Karamo reveals DNA test results showing Dustin is Nicholas's biological father. The confirmation comes after questioning both men, with emotional reactions from Dustin when the truth is announced.
You said that nothing happened between you two. My audience doesn't believe it. But you two are saying it's not. And you're also saying that you would love to be Nicholas's father.
Yes.
So let's find out if you possibly could be Nicholas's father. This is your truth to open up mine.
Thank you. Xander, Nick is not your biological son.
Okay, okay. Okay, I guess we was wrong. Okay. Dustin, how does that make you feel knowing that they're not? Makes me feel better. Okay, well listen, Dustin, in this envelope is your DNA truth.
Oh boy. Okay. Let us see. Dustin, Nick is your biological son. I told you!
I told you! You didn't believe me! I told you!
