Happy evening, my friend. I'm so happy that you are here. We're going to dive in and create a space of rest and ease for you tonight. So I want you to take your hands and place them right on your knees and take your shoulders up, and you're going to open up the heart, softening the heart. All right? I want you to imagine this beautiful light above the crown of your head. You're going to breathe that light in, and you're let it move down through the center of your being, all the way out through the soles of your feet. Breathe that in again and you're going to let it move down the body, and it's going to release anybody's energy that you're carrying around. Anybody's stuff, everything that's not yours, let it go out the soles of your feet, breathing in and breathing out. There we go. Letting everything release, leave your body like raindrops on your skin, all the way down to the center of the earth. So now we're going to call in our angels. We're going to call in all of our angels and our guides in and through the divine light to come and hold space with us, to show us exactly what needs to come through to tonight for you, that they will open up pathways of insight, inspiration and expression. They will be here to lead, guide, and direct us through this session and through the rest of your day. And then I like to prep our bodies before we go in. So we're going to ask that light will touch our ears so we can hear what needs to be heard. We ask that light will touch our third eye so we'll have access to all of our spiritual gifts. Then ask that light will cleanse our lips, that we speak only what needs to be spoken. Take a nice breath in. Okay, so now what we're going to do is we're going to create a place of rest and ease. When we have so much going on throughout the day, it's very hard to release it all so we can be at ease and in rest. And so what we're going to do with this meditation is we're going to drop you into rest and ease. So I want you to close your eyes and I want you to feel from the crown of your head to the tip, the base of your spine, from the crown to the base. I want you to feel this golden rod moving through you, a golden column of light. I want you to breathe in, noticing the grounded energy that is within you right here, right now. There we go. And now I want you to imagine the same golden energy circling around you from the crown of your head all the way down to the tips of your toes, Breathing that in, letting this warmth move through the body. There we go. There we go. Do you feel that? There's golden light within and golden light without. Around you, around you. Now, with your eyes closed, I want you to imagine that you look down and there's this beautiful dirt path. And it's like the soft dirt, you know, that dirt that is just so, so soft. And every time you move, it almost leaves imprints of your feet because it's so soft. I want you to see yourself barefoot, walking on this soft dirt until you hit the edge of a meadow that is filled with the most beautiful white flowers. And I want you to feel this warm breeze cross over your face, moving through your hair. And you watch the breeze move these white flowers. I want you to feel the flowers calling you in, calling you in to rest. So I want you to look down and see your feet lift, placing one foot in front of the other, until you find the most beautiful soft grass right in the center, right in the center of all of these white flowers. And I want you to lay down on the soft, warm grass, taking a nice breath in, feeling the sun melt away your stress from today. Take another breath in, letting the sun drip off any concerns from your body, letting all of your stress and all of your fears and all of your overwhelm move into the earth, allowing the earth to receive it. I want you to feel the wind moving the flowers around your body. And as they move around you, I want you to feel this cocoon is a cocoon of love that envelops you and wraps you. It grounds you and it releases any other residue and debris from your day. Any noise, any chatter, any fears, any stress. We're gonna allow this cocoon of the white flowers to brush them off your body. Take a nice breath in and out. Now imagine that with this next breath, you're gonna breathe in this beautiful, beautiful golden light that radiates from the center of every one of these white flowers. You're going to breathe it in, and it's going to go within your being and nurture you and nourish you and bring you into a place of wholeness. You're going to breathe that in, and as you breathe out, letting it expand through your body, this golden light, this golden love, this deep nourishment. Let's do two more breaths. And out, letting it nourish your nervous system, bringing you into a place of ease and rest. One more breath in and breathing out. We're going to allow this beautiful feeling to permeate your being. I want you to listen to the sound as it seals up this work. And just as we would seal the bottom of a boat, we are sealing our beings with light. This light is not only sealing in the work that we did, but this light is acting as a protector to allow you to be able to rest for the completion of this evening. Be in full, deep rest and ease and nourishment that tomorrow you wake up with light and energy and action, that your feet will be guided every step you take by the Divine, that miracles will open for you and that inspiration will flow through you. Take one breath in, wiggle your toes, wiggle your nose, shake your fingers out. And slowly, slowly roll up to this place. I want you to know that every single day, when you create space in the morning and in the evening for yourself and a connection with the Divine, you will have more energy and more inspiration than before. And energy and inspiration creates divinely guided action which always wraps us in the most golden momentum and joy. I'm honored that you spent time with me, and I will see you in the morning.
