So Paris and Cash began dating in high school, but 14 years later they got back together. And today we're unlocking their phones. So let's meet Paris to hear what's going on. Everyone, welcome Paris to the show. How are you doing? Hi. Nice to meet you. You look gorgeous.
Thank you.
Nice to meet you. Come on, buddy.
Period.
So listen, my producers told me that you had thrown Cash out 25 times in the last 30 days. Oh yeah.
What's going on, girl? I mean, it'll be like, It'll be a situation where I'll go through his phone or somebody will call my phone or we'll figure something out and I'll be like, who is this? What's going on? And he's, oh, that doesn't mean anything though. It means something, get the hell out. Just get on today.
Oh, okay, y'all like that.
Oh yeah.
So tell me about your engagement to Cash.
He proposed and it was like very intimate. Like I was like, okay, maybe he's changing. Maybe things is gonna be different. And 48 hours later he was in some girl DM liking her booty pictures. Her butt was bigger than this couch. And he was like, harding it and stuff like that. So I was like, you know what? Again, turn around, get your shit, get up outta here.
4 days later.
It was 48 hours.
Okay, so let me back up a little bit, 'cause you met Cash in high school, correct?
Yes.
Tell me about that.
Okay, so when we met in high school, we met at an alternative school. Basically, alternative school is like, you know, we acting up, we being bad, so they send you to another school. So when they sent us to the school, like, we met, I seen him in the hallway, and like, we just, We just got to it. Like, he kissed me, we got in trouble, immediately I just liked him. Immediately liked him.
So you were attracted to the toxic behavior originally. Uh-huh.
Uh-huh.
Okay. So then what happened? What broke y'all up?
Okay, so he took my virginity. So like 2 weeks later, they like, that's your boyfriend? I'm like, yeah, that's me. What's up? They like, oh, that's somebody else's man. I'm like, nah, you kidding. They like, yeah, that's somebody else's man. Like, I was just like, you know, at that time, I was fly, I was like, let him go, honey. But I still had, always had a little love for him still. You know what I'm saying? We still kind of just—
Did you get pregnant by him?
Yes, I got pregnant when I was 18.
18. You say after that Cash ghosted you?
Yeah, so when I told him I was pregnant, he was like, okay, cool, we're gonna figure things out. But the girl who he cheated on me with, he was still with her. So when I texted him and was like, hey, it's a boy, I'm having a boy, he called my phone and was like, hey, Shorty know you pregnant, so you know, you gotta figure it out on your own. Like, yeah, like figure it out on your own. Like, I can't have nothing to do with it.
And so did you have the child?
Yeah, I had my baby.
And Cash is the father?
Yes.
And for 13 years he was not involved in his life?
At all. I seen him like one time.
And what did you tell your son about Cash?
Never said anything to him.
Well, so then how did you end up with you and Cash again and reconnect?
Oh, because I ended up going on Facebook looking for him in like 2021 and I seen that he was in prison. I was like, ha, karma.
Karma. Okay, 2021 he was in prison. Okay. Karma. Okay, and then what happened?
He ended up getting out.
In what year?
In 2024. So I was like, let me try again, reached out. And he was like, "Hey, what's going on?" I was like, "Hey, let's communicate about our kid." We had a conversation, he met our son and—
And how old is your son at this point?
My son now is 14.
14.
And he never forgot.
So he was 12 at that time when your son met him? Yeah.
Ever since that day that we like linked back up, we haven't been apart since.
Got it. Is there a possibility that he reconnected with you and stayed with you not for your son, but because he had gotten out of a vulnerable position and needed a place to stay and needed somebody to like make him feel safe?
Bits and pieces of me feel like that. That's why I feel as strongly as I do about the things that he do.
All right, well listen, I heard your side and I wanna be fair and hear Cash's side to all of this. So everyone, let's meet Cash and hear his side of the story. I mean, y'all don't know his side yet. Y'all don't know. Hey, how you doing, Cash?
How you doing, brother?
Nice to meet you.
I'm sorry I'm being portrayed like that.
