So this is my favorite ball, and this is what I use every time when I channel. So we're going to use this to just drop into our body. And then. I want something here. So I'm going to just. Okay, I'm gonna just say this. If you feel the itchiness to, like, whisper something to your friend, your friend's gonna take notes. Okay. Let's keep this in a real, like, sacred space and be super honorable to her and her vulnerability. And like, I'm actually. Can we give her a huge. All right, let's do this. Okay, so I want to take a nice breath in. Just going to open up all the spaces inside of you from your head down to the toes. There we go. Awesome. Awesome. Okay, so we're going to call in your specific team right here, right now. So we're gonna call in your angels, your guides, your leaders. Girl, you got lots of Jonah Arc with you.

Yeah.

So that's fun. I love Jonah Barka. She's one of my favorites to work with. So we're calling Jonah Barkin to come and actually hold this space with us and into divine light. We're just gonna wake up all of your gifts, your gifts of seeing, your gifts of feeling, to seeing visions, feeling and knowing and hearing. We're gonna wake all those up in and through with this powerful divine light. And then we're going to bring your book in. So I'm going to invite your book to come and sit with us. Okay. So I receive envisions. That's how my gifts work. So your book actually came. It came in on this beautiful river, but it's like a rushing river. So it's just like pouring in with this rushing water. Tell me what water. Tell me what that means to you. Does anything come to your mind? Okay, let's fill it. Let's fill it. So we're going to just ask the book to show us what the water. Okay. Okay. So what I hear is that the water, it's a very rapidous river, and there's all these stones in the way, but it doesn't obstruct the flow. The water actually just goes over the stones or just moves around it. So what your book is showing me and this message inside of you, it's like, it's so, so powerful. It's so powerful that nothing can obstruct it. And that whatever beliefs that you have that. That keeps showing you that it's stuck, like they're not real. Do I have it all for you? Yeah. Okay, let's go into Your heart.

Okay.

And if you feel emotion, breathe through your lips. Okay. What does that mean for you? Much sadness. A lot global happiness stopping. How brave are you? So damn brave. So let's put something in your heart. We're going to go in. We're just going to unlock it. Okay? So we're going to breathe in. We're just going to go right into this beautiful heart that you have. Okay? So immediately what I'm shown is a kaleidoscope, which is like a picture with all these fragments and pieces, but all the pieces go together. And so if you were to ask your book to show us. Okay, okay, okay.

So it's saying.

It's saying that the book is going to feel fragmented. It's going to be all these little pieces, all these little pieces. But at the end, it makes the image, it makes the paint. And it's saying, don't wait to watch what the ending is. Start writing. And the beauty is going to unfold in the writing. You feel that, right? So I want you to close your eyes and I want you to feel this warmth, this warmth of the sun. This warmth and safety. The safety feels super important for you. So when you write, you want to feel very safe. So that means a warm eating blanket. If that means slippers, if that means you have a little corner in your room, hot tea gets you into feeling safe.

Work feels.

When do you feel as safe?

Right here. Out. So this is our job. Our job is to make sure. Doing so good. So right here, hold on.

Right here. Okay.

Okay. This is going to make even weirder. All my dogs are like, oh, hold her hand. Yeah, I'm going to hold her heart. All right, so here's what I. Okay. Okay. I'm just going to hold her heart for a second. Take a nice breath in. Now I just feel this, like, presence right in your heart. And then from the top of your head all the way down, you're going to feel this, like, nectar of love that's going to create safety throughout your whole body. And then I want you to feel right here in your heart that your message is your safety net. You not landing in it is where you feel unsafe. So you finally bringing this work to the world is going to be where you land. You feel that? Oh, so beautiful. Oh, my gosh. I hope you know that. So I'm not a color person. I wish I was. That'd be so bad. Listen, Hold on. Stand up here. Stand up. Okay.

Stand up.

Yeah. And then I just. I knew my. My story, my life could be Able to say that. Then I just started thinking I was going to write a book and then do that. Then I just started thinking about my internship. Oh, I had a purple bike. On the weekends to learn, you know, in the 80s. And you just go outside and there's a love of her life. And I love that girl so much, So I just keep her memory. It's a good and a bad feeling, but it's where it begins from you is that. And I want you to. I want you to really feel this, okay? If I hadn't been sexually abused by so many people, I wouldn't be here. I wouldn't own a publishing house. I wouldn't do anything I'm doing. It sucks. But our trauma can be for us when we die here. When you're there, Like, you are so powerful and so magical, and there is something in your heart that is needing to come out. When you let it breathe through you and make oxygen, it's going to liberate you. Yeah. Yeah. Okay, so there's one more message that's coming through, so let's just. Oh, no, no, no. Sorry. What? Tears are magic. Not anymore. You know. Do you know anything about the goddess Holly? Let me just tell you a little bit about Holly.

So Holly, she is here and she keeps showing up and she comes through and she says there's work to be done. And there's an inner fire inside of you so loud it can't be pain. She's here, she's here. And so we're going to bring that fire up. I want you to breathe all the way into your lower belly. And we're going to breathe it all the way up into the heart. Okay? So you're just going to bring it in, come out the heart, breathe it in. And now one more, all the way up and down.

You know, if you know me, you know that I actually hate the job and I hate clothes and I hate decorating and I cannot do this. So. Yeah, come on. Yeah. Okay. All right, all right, all right, stand up. Put them back down for a second. All right. Okay, there we go. Ready? Shake it up, take it up, shake it up, take it up. Then you can just rock your heels. There you go. Keeping it all the way down. So we've got so much deep rooted wisdom down below in the lower chakras. We're going to wake those up. Shake those legs, Shake those legs.

