Chapters
I don't know who the father of Summer's baby is. All I know is it's a good chance it's not me. When me and Summer were having sex, she was having sex with a ton of other guys. I even tag-teamed her with one of those guys. So how can I trust I'm the father without any proof? When I met Summer, I was a bartender, and she would come in and tell everyone I was her boyfriend. And I didn't even know this woman. She was just a random customer. When I told her to stop, she told my boss we slept together in the bathroom and I got fired. And that's a red flag. I know Summer wants a relationship with me, but I don't want any of that. I don't want a girlfriend that sleeps around and doesn't know who her baby's father is. I'm just here to find out the DNA results.
We'll talk to Kurt a little later, but first, please welcome Summer to the show to hear her side of the story.
Oh, I just got a lot of information.
Hi Summer, how you doing?
Hi.
You got a lot of information right there?
Oh yeah.
Like what?
A lot. I didn't know he felt like that.
Mm-hmm.
Got it.
Yeah, I didn't know, I didn't realize he felt that way.
Yeah, so let me ask you this. How many men were you with before you got pregnant with Willow?
I was single, several. I mean, I was, you know, just doing me, sleeping around, several.
Okay, and who are these men?
Well, we got Georgie.
Okay.
I live with George. We got George.
We got Kurt.
Yep.
And then, okay, okay.
That was that week.
Okay, got it.
I didn't even know when I got pregnant, so, right.
She said that was that week. Don't judge.
Right.
Don't judge. Let her do her thing. She grown. So what's your relationship like with Kurt?
We're buddies.
Uh-huh. Okay. Were you telling people that he was your boyfriend?
So I got off of work, they were like, let's go to the club. "Let's go to the bar. You wanna go to the bar? Okay." I walk in there and he's bartending. I'm like, "That's my boyfriend." You know, he was just, something about him.
You were claiming it.
I was being dramatic as usual.
Okay, okay, got it, got it. Did you get him fired by telling people you had sex with him?
I did, but he lied. Well, not that he lied, but can I be honest?
Yeah, be honest.
We were talking, we were at the bar. He gave me a couple free drinks and he was like, "You wanna do anything?" I'm like, "Okay." So we went to the bathroom and Did a little thingy. And then I couldn't drive home. He ordered me an Uber. And then the Uber guy was the DJ at— so while he was driving me home, then I— I was like, so we were in the— right. So I said some things I shouldn't have said. That's why he got fired.
Got it. OK. OK. And how did you find out you were pregnant?
I was on the phone with my sister. And I was like, "God, I don't know, something's going on." I was, you know, whatever, whatever. She's like, "Girl, you pregnant." And I'm like, "What?" Yeah.
And that's how you found out?
Mm-hmm.
Okay then. And did you tell the potential fathers about the pregnancy? All four?
Yeah, yeah, 'cause I wanted to get an abortion.
Okay.
I went to the clinic.
And then you decided not to?
I have three other children. I was like, something in my heart was like, "What the hell?" George brought me. I got back in the truck, gave him his $650 back.
Okay, got it. So George, one of the potential guys, actually brought you to do that?
George, I live with George, my sugar daddy. He's 71.
Oh.
He bought my shit.
Oh, okay.
For free.
Did any of these potential fathers help you during the pregnancy?
Kurt.
Kurt did.
What do you mean help?
Like, did they support you financially or emotionally?
I didn't need financial help.
Okay, good.
Emotionally, absolutely.
And who did it?
Kurt.
Kurt did. Okay, good. What about George?
Yes, yes.
He supported as well?
Oh, George, well, yes.
Okay then, great. And have you tried to get DNA tests with any of these other men?
Well, we tried, didn't we?
So my producers reached out to all of the men. And so why do you want Kurt to be the father?
Because he'll be her dad. He's a good man.
He's a good man.
I'm close with his family.
Okay.
George got them a house right next door to us.
George bought them a house?
Well, they're renting.