Okay, so this is not the truth.
Portrayed like what? Lying ass, cheating ass.
It don't really add up and make sense. Yes, because every action has a reaction.
Okay.
So it's not just a one-sided thing.
Okay.
So.
So what is it that you're disputing that you had to react to that you feel like is her fault?
I mean, at this point, you know, we both made mistakes, but as far as in texting and doing all the stuff she's saying I'm doing, maybe I just didn't take it as serious as she did, but she could even validate that is nothing but pictures of that or women texts and posts like that. But she has yet to tell me who am I cheating on her with. Or she's saying the people that, the lady at the condo or whatever, yes, she knew that. We already verified all that.
So let's start with this.
That's a lie, I did not know that. I had to find that out.
Yeah, right after I found out what you was doing.
No, that's a lie.
So let's start with this. Whose purple comb was that?
Somebody I was out eating with.
Okay, so it wasn't a waitress?
No.
Okay.
But she already knew that.
No, I did not know that.
Yes, she did.
No, I did not know that.
Yes, she did.
I seen the picture on social media when you uploaded it. And I said that was a friend's comb. And that's a lie. You said that it was the waitress's, then you turned around and said you didn't know whose it was 'cause you was drunk.
No, whatever you wanna say, whatever. But what you got to say?
So you're saying that now you're admitting that it was a friend or somebody that slept with you?
I did before, but maybe she didn't hear me 'cause she never listens anyway. So you're saying, but go ahead.
Okay.
Go ahead.
So let's go all the way back.
Yeah, let's go back.
Why did you ghost her for 13 years? Knowing that she had your child?
Well, actually, when she told me that she had my child, You know, I was younger, there's no excuse for that kind of stuff. You know what I'm saying? I take accountability for that, but at the same time, she was dealing with other people. So I just took it as, you know, like me being young, like that can't be my kid. Because you're saying you're dealing with all these people, and throughout the years, yeah, we kept contact, but you're not really dealing with me.
So why did you tell me to keep the kid then? If that was the case, if that was the case, when I told you I was pregnant, you should've said, when I told you I was pregnant, you should've said, hey look, I don't know if that's my kid or not, so we need to figure something out.
But this is your side of the story. You didn't say that. You didn't that though. This is her side of the story.
You should've said this.
I'm listening to you. Either way, yeah, either way, that's her side of the story.
And what is your side?
13, 14 years ago, I don't remember that, but if I did, it probably was 'cause I was young, stupid, careless. So I can take accountability for that.
Man, you did that 'cause of that hoe, man.
So that's the thing. If the girl you were dating at the time wanted to know if it was your kid, why not have taken a DNA test versus—
Because I was being stupid, I was being careless. I'll take accountability because I ain't care.
But you were being careless, but let's be 100. Our son is 14. All of your kids are 1 year apart. You ghosted me, you ghosted 3 other girls for their kids, and only was with the bitch that you was with, you was there for her kid. You ghosted all 3 of us and our kids. So it wasn't about you being young, it was about that you was a piece of shit.
I can't ghost anybody. I can't ghost anybody who's telling me that they're sleeping with other men. You know what I'm saying?
This is a situation, I'm being put in a situation where So is it true that you chose the woman that you were dating?
No, 'cause the woman that I was dating wanted to know the whole time.
Because we understand that you also text your mother saying that that's the woman that you wish that you were with.
Yeah, 'cause she put me in a place where I just felt like maybe that's what was for me because she's always lying, she's always manipulating the situation. Like now, from what she told me, she was manipulating and lying to me for her pleasure. This came outta her mouth.
So why does Paris keep kicking you out, in your opinion?
She said that I lied to you because you make me feel like you doing something, but she's yet to prove something. So when she does that and reacts to me, hell yeah, I'm gonna act out.
So this how I know you an idiot because you don't comprehend exactly what I said.
But she be like this. She's just over the top.
That's how I know you an idiot.
And she not listening. You know what I'm saying?
That's how I know you are a complete idiot.
