A fire of change with Keira Poulsen and Michael Humel

I'm excited to know your book. Tell me. I don't want to know a lot about. I don't want to know about your book because I want to have your book come in and talk to us. But tell me, have you started your book? Where are you at with your book?

I've started it. I've written a bunch of it, but I wanted to just go deeper with it.

Yeah. Okay. Fabulous. All right. Okay. That's super fun. So what we're gonna do is we're gonna create a really safe container for you and me right here so that we can bring your book through. I'm gonna start with my beautiful bowl. And what I want you to do is I want you to close your eyes. And as I am playing the bowl, I want you to feel like even down to your cells, you're being wrapped in like a warm heating blanket. Like, we want to get your body into, like, a real safe space. So when you take a deep breath in, and we're just going to pour light through you, pour light around you, down to every cell of your body, Just really wrapping you in this love, wrapping the Creator inside of you with just so much love and so much light, creating this beautiful, safe space. From here, we're going to just move down through your body. We're going to pour this beautiful, divine light through you. So I want you to imagine this glorious sunlight above the top of your head. You're going to breathe the light in, and as you breathe it in, you're going to let the light come in. It's going to clean and cleanse your body. So I want you to imagine anything that's been in your mind, any concerns, any worries, any fears that they're all just being cleared out of your body, all the way down through the soles of your feet. They're going to enter in through the earth. We're going to let it all just leave your body. And I want you to breathe the light in again. And this time, as we breathe it in, I want it to wake up your gifts, your gifts of seeing, your gifts of hearing, your gifts of receiving. We're going to wake them all the way up. We're bringing them all the way to the surface. Your divine Creator inside of you. Bring it all the way up. And we're going to allow the light to just wake up all of your gifts. And then we're going to create this beautiful shield of light around you. And it's going to protect you. It's going to keep you safe. It's going to insulate you with light. And then we're going to prep our bodies to receive. So I want you to imagine the light cleansing your ears, like touching and cleansing your ears that you can spiritually hear what needs to be heard. The light will touch your third eye once again. All of your gifts will be awakened, will be activated. And then we're going to ask. The light will cleanse our lips, that we speak only what needs to be spoken, Words that will transform us and transform those who are watching. So take a nice deep breath in, just landing in your body. How do you feel right now?

Peaceful.

Yeah, Perfect. Perfect. So let's bring in your book, shall we?

Okay.

Okay. Got it. What did you say?

What do you want?

We're gonna bring your book in. We're calling your book in. Okay? So I want you to just feel. We're gonna bring your book and it's gonna sit between us. So I want you to close your eyes and we're gonna invite your book, the book that your heart wants to write, the book that your soul contracted to write. We're going to invite this book to come in and sit with us in and through the divine light. Okay? Okay. So I'm going to share with you what I'm seeing. So the book actually started to come in, like, under, like under the top layer of the ground. So kind of like almost feels like a groundhog. Like, you can see that the earth is moving, but you can't see what it is. And all of a sudden it's like the earth broke open and this book pops out. So when I see an image like that, what this is showing me is your book is, like, really rooted. It has a really deep rooted energy, but it's also here to change the landscape. It's here to make a massive impact in the way things are going right now. So tell me if that lands for you and what do you hear? What do you experience?

It definitely lands. What I want to do with the book is change the way people think, interact with and perceive disabled people. That whole perception.

Yeah. Well, that's a powerful book, Michael. That's beautiful. So let's invite your book to come and sit with us in between our hearts. And we're just going to ask if there's a message, if there is a place, an inspiration that the book wants to give you. So I'm going to invite you. You can hear and see just as well as I can. Thank you for being here with us. In this beautiful, sacred book channeling session. I'm always shown, like, imagery, and it's always symbolic. Okay. So whatever I see isn't, like, the exact thing. So we get to look at the symbolism of it. So I'm going to share with you what I see. Okay. And you're going to laugh a little, and it's okay. And you can open your eyes if you want on this part. We'll just kind of connect here. So what I saw was, like, a pig that loves to roll in the mud, right? And, like, there's something about the mud is, like, cathartic and, like, delicious to the pig. But then the pig gets cleared and cleaned and gets bathed. And so there's something. When I see an image like that, I ask what is the symbolism of this? And really feel is like you get to help people, like, embrace the mud, embrace the pieces that no one wants to embrace that might feel uncomfortable, but you're going to show them like, this is the thing, this is the magic, this is the wonder. So how does that translate for you? Does that feel like it's a resonating message for you with this book?

