We get to have dessert before the day even begins.

Yes. I was thinking it was like Care Bear share morning show this morning.

Have we told our story live? Have we told our camera story live?

I don't think.

I don't know. I don't know. Yeah, please, please.

Yes. Okay. So I am super introverted, which means no one would think that, but I am. And I. I'm very, very picky with my energy and who I spend, who I sleep in beds with. I'm very particular. Like, it's very hard for me to share a bed with somebody. Right. Steph. I can share a bed with Randa. Like, I literally can sleep with Randa and feel safe. So when we do retreat, which every now and then I throw retreats, Randa's always at it. And I would say, Randa, you and I, we're sharing a room together. So Randa and I were staying in room, and you had this beautiful red light. Was it like a healing light? Is that what it was?

Yeah, like red light therapy. But it's just like this big. Yeah.

So I got up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom, and I was so not awake, and you had this red light and it was like on your stomach, walking past the bed and all. It. The only thing that came to me was like, look at my little Care Bear. That's my Care Bear.

Right? That's my favorite. That's my favorite.

Now we are Care Bears forever.

Forever, Care Bear shares.

And then, like, I didn't even know, like, you grew up loving Care Bears.

Yeah.

So it was like your divine self telling me.

Yeah. Amongst a lot of other similarities.

So we've been working together for a long time. You're also one of my dearest friends. You're one of my people that when I'm struggling, I call you. So you're just like, you're in my corner, I'm in your corner. We got this beautiful thing. You've got three books in the works. So why don't you tell us about your three books and then let's see which one you want to work on today.

Okay. The first book that is going to be launched is the Healing Through Broken Relationships book. It's a collaboration book with 17 authors.

And.

And it's a myriad of relationship topics, marriage, business, suicide, ideation, all of those things. And so that is launching very soon, like in the next couple of weeks. And I Think I just submitted the last thing I needed to yesterday. So that was, like, super heavy on my heart last night and. Yeah, yeah, super, super excited for that and for all of these authors and for these stories to come out. The second book is a children's book I wrote at another retreat. Not the Care Bear retreat, another retreat. And it's about. It's a children's book about gifts and how we can see the gifts in everyone. And little Randa goes throughout her day at school and notices that everyone has different gifts and it's okay, as well as her own gifts. And then the third book is, I guess a personal story of my own divorce and remarrying my ex husband. That one's, like, right here. Children's books, like, right here. I just got the illustrations back this week. Dolly has to be in the picture. I'm sorry.

I love Dolly. Dolly, you can be here all day long. It was like a kiss her cheek. She's so cute.

And then. And then. The Helium collaboration book is just like this interesting trajectory. They're all together. They're triplets, but they're coming at different times.

Triplets born on different days. I like it. I like. Feels like you did the final push last night for the birth of the collaboration book. I just want to honor you. To be a head author is like a really. It's a powerful responsibility, and you've held it well, and it's not easy. And you've held these authors. You've held them through the space, bringing their stories out. I'm honored to be in this collaboration book. I talk about my own broken experience with religion, so really, like some vulnerable places for all of us to really get in and share. I just am grateful that you. You had this inspiration and that you took action on it.

Thank you. Well, you. You handheld me quite a bit, so thank you. And I'm so thankful. I just want to acknowledge all the authors that are in it because it was. It was a big thing. I didn't think it would be as big as it was. And it's for me, for me on my heart. So, yeah. Thank you. Thank you to all of those authors.

I can't wait for us to do our summit with them, wait to celebrate these authors. So we'll be getting that date out as soon as we get a little bit more clarity from our formatter on timelines.

You're going to release some light in the top of your head. Oh, wait, do you have your singing bowl? Can I have you do this live? Will you do your magical drop in?

So Randa does this really magical drop in, and she has, like, a voice like an angel. And when she does her drop in, it literally shifts my like to myself. So this feels very special. I'm very excited about this. Okay, so I'm gonna be quiet and I'm gonna let you lead.

Okay, so it feels like we're gonna pour a little bit of magic over your children's book. Okay. So it just feels like right now there's like. Okay, this is the image that's coming. Not that anyone wears these anymore. Back in the day when we would wear pantyhose, black pantyhose, and you'd pull them up over your legs. Okay. So there's something like that. There's a film over the children's book right now. Okay. So we gotta clear that out.

Yes.

So that it can move through faster.

Yeah. I feel like I'm a little Frustrated with. With little Randa, because I really, I really chose everything in this book from the space of a child of my five year old self. And when I got the illustrations back, I was like, no, no, I don't love these. And so I'm like, I'm a little bit mad. I'm a little bit mad at this inner child. So I think that's what it is.

