Hi, I'm Karen Green, and I'm going to take a couple of minutes to answer the 4 questions that you need answering when you go out to buy somebody's services, whether that's consultancy, speaking, or coaching. So question 1, who am I? I started my life in retail. I was a buyer for Tesco's and then Boots, and I crossed the table and worked for a number of different food companies. Working my way up to commercial director and finding such a challenge being on the other side of the desk. I learned how to negotiate. I learned how to put proposals together. I used this knowledge to set up my business Food Mentor and worked with food startups, teaching them how to gain new listings and develop new business. So that's who I am. What do I actually do? I enable business leaders to drive profitable sales growth. By creating a structured understanding of their potential customers and then working out how to tailor their approach, whether that's thinking about their proposition, thinking about their negotiation, or how they deliver their products and services. Who do I do that for? I'm currently UK Sales Advisor for the United Nations International Trade Centre, and I'm working on helping some of their clients come into the UK and find new business. I coach the senior team at an intralogistics company that works with major multinationals like Amazon, Ocado, and Nike. And I also speak regularly at a number of different conferences, exhibitions, and deliver training and workshops for the likes of Virgin and Enterprise Nation. The 4th question is, so what? What's the transformation that I make? And I deliver great results. We've had 10x of sales. We've gone from major losses to major profitability. I was non-exec director for By Ruby, and through coaching, um, and mentoring their senior team, we got the business to the size that Charlie Bigham was interested in, and they acquired the shares. I'm quoted in the press from The Sun to The Telegraph, and I also write for trade magazines such as The Grocer. If you're interested in working with me, please head over to my website, karengreen.me, and click on the link to book a consultation. My phone number's there. Give me a call.
