7 Wild Pregnancy Scandals | KARAMO

In this episode of Karamo’s talk‑show, host Karamo mediates a series of volatile confrontations revolving around alleged fake pregnancies, disputed paternity, and relationship abuse. Multiple guests—including a young mother (Brandy), her former partner Darius, a former manager/partner (Jeronnie), and a third party (the “young Kat”)—are questioned about their histories, accusations of infidelity, anger‑related violence, and financial exchanges via Cash App. DNA testing is repeatedly invoked; the show reveals two DNA outcomes: first, a claim that a man named “young Kat” is not the father, and later that a childhood friend (Jeronnie) is the biological father of Brandy’s child. Throughout, Karamo offers advice on transparency, co‑parenting, therapy, and financial support, while participants exchange heated accusations, admit to past stalking, and discuss the emotional toll of the paternity uncertainty.
Chapters
I was thinking it was probably a tumor or something.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Like pregnancy, that just wasn't on my mind.
That's the last thing on your mind.
Only because I hadn't had sex in months since Dre'Yanni.
Yes, got it.
So that was the last thing on my mind and that doctor came in that room and he was like, ma'am, you're 6 months pregnant.
Okay, so start with me. Tell me how she faked this pregnancy. Messing around for about a week and a half. She told me she was pregnant. One week? One week, man. I'm like, no way. Basically, she starts sending text messages. Um, I would say the next day, I'm looking on Facebook and I see a picture of her belly out, belly out like this. I'm like, hold on, you just told me yesterday you was pregnant. It don't have the process of— it don't happen that quick, man. Exactly. Yeah, that, that just threw me off, man. And, um, It's just been a lot of shit. Basically in the middle of that, her just saying, I'm pregnant, telling everybody around the city. And she also broke your car? She broke— I can't 100% pinpoint the car. I was coming home from the club one night about 1:30. I'm pulling up at home. I see her coming from the back alley where my cars were parked at. I'm like, man, it's 1:30 in the morning. Why is she coming from this alley? It's dangerous back there. Yeah, why she back there? Ain't no need for her to be coming back there. So I circle around, go in the alley. Pull up, notice my windows on my Mustang and my Challenger broke out. So I'm like, I immediately called Jada 'cause I seen her coming from back there. She ain't answer. So, you know, I wanna get clarification on that. Like I said, I didn't see her do it, but I seen her coming from the alley at 1:30 in the morning. You know what I mean? So. So let me back up. How did you meet Jada? Man, oh my God. Worst story ever. I met Jada through Chardonnay, man.
She brought her over.
We was having a get-together at my house. We was kind of just sitting there drinking, smoking, having fun, listening to some music. And Chardonnay is your ex-friend? Yeah, my, yeah, definitely, man. Real good friends of mine for about 15 years now. Okay, cool, cool, cool. So she brought Jada over? Yeah. And what happened? We start making eye contact, you know how I do. She looking at me out the side of her eyes. Chardonnay basically got up and went to the bathroom and I kind of backdoored Chardonnay, got Jada's number. Should've not did that. That's where I went wrong at, man, 'cause I feel like this like some shit, a thin line between love and hate. That's what it seemed like, you know what I mean? So just basically we exchanged numbers. That same night we end up having sex. The very next day, I start getting calls and text messages, "Can I have some money?" [Speaker:KARAMO] The next day? [Speaker] I'm talking about the very next day. I'm like, "Man, hold on." So I'm thinking her and Chardonnay kind of coerced something to make me sit, maybe like, She told her I had some money or something. After that, oh my God, it just been everything you could think of with somebody else's child. So the pregnancy, the breaking of cars, this all happened after one night of sex and one week of knowing each other? The car happened probably about 3 weeks. The pregnancy within one week, the money the next day. Yeah, I mean, as far as it's been like, like I said, the next day, I'm baby, I'm daddy, I'm all the shit. I'm like, damn, like, you know, we had fun, but I'm not, "Yeah, it ain't that." "It ain't that." "Yeah, yeah, yeah." "I'm not trying to be in a relationship with you." And I start, like I said, as a couple days go by, I'm on the phone with her and I start seeing her nod off. I'm like, "What's going on with her?" Like she might be on some drugs or something. So I start noticing that, I'm like, "Oh hell no, this definitely not, I can't deal with it." "Yeah, yeah, yeah." I mean, then showing up at my house 3 in the morning, blasting the music, come knocking on the door, threatening to call the police on me. [Speaker] Did she stalk you too? I feel like she might have been stalking me, man. I pull up at the gas station, turn around, Jada. I'm at Kroger's, coming outta Kroger's, Jada parked outside. You know, she's, I mean, always just riding by the house. So yeah, I feel like she definitely was stalking me, man. So let me be clear. I know you said Chardonnay was just one of your friends, but were y'all sleeping together? That's why you said there's a thin line between love and hate. That is fair. Thin line between love and hate. Me, I ain't gonna lie, me and Chardonnay definitely had sex. Honestly, I thought Chardonnay was bringing her over for a threesome, kind of. Were you sleeping with other women too at the time? I was. Okay, got it. I was single, you know what I mean? Yeah, yeah, yeah. Single man. Why y'all saying, "Oh, he's single." He's 100% single. It wasn't like he said I was in a relationship. He's single, he can do what he want to. I'm not no cheater. Yeah. I ain't a cheater. Jada ruined your friendship with Chardonnay? She did kind of. I ain't gonna say she 100% ruined it, but I kind of backed off from talking to her 'cause I'm like, "Man, you knew this girl was crazy." Why would you bring her over and cause all these type of problems? Got it. I have now, you know what I mean, with Jada. So we don't really talk too much no more, but we still cool though. Chardonnay's here today. Yeah, she here. Have you seen her since you've been here? I have. Did y'all sleep together last night? Come on, Karamo, man. That was bad ass, man. That was bad ass.
We did.
We had some fun last night. Yeah, we had some fun. Okay. Did Jada invite you to her hotel room too? Man, listen, since I, Jada, it's like I landed at 12, she started calling me at 12:45 on Facebook. She said, "I want us to be in the same hotel. Can you meet me there? I'm here." Right. So Jada was trying to connect with you too. And as you can see, I haven't responded back to her. She having a conversation with herself. She crazy, man. Chardonnay and Jada still friends? Definitely not. Definitely not? Definitely not. Yeah, okay. I heard they was on the phone arguing this morning. So she must have called her, found out that me and Chardonnay was hanging out and all hell broke out. Got it. Well, I want to hear what Jada has to say about all this. So please welcome Jada to the show. Oh, man. Come sit right here. Yeah, she gonna sit right there.
Hey, y'all, hey, y'all, you're weird. Anyways, I'm sorry.
Hello. Hey, how are you doing?
I'm fine. My name is Jada. Anyways, you're a fucking weirdo and you're a liar. And then, and secondly, weirdo, how long have we been dealing with each other?
Months.
For months, it has been months, but who pursued who?
You pursued me.
No, the fuck I didn't.
I wasn't worried about you.
When I met you, it was only business and it was supposed to only be business. And then you pursued me. And I said, you look good. And then on top of that, no, no, no, no, no.
I did start hollering at you, but at the same time.
No, stop, stop. Stop the lies, 'cause you're lying. No, no, no. First night, the first night we did. Second night we had sex. She was the second night.
First and second, man.
And then after that, I was fucking every day and sleeping with you every night. What are you talking about?
You slept with me every night.
For like a whole month.
For one week.
For a month.
Never did. Jada, let me ask you this. So did you fake a pregnancy?
No, I didn't fake a pregnancy. You're not about to fake a pregnancy. I was in a whole other relationship. Come on. But you was a possibility, and I told you that.
Did you bamboozle us?
I called you and I told you the fucking truth.
Did you vandalize his car?
Why would I touch your car? The area that you stayed in, you're not the only person that I know that stay over there. It's not my fault that you deal with multiple women and all of a sudden when you seen me and then figured out that your car was messed up, that you seen me all of a sudden. I don't got a reason to lie to you.
What you doing at 1:30 in the morning in the alleyway?
My business.
So I gotta ask you this, 'cause he also said there's a possibility you could have stalked him. Were you stalking him?
No, I was not.
Why would I stalk you? I'm at the gas station, you there.
So what? We're in the same neighborhood, duh.
Jada, why did you call the show then?
Because at first I wanted to like rekindle our relationship. I wanted us to start being together.
Where's the relationship?
Shut up, because I got proof in my phone that you was talking about that you was gonna be telling these people that, oh, I was just at her room last night and I was gonna be, I'm still her and all of this and all of that. You was basically saying that you wanted to be with me too and all this other old bull. Until I caught you and Chardonnay this morning This morning. Where is the proof of that? I ain't got nothing to do with that.
When was this? I'm good. So listen. When is it that you said he said to you that he wanted to be with you?
Only a couple weeks.
So he said within a couple weeks that he wanted to be back with you? Yeah. Lies. So then yesterday when you were at the hotel and you were saying come by, it was a little weird that he didn't respond.
It started, and that's my thing, it started getting weird. Like, why are you not texting back? But y'all not showing the other text messages that we have. We have more text messages.
Do we still have your phone?
Yes, y'all do.
Can you uncheck? Yeah.
Baby.
Yeah, let's get it uncheck. I don't respond back to none of that shit.
All right.
Yeah.
We're about to see.
A couple Facebook messages earlier, but nothing about coming to your room. That's why I was not responding. Why you not friends with Chardonnay?
Because she's, y'all weird. Like how they doing weird stuff now. Like why are you lying about dealing with him? I don't care. You be letting dudes come in between our relationship, bruh.
She lied to you. She lied to you and said.
Girl, bye.
She lied to you and said. Girl, bye.
And then you calling me and talking about I better I be talking about this, talking about that, talking about— I'm not one of your other weird friends. I don't talk about you. I don't care about you. You post about me. And I just wrote on there the other day. I said, it's mighty funny that you keep posting about me and I cuss you out all the time. It's scaring me a little bit. I got proof of that too. Stop playing with me. Stop playing with me. Stop playing with me. Stop playing with me. And you was just sending pictures of me and you. What are you talking about? I got proof. I for the producer. I got proof. I got proof. I got proof. Stop playing with me. Stop playing with me. Hurry up. Hurry up with this. Hurry up with this.
What picture?
What picture you got?
This is the photo of YouTube. Y'all should be in court.
But what are you sending me that for?
Hold on.
But what are you sending me that for?
She's looking good. You said the ass look good.
She look good.
We ain't going to knock that. She a beautiful looking girl.
And what else?
And what else? She look good. You said I see. She crazy though. But you also said you see them.
Don't play shit.
My kids this weekend.
Call it crazy 'cause guess what?
She trying to fly down to Houston to see me, man.
I live in Texas. She was.
She was.
I was trying to fuck.
Duh. I leave Houston at 7 AM. That's all I'm gonna say.
