's why: you can't build financial freedom if your body's breaking down. Okay, you can't build wealth if your nervous system is in constant panic. Okay, fight or flight. And then you can't build peace if you're still tied to fear, whatever that looks like. So this program, um, in this challenge, our community helps you to strengthen all three— your mind, your money, and your health— so that you can live in control and not survival. Okay, and, um, you know, we— it's not just about— we, we do like to make money, but it's not just about making money. It's about building a life that you don't need to escape from. And that's what we're trying to help you do, right? So, um, I'm XRP long. Somebody said, how do I feel about XRP? I'm XRP long. Uh, you know, I have— I bought XRP at such low rates, I don't— it doesn't bother me to see them. I have long, you know, institutions. They, you know, are gonna eventually load up, I believe, once, um, ETFs are released. So it's a patience game. This is not— especially with crypto like there's a lot of volatility and a lot of people make money off the, you know, the volatility, you know, selling at the high, getting in at the lows, you know. I just kind of— I hold, you know. So I'm not really— I don't swing trade cryptocurrency. I'm not— I don't do that. Now some people are really good at it and that's what they do. I, I do it a little here and there, but I'm, I'm more of a buy and hold type of person. And as I stated before, I still believe that the majority of— if you're going to do crypto, needs to be safe. It needs to be, you know, Bitcoin. For me, I— this is what I would do: Bitcoin and Ethereum and utility strong, um, coins like Solana that have a future that, that can be utilized, right? Mind, money, and memories. I love it, right? Somebody said wealth is boring. I choose to be down with being bored so I can be happy one day. Absolutely. Right? How do we join the community? The link is in the description. Um, it's a 90-day health and wealth challenge, and it has the link there, dot com. You know, it'll have the link, uh, or the website that you can, um— sometimes with the description it's not clickable, so sometimes you have to copy and paste it. So, um, but it's right in the description. You'll see it's the first line. You'll see 90-day health and wealth challenge. All right, so, um, yeah, wealth is boring. It's consistency. It's— but let me tell you, Man, the freedom that it gives you. Any thoughts on Coinbase listing BNB on their exchange? Um, I don't really have any thoughts on that. Um, yeah, I mean, Coinbase— now Binance is gonna— right now it looked like it might be taking a hit because of what happened. It was some crooked shady stuff that happened on Friday with Binance., and, um, people are upset about that. Uh, Coinbase has, you know, always been a little safer, but the fees are crazy unless you switch to— it's like, I can't really show you from my phone, but if you go on, if you do have a Coinbase account, you do need to switch. There's a little button to, um, because the fees are crazy if you buy it on the wrong part. It's like there's like little candles, um, at the top right hand by the little bell button. If you switch and you hit the candles, it'll take you to a different page. And the fees— I mean, you can buy the cryptocurrency at regular price because on the right, if you go on the regular Coinbase, it's like you'll, you'll click to buy it at market price. And let's say, let's say XRP say like it's at $2.50 when you try to buy it on Coinbase, it'll say like $2.53, and it's like, no, but it say $2.50. Why am I buying it at $2.53 or $2.54? So in order to do that, you got to hit that little— those little candles. It's like 2 little candles to the right, um, and, and that's, that's what you buy it on, that part. Okay, so a mess with liquidating people. Yes, yes, yes. XLM, you, you will wait until it gets to 11 cents. I won't forget that. And if it ever get— now I'm not sure if it will, but if it will, boy, I'm gonna come back on here and I'm gonna say, I— y'all, I told y'all I wouldn't. Now I don't know if it'll hit that low, but I have buy orders there. I do. But nobody ever thought that they would get, you know, Chainlink all the way down $8. So, and, and the prices like Solana down to I can't remember how low it went. I know Sui went to like 27, uh, it went all the way down. I wanna, I wanna say it was like, what did Sui go to? It was crazy. I wanna say 27. I, I thought I saw that wick all the way down. I gotta go back and look at it. I know some exchanges said 50 cents, but it was lower on some. Like, something, some of them went down 90%. It literally crashed. Do you, uh, think when clarity comes XRP will rise? You know, I'm long XRP. I believe in the ETFs and I believe institutions are going to want to buy in. I am long. I think XRP has a successful future. That's me personally. You know, we'll, we'll wait and see, uh, those ETFs. I, I think it'll do well, you know, maybe by the end of this quarter into next year. Only time will tell. Um, but the ETFs are not accounted for. So if they weren't getting ETFs, uh, and going live, you know, SEC is waiting. It has to— they have to wait for the government shutdown to end for that. Okay, so none of this can happen until the government shutdown is done. Okay, but if, if the ETFs weren't going live, I mean, perhaps it could— some people could have an argument that it would be a bear, a bear season, you know, for XRP. But how do you, how do you integrate into the charts, into even technical analysis? How do you integrate the ETFs and institutions getting in, you know what I mean? So again, time will tell. We'll wait and see. We'll wait and see. Um, did you say anything else about XLM? No, just that I wouldn't buy it over 11. My, my buy order is at 11 cents. Um, there's some things that I'm not— I don't need to buy right now. I have a position in them. I got them when they were really, really early on., and I don't— I just— there's other stuff that I'd rather, um, put— gain my position in. Okay, so, um, yeah, so that's it, guys. I, I am, um, going to jump off, but I'll be back on. I just wanted to come on here and, uh, and spread, spread the, the gospel, the wisdom, um, that you guys need. Please set your future up. Set your future up. Okay, um, it takes intentionality. It does, it does. Hey from Mexico, what's going on? Crypto needs us to walk in the fruit of the spirit. That's right, that's right. Um, investing can be risky, you know what I mean? Do it safe. Invest in— really, if you don't have solid companies under your belt already, look into the solid companies, you know, your solid, your, your blue chip companies, okay? Get some ETFs, you know, be safe, be safe, okay? And, uh, guard your risk. Don't over-leverage if you don't know what you're doing. Especially you shouldn't be, um, doing any leverage. Do spot trading if you're going to do crypto. I would suggest— again, I'm not telling you what to buy, hold, or sell. This is for information, uh, educational purposes only. But meaning, you know, buy crypto with your own cash if that's what you choose to do, so that you're not like leveraging, you don't wind up in pro— in problems because, um, or dealing with problems because over-leverage is the reason why they was able to crash the market. And people are still doing it, so they still haven't learned their lesson. And they make people, people like us suffer because if it's too much over-leverage in the market, then our stuff go down too because they can crash it, right? So, um, just be safe. I always say invest in healthy utility coins that's not like super risky, especially if you're just getting started. Like, hey, Bitcoin and Ethereum to me is a great place to start. If you don't got no positions in Bitcoin and Ethereum— and I know some people don't want to do that because they trying to make a win, they trying to, you know what I mean, knock it out the park— listen, be safe out there, y'all, okay? Thank you so much. Somebody said, I enjoy your show, you give us wisdom and encouragement. That is what I'm here for. Um, not investing is more— yeah, not in— not investing is more risky. Okay, all right, so I'll be back on to talk a little bit more. You know, listen, um, you know, be grateful. You know, be grateful that you're here, you're breathing, and you're able to make the decisions to change. You know, just don't, don't wait for life to slow down so you can start living. Okay, build the system that lets you live on your terms while you still can. You're here, you're breathing, you got a chance. You know, I'm here to inspire you. Let's just take action. It's just that simple. All right, I'll see you guys next time.