Got it.
But we know.
Okay.
Mm-hmm.
George got a coin.
Oh, I got a coin. What do you mean?
You got a coin.
I ain't rich, but I got a coin.
Okay, all right, listen. Okay, so let me get this. Are George and Kurt, Close?
Mm-hmm.
They are close?
We have threesomes together.
You, George, and Kurt?
Yep. I ain't making this up, OK?
This is a lot.
I know. Welcome to my life.
That's a lot, girl.
Welcome to my life.
I'm trying not to judge, girl, because you grown. Do what you do. But girl, that's a lot.
Judge what? I mean, you right. You right.
And that's the reason I'm not judging, girl. But that's a lot, girl.
We all got a life.
We all want that life.
I'm fine. I haven't been in a relationship in years.
Yeah, that's what I'm saying.
Kurt said, he lied again. Kurt said she wants to be in a relationship with me.
No, you don't.
No, I don't.
You're very happy.
If I wanted to be in a relationship with you, you'd be my man.
I love your independent work.
Period.
Okay, she said.
Okay.
I love your independent spirit, baby. You said I do what I do, I do what I want to. Okay.
Right.
But you want him to be Willow's father though. Though you don't want to be in a relationship. You want him to be well as well.
He's just a good man. He's good with kids. I got a family out of this.
She would have a nice unit.
She would just have a family. I had a good dad. I want her to have a good dad.
Does Kurt have other kids?
Yes.
Okay, and he's a good father to them?
He would be if he didn't have stupid baby mamas.
Got it, got it. Okay, okay. Okay, and how many other kids does he have?
Two daughters, I think.
Two daughters, okay then. Well, I think it's time to hear Kurt's side of the story. So everyone please welcome Kurt to the show.
Hey Kurt. Hello.
How you doing?
I'm good, how are you?
Nice to meet you. Nice to meet you, really. Yeah, thanks for being here.
Hello.
You look nice.
You look nice too.
Yeah, so I gotta ask you, do you wanna be the father of this child?
I wouldn't mind, it would be nice.
Yeah, okay. Are you involved in Willow's life currently?
Yeah.
Oh, that's an adorable photo. How long have you known Summer?
I don't know, maybe what, 3 years now?
3 years now, okay then. And why do you think she got you fired?
Uh, well because, well we had only just met, you know, and she came in and I didn't mind that she was, you know, telling people that, you know, she was—
That you were gonna be her boyfriend.
I just met you, I was just—
But what did bother me a little bit Is that she'd be like hitting on other dudes and then still saying that she didn't want a relationship. No, I just didn't. Yeah, I felt like it made me look kind of stupid if she's hitting on other dudes.
Did it bother you that she was sleeping with other men?
No.
Okay, got it.
Did you sleep with them with me?
Yeah, I mean, I sleep. I mean, I'm not—
You sleep around? Yeah, you get your piece, okay. Have you met any other potential fathers?
Yeah.
Okay, so y'all know everybody? Yeah. So everybody just know everybody.
They're all cool. Everybody knows everybody.
Okay, everybody know everybody. Okay then. How did you react when Summer told you that she was pregnant?
No, I thought it was cool. I was excited. Okay, so it wasn't something that you were like upset about? I mean, I don't— was I upset about it? I don't think I was upset about it.
You've never been upset with me. I think I'm upset with you all the time.
And how many other children do you have?
I have, I mean, for sure, 2.
Well.
Okay.
But potentially you have more?
Potentially, yeah, there's definitely maybe 2 others. I think, yeah.
Okay, my producer I think told me earlier there's potentially 6 total.
I mean, there could be, yeah.
Got it, okay then.
Yeah, and then, yeah, there's— And then one's pregnant now.
And one's pregnant now?
Yeah, yeah, yeah, there's another one that's pregnant.
Are you helping with Willow now?
Yes. Yes, yeah, yeah.
Will you be more involved if it turns out that you are the father?