And what point are you making?
So this is what we gonna do. Can I have you sit here and I'm gonna have you sit in the middle? Do you think Chardonnay's aware of how y'all been communicating?
Yeah, I told her.
Okay, got it.
Yeah, I'm telling you, I'm thinking you my friend. I'm thinking that we're rekindling something.
Do you wanna rekindle a friendship with Chardonnay?
Not no more.
Not no more. All right, I think it's time to hear from your estranged friend Chardonnay and get her side of the story 'cause we can all hear her backstage. So Chardonnay, come on out. Hey Chardonnay, thanks for being here. Thank you for being here. So how do you feel about what was just said?
This stuff is a bunch of buffoonery, for real, because at the end of the day, at the end of the day, you already know what it was. Y'all met, 2 weeks later, you pregnant. You was holding her at her house. All right, girl, so you wasn't lying about the pregnancy we gonna see at the end, 'cause you're lying. This whole shit is a bunch of lies. Where is the proof?
Well, what Jada's saying is that she was in a relationship and she only told him that there's a possibility.
Man, that girl over here like this.
But you said it was 2 months later.
Man, it wasn't no 2 months. It was a man. It was my grandmother. Well, man, don't keep putting stuff on people. We gonna just get down to the nitty-gritty. You gotta protect the life.
Do you think she smashed in his house?
I still don't want your baby though. I mean, listen, I ain't gonna put that on her 'cause I never heard of her doing no shit like that. I'm not about to put that on her. But I'm here for this pregnancy, the lying and all that. I knew there wasn't no relationship ever was gonna happen. Boy, I didn't really know. But you did though. But you called me on the show though. What is I'm here for? What am I here for?
Got it. Well, you said it, what do you have to lie for? And this is the time where we get to the truth of this. So it's time to unlock the truth.
All right. Let's do it. Come on.
Let's do it. My examiner asked you 4 questions. The first question being, did you ever intentionally damage any part of Kendale's property? Jada, you said you did not. And the truth is, Jada is telling the truth. She did not damage your property. I'm glad to hear that.
I'm glad to hear that.
You didn't damage your property. I hear that. Our examiner also asked, were you present when Kendelle's car windows were broken? Just to see if you were there, maybe you might know who did it. Jada says she wasn't. The truth is, Jada's telling the truth on that too. She doesn't, she wasn't around, she doesn't know who it was. Hey, I'm glad, I'm glad she ain't had no part of that.
Man, shut up.
So why you shut up? So our examiner also asked, did you ever tell Kendelle that you were pregnant when you knew it wasn't true? And did you ever fake any pregnancy symptoms to make Kendell believe you were expecting? Now what's interesting about the answer for these is that we don't have an answer because you refused to answer those.
Right. Because it wasn't in his DNA. It was your baby. It's not your son. He was not, it wasn't your baby. It wasn't your baby. It wasn't your baby. That was a son. I wouldn't even, I stopped talking to you when I realized that you— Because you never had no pregnancy. Yeah, but I figured that out through you, not her. What was we here for?
You called the show hoping that you could possibly rekindle a relationship with Kendall. He never wanted to show and possibly have a friendship or something.
Not at all.
Yeah. Well, what they have shown you right now is that neither of them wanna have this relationship. Y'all cool, but I think the thing that is most important here—
And I don't wanna have one neither.
I get it, I get it, I get it, I get it. I think the thing that's most important here is that you have been vindicated about damaging his car. Also bringing your own receipts. I understand why you feel like maybe there could have been more because the conversations from you make it seem like you talking about you was just doing it for whatever, whatever.
Throw her off. Throw her off.
I'm about to let her on. But at the end of the day, it ended up leading her on. I think y'all just gotta leave the situation alone there.
Definitely.
I think y'all already know that's what it is. First of all, I gotta ask you, what happened at the hotel last night?
So basically, he got, I guess, irate because he wanted there to be a certain narrative.
Certain narrative coming here?
Yeah. And I just disagreed because I believe that based off of I told him, I said, you know, the audience already has pretty much their pre-notion of what we're here for. So if you're gonna come out and you're gonna say one thing and it not be truthful, then like, what are we here for? Because I just don't believe that, you know.
So he called the show and tried to set like a very specific story out there.
Well, I think it's more of just being, keeping everybody in a good light.
Got it.
And I think that, you know, first of all, I believe, and I brought you here.
And I don't know his side of the story, so I'm gonna wait to hear his. I try to stay neutral. But when I hear someone say, keep everyone in a good light, and I also hear that he's been the one that's cheating and he's the one questioning your child, is he trying to say keep himself in a good light?
Well, yeah, because I think that right now the narrative is already set. You have me coming out here looking crazy. You know, I've been with him for 10 years. We have 2 children together. Which we're only speaking on one. But I just don't believe that.
'Cause you almost didn't come today. No. Yeah, why?
Because I just feel like, you know, at this point, like I'm not gonna make a fool of myself. This is my life. You know what I'm saying?
Did he tell you that you'll end up being a single mom?
Did he tell you that? There was a lot of words said last night and he pretty much made it seem like that's what it's gonna be like, yes.
That you'll be a single mom, got it. I read into the notes when he called us that he was in jail.
Yeah.
How long was he in jail for?
Was it 23 months? He can testify to that, yeah.
23 months, okay. So he was gone for a little bit of time.
Yeah.
Did he think the relationship was over?
When he went away, we had a very clear picture of we were not speaking, you know what I mean? Like we were done. He went into jail, he had other relationships and you know, whatever to support him through that time.
Because he was already cheating on you.
Yeah.
Got it. So when he went into jail, you were like, we're not together, and you were getting supported by these other women?
Well, I think in the beginning I didn't know. I had went to court hearings or something and I had seen people.
Oh, that's how you found out about the other women?
Yeah.
You're in court?
Yeah.
Trying to support him?
Yeah.
And these other women?
Well, I had a call, I had a show I was in.
Yeah, yeah, sure, yeah. But you're there and these other women there. Oh.
Yeah.
But he also cheated on you in December?
Uh, recently.
Recently. Okay, what did he do?
Um, you know, I kind of want to put him on the spot. I want him to come out here on that, you know, let him say that, you know what I mean? I think, I think, you know, being a man and, and having to, you know, look, you know, actually say— yeah, exactly. Let's, let's bring some accountability to that. Um, but well, yes, you know, I'm all about not painting a certain narrative either.
I mean, again, you're not painting a narrative. Yeah, yeah, yeah. These are So this question then, so you know, here, even though I deal with feelings, it's a lot about facts. And so one of the other facts is that he gave you an STD. Mm.
Well, I didn't have any. But he had an STD. I don't, again, I would like him to hold accountability for his questions.
Well listen, I think it's important to welcome your man Todd to the show to hear his side of the story. So everyone, welcome Todd. Hey, Todd, thank you for being here. Nice to meet you. So tell me, why did you want the DNA test? Well, considering I was in jail for, I was in jail without trial for 30 months. And like, she even told me she was messing with somebody while I was away, you know? And the pregnancy happened very fast when I came home.
Mm-hmm.
You know, like, and she's also aware of a situation years ago. I raised a kid for 3 years and found out he wasn't mine. Mm-hmm. You know, like, and I'm all on social media with this kid, man. I'm so happy to be a dad. Like, I'm, pictures of me kissing the woman's stomach. Like, you know, like, I was invested. That makes sense to me. Like, if you've had a woman have you raise their child for 3 years, to then have that ripped away from you to find out you're not the father, I can understand the issues it's gonna cause you emotionally, mentally, and how that's gonna bleed into a new relationship. There's something that Sadie said that when you were in court that time though, is when she found out about other women you were talking to. So during your time of you going into that situation before you all had broken up, did you have other women? In the course of my incarceration, yes, because she made it clear there was periods she didn't answer the phone for 8, 9 months. She stopped coming to see me. But if the women were in the courthouse, wouldn't that have been that you would've been talking to them prior? Not necessarily. I mean, I've done a lot of jail time and based on the fact that her and I weren't in good standing, I just wanted someone to walk through, like this was literally the darkest period of my life facing 8 to 16 years.
But I do also wanna be transparent. I don't wanna look like I'm out here just I'm not just making stuff outta thin air. There were, you know, there was one specific female that was in there that was—
That you was talking to?
Yeah.
Okay.
Yeah. That was before.
Let me ask you about this because she said she didn't wanna talk about this. Did you tell her that she needed to get checked for an STD a few months ago? I did, yeah. And was that because you had caught one from another woman? Yes. Okay. What was it like having that conversation with your lady, the fact that you now cheated and potentially had given her an STD? I'm gonna be honest. It was very convicting. It was very convicting because of, even though through our trials and tribulations, we have had progress. You know, we've had had progress. And in the moments where I feel weak, nothing will justify my actions of doing the things that I've done to her. Nothing. I let myself down and her down. And I feel like I let my kids down. And I feel like I let our aspirations and our ambitions down because of a weak moment I had based on maybe a time where her and I weren't eye to eye. So how many times would you say that you've cheated over the—
The 10 years we've been together?
Yeah, the 10 years. In the midst of my alcoholism, I mean, I'll have 8 years sober this July, but when I was in my addiction, she knows, like, I cheated a lot. I hate that she was caught in that crossfire of the suffering that I couldn't, like, get— I hate that. Yeah, I hear you. I do. I hate that. There you go. There you go. How do you feel about the relationship you're currently in? Yo, I love this woman, man. Honest to God, I love this woman. And I disappoint myself because I know I'm not what she needs me to be. I know I'm not and I'm trying, but at the same time, she kind of don't make it easy either when it comes to us communicating with each other. You know, like I get that she goes through a lot, Me too. How does she not make it easy? I'm gonna give you an example. We almost didn't make it here, as I'm sure you guys know, you know? And she was overwhelmed. Sadie overwhelms herself. I try to de-escalate, I do. It doesn't always work.
Which I'm not discrediting him from, but I also think that we need to, we don't know how to communicate in general. Like the foundation of the argument last night, what I was just done telling you guys out here, I'm a mom. Like, this is a big deal for me to be on this show and to like come out here and to be transparent about my relationship. But then to also like sit here and have to, like, no offense, but to give this, you know, this man, like, to appease his brokenness. Where's mine? Where's mine? 'Cause like, but, and then in the same breath, I'm hearing all of these things like, where's, where, Where do I respect myself? Where's the boundary? I'm still learning these things. I need this foundation. I need this. This is why we're here. This is why I stayed, you know, last time.
Do y'all currently live together?
No, we don't.
You don't live together. Okay. So, but you came here today to find out if you are Zayven, is your child's name? I like that, Zayven. If you are Zayven's father by taking a DNA test, because I think now it's time to unlock that truth and just get—
Please do. Bring it on. I'm so ready. Like, I want that.
Yeah. I always tell people this is not my truth to open, this is your truth.
Thank God.