She wants to be right every time, and you can't be right every time.
Let me, can I tell you what I said to him? Okay.
Oh, that's what she said she said, but go ahead.
I know.
Go ahead.
I will lay your shit bare tonight.
No, you won't. Go ahead.
I will lay your shit bare.
Do what you got to do. Do what you got to do. Do what you got to do.
Like I said, he cheated and I found out he cheated. We got back together in November. I found out that he cheated in January. So when he cheated, I cheated. We moved forward, we moved forward again. You cheated and I cheated.
And this is what she's saying. This is what she's saying. I cheated 'cause she caught it, but I've been already peeping She been with him.
It's the same thing. So what I said to him, and I want everybody to listen, what I said to him was, so since you've been cheating, in my mind you're still cheating. Go on, get up outta here so I can go on and do me. 'Cause I know what you're doing behind my back. Then when it come out, he's really doing it. That's what I'm saying.
So can I ask you a question, guys?
Yeah, please.
Because I'm hearing outta your own mouth, I'm trying to get your perspective. I asked you if you were in the child's life and you said no because she was with somebody. But she's saying you could have been in the child's life.
No, no, no, I didn't say she prevented me from doing that. She's a great mother, I didn't say nothing like that.
Why didn't you do it?
Like I said, just being stupid. Just not even pursuing it 'cause I thought she was dealing with a bunch of people and she didn't give a shit.
What did that have to do with you being a father?
I don't give a damn about my father. I was a kid. Like I said, I was a kid being stupid. I was a kid being stupid.
I wanna do this for you. I wanna do this for you. I wanna actually model giving you new language because you used the word, I was kid, I was stupid, but I'm taking accountability and those things don't match. So, 'cause those actually weren't the actions. There was some type of fear that was holding you back. And I want you to start using language of fear. What was the fear that made you say, "I don't feel like I can be in this child's life"?
Mm. I guess more so afraid of being like my father, you know what I'm saying? Or being like how I was raised or what I seen.
So you had a bit of a fear of being like your father. What was your father like?
I mean, great guy, but wasn't really present, you know what I'm saying? But I've always lived with my grandmother, you know, just not even, you know, just seeing him every now and then so often. So I thought, you know, it'd be normal if I see him every so often, not even thinking of the bigger picture. I was like 20, I'm 35 right now, so that's, I'm not even on the same mindset.
I understand. The reason I'm trying to do this, what I'm trying to help you do is that you'll have better relationships with the people in your lives when you can actually speak to them from the place of truth. So when you're talking about it, no longer say, "I was a kid, I was a kid, I was a kid, I was being stupid." Say, "You know what? Back then I was scared to be a dad and also I didn't have no models of it." Speak your truth. Oh, yeah. If this relationship ends, will you still be in your child's life?
Of course.
You will. We're here because we're unlocking phones because we want to know the real truth if there was cheating. 'Cause you're saying you didn't cheat. You're saying you don't have, she never has any proof of you cheating. You're saying that She doesn't have any, correct? Okay, listen, so we unlock both of your phones.
Here we go.
Paris, we unlocked your phone. Here we go. Actually, Paris, we did not unlock your phone. You refused. Okay. Okay. Paris, why did you refuse?
Oh, 'cause I brought him here. He knows what's in my phone. Recently, recently when me and him, when he came back home, I told him, I said, "Listen, I'm taking all the passwords off my phone, and I'm being 100% transparent with you about what I have done." I said, "Listen, this is your opportunity to stay, tell me the truth about what you've been doing, and we can move forward. I'll forgive you, you forgive me, and we move forward." I don't even touch the phone.
Right.
So, that's your choice, but she's giving you my choice.
That's your choice. The reason we're having a problem now is because after we said that we were gonna be honest and tell the truth, I've given him everything. He still lied and was keeping secrets.
Well then let's see what secrets. Cash, we unlocked your phone. Cash, you refused to unlock your phone as well. Okay, so why did you refuse to unlock your phone?
I mean, like I said, 'cause she sees my phone every day, so I don't have to prove it on there.
