Tori from the audience claims Alyssa sent her messages, but it could have been Alyssa's friend instead. Tori lives in Atlanta, the other party in Detroit. Speaker B defends Tori's reputation as spotless, though notes her habit of referring to herself in the third person confuses people.
Your friend in the audience, I guess, just stood up, so I wanna say something. This your friend, name's Tori? Yeah, my name is Tori. Okay, so what do you have to add to this?
I just wanna be very clear in this whole situation that has come about, it wasn't Janelle that initially accused Alyssa of sending text messages. Alyssa's friend is the one that was accused. Tori was the one that accused Alyssa of sending these text messages, and it was based off of her reaction. However, with the messages, if you read the details of the message, like Alyssa just said, it could either be me or her because we both are her closest friends. Let's be very clear, Tori lives in Atlanta, Georgia. They live in Detroit, Michigan. Both of them together can tell you there's never come a time where Tori has been caught lying, cheating, backbiting, doing wrong, or anything else of the sort. So why would I out the blue come up and start sending these kinds of text messages to Janelle? Not just that, Tori had no idea of who the man or the situation that Alyssa and Janelle's situation was. I love how you talk about yourself in third person.
It confuses people here. When you talk about yourself in third person, they don't know what you're saying. You talking about you.
Also, why in the heck, why would Tori— You wouldn't, you wouldn't have done that. I would not, I'm sorry, I'm sorry.