So are you his biological father or not? I am. I am. How do you feel? I mean, I— 'Cause you don't seem excited. I know you've been in the child's life. Because it's not like something that I was, like heavily doubting. It was just a possibility in my mind based on the timeframe of me being incarcerated. So it wasn't like something—
But as a mom, that's so disrespectful. Like, as a woman, I've been with this man for 10 years. Like, when is the suffering from your past, when is there going to be a line where you hold accountability as an adult, as a father figure, as a man to just sit there and say like, We didn't need to do this on a show. Like, it really didn't need to get this far. And I think that's where you missed the whole point last night of the blowup, which was it had nothing to do with coming on here proving it.
Do you feel like you owe her an apology now? For the fact that she's now been brought here when she's been telling you she's been faithful? And now that she's been confirmed that after 10 years she hasn't done anything, that these children are yours? Do you feel like you owe her an apology? I do, I do. And I do apologize. And I just wanna reiterate that it was never really nothing personally like towards you. And the main reason why I inquired was to try to get some kind of guidance or direction based on what we're trying to navigate through from where we came from. Well, I got a question 'cause you both have said you wanna talk about the trials and tribulations, but neither of you have said what those are.
Okay.
What are the trials and tribulations? Well, in full transparency, like I literally put her through hell in the midst of my addiction.
Addiction.
Like I dragged her through hell in the midst of my addiction and I got shot. I was doing, I was robbing people, shooting people. I lived a completely different lifestyle. And then after I had got shot, she unfortunately suffered for the aftermath of my mental health after that, you know? And she took my son and left. So her and my son, they were the driving point of me going to rehab. And getting back together. And staying consistent. Yeah, I appreciate that.
I'm glad.
Congratulations.
Thank you.
My question is, so we also came here because we offer on everyone's show, the DNA test was the only result. We also offer everyone to say, if you want full transparency, if you want to have that where you can actually leave this show with full clarity, we're able to unlock phones. And so this is where we're at now, unlocking your phone. So—
You did it?
No, I didn't. Oh. Oh, you didn't do it. So you refused to lock the phone? No. So why did you refuse if that's what she's asking for? Well, initially it wasn't something she was asking for and I feel as though I have that right like anybody else and it wasn't what I inquired when I submitted to the show.
But I didn't have a right.
But isn't that a bit controlling? They get my kids though. Isn't that a bit controlling? A bit controlling. Because you submit, you—
But if I would've said no to the DNA test for the kids though, it would've been a problem. Sorry to cut you off.
No, please cut me off 'cause you're saying what I'm saying.
I'm just saying, make that make sense. Yes. Because that would've been an issue.
Who would've been blowing up? If she would've said, no, I don't wanna do this, I don't wanna come here. I wanna come here, we can talk about our issues, but I'm not taking a DNA test. You would've had an issue because it would've been like, well, what you hiding? What's the thing? And so this is being offered to give her the same security that you're asking for and you're unwilling to give her that security by unlocking your phone.
Especially after December.
Especially after December. So why wouldn't you give her that transparency? Why wouldn't you give her the security that you're looking for? Because I feel like that transparency would be better accomplished off camera. But that's the same thing she said to you. It's not. What I was trying to communicate is that my initial reason on coming onto the show, it wasn't revolved around the DNA test. I get that. I understand that.
Okay, but if we're talking about the relationship.
For her as well, it was, if you're talking about.
But if we're gonna talk about their relationship, then you know, I'm just saying like. Speak up.
Speak up what you're saying. What's going on here is there, and this is an outside perspective, there is a double standard going on here. And I think that you're aware of it. I think you've been in a space where you have understood after 10 years how to control a narrative, how to get things to go where you want them to go. And I understand your trauma and I understand you went through and I also see your growth, but at some point you have to realize that you've grown apart and that there is so much damage that has been done in this space relationship for years that the foundation is so unstable. If you really wanna know my opinion, what I think needs to happen is that you all need to find a way to learn how to co-parent and fully separate from each other. I mean, to end this, you said he wanted to control the narrative when you first walked out here. Well, I think it's time for you to take control of that narrative back. And that's the advice I'm gonna give you. That's the advice. That's the advice I got for you. Thank you so much. I really do wish y'all the best of luck. Thank you. And I want you to know, you haven't left here being the bad guy. No, I am, bro. I am. See, I am, bro. That type of self-deprecation is what's gonna keep you in a pattern that's gonna be self-destructive. What I'm trying to do for you right now is affirm to you that you're not the bad guy, but showing you that your progress should be channeled somewhere else. We see the progress you've made. It's just not for this relationship. It's for something else, as those kids. Wish y'all the best of luck though. All right everyone, thank you for being with us. Make sure to come back next time, friends, so we can keep talking and we can keep growing. I love you all. How's this issue with Quinton affecting your marriage?
It's affecting it a lot because I wasn't even gonna really tell my husband because we were separated.
So when did you have to finally tell your husband that this might not be his baby?
When he kept coming to my house, popping up. Yelling outside, banging on the windows, kept calling, just screaming out, "He's the dad," outside. And my husband's like, "Who is that?" And so then I had to tell him when we wasn't together, I did have an affair and sleep with someone else.
So let's go back to this affair. How did you and Quinton first start hooking up?
I'd known him a while when we were younger, but we met at a family gathering. And we kind of just was talking for a little bit and then started messing around. And then I kind of wanted to end things and get back with my husband. And I ended up finding out I was pregnant when I came back from Africa and stuff. So.
Oh, okay. Yeah. And had Quentin mentioned that he wanted to have a baby with you?
He did. And I said no, 'cause I wasn't really trying to have like an entanglement thing 'cause I wasn't trying to leave my husband.
Yeah, yeah, of course.
So I told him no, I didn't want kids with him. And so when I ended up pregnant, that's when.
Were you still having sex with your husband around this time? Yeah. Okay then. Yeah. When did you and your husband go to Africa?
Last year in November.
Last year in November. And how soon after you got back did you find out that you were pregnant?
Probably about 2 weeks after, about 2 weeks.
Oh, okay.
Yeah.
So it was fast.
Yeah, 'cause I started getting sick and then I was like, it probably was from me coming outta the country, but then it just kept going. And it was morning sickness and I have other kids, so I kind of knew.
Did the doctor tell you when the baby was conceived?
Yeah, they told me I got pregnant around the end of November and that's when I was in Africa 'cause I didn't end up coming back till the beginning of December.
Got it, so the doctors say that your pregnancy started while you were with your husband?
Yeah.
Okay then.
So that's why.
And did you tell Quinton you were pregnant?
No, 'cause my doctor told me it happened around when I was in Africa and I was with my husband then.
So then how did Quinton find out? And when he did find out, how did he react?
He saw me in public one day and I was pregnant. And that's when he just started going crazy, popping up, talking about it's his baby, why I didn't tell him I was pregnant. Wow. Yeah.
Wow.
It's just, it's been crazy since he saw me pregnant.
But now the thing is, Quinton's also married.
Exactly.
And did his wife contact you about all this?
Yes, she called me assuming that I was saying he was the dad. But like I told her when she called, I never said he was the dad. So.
You're like, I told my husband, I didn't even tell him, it's him that's pursuing it.
Yeah.
Did she believe you?
I told her it was my husband's baby and she said, oh, so you're married too?
Yeah.
And I don't want to be with your husband and it's not his kid. And she kind of left it alone after that. But he didn't.
Got it.
He was, he's still till today.
How old is your baby today?
She's 5 months.
She's 5 months. So this is like a recent thing. Like all of this with your husband, with his wife, this is all recent?
Yeah.
5-month-old, okay, wow. There's probably so much emotion that is happening in your house.
Yeah, it's a lot.
Yeah, has Quinton met the baby?
No.
Has not? No.
He saw the pictures.
He saw the pictures, okay.
Just like off social media and stuff like that.
Got it. Do you think Quinton is claiming to be the father because he wants to be in a relationship with you? Yeah. Do you want Quinton to be the father of this baby?
No, I wanna stay with my husband and work things out. It's just, it happened when we was on a break. So I want to be with my husband.
Well, I appreciate you telling me your side of the story, but I'm interested in hearing what Quinton has to say about all this as well. So everyone, please welcome Quinton to the show. How you doing, Quinton? How you doing? Thank you for being here, sir. So how do you feel about what was just said? I feel like some of it's some truth. A lot of it's not. What was the part for you that wasn't the truth? That I haven't seen my child. That you haven't? Yeah. You have seen? Yeah. Okay, so you're claiming this is your child, right? Even right here. Okay, so you're saying you have seen the baby. When did you see the baby? A couple times last week. Oh wow. On the video.
It wasn't like in person or nothing.
Oh, on video. Okay, but you've never met it in person. So why do you so wholeheartedly believe this is your baby when she was with her husband, when they were on a trip together? I feel like, you know what I mean, it's my child because for the simple fact, if it's somebody else's baby, she a cold piece, man. 'Cause we was together every day, every single day. But isn't there a possibility it could be her husband's child? No, no, no.
See, he thinks I wasn't sleeping with my husband too.
Oh, 'cause you don't think she was sleeping with her husband? No, I don't know. Did she tell you that she wasn't intimate with her husband? Yes. No. Oh, you did? Okay. So in your mind, while y'all two were sleeping together, she was also telling you that she wasn't intimate with her husband. How did it make you feel knowing now that she was lying about that, that she's saying that she was intimate with her husband? I mean, kind of hurt me, you know what I mean? Makes sense. Yeah, I understand. From the jump, I kind of kept it real about, you know what I mean, me getting my divorce and everything, trying to move on, and I wanted to have kids. She never told me told me no.
I never told you I was getting a divorce though.
We never used protection either. So not one time. So hold on, so if he, if, girl. If a man is saying to you, I wanna have a baby with you, I wanna have a baby with you and you don't wanna have a baby.
I told him no 'cause I'm married and I'm not planning on leaving my husband and I already had 3 other children.
So did you check to see to make sure the condom was on?
No, I didn't.
Okay. I mean, this is no judgment. This is just like somebody else at home. If a man is with you that's saying he wants a baby and you don't want a baby, check to make sure there's a condom on. Because in your mind, in all fairness, in your mind, you're thinking, we talked about our relationships that we both wanna leave our partners.
I was thinking Plan B.
Okay, but in your mind, you're hearing, I don't know, I feel like she made it, she act like she don't know my motive. It was never to trap anyone. You know what I mean? My motive was I never was able to be in my other kids' life. Got it. And my producers are telling me right now that your wife just had a baby by you this week. Yeah, a couple days ago.
Exactly.
Couple days ago.
So that's why I'm confused why he wanna claim my kid and not that one.
Oh my gosh, okay.
So that's why he need to probably claim her baby and not mine. 'Cause that's his wife. And we just was having a little entanglement that needed to end.
Do you wanna be with her still? Yeah. You do? Yeah. You do. Do you want this baby to be yours? I know it's mine. To be the father? You know it's yours? Okay.
