I am so thrilled. I had so much fun when we channeled last time, but since then we've become really. I feel like you're like a soul sister to me, so I'm just, like, really excited to play it.

I'm so excited. But I'm actually more nervous this time than last time. I don't know why.

And I know you better and I know the process better, but I'm really nervous today for some reason.

Hi, Rose. Hi, Simaji.

Oh, yes.

My Coaches on Fire are behind me today.

They are. Oh, my gosh. I had so much fun. You run a group called Coaches on Fire. Just amazing group of women. And we've had a few of them on this show. Simmer Jean and Rose. And oh, my gosh, I just honor you for what you do. That group is powerful.

Thank you so much. Actually, it serves me as well because having a community of women who are like minded and heart minded and this journey of entrepreneurship and coaching is not easy. So to have that support and to learn things and share it with them and they share things with me. I couldn't ask for more. It really makes such a difference. I'm so lucky to have them.

It was fun. You guys got me when I was in my real fiery, fiery mode. Sometimes I get real fiery.

We want to see more of that side.

You're like, I thought we were going to get some space spiritual work today, and instead we just got a lot of fire. Yeah.

That was great.

Okay, so let's jump in. Let's see. I just want to acknowledge my cute little girl that's here today. Presley, can you say hi?

Hi. Hi.

We're just multitasking mom life and book channeling. So I want to. Let's drop into our bodies and let's see. Let's see where we're gonna go today. Because you have this book, but you also have this creation of work that you're building, and I'm not sure which one we're supposed to focus on today. So we're gonna let our guides guide us. So let's breathe in. If you can imagine this beautiful light coming through the crown of your head, you're just gonna breathe it in. You breathe it out all the way down, out through the soles of your feet. You're going to breathe it in again and breathe out, Bringing a lot of there's something about bringing your energy down to your feet that feels really important today. It feels like we're bringing you into a rooted place. I'm also hearing that there's something about you taking steps, like I'm being shown you taking the steps forward, taking action forward. This is the energy of today. It's very much like, okay, the feet are ready to walk. The feet are ready to walk. So now let's do. Let's do this quick cleanup. So I like to do a cleanup before we channel. We're just going to ask the divine light to touch your walls, my walls, our ceilings, our floors, and anything that's in my room, in the room that you're in that'll be completely cleaned and cleared, be activated to a higher vibrational frequency to help us be able to receive. To receive what is ready to come through. And then we're just going to call on all of our angels and our guides and our leaders and into the divine light to come and sit with us. So those who are here to help you with your work, I want you to just feel there's, like this, like, deep presence in the heart. As soon as I we called them in, all of a sudden it's like all this strength and love in your heart showed up. So we're just going to call them all in and into the divine light to help us receive. Your work, your book, your work, whatever we're supposed to work on today, just breathing in. So now that we're in this space, Amma, what feels the most loud for you? Is it your book? Is it your coaching practice? What feels loudest?

I'd like to explore the book.

All right, let's do that. Okay, So I want you to take your eyes and drop them right into your heart, and we're going to call in your book, your book, this powerful book. Okay?

Yes.

Yes. Okay. So we're gonna call it into the divine light to sit between my heart and your heart. So I'm being shown. So just so you know, I don't remember any channeling sessions. So I have no idea what we talked about last time. Otherwise, like, I'd be carrying around, like, everyone's books. So I can't remember. Right. So what I'm hearing and seeing is there's the reason why I was shown your first feet is because your book is full of roots. It's very rooted. It's very, like, I can. It's like deep, profound roots, but it's, like, from a bunch of trees and how all their roots interweave Together. What does this mean to you?

I'm connecting the rootedness with the steps that you said earlier. Sorry. My.

I love that light. That light's beautiful.

It's a lot of sunlight in my office today. Don't normally have this.

Love it. So lots of. Okay, so I'm hearing two things. One, yes, like, be rooted, take action. But there's something about generational stories. There's something. When trees show up, it's like bringing in generational stories and weaving them together. And not just one tree, it's multiple trees. And all their stories are interweaved together, like the roots are interweaved the earth. What does this mean to you?

