So Rashawn, why you think your wife is riding with someone else?
There's things like she'll be at work, which is not a big deal. She'll take coworkers home. Also not a big deal. When she usually takes coworkers home, we talk about it. "Hey babe, I'm gonna be a little late. I had to drop a coworker off." All right, cool. This one time there was no call, there was no nothing. So I got in the car and it smelt like a man. So I said to her, I was just playing, but I said to her, "So what [MASKED] was in the car? Like what you got going on?" You feel me? So she was like, "Oh no, it was just my coworker." I said, "No, what the fuck did you have in the car?" You know what I'm saying? "Oh, well, he just lives down the street." So why didn't you tell me that? That doesn't make sense to me. And I'm the type of person where I thought we had the communication to where as though if something was wrong, we could say something to one another. But if you don't give me an answer, I'm gonna come up with one.
[Speaker] Exactly, as you should. Which is sad because if you have an honest communication, why do you think all of a sudden it changed?
There was this guy in the beginning, she said that she wanted to have like a best friend type of thing and me being gullible, 'cause that's what I was, I said, "Okay, cool, you could do that." I start seeing her smirking at her phone too much and do not disturb this and not answering my calls then. So I went through her phone one night, something was like, "Go through her phone." So I said, "Something, I got you, I'm gonna go through that phone." And they telling each other like, "I love you." And she's like kind of kicking my back end to him. I don't respect that.
[Speaker:KARAMO] I'm sorry, how long into the relationship relationship where you two did this happen?
That was after my, our first kid, our first son.
After your first kid. Mm-hmm. So how long were you together at that point?
I say a year, my son was like 1.
So a year together and you have a child and then you find out that she's emotionally cheating with someone.
Yes.
Okay. Did you ever get an explanation?
He's somebody that always wanted to be in her corner.
Uh-huh.
And I be trying to explain to her that just don't be gullible. Yeah, he's gonna be cool, he's gonna be a friend. Until you give him that one sign and he's gonna shoot his shot. How do I know? I played the role before.
Yeah, yeah, yeah. All right, so how long have you been married now?
About 5 years.
5 years married. And you're here to unlock your wife's phone.
Yes, I wanna know everything.
Okay, got it.
I don't know if she wants to continue this relationship, if she wants to be with me, if she doesn't wanna be with me or what's going on. I do know that we've been married for 5 years and she still hasn't changed her last name.
Oh. Have you asked her to change her last name? Yes.
And it's more so, "Oh, I'm gonna do it, I'm gonna do it." But I feel like when I married you, I got on my knee and I was in with both feet. That's just me.
Yeah.
That's like a crutch for you. Like, "Oh, if this don't work, you still got your last name." I don't have that. I'm all in. So I don't get why we're not changing the last name.
Got it. Okay. Key says you are jealous of her. Is that true?
I've never been jealous of a woman in my life.
Okay, well it's time to hear Key's side of the story. So everyone please welcome Key to the show.
Hi Karamo.
Hi Key.
I love you.
You know you dead ass wrong. Dead ass wrong.
Dead ass wrong for what?
Because we don't communicate.
Rarely. Do you not tell me that we don't have communication issues? I'm confused.
And who, but communication on your side. I know how to talk to you. I know how to communicate with you.
I can't tell.
You don't know how to comprehend with me. You get upset with me. You wanna argue with me, we get to yelling, it don't get nowhere. We've never even had, every time we try to have this conversation, where does it go? It stop at what you think you saw and what you think you know.
What I know I saw? What are we talking about?
So you didn't know who the fuck was?
Did I know who he was? Yes, I knew who he was. Did I know that you was loving this shit and texting him, oh, what was you saying? Teddy bear this and teddy bear that. What are we talking about?
Somebody that I have been friends with since high school. You think that makes it okay?
It doesn't.
Why would I not love my friend? That's my friend.
It doesn't. You're married. Do you want a husband or a friend? I'm confused. I can have both. Yeah, that's your problem. You can't have both. That's why we're here. You can't have both. We're not doing that.
So let me ask you this, Keith. Who's the guy that you were driving around in your car?
A coworker that he knows about. I come home and talk about them all the time.
I knew about him?
I was in training with two people and it was just me and the other two.
Wait, so I knew about him?
Yes, you knew about him.
Okay, so when I called you on the phone, was like, yo, what the fuck is in my car?
And what I said—
No, be quiet. You said, no, it wasn't nobody in the car. I said, what the fuck was in the car? You said, "Oh, just my coworker. I had to drop him off. He lives right there." Why you ain't tell me that?
That's not how that went though.
Okay.
Tell me how it went from your point of view.
How it went from my point of view was I'm in the house minding my business, getting ready to feed my son. He calls me, he's like, "What did you have in the car?" Mind you, I was just playing.
I was just playing.