He's just for sure. I mean, I just know.
What are you gonna do if this baby is not yours? You now— Man, the baby got my forehead, my eyes, my head shape. You know what I mean? Everything. Okay. She looks like my husband. Got it. It looks like we have a ping, LaShay, from your husband. Your husband's name is Kojo?
Yes.
All right, let's listen to what your husband has to say. I just want him to be out of our life, you know? And I hope with this DNA test, he will understand, you know? Because that kid, my daughter, is not his kid. That kid is my kid. I don't have any doubts about it. I'm sure that the other test will prove it. That's my baby, man. You know that. So your husband is saying that he has no doubts that this is his child. So your husband is claiming your child?
Yeah.
Yeah.
He believes that and I do as well.
But you're telling him 100%, you like, no, this is not his child. I know for a fact. Tell him to bet some money on it. Uh-huh. 'Cause we asked your husband to be here today and he said he doesn't need to be here. Be here today because he knows it's his child.
He doesn't believe it. The doctor told me when I conceived, so that's why I'm for sure, because the doctor wouldn't just—
November 17th is when you got pregnant, and we went, and you was pregnant before you went to Africa, bro.
He keeps saying this, but I wasn't.
He was pregnant before you went to Africa. November 17th is when you conceived.
I was not pregnant. I don't know why you keep saying it.
To Africa Thanksgiving, bro. You seem You're so sure. It's like, I mean, it's so interesting to me because it's like, you know, you're telling me, it's like, normally my mindset is like, the doctor said this is what it is. But for something, your clarity is just like, I'm just like, okay, well. So she told you before she went to Africa that she was pregnant? She took a test.
And it was negative.
Okay.
And he didn't know how to read the pregnancy test.
It was not negative, man. Two lines, that mean it's positive, right?
It didn't have two, why do you keep saying that?
I'm not saying that. What will happen if this is Quinton's baby to your relationship?
I'm just gonna still be with my husband.
Yeah.
If it is, we just have to figure out a co-parenting.
If this ends up not being his baby, will your husband accept the child?
Yeah.
Will it put a strain on your relationship?
It shouldn't.
It shouldn't?
'Cause we wasn't together when it happened. Yeah, if it is his kid, I got pregnant, but I'm for sure it's not anyway, so.
Got it. All right, well listen, I think it's time we get to the truth of this matter. I mean, in this envelope is the DNA truth. This is your truth to open. So if you could please open it and read the results. I don't need to read it. Zariah is your biological daughter. Told you. I already know this, man. I already know this. What are you thinking? What are you feeling? You happy, you happy, you got confirmation.
Wow.
I saw your face, you shocked, you shocked. But how do you feel about the fact that now this is your child's father?
I just gotta deal with a problem, I guess.
Okay, what's the problem?
He's married.
Well, it's funny you said you didn't want an entanglement, but now you two are forever entangled.
Oh God.
Quentin, how do you feel about this? I'm just pretty excited, you know what I mean? I just always wanted a daughter, you know? And I wanna figure out how it's gonna go in the future with, you know what I mean? I do love LaShay, you know what I mean? I wanna be with her. You know what I mean? But like I said, she wanna be with her husband. I'm happy with that. He's saying that he loves you. Is there any part of your heart that still loves him?
A little, yeah. But I'm married, so we need to just leave that alone.
Okay. All right, I'm gonna leave it alone. I'm gonna leave it alone because outta respect for, I want there to be good co-parenting. And I know if I dig down that path right now without your husband being here to negotiate that conversation, between all three of y'all, it could cause issues. You need to tell your husband what is going on. And so I know that's gonna be a difficult conversation for you, right? What I wanna do is that once we're done here, I'm gonna take you backstage and we can call your husband. I wanna be there to support you to have that conversation.
Okay.
All right, well, I wish y'all the best of luck. Congratulations. Yeah, thank you. The hard part begins now, but the hard part doesn't last forever, all right? Thank you. Yeah, you're welcome. All right everyone, listen, thank you for being with us. Make sure to come back next time, friends, so we can keep talking, we can keep growing. I love you all.
Thank you.
Bro, how you doing? Let me have a hug, bro. Yes, I was saying, you know he's still in love with you. He told you yesterday?
Yes, he did.
He did. What are your thoughts? 'Cause he would love to be back in a relationship with you.
I know that, but I don't really wanna. I wasn't trying to leave my husband. We just had some problems. And that ended up happening.
And then this is going to happen. It's all right. I mean, you're going to have to deliver it. I'm here all day if you need support. If he says something— because if you want to be with him, I want to be here to help navigate the emotions of it. If you need me to talk to him for you, you need me to support you, I got you, all right?
OK, sounds good.
Wish you the best of luck, girl. Let me give you a hug. I got you, man. Okay, so take me back. How did you two meet?
I met him at like a convenience store.
Okay.
He was in front of me.
And how was the relationship in the beginning?
Amazing.
Amazing. Okay. And how long y'all been together? Or were together, excuse me.
For about a year.
For a year. And for the year it was good. The communication was good. Things were good.
Everything was good.
What happened?
I ended up getting pregnant. And I had a miscarriage and I think that's kind of what steered us away from each other.
Okay. I heard my producer told me when I was coming out here that before you two both got with each other, there was some things going on in both of your lives that were traumatic.
Yes.
Tell me about that. What was happening?
My kid's dad, he got killed in 2020.
I'm so sorry.
Yeah. And then he lost his son in 2019. 19.
Got it. Okay, so both of you were grieving at the time.
Yeah.
And were you supporting each other through that grief?
Absolutely.
Understand. Was he a positive influence in your life?
Yes.
Yeah, in every way. That's good. And how did you find out that he cheated on you? Because that's what the breaking point was, right?
Yes. I was uploading videos on Facebook of me and him. First it was like a post I made about him and somebody laughed at it. It wasn't even a laughable post.
Okay.
And then when I uploaded the video of me and him together, that's when she laughed again.
Oh.
So I inboxed her. I'm like, "Hey, what's going on? You keep laughing at my posts. Are you like messing with him or what?" Yeah. She was like, "Yeah, we've been dating for a while." She was like, she went out of town and that's why me and him were like, you know, back together or, you know, she was like, "The bed you're sleeping on, that's mine." I'm like, wow.
And this is after you'd spent a year and you'd also had this miscarriage. Yes. So there was, this is a shock because you think you're building a future with someone.
Mm-hmm.
Was he there for you during your pregnancy?
With Halo?
Yes.
No, he was in that relationship with that girl.
Got it. So why doesn't he believe he's the father?
I think it's people in his head.
Okay.
Because we have like a huge age difference.
Okay.
And people tell him all the time, they're like, you know, she's a young girl, she's doing this, she's doing that. And I wasn't doing anything, even now.
What's the age difference?
I'm 30 and he's 47.
So about 17-year age difference, okay. And what did his family say when you contacted them?
I contacted his mom because I'm like, you know, nobody's calling to see her, nobody's trying to see her, what's going on? So I inboxed her and was like, hey, this is Karamo.
This is Halo.
I was like, this is Sharif's daughter. And she was like, oh, okay. She was like, I would be interested if you get a DNA test. I'm like, okay, that's cool. But then I'm gonna have to pay for the DNA test. I'm not paying for a DNA test when I know he's the dad. You know?
Got it. Has he been in her life at all since she was born? In Halo's life?
Like in and out.
In and out? And during that time, has he helped financially?
On her first birthday was the first time he had done something.
Okay.
Yeah.
What did he do?
He got her like this big unicorn balloon and a cake.
Okay.
Yeah.
So why won't you let him watch your daughter?
He just, he has things going on personally that I just, I can't have her around that.
Got it. Okay. I know that we heard earlier, 'cause I asked about the beginning at the beginning of your relationship that you two met when you were both grieving. So Brittany was there for you while you were grieving your son? Tell me about that time. No. She wasn't there for you? No. Oh, okay.
Why is my name right there then? 'Cause you told me I got you through something. No, that's not what you told me. And that's why you tatted my name.
No.
So what did I get you through? If not everything that you were going through. I took on your emotional trauma while I was dealing with something myself and I got you better while I wasn't even better. You can't be for real.
What was it that you needed at that time that you feel like she didn't give? Feel me? I understand. To think about and go back to that moment, I understand where this is coming from. Okay. I have a son. He was 21 years old. He was a junior at Purdue. He killed himself. Took his life. It was the most hardest thing I've ever had to deal with in my life. And I've dealt with a lot. But watching my son go in the ground. Got it, I understand. I understand. So there was, you're both, I get the sense that you're both going through a lot during that moment and you're still grieving in that moment from that. With Halo, what is it that making you think that this is not your child? Just the way she acts towards me when I would ask her about certain things. Like she be, I know at the age of, with the internet and social media. So like you may have somebody from 10 years ago come contact you with a little heart. Now I don't know who this guy is. I don't know who this person is. Her? It's nobody.
You ain't never seen me do that. Don't play. What? You've had way more relationships. I've had nobody since you. How many have you had? At least 2 every month. You can't be for real.
That's not true.
That's not true. You had a whole girlfriend. The woman that you brought here is not even the girl that I thought was your girlfriend. I ain't never seen this woman in my life.
So hold on, my producer's telling me right now, Sharif, we have, so she's not your girlfriend. Kaylee is your name?
Yes, hi.
Hi Kaylee, nice to meet you. Thank you for being here. So I'm gonna ask you really quickly because this will give me insight to more of their relationship. How long have you two been together?
We're not together. That is a very, very, very close friend of mine. How close? Like how long y'all known each other?
He had to just meet you.
I ain't never heard your name before, ever. He just had a girlfriend. You don't need to know me. I should know you. I'm not for you. I should. I'm not here for you, I'm here for him. I should. Here for him for what? What do you do? I'm his friend. 'Cause he just had all his stuff at my house. It doesn't matter. What are you talking about? I know his stuff is at your house, it doesn't matter. Yes, for what? Don't touch his stuff. I'm not understanding. It doesn't matter. It does not matter. I'm here for him. I'm his friend.
You've done nothing.
I don't care. You can say nothing. Just shut up. Have your 5 minutes. Say nothing. Have your 5 minutes because if I get up, I'm gonna slap you. You don't trust me, so what do you think is going on? Show yourself, show yourself. Stop, stop, stop, stop. Try me, please.
What you need to understand is that what's triggering you about that is that you want answers. And so when you have individuals that make you feel as if you don't have answers or if they know more than you, it's going to trigger you.
See, I'm not looking.
I understand, but I need you to understand that that's what's triggering you and that type of behavior. Is never going to ever help you to get the answers you need. If you were to slap her, if you were to do something, it's never gonna help you to get the answers you need. What you're looking for is your own security. And I understand, and I watched in this moment how this woman who's brand new to his life triggered you. I get it. Brand new, I get it. Brand new.