For me, right now, especially, my coaching is about creating groundedness. Groundedness that goes beyond the layers of where we are present right now. Deep rooted, accessing the base of the soil. That level of groundedness and confidence and assurance for myself and the mothers and the women that I coach.

Yeah, there we go. So the book is this. Right? Like it showed us. Beginning, starting with your feet. Right. It showed us. Sorry, hold on, let me. Hey, Presley, when your dad gets here, just come give me kisses. Okay? Okay. So there's something about the motherhood, which I love that today, like my motherhood is really present. Right. There's something about the motherhood piece and the grounded piece and keeping mothers grounded. It's almost like keeping them grounded no matter what shape they end up expanding into. Yeah.

Yes, I like that.

So let's drop in. I want you to drop into your heart and just feel into. What's the. What's the message that your book wants to give you today? Because it's almost like it's showing. Okay, here's what I'm hearing. Okay. Okay. So the book is saying the manuscript is also the curriculum of your program. So it's not. I always use this analogy. I don't know. I don't know how it is in English. Where you live in London. Is that where you live?

London? Yeah.

So here in. In Idaho. Like I, you know, I used to live out in the farmlands. And that meant that if I came into town, I would go to Target and Costco in the same trip. I wouldn't come out, go to Target, go home, empty my bags, and go back out to Costco. Right. Like it's one trip. It's the same thing. When we're receiving these books, it's also the curriculum of our work. One trip, two things. So instead of feeling, oh, okay, I've got to write my book and I gotta Build my coaching program. It's all the same trip. Right. So as you are receiving your book, then you're going to be using those pieces in your coaching program as you're coaching clients, and things are going to drop in as they do. Right. As you're coaching, you're going to receive information. Write that down. That goes into the book. Do you see how they feed each other like this?

Yes.

Okay, so it's not one or the other, it's both. And. And they both feed each other. How does that feel in your body?

It feels good that they're interrelated.

Yeah.

Basically, the principles and the steps and the guides that I give in the book is what's going to use in my coaching material.

Yes.

It feels really good.

And when you're coaching, because God's gonna speak through you. So when you're coaching somebody, you're gonna learn things that you didn't know. Write those things down, because those are also, like, you're channeling your book when you're coaching.

Right.

You see that?

Yeah.

Yeah. So what I'm hearing is like, this is the power. This is a mom's superpower. A mom's superpower is that they can do like, a hundred things at once. Right. I mean, for the first, you know, year of our baby's lives, we can literally, like, sleep and nurse. We can nurse and vacuum. We can nurse and cook. We can. Right. Like, it's like we're just. We're built to do lots of things at once. Right. So what I'm hearing is that you. You get to activate that piece inside of you with the book. So the book is showing me that there's. There's some sort of, like, okay, if I'm going to write a book, it has to look like this. And the book's like, no, no, no, no. That's not how it's supposed to go. You multitask this book, you ask God to drop things in all day long, and you just receive the book all day long instead of like, okay, now I'm gonna sit down and write, because that's actually not your superpower. Your superpower is to be able to hold all these different things. Does that make sense?

Makes a lot of sense. It makes a lot of sense around the superpowers of mums and multitasking and then obviously, multitasking, coaching and book writing. Yeah, they're all interrelated. Yes.

And doesn't it feel so much easier now?

So much easier, because there's one job that fits all. Yes.

It's just so much easier, right?

Very much easier. So much clarity around it as well. When you look at it in steps.

Yeah. And when you realize, because, you know, I notice, like, for instance, like, we just moved into a new house, we don't have Internet. And I keep being like, okay, I'm gonna sit. Sit down and call the Internet place. And then I was like in back to back traffic on the way here. Literally just sitting there. And I was like, easy, got on the phone, set up my Internet while I'm in back to back traffic. And it was like, oh, it wasn't happening because I kept saying I have to sit down and call the Internet. Like, it's just these things. Right. So when we can let go of this idea that you have to have your tea and you have to sit down and write, that is actually going to block you because it's just like, not where you work. Right. Okay, hold on. Really fast. Give me kisses. I love you. Oh, can you turn my sound machine back on? Okay. Hey, have a great day, all right? Just turn that little black thing on down there.