But it did catch me off guard. But what's so crazy is he caught me off guard, but I'm like, originally my first offhand was, I didn't have nobody in the car because in my head like—
You gonna lie?
No, I was not gonna lie. Okay, I was gonna lie, but not intentionally. Not intentionally because off rip I didn't think anything about it. This guy doesn't mean anything to me.
Okay, so Rashawn told producers that the car smelled like sex. Did he really think that?
That's an exaggeration.
Okay.
We have a black ice air freshener in the car. My best friend got in the car and said it smells like a man. And he just went ballistic. And granted, it just so happened I did take my coworker home that day, but like—
You don't see how those series of events seem weird?
No.
I don't get how you don't. If you— No, no, you listen for a second. If you tell me that you're gonna be taking your coworkers home, or you normally tell me that you're taking your coworkers home, you didn't tell me this time. That's one, right? You understand that?
Okay.
This coworker is also a male. Not that I have a problem, 'cause I don't care, However, you didn't tell me. So when you don't tell me, I have every right to come up with it by myself.
I'm not saying that you're wrong in that, but it's not— the thing is, when I take my coworkers home, there is one coworker that I take home, and you know about her. I'm in my car, I'm walking, we're driving. He's like, can you please take me home? I'm not gonna take— like, I'm on my way. I'm trying to get to my baby. You're yelling at me. Every time you call my phone, you're yelling at me. Oh, your son's in here crying in my face. What do you think I'm thinking about? I'm thinking about getting home to be a mom. I'm not thinking about nothing else that went on that day. That has nothing to do with me no more.
Okay.
That's nonsense.
Let me ask you one other question 'cause I'm just going off the claims. He said that you haven't changed your last name.
No.
Why?
At first, in all honesty, I don't know what to do. I don't have any family that's married. He doesn't have any family that's married. Like, I honestly didn't know where to start. But then once we started to have all of these other issues, Then I started to think to myself like, okay, well, I don't really know if this is gonna work out and I'm just—
Okay.
Don't act like you didn't know that. We've had this conversation before.
That's deep.
Because how do we have it?
We had this conversation before and she just told me that she was gonna change her last name on Christmas. So when did we have that conversation?
We did have this conversation. I said that before. Yes, I did just say that now because every time I feel bad, I'm not gonna lie. I don't know, it must have been how I was raised, but I do have, Certain things where I feel like I may need to treat him a different type of way, or maybe I need to be a little bit more lenient with him because he hasn't had all the resources that he needed to be able to be an adult the way that he needs to be, or to be able to be a husband like he needs to be. He doesn't have any examples. I don't have any examples. We're figuring this out on our own. So I feel like I give him a lot of grace, but he don't give me grace at all. It's never no like—
You feel like she gives you grace?
Yes.
You do, okay. Do you feel like give her, do you give her the equal grace?
I don't because I don't trust her as much as I did.
He's a no-nonsense man and it's crazy because all he is is nonsense.
Okay, wow.
That's not true.
That's a word. So why do you believe that he's cheating on you?
Because regardless of what he would like to say about me, the girl that he was talking to, he actually had sexual relations with her.
So. Yes, yes I did. I did have sexual relations with the girl, but one, it was way before I ever knew her. We were not together. And then when she started talking to the character, I did reach back out to the girl, but that's all it was, was reaching back. We never chilled, we never linked up, we never did none of that.
Okay, what's on the line with these results?
Our marriage.
Yeah.
Do you want this marriage to work?
I do.
Okay, we're prepared to unlock both of your phones. Because you wanna know what's in hers and you wanna know what's in his.
Absolutely.
Well, it's time to unlock the phone. All right, Rashawn, we unlocked your phone. Why wait? Here we go. You nervous?
Not really.
Not really?
Not at all. There's absolutely nothing in my phone.
Okay. Key, you wanna know if Rashawn is still communicating with a specific female named [MASKED]. He says, He is not. My Unlock the Phone investigator searched his phone and found that Rashawn is telling the truth. Key, you wanna know if Rashawn is direct messaging the same woman named? He says he's not. My Unlock the Phone investigator searched his DMs and found that Rashawn is telling the truth. Key, you wanna know if Rashawn is communicating with any other women? He says he is not. My unlock the phone investigator searched his texts and found that Rashawn is telling the truth.
I told you, I told you. Do you believe me now?
I do, I do.
All right, Key, we unlocked your phone. Here we go.
You ain't gotta turn around that hard.
Let's get some straightening.
Rashawn, You wanna know if Key is still communicating with a specific guy named. Key says she is not. My Unlock the Phone investigator searched her phone and found that Key is telling the truth.
Thank you, thank you. Clap that, boo.
Clap that, boo.
Rashawn, you wanna know if Key is still communicating with a specific male coworker. Key says she is not. My Unlock the Phone investigator searched her calls and found that Key It's telling the truth.
