Chapters
Good morning, Summer.
Good morning. How are you?
Can you hear me okay?
Good. Is the volume okay?
Yeah, the volume's okay. Our connection was a little spotty, but it feels like it's coming in. Feels like it's coming in now. Where do you live, Summer?
I live in Lexington, Kentucky. I lived here since 2007.
How cool is it so beautiful right now, like all the fall leaves.
Yeah. It is so pretty here. I love the change of seasons and the weather's great. It's beautiful out. It's like 55 and sunny. My perfect weather.
Yeah, yeah. Magic. I know. I live in Idaho, and the leaves are just barely changing. And I'm like, oh, this is just delicious time. So delicious. So have you watched any of these channeling sessions?
I have, yes. I've been studying you and what your work is, and it's very great. I love it. Yes. Awesome.
Okay, so you kind of have an idea. So what we're going to do is we're going to kind of drop into our bodies. The body is the place of wisdom. It's the place of truth. We're going to drop in here, we'll call in our angels, our guides, and then we're going to invite your book to come and sit with us. Now, you may think you know what your book is, but we're going to kind of wrap that up, put it over here. Because the book will usually show up and guide us exactly as it wants to come through. Okay. All right, so let's see, what do we do? Let's see how we start here today. I want you to take a nice, deep breath in, all the way to your lower belly and out and in and out. Good. So we're just going to clean the spaces around us. So we're going to ask the divine light to touch the walls, the floors, the ceilings, and anything and everything that's in the space that you're in and that's in the space that I'm in that it will be completely cleaned and cleared. And anything that is not serving you or me will be cleared out of the space. We're going to activate it to the highest level of safety. So just creating a really nice container of safety today. And then we're going to call in our angels and our guides and those who are here. All right. We got some Kali energy coming in. I don't know if you know anything about goddesses. Do you know anything about goddesses? No. Okay, let me tell you about Kali. So Kali is a goddess that she's a little bit scary. Because she's like really like doesn't tolerate crap. Okay? But she's the thing, she's the energy that changes the face of the earth, right? So she's just coming in so loud, that beautiful energy of light clearing things out and changing the way. She's like the one that turns the turnpike on the train tracks, right? The one that can change the way the ocean moves. This kind of energy. Okay, so that's like already like woo. That is so powerful. So just calling in all of this beautiful divine support that you have and all of those who are here to help you bring this book to the world in and through divine light, to hold you, to guide you, to lead you, and to help us hear your book. And then we're just going to prep our bodies, so we're going to go in and we're going to clean our ears. So we're going to clean our ears with light, the divine light, so we can spiritually hear your book. We're going to clean our third eye with light so that we can have access to the gifts of seeing, hearing, knowing, feeling. We're going to clean our lips so we speak only what needs to be spoken. And then I want you to just feel this really beautiful warm light on your heart breathing in and the warmth of this like the sun, just this really beautiful warm sun, just softening the.
Heart.
Bringing you into this space of peace and safety. There we go. So in this place, we're going to call your book in, in and through the divine light, we're going to invite your book to come and sit with us in between my heart and your heart. So I'm just going to be quiet for a second. And anything that you see, hear or feel, I would love for you to share. Okay, so there's kind of like this block for me. So sometimes when there's a block, it's because there's something we have to do before the book will come in. Do you have any idea what that would be? What are you hearing?
Well, I'm in a state of confusion as to who I'm speaking to in the book. So I don't know if that could be the block. There's lots of woven stories around real connection and being heard and having my feelings matter, that my voice matters. And I've held strong to that throughout my life.
Thank you for being here with us in this beautiful sacred book channeling session. And if you felt the stir in your heart that it is time for you to write your book, then I am so excited to tell you that I am going to give you my sacred, sacred creative process that allows authors to channel their books. Just click the link below in the description and you will have immediate access to learning the tools on how you will channel your book. Yeah, it feels like. It feels like that's what the block is right now. Like. Like I'm gonna be quiet for a few minutes and I want you to share whatever's on your heart. Like your voice gets to be heard here.
