Break your patterns. #karamoshow #shorts

Karamo tells a parent that denying a harmful pattern won't break it. You have to admit "I am like this" and get help, or your kids will copy what they see. Accountability is the only way forward.
"I'm not like this." And she already know that. "We might be not about to be together." That's the thing.
Can I give you a piece of advice? Can I give you a piece of advice? Because there's children involved in this.
And that's all I want.
And I know you wanna be a better parent, but part of the thing for you to be a better parent is you're gonna have to stop this narrative that I'm not like this. And I'm just an outside perspective.
But don't I accept the blame when I'm wrong?
I admit I'm wrong. My guess, for 3 weeks ago, for there to be still a physical altercation, you are like this. The more you keep saying, "I'm not like this," and then going back to the same behavior, all you're doing is keeping yourself in a pattern where this always would be unhealthy. And what will happen is your children will pick up that behavior and they'll do something and then they'll be like, "But I'm not like that." And you'll see that behavior later on. So what you have to do first as a man is say, "I am like this. I am like this and I need to get better help before I can ever be the man you need me to or I can ever be the father these kids need me to." And until you make that step, this will never be right. You're right.
You're right.