We're just multi dance, so mama in action.

Multitasking always. So. So I'm hearing something about a jewel. So a beautiful, powerful jewel. What does this mean to you?

Okay. Okay. Oh, this is what it is. This is what it is. Ready? Okay. So I'm going to show you this right here. So you see this, like, it just looks like a rock, right? Just like if you were hiking, you wouldn't think anything special, but on the inside, it's this magic, right?

Yeah.

And so what I'm hearing is that the women who need your book, they just feel like that rock right now. They just feel like they're the rock that no one would see or notice. But when they're cracked open, which is what you're going to help them do in this book and in your coaching their jewel, like the magic.

I like that a lot.

Yes.

Helping them to excavate the diamonds within.

And interesting that this rock hadn't been cracked open. If it was just left alone, no one would know what was inside of it. It would just be hidden underneath something. Right. But to see the beauty, it had to be cracked. Like, someone had to, like, take a hammer and probably a chisel and crack that. Right. So there's something about. You're going to take them through a process that will crack them, but because you have so much love inside of you, you're the safe place that can hold them as they crack.

I love that.

Me, too.

That sits well with me. Completely.

Yeah. This feels so good. This feels like we're getting so much more clarity on your book.

Definitely. And also my coaching.

Oh, yeah, yeah. And I love. I love. Am I saying it right?

Synergy. Yes.

Sorry. I love what she says. You need to be cracked open to reveal true beauty. Yes, yes. So can you feel how important your book is? Because right now these women feel like rocks. They don't even know what's inside of them. And your book is going to crack that open for them, right?

Yeah, definitely.

Okay. So this is feeling so good. It's feeling so good. You definitely have some ancestors that want you to tell their stories. So maybe there's a piece where you get to share maybe the women in your ancestral line their stories because they definitely want their voices in this book. Okay.

Yeah.

Yeah. My ancestors are storytellers, and they have many stories that empowers women, many series of stories. They gather around campfires and tell stories and connect as a community of women. So that resonates with me a lot. Storytelling. Yeah.

So bring them in and let them have some stories with you. Like, let them share their stories in this book. Okay. You know, it's so funny, is that my angels will show me. Like, I usually. If I want to receive in a dream, it's always. Not always, but most of the time, right. When I wake up in the morning, I'm shown, like, my last dream. Right. And this is so funny because Presley was here. So I have one girl and I have four boys. No other girls. Right. And I had a dream this morning that she was getting really feisty with her brothers. And one of her brothers, like, what have you been drinking? And she looked at them and she said, I've been drinking. Girl power. That was my dream.

That's a good one. What child number is she?

She's number four.

Number four. You know that I'm the only girl with four brothers? The three brothers.

What?

I'm number two.

I love that it was a power.

I know, her power, right?

Like, yes, like, let's, let's pour in that, that, that girl power. But that what you're saying here is like women empowerment are the stories of your ancestors. Now you get to pour those stories in and with all the wisdom and all the teachings that, you know, help crack women open so that they can see their magic inside the diamonds that are hidden.

I love that. And for them to tell their own stories as well.

And continue the root system. Super beautiful. So let's see if there's one more. There's something about. They're bringing me back to what we started with, which is action. Okay. So they're coming back into action. So now we get to place it into reality. We've got this book, we've got the idea, we can feel it. It's tangible, but without action. It actually, it does two things. One, it just dissipates or it gets heavy on our bodies and then we get overwhelmed. We don't know why we're overwhelmed, but we're overwhelmed because there's a creation weighing on our body and it wants to come through. Right?

Yeah.

So let's feel into action. Let's see when, let's. So let's drop in and see. When did this book come through? So I just hear all the time. It just wants to come through all the time. Okay, so do you ever use your notes app on your phone?

I do, actually. Yeah.