Yeah. So throughout my life, I've had a lot of hardships growing up as a child from a single mother who was too busy. Never. She did her best with what she was doing because everybody has their pain that they haven't, that they've dealt with or not dealt with. But I have been soloing it for a long time and very neglected as a child. And then had a 22 year marriage where he was a good guy. From the outward, okay, everything was good, but internally I wasn't being heard. My feelings didn't matter. I didn't have any sense of connection to him. And I didn't understand why he neglected me emotionally, spiritually, physically for 22 years. But the facade of he's a good guy and the manipulation of his love. Did he really love me? I don't think he ever did. It came full force last October. Like I stood strong and I'm like, I'm tired of not being heard by my mother. Now my husband of 22 years, enough already. Like these toxic relationships just were over my soul and my spirit. And like I was happy, but yet sad. Like happy like my children, you know, we had a happy home. Like everything was happy. There was this friendship, this partnership, this. He didn't abuse me. He didn't, you know, but he was demeaning of my spirit. He was, it was the soft and the subtle and the, You know, he slowly tried to chip away my spirit of strength and my spirit of confidence. And my mother, oh my gosh, my mother, I always had issues of her in my adult life of feeling neglected and I didn't matter and she didn't listen to me and my voice, like she was so defensive and she didn't know how to communicate. Healthy and loving was not in her spirit. It was critic. And I dealt with that my whole adult life and got therapy for it. Imago therapy. Like how you listen to somebody to feel like they love you, like listen to, understand and validate. I went through that therapy with my husband because I didn't feel heard by him. And I was like, wait a Minute my mom's over me, the toxic. And now I'm like, my husband too. Like, but yet he's a good guy. You know, like, outwardly, everything was great. Like, he was. You know, he had this show, and little did I know that he was living a double life. So much so that he didn't want me to run seven years worth of all the stuff that my attorney was gonna do because he was holding up the divorce. He walked away from the equity, and I'm still left with ultimate betrayal and no answers to what he did. Exactly. I knew enough that he lied and lied and lied and took money and took money and took money. But, yeah, like, the betrayal of him and then my mother and that whole experience where I was in my darkest of days, you know, she. She was. She knew he had cheated on me, that he had lied to us, my kids and I, you know, like, 20 hotels, stays in the city that we live in all by himself. I mean, a charge to a day spa for a woman at the bar calls in the middle of the night. I mean, this is not healthy behavior of somebody who loves you, right? So I'm like, no. Like, thank God. God revealed the truth so much that I needed in order to break free. Like, literally, the spirit of God was over me during the whole time where I was like, no, this isn't enough. Like, you're not. You're not going to kill me. My mom's tried to kill my spirit. You're not. Can't break me. Like, can't break me was, like, the theme of my freaking life. And my kids, you know, they were the ones when I was in the darkest of days. Like, my children were just loving me. And they're like, mom, no. I mean, you have a reason to feel this way. You don't deserve to be treated this way, Mom. Like, they were my strength when I had none. I mean, I had the God. You know, I went to the prayer room, like, the Sunday that I knew my marriage was praying probably over, because again, my feelings don't matter. His. His father demeaned his wife for 50 years. His father didn't love his wife, didn't have any physical touch, and here I am living in it. But it's so confusing because he loves me, you know, like, everything. Social media wise, he's amazing. I mean, he dipped me at the wedding. Like, you know, that's not his character. Like, we were, you know, getting married, and he dipped me. And I'm like, jason. And he kisses me. I'm like, oh, my gosh he's amazing. And then after that marriage, the first year, he didn't want to be physical with me. I'm like, you're this amazing guy. So the world thinks and so I don't know. It's like gaslighting. I learned all about that. One guy came to my. One guy. His name is Doug Weiss. He owns Heart to Heart Counseling in Colorado Springs. God put him in my presence. And when I was in this, when we were separated, and he said, believe behavior. He said, believe behavior. And if they can't confess and they can't tell the truth, God can't heal them, and neither can you. And then he said he was going through this pain for love cycle. He said, oftentimes, marriages, women who are in pain for love marriages often don't realize that they're in this pain for love cycle until two to three decades. And I'm like, two to three decades, and I'm 22 years in, and I'm like, what is the pain for love cycle? And I'm learning all about it. 60 minutes of a video, and I'm like, that's me. And he's like, oftentimes it's these strong women who are married to these men who just slowly try to chip away. They know how to love you. They know all your love languages, and they choose not to. And why is that? Because they're addicted. They're addicted. I'm like, they're addicted. So here I am. I just did not even know he would never cheat on me. Never. Because he's a good guy. So it's just like. And everybody around was completely and utterly shocked as I was. I was like, wait, what? He cheated on me. He's lied to me. He's withhold money. I didn't confirm his pay stub to the checking account deposit from his employer. Never thought I needed to. I trusted him because he was a Christian. His husband, his father was a Christian. They were ministers.
Yeah.