I'm not sure. That wasn't something that I thought of. But it's interesting, though.

Yeah. So imagine if you were to go in and do the sacred creative process. And I love what Terri just said. Embrace the beautiful mess. And that's it. Right? Like, the pig loves the mess. Right. The pig's not like, ah, I got some mud on me. The pig's like, oh, my gosh, I love this mess. I love this mess. There's something about helping people embrace whatever mess there is. And so when you've already started writing your book, sometimes it's hard to change lanes. But I'm going to invite you today to just be open to receive, because whatever your book is coming in to talk to you about, it's giving you golden nuggets. Golden nuggets that are going to just expand your message so much bigger. Okay?

Okay.

So let's fill into this beautiful space of opening up that when you're receiving your book, that if there are pieces that you're like, I don't really want to share this. I don't really want to tell this. I want you to come back to this moment and remember that, like, it's in the sharing of even the pieces we don't want to share that that's what changes other people's lives.

Okay. I get the back. I get that. That resonance.

Yeah, yeah. So let this. And here's the thing, is the book is already written, right? Like, the books are already complete, energetically, spiritually. So now all you get to do is receive it, and it'll come through so much love, like, more powerfully for you and really fast.

Okay.

Okay. So why don't you close your eyes again with me, and we're just going to pour this really magical, like, sun heat around your heart, and we're going to just pour this sunlight right through your heart, softening the sun, softening the heart with the sunlight, softening this space. And I feel like we need to invite the book to show us what it's going to do for other people. Like, I can feel that there's, like a. There's a purpose and a need to bring through the service piece. So I want you and I to just sit and listen and feel what this book is going to do for the readers. And as always, if you hear something, please share.

Bringing able bodies and disabled people together.

Yeah. Dissolving the lines.

Yeah. Showing more that we're both the same.

What I hear is full heart community. So just bringing all the hearts together in a powerful community. There's something around this book being an activator and a. Like an engine that starts a car. This book is the engine that begins a community that you're going to help hold. A community for abled people, disabled people, all in one, wholehearted community. Seeing, hearing, witnessing each other for as they are. And as you witness yourself and all of your brilliance and all of your light and all of your gifts, you're going to hold this space for everyone else to be able to do that.

It's funny you say community, because that's one of the things I wanted to do.

Yeah. Feels important.

Yeah.

And I love that your book is showing me that. It's. I keep hearing. I mean, I don't know actually a lot about cars, but I keep hearing that it's the starter and I keep being shown an engine. So your book's the starter that's going to take this, like, this vehicle on a whole road trip. Right.

Okay.

So the book is showing me, like, it needed to be Done yesterday. Okay. Okay, I get that. So it's, like, ready. It's ready to be birthed. It's ready to be born, and it's ready to start doing, like, it's. It's saying it's ready. It says, I'm ready for the service. I'm ready for the service.

Okay.

Okay.

Okay.