Still got the tag on, girl, please.
I get it, I get it. But you can't let—
But you've known him for 1 year longer than me.
But you can't let those, you can't let anybody else trigger you or trigger your security?
Yes.
No, seriously.
I know, 'cause I can meet her in Indianapolis. It wouldn't make no sense to do it now.
That's not cool. Do the two of you have another child together or is this the only child?
Only child.
Only child. No.
Yes.
No.
Yes.
This is what causes us to be where we're at in life.
Only child that I'm gonna talk about.
Okay. Okay. That's not fair.
It is very fair.
No, it's not.
It is. It's not fair that you left me the entire time.
I did.
Not only did— okay, so then. Brittany, you changed your number like 2 times. I had another baby in November by this crazy man. Yeah.
I'm crazy.
A whole 'nother baby.
Mm-hmm. Okay.
That I decided not to keep. And do you know how hard that was?
Yeah, I can imagine.
For me to give away a whole human being.
You were almost full term. You was ready to have it. I told you it was gonna be a boy, you know what I mean? You had him, you said on November, right? You told me that the baby died and died. This is the thing about her.
I did.
She said the baby died with his umbilical cord wrapped around his neck.
Oh, I was not that dramatic. Now you adding shit. Don't play, don't play, 'cause I ain't do that. I said the baby passed away and I didn't wanna talk about it no more. That's what I said.
And I might hate you for the rest of my life, for real, because you knew, you knew. Why would you tell him that the baby was dead though?
To be honest, I wanted him to be hurt.
You did that, you did that, you know?
I wanted his feelings to be hurt. I just wanted him to feel something 'cause I never feel like he feels anything and I'm always the one just I was feeling some stuff, like feeling hurt, feeling lost.
You wanted him to feel what you're feeling.
I did, I did. And I apologized to him for that. And I know that's never gonna be enough. You know, apology is not enough. I understand that. And I understand what I did was wrong and it was very wrong. And I'm sorry, but I did, I wanted to punish him.
Got it. All right, well I think, 'cause I'm hearing a lot about the trauma and the things that have compounded to get us to this place right here. But I think the one thing that you need is an answer about Halo so that at least now you can have the DNA truth about that. And then once you have that, we understand where you're gonna be moving forward towards. So are you both ready for this truth? Yes. Because this is a year in the making of you saying that he's the father, that this is the father, and you have been confused for a year if this could be your child or not.
My baby looks like her daddy is 47 years old. Like she does, y'all. She does. Like, come on.
Well, listen, I don't look 47. You know what I mean? Come on. All right, listen. Well, here goes the DNA truth. It's for your truth to open. If you could read it out loud.
Okay. You are not the man I thought you was gonna be, but you Halo's father. Hi, hi. Mm-hmm. Thank you. What that say? Eat. Thank you.
So what are your thoughts right now? She's so dramatic.
Mm-hmm.
But my daughter, now that I noticed my daughter, she's the same way. When I come in the room, she, you know, I mean, is laughing and smiling.
She loves her daddy, she do.
So, you know. So are you gonna now, from the question she had before, do more for the child, do more to support? She know I will. I got a couple issues that I'm dealing with to get financially back set like I was before. And once I get there, whatever, anything I could do, you know what I mean? Like I said, watching her doing other stuff like that, I'm gonna try. Whether she feel comfortable or not, we'll work through that. We may ask you for help. The one thing is she's saying is she needs you to tell your family. Will you let them know that this is your daughter? Yes. Okay. That's one of the things you're asking for so that you can get more support from his family, correct? Yes. I really wanna encourage y'all now that y'all have this truth, if I can give y'all advice, I'm glad you got your answers. I'm glad you both had that answers. I really wanna encourage y'all, to stop sleeping together. I really do. I really do. Because you two are both hurting and are grieving still and there's so much going on. And what is—
Maybe one last time.
No more, no more, no more. There's a lot happening right here. And unfortunately this relationship could have been something where you two could have helped each other maybe., but it has turned destructive and toxic in every way. And it breaks my heart because neither of you deserve that. Both of you should be right now healing. Both of you should be right now. I see your eyes tearing up. What's going on in your head?
I just know I gotta let him go. Like in that way, you know, like relationship. Like I gotta get that outta my mind. Yeah. They're like the person I thought I was gonna be with. It's just, That's not it.
[Speaker:KARAMO] It's not, it's not. And that's why I'm saying you gotta stop sleeping together. See, I appreciate this, what you're doing right here, because like I said again, it's easy for us to see like all that strength and bravado you were showing. Like I know that's not the real you. That's a woman that has had to come up so that you can protect yourself from a world that you have felt like is always gonna come after you. I know it, I know it. And that breaks my heart for you. It breaks my heart for both of you. But at least you can acknowledge that you don't need to be together and you can start grieving this relationship because it's not healthy. And both of y'all know that. Both of y'all know that. But what y'all can do is by letting each other go in this way, give Halo an opportunity to not have to take on y'all's trauma. Yes. You know, you named her Halo. Let her be an angel here on earth for both of y'all.
Mm-hmm. You know?
So I wish y'all the best of luck. What I do wanna offer y'all is therapy if you want that. Would you like that? Sure. You would? Would you like that? Because I know we only have a small amount of time on this stage, but I wanna make sure that If you leave this stage, you have a resource to be able to get you somebody to talk to because y'all both need it and you both deserve it because what y'all been through, losing a man, the father of your children, you losing your son, these things, even your second child, I understand what's going on and the support and the lack of support and the things that are happening and y'all just need somebody to talk to to start healing. And so I'm glad you can both accept that offer. I wish y'all the best of luck. If you need anything, me and my staff Karamo has a resource for you, okay? I wish you the best, all right?
Both of y'all.
I'm Young Kat and I'm the hottest rapper in my city. Being a rapper, first of all, dangerous. Money problems and the females, you know, they go crazy. They see the rap, they see the video, they see the money, the jewelry. Every time I step in the club, they going crazy. I step in the mall, they going crazy. I gotta have my security with me. I gotta have some homies with me 'cause they wanna take pictures. They wanna test me. This woman named Kaisa started DMing me and my family members, my sister, my brother, even my girl, talking about I'm her baby daddy after 14 years. What? 14 years? I don't know who that woman is. Ain't no way that that's my baby. At this point, she's just a stalker. I don't know her, that's not my baby, and Karamo, we need to get to the bottom of this now.
I don't know who she is. She's crazy, and she came out of nowhere sending me DMs. She wants what we have, and I'm not having it. No, I don't think it's his baby. She's just a crazy fan, just like the rest of them. Hey, you know what?
How does it make you feel hearing that?
Trash. They said this man has 15 kids, and you got the audacity to question mine? He has 15 children, 15, all through the city, baby. So you want to question mine? They want to sit there and bash them out on a one-night Baby girl, I had him before you. I was before your time. So you shouldn't even be here. Who is that? Who is that? Yeah.
So you've been communicating with young Kat via social media. What do y'all talk about?
Oh, man. Dude is so disrespectful. Now, see, I wanted to keep it quiet because I knew of his status. I respect that. You got to do what you got to do. You know what I'm saying? But at the same time, it comes to a limit of respect for myself because at the end of the day, it was me and you that laid down. Not her, me, you, and her.
Yeah, got it. We actually have the messages. You said he's disrespectful. I wanna see the messages. Very. All right, so, "At this point, I don't care whose son that is. Not mine, but keep listening to my music, hoe." Not listening to my music.
"You still trash." You know what I'm saying? So all that lip service, them same lips is gonna be the ones that's gonna gimme apology because right after this, since you're the hottest in the city, I'm looking for the hottest attorney in the city. Stop playing with me, boy. Run that coin. I'm not going through this no more.
So does your son know that Yung Kat that may be his father?
Oh, yes indeed. And what's so funny about this situation, which really threw me for a loop, is because Tyrone, which is who I know him as, I don't know no Young Cat. Tyrone was actually meeting with Marzay.
So your son was already interacting with him?
Already having conversations with this dude.
Wow. How did they connect?
Because he was meeting him at the store by my mama's house.
Wow. So Tyrone, or Young Cat, was already going and meeting your son. And then when you finally contact him, he's like, no, this is like—
He wants to clap at me.
Well, listen everyone, I am ready to meet Tashea and hear more of what she has to say about this mystery. Everyone, welcome Tashea to the show. We just heard that he was interacting with her son at a store. Did you know that information before?
He's a rapper. He meets a lot of kids. Trash. He meets a lot of kids. You don't make no sense. When we go to the mall, kids walk up to him, ask for pictures and everything. That's an all-day thing.
So when she was texting you, did you tell her to stop texting you?
She wasn't ever texting me. The number I had was Tyrone's. It was a 913 number. He quit writing me on his Facebook, and then he started texting me from his direct number. Got it. But I ain't never had no conversation with this girl right here.
Did you tell her to stop texting you?
Yes, I did tell her to stop texting me. What is your number? Who are you? Who are you? Where did you come from?
And so this is from who?
Who is this? The lies. Shame on you. Your hair gonna fall out 'cause you a damn liar. Shame on you. Why would my hair fall out? This is my hair.
Text me. So you think this is her?
Bullcrap. That ain't not. Come on now. She reached out to everybody. With the emoji? She reached out to everybody in his family. Yeah, his sister. I sure did. But I ain't never reached out to you. That's the only one? Yes, it's her.
So then who did you get this text from? Because she's saying it's not her.
Look, she stuttered 'cause she lying. Tell the truth, shame the devil. You're a liar.
So why do you feel like—
You're just reaching out to me pretending to be a baby mama. You're a liar.
So why do you feel like she's a crazy fan? And I'm sincere, why do you feel that way? 'Cause that was the language you keep telling me. No, I'm the right one. Why do you think that? She's jealous. Why do you think she's jealous of your relationship?
Who are you? She wants my man, I guess. I never met. She wants my man. Get the fuck up outta here. It doesn't make sense. You're a liar. You're married. You're a liar. You're a liar. If you're happily married, it doesn't make sense. You're a liar.
So you and Young Kat share a son together? Yes. So you have your family.
And so would everybody else in Kansas City. You ain't the only one.
She did say that. So why would you assume for a man that has 15 kids that it's so far-fetched for her to say this could be his child? That's what I don't get.
That's what I don't get. He said he's never met her before. He said he never met her before. If that's what he's saying, that's my man. I'm gonna stick beside him.
Okay.
You sound stupid. Period. You sound so stupid.
Period.
She done. Can we bring him out here? First off, we done with that.
I don't want you to argue with her because at the end of the day, y'all are not connected.
Oh, I'm connected 'cause I was the first. I was the first and that's why I'm here again. You contacted us. That's nothing.
Well, it's time for everyone to meet. The rapper Young Kat, so we can get to the bottom of this 14-year-old DNA mystery once and for all. Everyone, please welcome Young Kat to the show. We finna set all this down. We setting all this down. First of all, you slide over. I ain't sitting by her.