His father tried to shut me up and take him back. He said, you're gonna die all alone. I mean, I had so many things said to me. Their son's behavior, it wasn't right, wrong and right, wrong and right. And they didn't want to see the wrong in his behavior. So therefore, here I am. No mother. No, no. No loving mother, no loving husband. The family I all like was there for me in 22 years. They weren't family. And I'm gonna die all alone. Like, really? So, yeah. And here I am, like, it just goes on. But. But my children Are like, mom, I admire your strength. I can't imagine the betrayal that you must have felt. My mother in my kitchen, and I was. I told her, she said to me, she said, are you okay? Is everything okay? This was in January. Like, he left me in August. And I told her that we were divorcing. And I was filing at this point because I realized that he cheated on me. And up to that point, I was letting him file because he fell out of love for me and I was crazy and I wasn't ever going to make him happy. And that was his story. That was his story. Oh, my gosh. His story was, I was crazy. They were. His parents were praying for my brain tumor, and his mother and father were talking to my sister in law, who were sisters by marriage, about how I was maybe bipolar, that my mom thought I was bipolar. Oh. And then my pastor said that, you know, he questioned my husband at the time and said, has she ever been diagnosed for bipolar? All this was made up, mind you, so that his deceit and his lies can be held and he can make me look like the crazy one because then and only then would he be able to stand true to the good guy facade. And so, yeah, I'm utterly confused as to what this book is because I've been a child alone, not heard. But I've stayed true to, like, the confidence and the strength. Somehow. Somehow, like, I made it through. You know, I'm standing strong and confident and chasing. I say this chasing the sunshine. Like I'm chasing it. I'm like, I know it's there. I mean, I want to be around people who make me feel the sunshine. I don't want to be around people that make me feel like I don't matter. I'm so sick and tired of people that make you feel like your voice doesn't matter. I'm sick and tired of it.
Why?
Family is not supposed to be this way. And you are family. And you are this way. You're not my family. Goodbye, I told my mom. Goodbye. I said, you have said enough to me in my years where I have forgiven and tried to forget. But as I stand here in my darkest of days, you of all people are not listening to me once and once again. And you tell me that there's two sides to every. That's what she said with him. Because there's two sides to every story. Really? What part of his story is more important than mine? I said, that is enough. You need to leave. And my children bear witness to this experience. My mom left and I said to my children, I said, could I have said anything different or done anything different? My son said, no, Mom. He's 17. No, Mom. She's your mother. If you text, she texted. I texted her my heart, and she didn't respond. Two weeks, and then she appears in my kitchen and asks if everything's okay. I'm like, you're ignoring and neglecting me. Once again, I'm a broken daughter, and you don't love me, and you're not treating me with love. Yeah, there's a lot of things wrong, and I. And I didn't raise my voice. I don't raise my voice. But yet she says that I always do, which was interesting to me. It's like her way of not wanting to listen. Because I'm raising my voice. No, I'm not raising my voice. That's huge. Choosing not to listen to my voice and you telling me that I'm raising it because you don't want to listen to it. So my son says, no, mom, you did everything you possibly could have. You know, if your texts were so long and confusing, she should have picked up the phone, called you because you're her daughter. I said, thank you. Thank you.
Yeah.
So, yeah, I don't know what the story. The story. I don't know. Like, there's, you know, you don't need a cheerleader. Like, here's the thing. I've often felt like I need a cheerleader in order to do my thing. Like, in order to live life happy. Happy and confident. I need a cheerleader. I need a mom who cares. I need a husband who loves me. To be a. To be a. To live a life of meaning and purpose and happiness and peace. Bull.
Yeah. Summer, thank you for sharing all this.
Yeah, that was a lot.
No, thank you for sharing. I feel your strength. I can feel that power inside of you. And can you feel that? It is the same energy of, like, no more of this crap, and let's change the world. So as soon as you shared all of this, the block that was there cleared out. And what I hear so clearly. Let me see if I can put it into words. The women who are in relationships like this, they need your voice. They need your truth to come in and help pull them out. Help pull them out of the crazy. Help pull them out of the fog. Help pull them out of the spell. They need this fire that's inside of you. That's what this book is for, and that's who these people are. Like, you're writing to the women who are Stuck. The women who don't know about. Whatever you said. The pain for love. Right. Like, I've never heard that. That's right. Like cycle of abuse that, like this right here, this is who the book is for. And guarantee that most people who are in that situation had a similar childhood. Hold on. I think our Internet just froze. Tell me if I, Tell me if we're back.
I'm good on my side.