So here's the question is. And this is live, so if you're not comfortable, you let me know. But I want to see if we can look in your body and see where is it blocked? Because there's. When books don't come out, when they show up, it's because there's, like, a blockage. So are you comfortable if we kind of look through and see if we can find where it's blocking the book in your body? All right, So I want you to close your eyes with me, and we're going to just kind of drop in, and we're going to ask your body to show us where the book is blocked. So immediately I'm shown your arms. So there's like. It's like. It's all heart. It's all heart. And then it, like, stops at the shoulders. So we're gonna just do the most simple way of unblocking. All right. It's gonna feel so simple. It's gonna seem like that's too easy. And that's okay because everything spiritual is easy. So I want you to imagine on both the right and the left arm. It's specifically right, but both right and left, we're actually gonna take a blanket of love. And I want you to see this love is going to wrap your shoulders, and it's going to wrap all the way down your arms, through the elbow, the forearms, the wrists, and the fingertips. And what this love is doing is it's witnessing you. It's witnessing all of your gifts, all of the pieces of you that are brilliant, magnificent, wonderful. And it's also witnessing all the pieces that you don't like, that you hide, that make you say you're not good enough, and all the things that aren't true but that are there. So we're going to invite the love to hold all of it, to hold it, to witness it, to see it, to let it breathe, to let it receive oxygen and wonder and magic and known that you are loved in all the pieces, that all the pieces inside of you are loved, treasured, wondered, that they are your magic. And as we wrap all this in love, I want you to see, like, a golden light moving down from the heart is like this Furnace. Like, you have such a heart of service and such a heart of giving, and it's like this furnace of fire. And now, like, the embers are coming down through the shoulders, and it's going to start moving like. Like a lava stream down your arms and out your fingertips. And we're just going to keep. Keep that light moving, unblocking it so that this book gets to birth straight from your heart, all the way out your fingertips. So take a nice, deep breath in, and we're going to breathe out.

And.

Then we're just going to pour so much love over your book, letting it know that you are a yes. So I want you to speak it out loud so the book can hear. I want you to just speak like, I'm a yes for you to come through.

I'm a yes for you to come through.

Yeah. And to be the starter of this movement. Michael, you're starting a movement, and to.

Be the starter of this movement.

So just breathe that in. I want you to just feel there's something really important about safety, about feeling safe, to be able to bring this message through. And I want you to see that you have all of your guides and all of your angels and all of those who are here supporting you and your work, that they're saying, we have you. We're holding you, and we're clearing the pathways in front of you. And all you have to do is lift up your foot. You just got to. You got to just take a step, and they're gonna just move with you. Okay. Now we're gonna complete today with calling in all the people who need this work. Because, like, I can feel them. They're, like, all out there, like, those who need this work, who need this movement, who need this community, they're alone, they're lonely, they feel isolated, and they feel like there is a. Like a cement wall between them and others. Right. So what we're going to do, this is one of my favorite practices, is we just pray for them and our hearts. When we pray for them, it, like, connects our heart to them and it helps the book come through easier because we can. We can move through any obstacle when we remember why we're doing what we're doing.

Okay. Yeah, I get that.

And these people, they're your why.

Yeah.

Dissolve the walls.

Yeah.

Right. So here's how we do it. So we just close our eyes. We're going to call in all of your angels, those who are here to support you, to lead your work, that they will go out in and through the divine Light and wrap all of those who need this community, who need this book, who need to know that they're not alone, that they're not isolated, but instead they are loved, they are whole, they are needed, they are so unique, they are so brilliant, and that this community is coming for them. So they may not hear those words, they may not know what's happening, but there's going to be a peace that lands in their body that allows them to know that there is something on the way that puts a seed of hope inside of their being, that pulls in discomfort and a hope that something is going to change, something's gonna be different in their life. So we're just gonna, like, bless that on them. And then we're gonna just wrap them all in so much love. And then we're gonna just wrap your book in the deepest love, thanking it for being here, thanking it for showing up to today, thanking it for choosing you, choosing you to write this book. Like you were chosen to be the body that brings this book through. So we're just going to wrap your book in so much love. And as we complete, we're going to just wrap you in this beautiful sun ray of golden momentum and magic. And I want you to feel that, like, drop in through your skin, into your cells, allowing you to be rooted, knowing that you are going to change the landscape, that you are going to change the way people see all the different conversations that you are addressing, that you get to be a starter of a movement that changes people's lives. So just take a deep breath in and let that all move through your body. What are you present to? What would you like to share?

This book is a starter. Yeah, it's a starter and it's ready to be birthed. So I want you to just place your hand on your heart and you're going to ask the book to show you. When does it want to be complete? We want to have a due date for the book, so see if you can. And when we do this, you can't use your mind. So any number that shows up to you, that's the date your book is telling you. So what do you hear?