Yeah. So the. Okay, I'm not gonna go in my mind. Let's drop in our hearts. Let's call in your book. We're gonna call her in the divine light. Of course, of course, of course, of course, of course. She comes in. What is that horse called? That.

Okay. So she's coming in on that. She, like dismount. She has like a really beautiful little dismount. So we're gonna ask her to show us what needs to be done to remove the film. There's like a film over the book that's not allowing it to be. It's almost like it muted the energy, muted the colors, muted everything.

But there's like something. It's like she's showing me, like, I don't want. Don't make me look perfect. Let me be exactly like I want to be. And. And it's the energy. Like, this isn't her words because she's little, but the energy is like, forget what everybody else is gonna think. Yeah, everybody else's opinion will be about this.

What do you hear?

Yeah, that's like. That's a perfect naming of the energy. It's like. I was raised a performer. Like, Randa, do this song. Randa, do your gymnastics. Randa, sing us something. Tell us a poem. So, like, I grew up perform, perform. And when I saw these illustrations, like, oh, that's not performance ready. That's not a performance book. And so I'm Grateful for that part of me. But that is what is squelching this book. Perfection.

Yeah. 100. And that's what she's healing for. Yeah, she's healing that. And she's also showing me, you know, you know Amy, who's in our mastermind, who put out the book. Right.

I love her book. I love it.

Her book, her illustrations for grandchildren. So they're not perfect. She's like a one year old who drew a picture out of every book my kids own. That's their favorite because they can connect to these images. Right. So however little Randa chose images to go in your book, it's gonna also be the language for the children who need this.

Yeah.

They're not gonna resonate with a perfect. Like a perfect image.

Yeah, that's very true.

Right. Okay. So the film is getting lighter, so there's just one more piece. Okay, so this is interesting. This came in in my morning practice. So this showed up today and then it showed up when I was driving. I was driving the 30 minutes back from Middleton to my office and I'm writing this book with Joan of Arc and she showed me this same principle. So I.

Twice. Okay.

Is the feedback okay? It feels like I've got a lot of feedback. Okay.

No, I'm fine.

Okay, so here's what I want you to do. I'm going to take you through practice right now.

Teflon. Okay.

So I'm being shown. It's for both books. It's for the children's book and your divorce book. They both have the same. The same blockage. Okay. So I want you to close your eyes and just imagine throughout your body, anytime you haven't listened to your inner knowingness, anytime there's been a creation that wanted to come through that you didn't birth, and anytime someone else's opinions of you impacted you created a hole in your body. So imagine that your energetic body looks kind of like Swiss cheese. Okay.

Yeah.

Okay. So sorry, there's feedback. I don't know why there's feedback, but let's clear out the energy. Let's see if we can clear the energy out. So let's just ask the divine light to pour through the Internet, see if we can gather in anything that's creating back. Any resistance, darkness, anything that's creating it. We're just gonna place in a sphere of light, fill it up. Acid will be cleared out so that we can have clear Internet. Let's see if that'll breathe in. So I'm feeling like if you could move a location Is there a different space you could sit?

Yeah, I'm wondering if some, like, I should put headphones on.

Okay. Maybe let's take them off. That way we have a little bit more clear energy. Because. No, I don't have a really helpful.

This is part of the process. What we're going to walk through is going to be really, really powerful. Okay. Better? Yes. Is it better for you or.

Okay, we're gonna give her a second. It's gonna work. There's always resistance right before really powerful work. So that is the lesson today, that if there is massive resistance, it's because there's something really powerful that's going to happen. And when Rand and I work together, we move mountains. Like, our energy together. We are shakers together. So she's going to come back in, and we're going to let that all work out. I want everyone who's here on the call, if you can. I'm going to invite you guys to actually jump in with us. So you're gonna do not, obviously, don't come live, because then that's gonna get a little wild, but do this practice with us, because it's gonna make a massive shift in your life today. There we go.

Much better. Oh, my gosh. So much better. Okay. All right, so we're gonna do this. We're gonna do, like, a healing together. Okay?

So.

Okay, get cozy. And we're gonna invite everyone who's here that you can do this with us. You're gonna take a nice, deep breath in. And breathe in and breathe out.