Okay, now we can go. Here we go. Okay. I have no idea. Do you know what our time is? 10:40. We got 10 minutes. Okay, we got that? Yeah. Okay. Is there something you need to tell me? Okay, cool. Okay. All right, ready? Right. So we can ask our angel to hold the space. We can do this quick and half. All right, here we go. Take a nice breath in. Breathe all the way in the top of your head, all the way down to your toes. Cleaning, cleansing, clearing the path all the way down into the solar of your feet. There we go. We're going to call on your team. Woo. Girl, you got so many. Got this huge, huge tribe of angels who are here to support you. We're going to call them all in into the divine light to hold this space with you. And then we're going to invite your book come in to show us it is the divine light to come and be here. Okay, this makes so much sense. We're going to get in our bodies because it's actually like coming from the source, birthing up like a tree. And it's showing a deep, solid, long, long, long roots. But the top is really short. So it's like these deep gorgeous roots. But the tree is like a baby. So let's ask what that means. Okay, so here's right here you get this extraordinary, immense amount of power, but you only let it grow much. Does that feel right? Yeah. Yeah. So what, what do you hear?

Well, so when you're explaining the deep.

Roots, it's really right.

On my flight here, I had this thought that wasn't like, I don't know, it wasn't my own thought, but I was like, when I inherited the things from my lineage, my mom and my grandmother, I didn't realize I inherited stories and the things that they never got.

To share with the world.

I don't know, I was like sitting on airplane.

I was just.

It's not just my thing. I had to share as a daisy.

To like produce their. Their things. Yeah, there's a lot of. I love that. So here's the thing, is that imagine if there was this gorgeous wealth goes so deep down like serous water. But every day you just went, you pump a cup of water, even though there's so much available, you could pump gallons and gallons. And it was never. What your book is saying is like, you're not pumping. You're like, pump that much today. It's like, pump the damn well. Right?

Yeah.

So this book, my friend, this book is gonna wake up so much power for you. Just like hold that for a second. It's coming to me. It's showing me golden. What are these golden bricks? So it's like, it's like the book is showing me it's. It's worth its weight in goals, whether that means abundance of finances or even just goals of what it's gonna do in their life.

I'm not joking when I said that. I literally heard the word gold while I was sitting in my seat and I started crying and I started walking through this snotty nose and I didn't know why. I don't know. I don't know what that means, but because it's here, right?

So that's the second witness. So anytime you see something and someone else witnesses it, it's like truth for you. Right? So the book is saying it's worth its weight in gold. Stop waiting.

Write a book. One last thing. Right? Okay.

Okay.

So it's showing me these little like seeds and showing me that it's like, it's like putting these seeds along the way for you. And every time a seed gets put, it gets planted. So you've had lots of things happen in your life like that that has been planted, that is prepared for the growth that where you're at. But now it's time for you breathe in what it is. What I'm in here. It's like, okay, I don't know. I don't know what this is called, the thing that you put at the base of a tree. Fertilizer. Yeah, that feels right. So like fertilizer is time to fertilize the tree that's this big with 7 million, you know, miles of roots. Time to fertilize you. And the only way to fertilize you is to store, start creating. Okay. All right, girl. What's coming to you? Well, when I just said stop writing.

Instagram captions and start writing book, I. I don't know. I have this capability. I know whenever I do something and I do it authentically, it goes very far, very wide, and it knows very well it doesn't even have to be about me. And I do it a lot of times to uplift other people and other things that aren't connected to me, because I find myself believing in what other people's dreams are a little bit more than what I have. I always think someone else has, like.

A little bit more than I can.

Offer, so I'd rather put my energy into them. That's kind of what some have.

Like, no more. Right. Like, now you get to swim in your power when you write this book. Okay? You're swimming it in, dive in, head under, swim.

So enthusiast to swim.

Okay, so we're going to close your eyes, and I want you to feel from the base of your feet this, like, circular motion that's moving up through your body. And I want you to know that anytime you stand on the ground and take three deep breaths, you can wake up the power that's coming from your roots. And you can call in your team, your ancestors, and ask them to help you write this book, because they want their voices in it. They want their voices to be with you. This is a request and a commitment and a common contract was created. Just like really breathing into how deeply supported you are and then letting that move through your body. Oh, my gosh. I'm so excited for this. Yes. Oh, my God. Okay, so just going to clean the energy real quick. So I'm going to take a nice breath in. We're just going to let go any energy that you picked up that's not yours, letting it go all the way down to the soles of your feet. And I want you to stay with your eyes closed and I want to just open this space for you. So deep in this sacral chakra, deep in your womb, there are these beautiful creations that you've already made contracts to bring to Earth. These creations can only come through you because of the recipe of your life. The recipe of your life is what will work best. And now what we're going to do is we're going to take a nice deep breath of fire all the way from the womb, all the way the way up to the heart. And then we're going to pour it out our heart. So you're just going to breathe it in and breathe it out. One more in and out. Then we're going to pour light and ask your angels to guide you to the creation that needs to come through right here and now. So right here and now, the first thing that comes to your heart and mind, I want you to write it down. This is the most important creation that you bring through. As you're writing it down, it's going to weave some magic for you. So I'm just going to ask the divine light and pour over your past. That golden nectar will wrap you in love. That when you step your feet down, the earth moves and people's lives change. That you are a change maker by just being, by breathing. Somebody gets to change their life when you breathe next to them. Because your heart is so cracked open that it moves and ebbs and changes and serves and literally transforms people's worlds. If you feel like you don't have your shit together, you can't do the thing that your heart wants to do. I am here telling you that I am still broken, that I face my demons every damn day of my life.