She just went through and seen everything. The night before we came here, You was still talking to the bitch that you was cheating with.
I did at what? I never cheated.
You was still talking to the bitch that you was cheating with.
Ask her how did I cheat on her? So what I'm gonna do is end the cycle that you all have been in forever. The cycle that you've been in forever.
She keeps saying cheating and I haven't seen no cheating.
Here we go. I picked up the root of this issue and it's a serious root. And I'm gonna start with you first. You said outta your mouth within the first 10 minutes of the show, I've loved him my entire life. But you said at 15, at 18 and at now, he's still hurting me. So the mantra I'm gonna give you, and this is the first step, is that you have to grieve a dream. And the dream was that my first love, the man who took my virginity, can step up and be the man I need. The man who I had a child with could potentially be a good family, that we could be a family unit. You still have that dream inside of you, which is why you believe this could work out. You have to grieve that dream because it's never gonna be a reality. Your first love is not your forever love. Now to you, I heard also in your mother's conversation, I see what she did to try to protect you because I can believe that she was overwhelmed, but she did her best to try to make sure she was there for you and support you. But you were also hurting as a young woman. Boy. I can hear from the fact that I know the school you all went to. I used to do social work at schools like those. So I know there was some places that you felt angry and you felt upset and you feel like you didn't have guidance. I'm sure there's been a lot of your parts of your life you didn't feel secure. But the truth of the matter is, is while you were hurting, you unfortunately did hurt this young woman. And the thing is, I'm gonna say to you first of all is I'm sorry that you got hurt because I can look past all of the things of the things you've done because I'm not her. And I can look at you and I can imagine the little boy. When I look at you in your eyes, I see the probably 15-year-old boy who went into that school where they told you you were bad, which I think schools like that are the worst because you were not bad. You were a young man that was hurting and your actions were saying, I need help. But instead of helping you, they said, let's put you in a school. And from that point on, you decided, well, the world's gonna tell me I'm bad. I'm gonna make choices. Choices like that. And it was an unconscious choice. And so I'm sorry that someone at that point outside of your mother didn't hug you and say, "We gonna figure this out." And I'm giving you that apology because I'm hoping you can really sit here and look at her and now give her the apology. Because this little 15-year-old girl who met you face to face, she loved you and she wanted something with you and you couldn't give it to her because you didn't have it to give. And you haven't had it to give all these years. And I don't think you're you're still being honest about what you're able to give. And so you've been stringing her along, you've been hoping that you can find security in this situation, and instead you're hurting her, you're hurting your child, and you're hurting yourself. And so I'm asking in this moment, now that I've given you your apology, can you look sincerely and vulnerably at this woman who has loved you since 15 and talk to her and apologize from your heart? Can you do that?
Yeah, I can do that.
Please let it be from that 15-year-old boy's heart. Can you look at him? There you go. Talk to her, please.
Well, I apologize for not being able to give the love that my father didn't give me, and I still love her. I'm never cheating. To hurt her, I guess I'm cheating out of, like you said, looking for love because I feel like she's doing the same thing, but it's not a tit for tat thing. Like you said, I'm not trying to hurt you anymore. You already know this. I want to be the best I can and I have to, I'm just learning you. You know, I'm learning more about you, learning about myself. I'm learning to love myself and you have been helping me love myself. So I do want you to know that from a good place, from a 15-year-old boy heart that I am sorry and I do apologize for it.
I gave you your mantra, grieve the dream. If you can say that to yourself, I promise you it will give you the courage to feel like and stay focused on you getting out of this and just co-parenting, okay? What are you gonna say to yourself if you start feeling like maybe we can fix this?
I wanna grieve the dream.
Grieve the dream.
And let it go.
And let it go.
And that's exactly what I feel.
Okay. And then for you, your mantra is, You gonna remember my voice that I'm sorry for what you went through, but you have an opportunity to be better. I see you wanna be better. Of course. All right? I wish you both the best of luck. Walk away, be good co-parents, and hear my voice when y'all are not with me, okay?
