Hello. Hello, my friends. I'm so excited to be here today. I'm so excited to just jump in here every single day and give you a daily tip, something that I believe is going to help you really navigate through the chaos that is happening in the world. So today's tip is simply being aware of your feelings, not trying to change them, not trying to move them into something else, just seeing how you're feeling. If you could look at how it is, most of you guys are moms, most of you are parents. And if you were to see one of your children and they're crying and all they want is for you to acknowledge that they're crying sometimes, just saying, I see you and holding them is the remedy to this massive breakdown. And it's the same for us that if we can just acknowledge how we're feeling, it can be the gateway to healing and defining more peace in our lives. So one of the fastest ways to do that is to just journal. And maybe you do journaling, maybe you don't, but I'm going to teach you how. I like to journal. And it has nothing to do with recording of events. This is actually just a recording of my feelings and my emotions. So I want you to think about pulling out. I have this. This is one of my mini journals. This is a cute little thing that I have with me. And I sit down and I just start with asking myself, how do I feel right now? How do I feel right now? And this can be as messy as you want. It can be as yucky as you want. You're always allowed to burn these pages. This is not for your family and heritage. This is a healing outlet for you. And as soon as you can just start to acknowledge how you're feeling, it'll be like somebody's finally seeing you and taking care of you. And it will be you. You are seeing you. You are taking care of you. And it'll be massively empowering, comforting, rooting you into this safety. Even if there's chaos in the world, you will find safety here. So that's my tip today. I hope it helps so much. If you have any questions, always reply. Send me a message. Reply back to this and know that I'm here and I'm sending you all my love and all of my faith and all of my hope in such a beautiful, bright future.