So what we're gonna do is notice any parts inside of you that have been those three things we said. One, having a creation come to you and not bringing it through. Look at that around your books. Number two, not listening to the knowingness inside of you. Number three, letting other people's opinions about you dictate your results. So these three things, this is what I was shown this morning. These three things actually create holes in our energetic body. And what happens is when we have these holes in our energetic body don't feel solid. And we feel like we're in limbo. Okay, so how we're going to do that is there's this golden nectar. Okay, what is it called? It's called. I heard it this morning. It's liquid gold. So kind of like liquid nails. That's what this is, liquid gold. And the gold is God's love for you. It's so profound. Okay, so you're gonna breathe in from the crown of your head. You're gonna breathe out. Let this liquid gold start to move down your body and fill in any holes inside of you. And we're gonna do about five breaths here. Breathing it in and letting it move down.

Healing.

Filling in all the holes and in and out. Do two more breaths.

Ah.

Letting it fill in the holes. Letting this divine love fill in the holes. Final breath in and breathing out. There we go. There we go.

There we go.

So now I want you to see that your body is completely stable, whole and strong. And in this energy and in this space, all creations and inspirations that come to you are birthed. Everything your inner knowingness asks or tells you comes through with ease. And the law of non resistance is placed, placed upon you so that no one's opinions, thoughts, or feelings about you sticks. The law of non. The law of non resistance is your deepest protection from other people's opinions, thoughts, or beliefs about you. So I want you to just notice, it's like you are this golden, almost like your golden statue. In a second, like, for a minute, we're going to feel that. And I want you to feel arrows. If arrows were to be shot at a golden statue, what would happen?

Bounce off.

It would just bounce off. Just bounce off, Bounce off, bounce off. So I want you to feel, even if a stone was thrown at this golden statue, it, like, doesn't even dent it. Like, nothing. Nothing can dent you. Nothing can poke you, hurt you, destroy you. You are stable. Because when you listen to your inner knowingness, when you bring forth all the creations that God gives you, they cannot affect you. People's opinions, beliefs, or thoughts about you, their words about you. Not possible. It cannot penetrate you. So take a nice breath in, breathing out. And then we're going to let that gold become liquid again, allowing you to be in flow and momentum. And then we're just going to ask little Randa, is there anything that needs to happen with this book? I love, love her. So you get to have a ceremony, and I want you to do it, like, probably outside, because you don't want it to get super messy in your house. But she wants glitter. All right? So, like, you're gonna bless your book, and you're gonna bless it, and you're gonna pour glitter all over it and, like, play really fun music during that blessing ceremony. And then she is Saying she wants to take your hand along this journey. So instead of you taking her along, she's inviting you to take her hand on this journey. Okay.

I love that.

Yeah, that feels super good. Okay, so it feels like we get this book into formatting. Do you know what I wish? Maybe we can call in a miracle. Maybe we can get. I don't even know how that's possible. I'm trying. I'm fighting with my. I'm fighting right now. So here's what I'm hearing, is that I would love to be at that ceremony. I'm gonna be in Arizona next week.

So perfect that I didn't have anyone on the show. And this morning I woke up and I heard message your women and see who needs to come on. And it. So it was like this was held open for you. Yeah, this is it. And I love, love, love that she was showing me, like, this is your birthday party and this is your birthday present. Yeah. Magic. Okay, so let's breathe in. Okay. Okay, last piece. So she really wants to pick out one of your outfits, so maybe you could call her in and let her pick out one of your outfits for something. I don't know if it's for the. The live or if it's just for on your birthday. There's some piece where this is going to be really healing for you. Okay.

I'm like feeling rainbow bright and roller skates and lots of glitter and mismatch.

Okay, let's breathe in. Thank your book, little Randa, and also your beautiful little Randa self that came and played with us and guided us. Just pouring this law of non resistance over you. So what I'm hearing is to do this three times a day. Set your timer for a minute and just use this practice with the golden. What is it called? Liquid gold. Come in, fill you up, shield you, you know, in. In Florence's words, baptized you with the law of non resistance. Okay.

Yeah.

Times a day. This is really, really, really important right now.

Can I share one quick thing? So last night, when I sent off the last piece, like it was super heavy for the collaboration book. And then Wendy had a journal and burn thing, and so I had my chapter printed out and I journaled on the back of all of my chapter. And then I heard baptize as a success. So it was like, Florence is here. Florence, I love you. Thank you. And I baptized as success. I did a live video in our author group and told everybody, print off. Print off your chapter. Write everything that's stuck, everything that's in the way. And if there's any leftover pages, then write a prayer on them and burn it. And it was so, so powerful. So it definitely cleared the way for this morning's conversation.

Look at that. Just so divinely guided. Randa, you know I love you from the top of your head down to your toes. I love you. I love you. I love you too.
