Keira Brinton leads a guided evening prayer inviting you to visualize your heart as a crystal bowl being filled with divine love and light. The practice focuses on healing, releasing neediness, and becoming a grounded channel of abundance.
Happy evening, my friend. How are you today? How is your heart? How's your body? Let's do a little check in. Just place your hand on your heart with no judgment, just noticing your body, noticing how you feel. Witnessing, witnessing, witnessing. What does your body need right now? What does it need? We're going to listen tonight to our body, All right? I want you to imagine this beautiful light above the crown of your head, breathing it all the way in, cleaning it all the way out to the soles of your feet. Going to breathe in, and let's bring your body into a place of rest. At the end of the day, our bodies can get really spinny and spastic and energy all over the place. Tonight we're going to bring you in to rest. Go. All right, let's call in your spiritual team. Let's call in your angels, your guides, your leaders, those who are here to support you, to love you, to help you. We're going to call them in and into the divine light to come and sit with us, to hold this space with us. We're going to ask that light will touch our ears so we can spiritually hear what needs to be heard. The light will touch our third eyes. We'll have access to all of our spiritual gifts. The light will cleanse our lips, so we speak only what needs to be spoken. There we go. All right. So noticing your heart, what does your heart need? I want you to ask in your mind, or you can speak out loud. Heart, what do you need? What do you need right now? First thing you hear, this is the thing, okay? And you're always going to want to question it, and you're always going to want to be like, wait, let me ask again. Like, it's always the thing. But I want you to know that the first thing you receive is the answer. So whatever you just heard, hear it, know it, feel it, we're going to wrap it in light and we're going to place it on the altar. And we're going to ask God and all of our angels to help this. This actually happened for your heart. Today we're gonna ask for pathways to be opened for you to hear truth, for you to receive. Maybe you need love. Maybe you need a break. Maybe you need comfort. Maybe you need tenderness, attention, whatever it is that you need, we're gonna ask that God will pull it in, that God will bring it to you under grace and. And in the most perfect ways. Breathing in, breathing out, breathing in and out. There we go. All right? So in this beautiful space where we're gonna receive what we need. We're gonna go into a vision tonight, and we're gonna see if we can kind of fill this hole. It feels like there's a little bit of achiness in the heart. Maybe you don't feel this, but I feel some achiness in the heart. And I feel like we need this to be filled. Like this bowl. If I were to put water in this bowl, it would actually be filled, right? And nothing is going to fall out of it. It's crystal. It's. It's so secure. It is complete. So what we want to do is we with the heart tonight, we want to really pour in divine love, but we want to make sure that it's complete so that it's not seeping out. Okay. So I want you to open up your heart and roll your shoulders back. Ah. And forward. Okay, There we go. All right. We're going to ask for a visual, a vision. What can we use to help this land better in you? Okay. I want you to imagine that your heart is the crystal bowl. That it is this beautiful round bowl, but there had been some cracks in it. And I want you to see that the divine, whoever the divine is for you. For me, you know, it's God. I work with Christ, the divine mother, like, who is the divine for you. You're going to ask them to come and place their hands on this bowl, this symbolic bowl in your heart, on the cracks, that the cracks may be filled, healed and made whole and enter this love, creating a secure space, a secure container. We're going to ask the divine love to now be poured into this bowl, this symbolic bowl in your heart. Palms up, shoulders back, receiving this love, pouring it into your heart, Expanding the heart, expanding the heart. All the places that are hungry, all the places that are starving, all the places that are thirsty, we're going to allow the divine love, love to pour into the heart. And again and receive. One more and receive. I want you to feel your whole body being filled with this warmth and this light and this love and all the hunger and all the exhaustion and all the starvation and like all this that we just get so grabby as humans, has released off of your body, and now you are filled to the brim with this divine love. And again, We're going to ask your angels to secure this love in your body so that you may be filled, that you may be whole, that any needy energy, grabby energy, is complete grab cleared out and gone from off your body and your being, expanding you into the brilliant being that you are the being that expands. Love expands. Light, expands extraordinary energy. You attract all that is for you. You are the magnet for momentum and magic and abundance and love. When you are filled, you do not need. When you are filled, you can give. Mmm. This was a beautiful, yummy practice. Today I'm gonna pour all my love your way and ask the divine to pour light through you from the crown of your head all the way down to the soles of your feet, wrapping you, expanding you, and bringing you into deep, yummy wholeness.