He'll still be the same.
I mean, yeah, I mean, it wouldn't really change much. I would probably, Probably do, like, try to be more involved. Not that I, you know, could be much more involved.
But you're, just what you're doing today, you keep continuing.
So it's kind of like—
If he finds out it's his, he'll do more.
I think it would just be more emotional connection.
Correct.
Got it.
Correct.
Because right now, since you don't know, you're not going to—
I think it'll all be the same. I'll just feel a little different.
Correct. Our life will change once we know for sure.
Right. Yeah.
OK.
I hear that. Well, look, it looks like we're getting a ping and my producer are telling me that it's from 71-year-old George.
Hi, George.
Hi, George. Sugar daddy. Let's hear what George has to say.
I've been with Summer over 10 years, but I'm a lot older than Summer. I'm 71, she's 39. If I got 10 more years, I'll be lucky. So I said to her, why don't you find a guy that is in his 40s, that has a decent job, makes good money, and start a relationship with him. You know, I don't want her to be a whore, but, you know, she finds a guy that she thinks she's going to be compatible with. Yeah, she really wasn't expecting this baby. Um, you know, it's like, Summer, you know, I mentioned to you about getting on birth control, you know, but, uh, it went in one ear and out the other, I guess. I know I'm not the father because I've had a vasectomy. If it's not Kurt, it could be two other guys. I don't know, you know, that's what a DNA test will do, right? I don't know who it is. It looks like Kurt, but I'm not positive.
George sounds very vibrant for 71. Yeah, he's cool. Yeah, he sounds cool. He don't sound like, I don't know what I thought when I heard 71, but he was like, hey, what's up? Yeah, she need to do what she gotta do. Okay, well listen, I think it's time to find out the truth. Summer, are you ready?
Oh yeah.
No, Summer, you coming with me, girl.
You coming with me.
You are coming with me. You coming with me.
But if it's not, you'll help me?
I'll help you. With you being so transparent and with you being so honest and with you being so upfront, no one here is like, "She's lying, she's doing this." You are living your life with your own truth to the beat of your own drum.
I don't care how anybody feels about what I'm doing.
And I think that's a quality that I think more people can take in. And so I think what is beautiful about this is that you're gonna get your truth so that your daughter knows the answers and any support you need outside of these answers, we're here for you. So this is your truth to open. All right, here you go.
Okay, so I'm gonna open it?
Yeah.
We did this together, right?
Mm-hmm.
Well, we went. Yeah. I already knew it.
Is that a yes? No?
No.
He's not?
That's okay.
Aw.
I wanna see what it looks like.
I kinda wanted her to be—
What does it say exactly? It's all right.
I'm sorry, he said.
Aw. Come take a seat.
So—
Don't be sad, it's okay.
I know that you were really hoping that Kurt was the child's father. Here you go, beautiful. Here you go, love.
He's crying too? Yeah.
Well, I'm sad for you. I'm sad for you.
Here you go.
So we're just gonna, um, What do you want to say to your mom? Support each other and I need answers for her. Yeah.
Any support that you need.
He had a wonderful father, I had a wonderful father. I need her to just have her truth, so.
Are the other men willing to get tested?
Well, was willing.
A baby.
She looks so much like you, y'all look like twins.
It's like a mini me.
He would probably be able to do some things, but he's got a lot What's going on? He just had a baby 6 months ago.
So can we test your shit?
Well, yeah.
Well, this is all I'll say, any support, because again, I appreciate your honesty, I appreciate your transparency, and I'm sorry that it's not you.
I was really hoping.
I can tell that y'all have a good connection. And I can tell that that would've been beautiful.
He's not gonna even work.
It wouldn't change anything anyway.
Yeah.
I know that's what you wanted, but.
Yeah, well listen, thank you for sharing your story. Thank you for being honest and transparent with us. Thank you, great to meet you. Just know any hope support you need, we got you, okay?
