A short guided evening prayer/meditation led by Keira Brinton that centers grounding, breathwork, and a third-eye chakra visualization to clear blocks and awaken spiritual gifts. The session includes a healing-card pull (third eye chakra), invocation of angels/guides (and Christ as a named helper), instructions to receive and place a newly-identified gift into the heart, and a practical prompt to note one way to use that gift the next day and to continue receiving guidance during sleep.

Happy evening. It's the end of the day. Find your feet, find your sit bones. Let's get into our bodies. Yes. The end of the day is when we are most likely in burnout, exhaustion, frazzled. So let's go into the space of finding our feet. So what does that even mean to me? That means take your attention and bring it all the way down to your feet. You just find them. This helps you get into your body and out of the mind, out of the mind of worry, concern, frustration, chatter, noise, self doubt. Right, so you're going to breathe in, breathe all the way down to your feet. Find your feet. Find your feet. Find your feet. There we go. To expand your heart. Expand your heart. Let's do some. I'm gonna do some gong tonight. Yes. Breathing. One more. Oh. Letting the sounds clear out the noise, clear out the fear. All right. It feels like we're supposed to pull a healing card tonight. So one day, one day I will let you guys buy these. But right now I don't have them. They are not available today. So this is my healing deck that I created and takes you through the chakras, which are really important. It's how I hear the body. So I'm going to pull one for you guys. Before we do, let's call on our angels. Going to call on our angels, our guides, those who love us, those who support us. Specifically those who help us with our purpose and our mission. To be called in, in and through this beautiful light, to hold the space for us in safety, to help us be able to receive. We're going to ask that light will touch our ears to spiritually hear what needs to be heard. The light will touch our third eyes. We'll have access to all of our spiritual gifts. The light will cleanse our lips, so we speak only what needs to be spoken. That the beautiful sun will pour over our heart, softening up to receive. All right, I'm going to pull a card. So how I do that is I take my hands and I put them over the cards and I pull the one that's the hottest. So I'm going to pull a card that is the hottest tonight. So which one is it? Where are you? Like a lot of hot ones. Alrighty. Oh, this one is so good. So this is the third eye chakra. I mean, I love all the chakras, but the third eye, it's pretty magical. You can see it. It says, I breathe out and surrender all of my fear and resistance to my spiritual gifts. I breathe in and receive. I accept all of my spiritual gifts in and through the divine light. So looks like that's where we go tonight, friend. Receiving your gifts, accepting your gifts. We're going to take a nice deep breath in. I'm going to take you through a visualization. So we're going to go in to the third eye, right here, right here, right here. And we're going to pour through the third eye this beautiful beam of light. It's going to move in, it's going to clear up anything that's not light that's stuck in here. So imagine that this is just a deep cleaner going in and cleaning up all the things that aren't serving you and your gifts. And we're going to ask the divine to gather anything that's been hijacking your gifts, anything that's been using your gifts, anything that's been keeping your gifts hidden from you. We're going to ask the divine light. We'll gather them all the way in, place them in a sphere of light, take them to wherever they need to go that they'll be cleaned off your body right here, right now. Alright, so you're going to go into your third eye and we're going to ask the divine. So I like to work with Christ. We're going to ask that Christ will come and be with you. Now you can ask whatever guide you'd like to be with you. I'm going to ask that Christ will put his hands on your third eye to clean out any leftover, any leftover debris, anything that's left over from what was just cleared out, and then to pour deep, profound love through the third eye to wake up your gifts. So your gifts may come to the front of the stage. Your gifts may be seen, they may be heard, they may be known, they may be used. And we're going to access them with your gift of agency. So I want you to say, I choose to use my gifts in and through the divine light. I choose to access my gifts in and through the divine light. So we're going to invite your gifts to come and sit with us right here between my heart and your heart. And I want you to ask, you can ask God, ask the divine to show you. What is this gift? This gift that you are opening up your heart to receive? What is this gift that is wanting, free, wanting you to use it? What is this gift? You're gonna listen, you're either see it, you're gonna hear it, you're gonna feel it, you're gonna know it. Thank you, thank you, thank you. Whether you See, feel, or know it is here. Place it in your heart, and you're going to feel this gift. Enter your being and know that you get to choo this gift. And you get to choose how you use your gifts. You have agency with your gifts. They do not have agency over you. You have agency with your gifts. So take a nice breath in, breathe out. You're going to ask to be shown a place where you can use this gift tomorrow. How can you use this gift tomorrow? You're going to hear it, you're going to see it, you're going to feel it. You're going to know it. Okay, take your notepad, write it down. How are you going to use this gift tomorrow? While you do that, I'm going to play you some music. Yes. Some sound. How do you use this gift tomorrow? How do you use this gift tomorrow? All right, we're going to call on your angels and ask that they will hold the container for you to start accessing your spiritual gifts, that they will allow you to feel safe in using your gifts. They will open up, open up opportunities, open up new pathways for you, bring in the right people that are going to help you activate these gifts, help you see your gifts and help you use your gifts. You have many spiritual gifts, and as you lean in and do these types of practices, asking that they will be awakened, asking that you will hear them and know them, you will become partners, sacred partners in this work. So take a nice deep breath in. Wrapping your third eye in so much love. Wrapping your gifts in so much love. Thank you, thank you, thank you. We're going to hand this all over to God. And as you sleep tonight, ask that you will be shown how to use your gifts while you sleep. This is a really beautiful way to receive answers from the divine. And also the best multitasking trick you'll ever have. This is you receiving in your sleep. It's so amazing. So why don't you ask that tonight, see what happens, and I will see you in the morning.
