In this brief clip from the Karamo Show, three speakers discuss a rumor that a man’s wife was involved in a "sex sandwich"—a colloquial term for a threesome. Speaker A recounts hearing the claim from a family member and confronting his wife, who appears confused. Speaker B asks whether the alleged participants are biologically related and confirms the claim of a threesome. Speaker C denies the allegation, stating it is far from true, while also noting that the accuser has previously accused the speaker of sleeping with his wife. The exchange is informal, with participants questioning the validity of the rumor and expressing skepticism.

His wife and my family member said he had a sex sandwich with her. And I come home and ask her about it and she's like, "Sex sandwich?" And I'm like, "Yeah, what is that?" Who said that? My family member, my buddy. Yeah.
Is he a biological family? Biological. And he came to you and said that him and his wife had a threesome with her?
Yeah. A sex sandwich?
Yeah. And that's not true. Whatever that is. Yeah, far from true. But he's accused you of sleeping with his wife.
He did, he did. He's done that, he's always done that.
