There's a lot of discussion about normalizing therapy, and it is something that I think that we definitely need to normalize. But before we can talk about normalizing therapy, we got to acknowledge the fact that most people don't have access to therapy. They don't have insurance or the money. So, as much as I want to say, everybody go get therapy today, I also want to say, I understand you might not know how to get it or you might not be able to afford it. So, there are some resources out there who can guide you or help you or give you discounted therapy. I want you to know that it's okay to get therapy. I grew up in a household where they were like, well, stays in this house, stays in this house. You can't talk about it, or you got to pray to God, and that was it. And listen, I'm all about prayer, but it's also important to have somebody who has the tools that can help you through whatever you're going through. Because Lord knows that our days are stressful enough, and sometimes we need to talk to somebody, and therapy is okay for you and for me. That's my take.