Slide over.
Run it. Slide over. You run it, 'cause who are you?
Run it. Where you coming from?
Run it.
How we having—
Run it.
What am I saying? Run it.
How am I first when I got a 16-year-old? I don't even know you.
You got a 16-year-old.
You stalking me. You on my Instagram, my Facebook, my—
what, man? You damn trippy. I'm on everything, 'cause I'm here now. I'm on here now.
You hearing this?
The only one you over here— it was so hard to find you because you want to hide behind pages, but now you here. Now we here. Now we here.
Now we here. You going to see me on TV. That's all right.
We going to get the hot sister to run that channel. I ain't worry about nothing you talking 'Cause she been stalking me for, she been stalking me for years.
You can push that now.
I'm pushing it. I want all your money. I mean, you need some help?
I'll help you.
I'm gonna get it all. You look like you need some help. I'm gonna get it all. You so ratchet.
You ain't even my type. This is my type. You not my type. Where you come from?
I'm here, Pickleball.
You here for what? The obvious. You here for the obvious? Yo, I got a question for you. I mean, do you remember the interaction that you two had? It ain't no interaction. It's not no interaction. So you don't remember ever having an interaction? She been stalking me for years just on social media. On social media as a fan. So when I didn't respond to her, now all of a sudden I'm your baby daddy?
From where?
Where are we doing that?
How we doing?
How we doing?
Where are we doing that?
I got 15 kids. I'll take you all my kids. Why would I not claim one kid?
Sit down.
Why would I claim not one kid? I'm gonna make a couple more, but not two. So when did you first hear about this DNA? You're gonna make some more? Yeah, I'm gonna make a couple more. Okay, I need 20. Listen, I'm not going— we're going to talk about that later. Threw me off. All right, so when did you first hear about this DNA mystery? This, this like a couple months ago, but she been hitting me up for, for years. So the first time I don't even respond to the messages. I don't know what a fake message— I don't know. I don't even write—
I just heard him. He don't know where that came from.
I don't know where that came from. You devil.
Devil. You just said you didn't know where it came from. You liar. You a liar.
Tell the truth.
Shame the devil. You want You tell the truth, Shane. You are the devil. Watch your ass, 'cause I'm gonna tell her so much.
She said that she reached out to you in the beginning, and you said that she did reach out to you in the past. But did you ignore her? I got 3, 4 people running my Instagrams and all my pages. So she's gonna stay at the top, 'cause every day she wake up, she think about me. So she the first one there. I go ahead, check it out. I don't wanna check it out, I don't wanna look. It's just this, this, this, this. So she said you made contact with her son, is that true? I probably did, I don't know. I hear a kid, I run into kids all the time. But context said, "Hey, I'm your daddy." Who is his daddy?
First of all, I never said that you told Marzay that you was his father. What you did was you was asking him questions about where he lived at. Way before I even got a phone call from your people talking about they was coming.
Why would I ask a little kid where he live at?
Because you wanted to know. You wanted to know 'cause you knew he was here. You knew he was always in the city. You was just on the outside looking in. You were jealous.
We here to see who your baby daddy is.
I'm outside today.
I took my DNA test. So you're active with all 15 of your children, as you said? Yes, of course. So then why do you feel like there's a possibility that this couldn't be yours? Man, that's not even my type. She's not even my type of female. I remember all my one-night stands. It most definitely wasn't her. How old is your oldest child? How old is your oldest child?
16.
And then it just go down from there.
Okay.
Wow. So you're saying you never had sex with her? So why is the only female in the world coming out tomorrow? You my baby mama, where? So you said you've never had sex with her at all? No, I ain't had sex with her, I don't know her. Okay, okay. Where is this in your mind? You wanna have sex with me or something?
Like where is it coming from? You know what?
I'm done.
I'm done. I didn't call him up and sold him. Look back there, watch it. Just show me that paperwork.
I don't drink, I don't smoke, I don't do nothing. So if I had a one night stand with you, that's just not possible for me not to remember. All right, so are you ready to get these results?
Most definitely.
Most definitely. So I think it's time to reveal the outcome of this DNA mystery from 2007. You said you put that on what? What'd you put that on? Hold on, before you do nothing. So after these results or whatever, if I'm not the father, are you gonna leave me alone? Are you gonna stop stalking me? Can we get the Cash App messages or something? You keep sending money on my Cash App, like, "Mimi, here, let's go on a date, let's do this." What's wrong with you, bro?
Sir, sir, how dare you sit here on national TV and tell these people all them lies? All them lies. All them lies. Hell yeah, I sent you that to support your business. To support your business, 'cause that's what I do. I look out for artists. I look out for artists. Hey, let me tell y'all something. I got another job that I do on the side.
So you sent him money?
I sent him $25 'cause he was crying for it.
No, I meant $2,500.
I was crying. You was crying for it. So you got it. You got it.
That's his whole life. Now I'm confused. Why would you send him money?
I sent him money to support his business. He has this thing that he does on Instagram. And he's like, everybody condone, send Cash App to his business. So that's what I did. Just to let him know. Because let me tell you, let me tell you. I was being a needle in his ass if I wanted him to remember me until I got these results. So I'm gonna do what I gotta do to make sure you remember who I am.
Period.
Okay. Yes, I sent you money.
I sure did. $25 and you better appreciate it. Listen, listen. You ready? You ready to get this answer? I'm gonna buy you a new grill. You can please read the answer.
Yeah, you gonna buy that twin my part. Anyway, most definitely, I appreciate you for this. I done waited on these results. Too many sleepless nights I done had behind this, you know what I'm saying? Now I got my clarity, my peace of mind, for Kasey's the town. You can miss me on anything else. Are we ready?
Okay, let's get to it.
Are we ready?
Come on.
What's it say? Well, it says young Kat is not your son's father. Okay, done. No, I want a blood test. I'm not going with this. Let me tell you why. When I went in to take the DNA test, the lady that did the test is his family member. I'm not going for that. I want a blood test. I want a blood test.
There was a family member?
Yes, the DNA test. The DNA test where they sent me to an independent to take the test. He pulled up in front of me and my son walking into the door.
I think she crazy.
I think she crazy.
Yeah, but when we swiped in, I want a blood test.
I'm not going for that. Nope, let's do a blood test.
I'm not going for that. So listen, I was, I gotta read something.
You're not about to say anything about embarrassing me and I know who that young lady's father is.
Young lady does say that you are not the father. And so the thing for me is you've asked for the test, we've given you the test. I do find it a little odd because I didn't know this information about you sending money. It does make me question now what are the motives? I can't, because you're saying now you want another test. This test has been proven.
I mean, that's a lot, but I'm saying let's do DNA with blood.
This is the DNA test that is provided. Okay. You owe me an apology.
I owe you nothing because you're lying. You're lying, but that's okay.
You made me look so bad on the internet. How do you feel like he's lying?
But see, that's the thing y'all don't know. See, his family's well connected within the city. So that's why I'm not going for that. I'm not agreeing with that, but I see what you have. I see what you have.
This man has not tampered with anything. There's no one in his family that's tampered anything. We get these results, we send them out. She's telling me she wants to meet me in person.
That ain't have nothing to do with it. Hell to the no. I wouldn't even touch you. I wouldn't even touch you.
No, thank you. So why is it that you're unable to accept these results? No.
Outside of—
Mm-mm. So you're telling me that after this, you're still going to be contacting me?
I am still going to reach out for another one. Most definitely. And this time—
She's basically telling me she's not gonna leave me alone.
I'm not. Because I know for a fact you my son's daddy. So I'm not gonna forget that. I'm not gonna take credit for that. This right here is not the father. No, I know for a fact he is.
But he's not.
'Cause that's the only one that I've been with. But he's not. And that's okay.
But he's not. That's the thing I need you to hear, he's not. Okay. I understand that you've been telling yourself this narrative and you were hoping this is the truth, but this is not. He's not your child's father. I understand that there's embarrassment that comes with it, there's things that you've built up, but you have to start to process that.
Oh yeah, I'm not embarrassed by anything I do. That's one thing I wanna clear, I am not embarrassed. But I'm glad that we got this. However, I know what it is. That's all I'm gonna say. I'm gonna leave it at that.
I know. I appreciate you being here. Thank you so much. I'm gonna stand up for a second. Yeah, thank you so much. Yes, I appreciate you being here. You can step off. You all, I'll sit and talk to you for a minute.
Yes, thank you.
I will sit right here. Please. Listen, because I don't want to exacerbate the situation anymore, but let me tell you something right now. I'm on TV and I understand I don't understand what happens when someone finds an attraction or feels a connection with you because that's wild to me. I just watched her create a narrative that literally is not true. I watched her just create a whole thing. I'm really lost 'cause I'm like, I never met her in person. I don't know her. Today's my first day seeing her. Like, I don't even know. And also when I heard you say you don't drink or smoke, that gave me even more pause. So you were clear in this situation. Yeah, never in life. Seriously. And that's another reason I even came here too. I'm like, okay, I'll come, I know. 'Cause I know what I did and what I didn't do. I'm not, you go back that long, like, but for her, it's like she's really in her head like that we did this and that's, and now what you gonna tell the kid? Like what the kid going through? How is he? And he old enough to reach out and say, hey, I don't know what's going on. Or are you or my mama tripping? Or I don't know. I never talked to him, I never interacted with him, so. Like I wish I could talk to him just to see what's going on with him. Yeah, you stay away from that. That would be my suggestion to you. Like seriously, my suggestion to you is like, I really want, because people, we have to track patterns and that's one thing I'm good at is tracking patterns. And I already saw how explosive she was getting with you. And so I apologize to you as well because I thought like literally like, well, why wouldn't you give the benefit of the doubt? Well, clearly you had more information than I did. So girl, I'm sorry to hear this. You understand? Yeah, take care of yourselves and take care of each other, all right?
Yeah.
Nice to meet you. Nice to meet you. You look very pretty. Thank you. You look gorgeous. What's going on? What are you feeling?
Just overwhelmed.
Yeah? No, it's OK. Come here. Come here.
Come here.
It's a lot for you, right? You know.
Like, I grew up without a dad, and I don't want my son to grow up without a dad.
I feel you. I feel you. I understand. I understand. We're gonna get you some answers today. Okay. Okay, and give you some support, okay? You feel comfortable in coming on out? Yeah. Okay, come on out. It's good. It's the family, they love you. Here, take a seat for me. Yeah. So Kaylee, I think I wanna first just make sure everyone understands that you're 18. Mm-hmm. Yeah. So this is overwhelming for you and a lot. So I know that you told Darius that you were pregnant on April Fool's Day, but has he really been having doubts from the beginning?
When Grayson was born, he came out a little white And he said that it wasn't his because Darius is of course Black. And I said, "It is his." And I said, "My little brother that was 4 going around saying my sissy had a brown baby." I said, "So if a 4-year-old can tell that he's brown," I said, "so can you." [Speaker:KARAMO] Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Tell me about the 6-month break.