Can you hear me?
I can hear you.
Okay, cool. So this book right here, I want you to drop in your heart with me. Because if you can feel the amount of women, the amount of women who are stuck, who are, who are in a fog, who can't. Who feel crazy, who feel like they don't know what's up or down, right or left. They don't know what's purple and black. Like, they literally. This book is going to come in and it's going to make the most sense in their whole life. That's who this book is for. And that's the book that gets to be written through you. Can you feel that?
Yes. I just. That's the, that's my most recent pain and awakening, if you will. Like, awakening to enough is enough and I don't care the cost. Like, the cost of what? Of my happiness. Of my keeping my, like, knowing that I am not. I am, I matter. Like, I might not matter to you because of your own stuff that you're living in. You know, I may not be loved by you, but that's not my problem anymore. Like, I, I did nothing to deserve what I had been given. Like, I literally thought. I mean, I was basically manipulated. I was manipulated. I, I, I. It's crazy to believe, but I really believe that I was manipulated over 22 years to be, to, to be made to feel like this guy really loved. He was in love with his addictions. And I was the independent, confident one that he can hide behind because I wasn't going to question every move of his because I was independent and I was, you know, my own person. And I didn't really ask for much.
So it almost feels like maybe the title of your book is you can't break me.
Yeah. That came to me, like, in November when I was on my one week alone during Thanksgiving when he was. He had the kids for the week of Thanksgiving, I had the kids for Christmas, and just, can't break me. Can't break me. But it's like, is it just my voice? Is it just my story of you can't break me? But how many other Women are out there where they feel like, you know, because there's different aspects of, you know, because I didn't have the abuse outwardly. Like, it was very subtle over the years. Subtle aloneness. But, yeah, I'm. I don't know. But, yeah, can't break me. I was thinking, I am not crazy. Like, but that was a short. That was a short. I didn't realize that he was gonna play the crazy until, you know, I cover all the lies. And then he really got drunk. I'm never gonna make her happy. I'm never gonna make. She's crazy. She has a brain tumor. We're. My mom and father are praying for your brain tumor. Like, I was like, what is going on around here? Seriously?
Yeah.
But, yeah, it can't break me.
And there's something there. There definitely needs to be, like, a lot of sections around feeling crazy. Because I can hear, right? Like. Like this. This. Hold on. I feel like our Internet is breaking. Can you hear me?
I can hear you.
Okay, great. Perfect. So it. What I'm feeling and seeing is like, you're going to tell your story, but you're going to tell it in a way that women find themselves in the story. So you're going to tell the story, but it's almost like at the end of every short story, you're going to ask a question to the reader. Like, have you felt crazy? Have you felt unheard? Have you felt deeply alone? Like, it feels like each chapter will be your story, but you're going to then invite them to look at their story, and you're going to them to find their truth. Because they were led to your book, most likely because this is their life, Right? Like, this is why they were led to your book. Your book is going to show them your story, but it's going to help them uncover theirs. It's going to take the blinders off their eyes. It's going to lift the spell up off their ears. The spell that they felt like they've been in. It's going to pull them out of the fog. They. This right here, this is what your book is for. It's going to change so many women's lives. It's going to free them.
Yeah. Honestly, myself, I remove toxic relationships from my inner circle. Like, I felt a sense of peace, like, I have. And that's crazy, right? Because you're like, wait, though, that's my family. Like, that's my mom or that's my husband, and that's my family, and that's my, you know, ex father. In law and mother in law who cared and loved, cared and loved me, and I removed it all. And I, literally, from the grace of God's spirit over me, like, have felt so peaceful since. I mean, I've had three episodes since the divorce where I've kind of been, you know, like, not the best, where I've kind of let myself out of the cage a little bit, you know, with. Yeah, but you are enough. Like, I. When I went to church the Sunday of, I sent Jason an email. Friday, August 14th, I sent him an email and I said, I can't do this anymore. I said, we need to change our marriage, or you need to change and decide what you want. You have 60 days. But I need to know by Sunday night what your plan is. I can't do it no more. And that was when he had gaslighted me, and he was gone for the week on a business trip. And. And then I went to church that Sunday before I knew what he was going to say to me. But I had it in my heart that we were done. And this song, Jaira, from. And it was talking about, you know, and that whole, like, staying by my side when the sun goes down, like, the. The. The song. And it was with me the whole entire time, helping me to stay strong and stay true to what was right. And even when they don't confess and show that they really do want to change their behavior, you are not going to take them back. You are going to believe behavior. Oh, did his father hate those words, believe behavior? Because he's never been accountable for his. In 50 years of being married, never been accountable for his behaviors. His words were the only thing.