Oh, thank you. Where's all the oohs and ahs?
Rashawn, you wanna know if Key is still communicating with a specific guy that she gave a ride home to. Key says she is not. My locked phone investigator searched her texts and found that Key is telling the truth. Come on.
Like, what are we doing this about? What are we doing this for?
Okay, I apologize. I apologize.
Rashawn, you wanna know if Key Is communicating with any other men. Key says she is not. My unlock the phone investigator searched her DMs and found that Key is not telling the truth.
So who are we talking to?
My investigator found a conversation between Key and another man discussing her having an open marriage. And this conversation was in 2022. 2022. A year after the two of you got married.
So that's what this is to you, is an open marriage?
Is that not what we had?
Open marriage?
We didn't have this discussion. It wasn't an open marriage, but we were separating. We were separating. We were.
Oh, wow.
I never knew that.
Okay. Well, I'll tell you this. I will tell you this. I'm actually not concerned with that.
Thank you.
It's old, but still.
It's very old. And the reason I'm not concerned with that is because I think that in the beginning of this relationship, I think both of you were so young and overwhelmed by everything that was happening happening. And I don't think you had real conversations about where you were mentally when it came to this relationship. And I think that both of you allowed insecurities to pop up and to invade this relationship where both of you started thinking, which happens to a lot of young couples, so this is not unique, where you started to say, well, did I make the right decision? Is something better out there? Should I be talking to somebody else? Maybe should I go back? You even admitted that the minute you felt betrayed, you You ran right back to a girl you used to talk to. So there was this sort of insecurities of like, is this person really riding for me? And the thing was is that I do believe she forgave you for whatever feelings, you talking to anybody, she trusted you. And for some reason you weren't able to, she was right, give her the same grace. Especially now knowing that in her phone since 2022, there has not been a conversation with a man, by a man, with anything. There's been nothing. Mostly my investigator told me all the conversations are about kids and y'all.
Oh, okay.
All right, I apologize.
I'm sorry.
You need more tissue?
No.
My advice to you is that you have to start to heal whatever feelings that you have. Is there a world where you can look at your wife and trust her.
Yeah, the results told me everything I needed to know.
Yeah.
You still don't, I mean, I don't know what else to tell you.
We had this conversation before.
I never had any definitive proof that you didn't do anything. I have definitive proof now.
'Cause you also didn't have definitive proof that I did anything either.
Yeah, you also didn't tell me, so I came up with it. I told you that already.
So part of the thing is I see also in your conversation, I wrote this down, down right now, that you all are in that young phase of tit for tat. And I'm gonna ask you, is tit for tat worth breaking this family up?
No, not to me.
No.
Look at your wife and tell her that.
It's not worth it. I wanna continue to be married to you. I would love for you to take my last name. I mean, I apologize for assuming that you were doing whatever you wanted to do. I can see now that wasn't the case. So I do truly apologize. I will from this point forward try to, not try to, I will allow you to get that trust back and give you grace as well. I genuinely apologize.
How's that make you feel?
It makes me feel good, but I'm just nervous because I really don't know how long that's gonna last.
Well, here we go, 'cause I want you to hear this. Because it's been so many years of the trust and the tit for tat and the, and the going back and forth. I understand your apprehension, but what I do wanna tell you is that as a young couple, the advice that I'd give to you is to sit at home and write down what you need a husband to look like and what you need a wife to look like. And then the second page is no more tit for tat. If he starts to defend something, if she says something that doesn't agree with you, what you're gonna say outta your mouth to him or vice versa is, Is defending this more important than our family? Okay. That is your mantra for healing. Is defending this more important than our family? Because that will shut me up real quick, 'cause I'll be like, you know what?
That's deep.
It's not necessary.
I'm sorry.
Do you love your wife?
Yes.
Can you tell her how much you love her?
Yes, every day, I always tell her I love her.
Tell her right now.
Baby, I love you more than life itself.
I love you too.
You gonna tell your husband you love him?
Yes, I love you more than anything. He knows that.
Now this is the last thing. I don't know how much it costs, but I do believe that a big piece of this is that I do think you should take your husband's last name. I think that's going to give security, okay? However much it costs to go down to the Social Security office, get your marriage certificate, I will cut the check myself personally to make sure. 'Cause I know y'all a young couple. I don't know what it's called. I ain't never been married. What it cost? I thought it was free. We gonna find out. I don't know, I don't know, I don't know. So, but I'm saying, are you willing to change your last name? Yes. Tell him.
I'm willing to change my last name.
Perfect, okay. Listen, I think y'all gonna make it. I think y'all gonna make it. I think I'm glad you got your proof now. I think you're gonna make it. I see you getting a little teary-eyed. I know you feel uncomfortable now. Hug your wife and give her a kiss. There we go. I love you. All right everyone, stay with us friends. We'll be right back with more.