What happened? [Speaker] We broke up for like 6 months because of arguing and his anger issues. And I just couldn't deal with it.
So— How long did y'all date?
We was dating for like a year and a half.
So like, it was like senior year for you?
Sophomore year till junior year. And then we broke up. And then I found out I was pregnant halfway my junior year. And then for senior year, I didn't go to school. I finished online and finished early.
Got it, okay. Got it, good for you. But this is your high school relationship, your high school love. Got it, okay. Were you with anyone else during that break?
No, he swears I was with other people, but I never was with other people. I hung out with my mom's best friend. She took me in as her own when my real mom passed away, so I called her mom. And so I've always hung out with her. She would never let me hang out with no other dudes because she knew Darius.
Yeah. Mm-hmm. So you, I know you said backstage that you didn't have a relationship with your father. Mm-hmm. And now you tell me that your mother passed. I'm so sorry. I'm sorry. How long ago did your mom pass?
Back in 2018. Okay. She got diagnosed with lung cancer. They did surgery and it went up to her brain and she ended up passing away.
Got it. Okay. So there's been a lot of loss for you. For you with not having your father and with your mother loving you. And so this other woman has stepped in and be a mother figure. Got it, okay. And so tell me what has happened in the past 2 weeks with you and Darius.
A lot. He has a lot of anger issues. He broke his hand by punching a stop sign. He ended up kicking me and the baby out and threw all my clothes outside and That day, him and his granddad got into it because his granddad likes me and he tried stopping Darius from locking the door on me and the baby.
Oh my gosh. So what do you normally argue about?
I don't try to argue with him. I try to keep it away from it because I don't like arguing around the baby. That's toxic.
Good for you.
He just tries. I will say something to him and he'll put it into him as an argument or he'll get an attitude with me and I'll get one back and then it just creates an argument.
[Speaker] So this is your first serious relationship, right? Got it. Makes sense. Are you concerned about Darius' anger issues? Because you brought it a couple times.
[Speaker] I think he needs help. [Speaker] Yeah. [Speaker] A lot of help. [Speaker] Yeah. [Speaker] He says he don't. The time the cops got called with him kicking me out, the cops told him, I tried taking him to go get help and he denied it. He's denied it several times, but he's told me after the show he's gonna go and get help, but we'll see.
You're here for a DNA test to prove that Darius is the father of your child. Okay, well listen everyone, I wanna talk to Darius, so everyone please welcome Darius to the show. How you doing, Darius? Pretty good. How you doing? Nice to meet you. Nice to meet you. Okay, so you called the show back in January. Yes, sir. For the DNA test. Why? Because she used to joke around and say I wasn't the father. Whenever, first month after he got here, she would tell me that, we would get into arguments and everything, you understand? Like, relationships always have, you know, ups and downs.
But when we have our downs, she would go, oh, I'm gonna take my child somewhere else and say, oh, you're not the father of Grayson.
Did you do that a few times?
I have said my child, but I just think it's a mother instinct saying it's my child.
Yeah, you're not being petty with it. Is there a little bit? Because, and lemme tell you something, you both get grace. You're 18 and 19. So if you were immature, no one is gonna judge you. It's not like you're 40 or 50 saying these things. You're basically kids who are now on this journey to raise your own child or potentially your child. And so it's one of those things where it's, If you were doing that, I do understand there's a mother instinct, but if you would, I wouldn't blame you. I wouldn't because your feelings are hurt. You're trying to figure out how to navigate this. So if you said something like that, I wanna let you know that I personally would not judge you for that choice. So why did you kick Kaylee and the baby out of your house? [Speaker] I would never kick her and the baby outta the house. The only reason I put her outside the house is because how you kept joking around saying, "Oh, Grayson's really not yours.
You're raising somebody else's kid." Okay.
And why did that doubt hit you so much? Because that's not a joke. You don't joke about saying you're raising somebody else's child. Regardless of how much you were joking, that's a human being that needs priorities before anything else. Okay. And my producers have told me you didn't want kids. I did not. I really didn't want kids.
I never wanted to be married, no nothing.
But as soon as I saw her, she's the most gorgeous woman I've ever met.
I said, "You know what?
I'll give it a shot. Why not?" Yeah, yeah, yeah. So since you all got together and you had your 6-month break, did you date or sleep with anyone?
Yes.
I wanted to, but before her, prior, yes, I used to be a bad hoe. I did, I used to.
Okay. You know, I have about a high count of a body count. I would say about 30 plus.
And the town used to say I was a bad hoe. Let me tell you something, this right here meant yes. Okay. So you can admit it.
At this point, yes.
You had some, okay. You're broken up, so she can't hold you accountable for that. So she told me a little bit about earlier about some anger issues that you punched a stop sign. What was going on? Because me and her got into it. Did you have anger issues before the baby? Yes. Okay, when did your anger issues start? After my dad has tried to hurt me. Got it. And do you close with your mom? Yeah. Okay, so what do you want the DNA truth to be today? I want him to be my son, I really do. You do? What would it mean for you to be a father right now? It would mean the world to me 'cause my father wasn't there for me, her father wasn't there for her. Me and me, my family has never had our dads. I just wanna break the cycle and be there supportive no matter what. Okay, I got that. All right, we just got a ping and it's from Darius's mom. She sent us a message that she wanted me to read. I believe this is my grandbaby. I need my son Darius to get help with his anger issues that are getting worse. The baby needs stable parents, not a toxic environment. Has she told you that before? Yeah.
Okay.
That makes sense. All right. Well, listen, I don't think there's any better time than for us to figure out if this is actually your child. So we have the DNA outcome and it's time. Just one thing. Just one thing. Yeah, go ahead. Yeah, go for it. What are you about to say? Okay, if he is not mine, I will be there for the kid no matter what. But if he is mine, I'm gonna tell you this and I'm gonna be honest with you. I love that you said that, but it's not realistic. You're 19 years old and if these results come out that this is not your child, I know that you will be there as much as you can right now, but you will be out of this child's life. So, and it's okay. It's okay for you to let her know honestly that if this is not my child, I'll move on. It's okay. And the reason I'm telling you that is because at such a young age, it's better that we model honest communication when we're talking to people that we have these situations with versus giving this sort of optimistic idea of like, well, I promise you I'm gonna show up and be Superman. It ain't true. No, I get it. I get it. I'm not saying, but the truth of the matter is that this is not your child in here. By 20, you and I are gonna talk to each other, and that's just the real of it, because this won't be your responsibility anymore. And so let's just keep it real. Let's hope from what you said that this is your child.
If he is mine, I'll straighten out my priorities. I'll go anywhere that needs to get help for me.
I'll do it right now for this second if he is mine. Okay, great. So listen, in this envelope, we have the DNA outcome. This is yours to open. Are you ready?
Darius Grayson is your son.
Yeah, that's a lot. What are you going through right now? What are you feeling? I don't know, I feel, I mean. Yeah, let it out, it's okay. I mean, I've been there for him, but I've been very distant and now I'm just gonna, if I need to go anywhere, I'll go right now. Just get my priorities right so I can get his priorities right. Priorities, right? I hear that. All right, like I said, y'all, I'm just in love with your young spirits and this is a lot for both of you. You're babies, you're young, and you're now thrusted into a lot of adult situations that are about to happen from here on out. Right. So I wanna support you in getting some therapy, okay? So that way you don't have to worry about it. Is that okay? And then I know you, I know you two are young. Now you know you're a father, y'all can't quit jobs no more, okay? You gotta stay in it even when it's hard. But I know that things are expensive and things are gonna rapidly get expensive. And as much as the family's gonna support you, they're also gonna start saying to y'all after a while, let's be realistic, y'all gotta step up for yourselves. So I wanna make sure that I'm there to support you when they start to say we can't. So I will help you with some diapers, I'll help you with money for things like that so that way you have more support, okay? Thank you. Y'all good? I'm here for y'all. What are you going through? What are you thinking about over there? I'm just really shocked that I ever actually have a kid. Yeah, I know. Let me tell you something. One popped up on my doorstep. That's how I found out I was a father. And I was sitting just like you. I was like, what am I supposed to do now? Trust me. And I had those same anger issues. Let me tell you something, I don't get to talk about it enough. My best friend who's always here, best friend Trey, he'll tell you when I found out that I was a father, I was in a place in my life where, I mean, I was a wreck. I was angry all the time because I had issues with my own father. We did not get along, we weren't speaking, he tried to fight me. It was one of the worst relationships I had in my life. And I took that on everybody that was around me. And then I had this son that popped up and I did the same thing. You're like, what the hell am I supposed to do now? And that's why it's important for me give you the support because somebody else did that for me and I gotta pass it on to you, okay?
Thank you.
You got it? Come on, you got it, come on. Got it, I don't got it. You're gonna be all right, you're gonna be all right, trust me, you're gonna be all right, okay? Listen, I wish y'all the best of luck, all right? Well, you look beautiful. Thank you. So I can see you're pregnant. So, but this is not Drayani's child, correct?
No, this is not Drayani's child.
Okay, yes, yes.
Let's clear the air on that.
Yes, so y'all broke up. Yes. So we're here today about paternity of a child when y'all were together. Yes. Correct? Okay then, perfect. So how did you and Drayani get together?
Well, I was his manager at Taco Bell. Okay. And we was messing with each other. I live right next to Taco Bell and he was at my house every single day and—
Oh, that had to be convenient as hell.
Okay. Yes. And so it was this one day where this girl caught up to our job and she was like, are you the B-word who been messing with Drayani? And I'm like, yeah.
Uh-huh, yeah, you like, yes I am.
'Cause I am. And she was like, B, I'm about to come up there and beat your ass. And so I told her, okay. Okay. And she came up there probably like 20 minutes later translator with some gladiator girl, you know, way bigger than me. That's what I'm saying, she was really tall. Yeah. And so they was like, come outside. And I was like, all right. And so I came outside and before I could even really get halfway out the door, Drayani was like, he ran out there with a kitchen knife and he like, y'all not about to touch her. Aw. Yeah.
It's toxic, but it's also aw.
Yes.
But he was defending you, he was trying to like make sure.
Yeah, he was defending me, you know, so I end up going back in or whatever. You know, maybe some weeks had passed or whatever. Let's fast forward to my birthday. So the night before my birthday, you know, we was together laying in the bed, we went to sleep together that night. I wake up the next morning to a girl calling me saying, "You need to tell him to stay from over here." And so I'm not about to argue with no female, so I just hang up the phone on her, and I think I smacked him and woke him up.
Yeah, yeah.
And I'm like, you left my house last night to go over to some girl house?
On your birthday?
The night before my birthday. And he ended up telling me the truth, saying that he did. And so I put him out, and we didn't talk after that. It was done.