Yeah. So this is.
This is.
Can you feel the potency of this book? Can you feel how important this book is? And it's not just a memoir, right? Like, it's not just your memoir. It is a book that your stories come in because they need to be heard, because women are going to find themselves in your stories. So the stories are really, really important. But then there's going to be a piece of this book that you're going to either be asking them inner, like, inner work questions, asking them questions about their life so that they're. They're asking themselves questions, they're finding truth here. And then there will be pieces that you've learned along the way. Right? Like connecting them to books, connecting them to doctors, connecting them to practices. This is not just a memoir. This book is going to change their lives. Okay. Can you feel that? Like, the book is going to give Them resources.
What?
I was just gonna say this book is gonna give them resources.
Okay.
Yeah, we are. Internet is a little struggling today. But did you hear that part? Like, how the book will give them the resources but also the safety? Because your stories help them feel safe. Because they don't feel crazy thinking this is only my story. Your stories break that for them. That's why the stories are really important.
Okay. And that matters to me because, yes, there's a lot of, like, when you learn about this imago therapy and imago relationship. And that's like the core of what I wanted to teach was the importance of creating safe spaces between to people that are supposed to love each other. And when you really love someone, you're going to work to create safety within. And when they don't want to work on that, you know, so that's the other thing I wanted to weave in is the importance of, like, what is real connection, you know, because connection is what we all desire. No matter what addictions you have. I think that even, you know, my ex, he does truly, everybody should desire, but they don't know that they desire true connection. And that was another thing that I wanted to weave in is what did I learn in that realm?
Yes. That feels really, really like a huge piece to this book is you teach them what you've learned, right? Because when women are stuck in this fog or in this kind of crazy experience, they don't. They don't know up or down. So they don't even know. They don't even know what's happening. And they can't pinpoint it. They don't even know how they're going to get, like, what to look for. That's why your book is going to help them so much, because you're going to show them the stories, but then you're going to give them the resources and you're going to point them. You're going to point them so that they don't have to figure it out themselves. You are the path blazer. Trailblazer. That's the word, right? You're like trailblazer. You're trailblazing the path, Right?
Yeah.
So this is like, really, like, big, big work that you're creating here. And I just really want to honor you for being a. Yes. To bring this through.
Thank you for the clarity. Because I didn't know exactly which way to go, but I'm clear now.
Yeah.
And that's what I want my life's work to be is I want to be the inspiring teacher, showing them how I figured out the way.
Yeah.
Don't know. I mean, yeah. How I figured out the way with having resources given to me, knowledge given to me.
This is big. This is big, Summer. This is so big. So let's drop in as we're closing up. Let's see if there's anything else that the book wants to share with us. Show us, teach us. Let's see. It's really interesting. So, like, the book is like, showing me the empire work. It's almost like. It's like. It's like more than the book. It's like. It's like it's an empire. It's like shirts that say, like, I can't be broken. There's, like, bracelets that they wear. There's something that they need. They need physical things to help them remember their strength. They need physical reminders of how powerful they are. Oh, my gosh. And you know what? This is what your YouTube channel is? Your YouTube channel is you doing a lot like a video every single day speaking truth into these women so that when they find your book. Hold on. Tell me if you can hear me. Okay, good. So when they find your book or when they find your YouTube videos, wherever it is that they find you, the YouTube videos lead people to the book. The book leads people to your YouTube. But if you could create a video every single day and ask God. All right, God, what's the message that this woman needs to hear today? 4 minutes? 7 minutes? These don't have to be long, but a message that goes out where you breathe truth into them, that you pour faith over them, that these messages are the lifeblood that keeps them strong while they're moving through this.
Yes. Okay, I can do my.
So excited. Okay, when you start posting those, will you please tell me and I'll share them in my stories?
Okay.
So beautiful. So beautiful. Okay, why don't you take a deep breath in? We're going to wrap you from the top of your head all the way down to your toes, just really holding you in so much love for the power, for the light, for the conviction that you have, for women to be able to have their voices be heard, for them to be seen, and for them to be connected to. And we're just going to wrap your book and your whole empire work in all this divine love that it will contain to come through you with ease, with grace, with peace. Take a nice breath in and breathe out. All right, Summer, wait for our Internet to catch up here. Thank you for coming on. Thank you for being such a force for change and good in the world.
Thank you for having me.
