Welcome to Joan of Arc Publishing. My name is Kira Brinton and I am the founder of Joan of Arc Publishing. And I am so happy that you're here and that you're interested in applying to be a JOA author. But before you even apply, I want to make sure that I'm the right fit for you. There are so many publishers in this world and there are so many book coaches, but you found your way here, which means that most likely you want to change the world in all the realms of writing and publishing. This publishing house is dedicated to changing the world. And that means you've got to rise in all of your gifts. You get to be fully, bold, fearless, and take some wild action. And I want to make sure that we're the right fit so that we do not get on a call unless you are a holy hell yes for this. So, number one, I'm going to tell you what we are not. We do not publish boring shit. So what that means to me is that if you just want to write a book, to write a book, it's boring, and I'm not going to publish that. If you want to write a book to put it in a funnel, I'm not going to publish that. Instead, I want to help you write the best damn book that actually is going to be the best lead in for a funnel that you could ever imagine. Because when you write a book that is from your heart, that is vulnerable, that is bold, that is fearless, what's going to happen is that your reader is going to fall in love with you and they're going to trust you. And that means that now they want everything you create. So when you write a book for a funnel, to write a book, it's boring as hell and no one wants to read it and no one's going to buy anything. But if you write a book that's impactful, that's honest, that's powerful, that you have channeled through, it will be the best book for your funnel that you could have ever imagined. I do not help people write boring shit, and we for sure do not publish it. But if you want to write the best damn book you could ever write, this is where I'm going to help you.