Got it. Oh my gosh. What happened? Yeah, girl, I'm ready for the story.
So months had passed. Okay. I have not talked to this man.
So you didn't talk to him after that night? No. Okay, good.
We didn't talk to each other. And so months had passed and I was getting a little big 'cause after I had my first son, I was like real small. And so I had started getting a little big and I wasn't really thinking anything of it because I always had weight on me before. Before I had my son. And so my mom told me, she was like, I think you need to go to the hospital. She like, you're getting too big. People was seeing me and saying, are you pregnant? But I'm like, no, I can't be pregnant because I haven't had sex in months.
Yes, yes, yes.
So I end up going to the hospital and I will never forget the day because it was just, the doctor was fine, first of all. He was real fine. But he came back in that room and he said, "Ma'am," 'cause I was thinking it was probably a tumor or something.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Like pregnancy, that just wasn't on my mind.
That's the last thing on your mind.
Only because I hadn't had sex in months since Tre'anni. Yes, got it. So that was the last thing on my mind and that doctor came in that room and he was like, "Ma'am, you're 6 months pregnant." And so, you know, I really didn't know how to feel about that.
Of course. Oh, poor baby. Here you go. What was Drayonni's reaction when you told him?
Um, he said that I was trying to be funny basically because he had found out that, you know, the girl who he, on my birthday that he went over his house, he ended up getting with her, like getting a relationship. And he said that I was trying to be funny Because that same day that I told him I was pregnant, she found out that she was pregnant.
Oh. Wow. We were never boyfriend and girlfriend. We never lived together. Like what?
I might have had like a couple pair of pants.
I might have had like a couple pair of pants, like a work outfit maybe at her house. But she does make a valid point. If you're not in a relationship from your end, from your point of view, why not just let her know, like, I'm messing around, I'm dating with other people?
He tried his hardest.
Because if you're hiding, it's not like—
I'm just asking. You tried your hardest to keep that away from me, let's be clear.
Uh, well, to be honest, Karamo, I mean, I mean, what am I supposed to do, like, just put out my cards on the table? I mean, I was— I was dating— my— yes, yeah, I was dealing— I was dealing— I was dealing with other girls. I was single at the time. I was young. I never— I questioned her, you know, side of that, you know. I didn't know if she was dealing with anybody else or not. I never questioned that. So is that the reason you didn't ask her if she was doing anything, 'cause you didn't want her to ask you if you were doing anything? Uh, more so, more so, to be honest, I didn't care.
Or what— hold on, let's be clear. What about the time that you left my house, said you was going over your friend house, and you came back with different shoes on? And I said, where did you get those shoes from? And whole time you were going back and forth from her house to my house getting dressed and stuff like that.
Is that true? Yes, that's true.
So why did you feel like you had to explain to me why you had them different shoes on exactly? 'Cause you were trying to hide stuff and keep it away from me.
Men don't know why we do these things. Well, you do know why. It's because you were scared to be honest and transparent. That's what it was. A little bit, maybe. Yeah, that's what it was. A little bit, 'cause that's what you did. You lied because you were scared to be honest with her. Because if we're being transparent now, in your heart you knew if you told her, she would've made the choice to not be with you. And you wanted to be with her and also enjoy these other women. I doubt it. I doubt it. I will tell you this, I'm gonna give you a little advice before we get to this DNA outcome, is that as a man, you have to understand that your actions are a direct reflection of the responses these women give to you. The more that you lead women on, the more that you lie to them, the more that you do these things that are gonna cause them to feel hurt, You can't then be upset when now they make a decision that could be more erratic because you've now played with their emotions.
I'm not—
And that's just the truth. That's just the truth. That's the truth. I'm not opposed to that all the time. Because I'm not questioning you being concerned after 6 months because I get it. 6 months, we haven't talked a single day and then you pop up and say, I'm pregnant. I can understand that.
And I said the same thing. I understand that.
I take 100%. I'm not one of those guys that like to throw off the accountability.
You know, when I'm right, I'm right.
When I'm wrong, I'll take my wrongs too. I 100% believe in taking my accountability. I have not, and I'm a young man, I'm only 28 years old. I'm not the final man that I'm gonna be, you know, in 30 more years. So I'm growing, I'm still learning. I'm constantly trying to get better. If you really are about growth as a young man, to be the man you wanna be one day for your children to look up to, you have to start to recognize that and make better decisions with the women you're dealing with.
Let's be clear, Karamo. This is his first child. Brayden is his firstborn child, 'cause he tells everybody that he only got a daughter, so no, this is his firstborn child.
Well, he just said in that text message, "Baby mama number one," so clearly he sometimes is claiming it. Well, it's time to get the DNA outcome. Are you ready for this? I'm ready. This has been the DNA mystery that has been causing you to deny or sometimes accept your child and say that one moment he is yours, next minute he's not, one minute she's your baby mama, one minute she's not. He's not. Brandy has no doubts about this. So this is your truth to open because you're the one who has doubts. So here you go.
Y'all ready?
The question is, are you ready? I'm ready. Please read it out loud for me. Brayden is not my biological son. Oh my God. Oh my God.
That cannot be right.
It says that right there. So, Brandy, Drayani is not the father of your child.
There's no other possibility.
Well, clearly there is.
Brandy. That can't be right.
Come on, Karamo. Yeah, okay. You know what I mean? And this stuff has kept me up at night. Karamo, I'm being honest. It's kept me up at night. My feelings have hurt as a man. I've pain in my body. I got to tell you, I'm absolutely shocked right now because, because, because I'm 100% absolutely an incredible father. And like I said, regardless of how I deal with women, sometimes I try to be a decent man and I want to be a better man.
There's no other possibility.
I don't understand what's going on. Well, is there anyone that you could have slept with when y'all were together in that situation before y'all broke up?
I was only with with him.
Karamo, once again, once again, it brings me, it's full circle.
This is a full circle moment for me right now. You can't be real.
Brandi, here you go. Here you go. It's yours. Can we have this? Yes, it's yours.
Can I have that? Listen, it's a full circle moment, Karamo.
Like I said, you know. Brandi, what are you feeling right now in this moment? What are you thinking?
I don't have no other possibility.
Well, there has to be another possibility. This is, we don't get these, we seal these results. This is exactly what the truth is.
They look just alike.
Well, the looks can be deceiving. To be honest, I think we never looked alike, Karamo. And I mean, he looks like his mom, but I think we've never looked alike. Well, clearly we now know this is not your biological child.
This is crazy.
Take some time to think about it. If you like my support, I'm here to support you.
This is shocking.
I'm here to be with you and support you. I know. I'm so happy to be able to clear my conscience, clear my heart.
I would've never went this long, let's be clear, 6 years, Dreonni.
Listen, this situation lasted this long—
If I thought that somebody else was the daddy, period.
This situation lasted this long because I am a decent person. I never knew if he was my son from the beginning, from the jump, and I still was there at certain occasions. When did you leave?
I was there for the first few years of his life consistently.
Close, financially.
I appreciate that you gave us support.
I did, I did. Well, at this point, again, thank you. You have your answers. If you need any support with this childhood best friend of confirming paternity, I'm here to support you in any way. You have a child on the way. I want you to focus on being healthy so that this child is healthy and happy. And I appreciate you. Can you give me a hug? I do appreciate you. All right, after finding out Drayani was not the father of her son, Brandy remembered a childhood friend who might be a possibility. That man agreed to be tested and we're hoping to solve this DNA mystery today. So everyone, please welcome Brandy back to the show. Hey Brandy, how you doing?
I'm doing good, how you doing?
I'm good, I'm good. So you were convinced that Drayani was the father. How have you been since learning that he wasn't?
I mean, it was shocking news, but you know, I'm fine.
Yeah, okay.
Life goes on.
Have you spoken to Drayani since you were both here?
Yes, so since the show, oh my goodness, he wouldn't stop texting, calling me. Yeah, he's pretty much upset that Brayden wasn't his, but my whole thing is, how are you upset that Brayden isn't yours and you wasn't taking care of him?
Oh, okay, speak your truth. All right, so tell me about this childhood friend who we had tested.
Yeah, so I met him when I was a teenager. We never had sex or anything like that. And back in 2017, that's when we actually started to hook up. And things were good for a while, but I mean, The sex wasn't really that good.
So it was trash, so you just stopped it?
Yeah, so I kind of got tired of that, and plus I had started working at Taco Bell, so I was like, okay, you know, I already met this dude, so I could just start messing with him, which was Jeronnie.
Got it, got it. So you didn't think he could ever be a possibility?
I did not think he could be a possibility, Karamo, because, I mean, Jeronnie was the last dude who I had sex with.
Well, listen, before we get to the results, I want you to know we did ask this man to appear today and he declined, but he did agree to take the DNA test so we can get the DNA truth here. Brandy, are you ready for the DNA outcome?
Yes, I'm ready.
Okay. How are you feeling this moment? Are you 100% sure that he could be the man, the father?
Yes, I'm 100% sure. Okay.
All right, well listen, usually I give this envelope over to you because this is your truth to open, but since we're virtual, I'll be open in it. So, when it comes to your childhood friend, he is Brayden's biological father.
Yes, period, period. 'Cause I know who I'm sleeping with.
I know who I'm sleeping with. So the beauty of this is, this is great because your child, like I said before, this is all about to make sure that child has the information they need to have the support and love they desire. You also now have the truth. How does it feel to know that this childhood friend is the father and now you can, you know, move forward with what you need to move forward with?
You know what, Karamo, it feels good, but at the same time, you know, we all make mistakes in life. I just feel like I've been harassed for the last couple of days. Oh, you need to find your son's father, you know, his other baby mom. Oh, this is not his son, you know, stuff like that. And it's just like, I know who I was sleeping with. And like I said, I was sleeping with before I even met Drani. It was not at the same time.
Got it, got it, got it, got it.
I mean, 'cause the truth is in me and the truth ain't in them. Let's be clear.
Well, speak it, speak it, girl. Speak it, speak it. I mean, well, you got—
That's because they had me messed up.
Yeah, well, you got your truth now. Yes, you had two men that almost overlapped. And yes, their feelings are hurt. So of course they're going to try to call you every name in the book. But at the end of the day, the person that would've been affected here the most is your child. And so I'm glad your child now is their father. Yes. And then also the fact that now you've been vindicated and you have the right to do and sleep with whoever you want. So I'm just glad that you got your answers and your truth. That's the end of the day.
Thank you. Thank you. And those are the passionate things, you know.
It's just my personality. I'm not one of the people that like to slut shame people, tell somebody you this and that. You know, it's like, girl, you got to do what you have to do. I'm just glad that the answers are here and now everybody can live in truthfulness and that everyone can make decisions as adults to respect each other, but also to protect that little baby. And that's all I'm worried about.
Yes. Yes.
Amen. Well, listen, girl.
Thank you so much. Thank you so much. Mm-hmm.