Okay, so what you're going to do is you're going to open up just a fresh note and anytime an idea comes, a story comes, a principle, a teaching, you're just gonna put it into your notes app super easy. Okay.

Yeah.

And then if every single, like, I don't know, every other day or every three days, you make a 30 minute window open where you start to take the notes app information and just putting it on to a word doc. Can you feel how that's easier?

Yeah, definitely. Because very often I wait till I've got my slot for writing and then I sit here and I'm blank. But all the good ideas came while I was cooking, doing other things.

Yes. And so that's why I'm saying your book is saying it's all the time. So just keep, put everything into your notes app and then your 30 minute window isn't writing. You're just copying and pasting and starting to put the puzzle together.

That makes sense.

So much easier, right?

Yeah.

Yeah. And even easier is if you call in your angels in the morning and you say like, or just tell God, hey, I am open today. I have an open heart to receive anything I need for this book. And then that kind of, like, tees it up. Now we've got the intention set. We've let God, our angels, like the divine, know, hey, I'm an open bowl. Drop it in. That's what's gonna help bring this through so much easier because you're just already, like, starting the momentum.

That's the step I need to remind myself of, Kira.

Yeah.

Because I need to do it from a place of flow rather than forced. And engaging God to use me as a vessel effectively will get me more into flow to receive whatever I'm supposed to share. So thank you for the reminder for that.

Yeah. And it will make it, everything so much easier. Okay. Like, it just. It's like, hold on. I feel like there's an analogy coming in. It's like this. If you go to the grocery store with a list, you're very clear on what you need. It's very easy. If you don't go to the store with a list, you're there double the time. You don't even get what you need, and you leave with a whole basket full of stuff that you didn't come for. So setting that intention with the divine every morning. Hey, God, just drop it in. Whatever you need me to. Here, drop it in now. It's like, there's like a list for the day. There's like a grocery. There's an intention that's gonna make everything so much more clear. Okay.

What a simple analogy, but so crystal clear. Do you know the amount of times I've gone to the supermarket just for two things? I came out for 100 things.

Every time. Every time we're, like, sitting at the checkout and you have the whole thing and you're like, oh, my gosh, it didn't come for the one thing. And you're like, I have to run and go get it. Right?

Yeah.

So that's kind of the energy that I'm being shown right now is that when you don't ask God to pour it through you, it just kind of is like, right.

Everything else comes instead.

So we want to just get really clean, really clear and easy and also collapse time. This is why people write their books so quick. With me, we just collapse time because we're very clear and really, like, clean on what we need and what needs to come through us. Right. And that. That starts with you doing a daily, like, intention and asking.

Yeah. Yeah.

Steps Taking steps around rootedness. Ancestral stories. Helping women to crack open the jaw within. Sharing stories Taking action and reducing the overwhelm from either things that are supposed to be given birth to. As in to share with the world or creation. So this has been a gift. Thank you so much. I feel cracked open myself.

Yes. That's what I'm seeing. I'm seeing that. So here's the last thing I'm hearing is that you are cracked open. You have. You've seen it, but you only show a few people this. Most people, you're like, I'm just gonna keep this right? Then every now and then, you're like, oh, right. So what I'm hearing is that you writing this book is you living cracked open. Like, no more hiding. Like, it's time. Amma needs to step in as, like, the queen. Like, there's a queen energy in you. Right? There's goddess energy in you. It's time to step in as that always.

Thank you for seeing that in me.

Oh, yes. I do see it in you. I. 100%. And so this gets to be the time that it comes through always, not just sometimes.

This is what my sister makes me work in. She's very organized, and I am not. Okay. All right, let's see. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, Seven. So that would be like, oh, perfect. December 7th. Then we get two sevens in on this. I like that. I like numbers. Okay. Yeah, you got this. So let's just let the book know. Okay. We're gonna opening up this space for you to be completely written by December 7th. And just wrapping it in. So much love. Taking a deep breath in. Pouring light through you from the top of your head all the way down to your toes. Holding you in peace. Holding you in faith. Faith and trust that this book can and will come through you in that time. And just taking one more deep breath in and breathing out. There we go.
