Evening Prayer I Body Wisdom I God is My Business Plan

A short guided evening prayer/meditation led by two speakers (Keira Brinton is the creator/uploader) that uses breath, light-visualization, gentle movement, and a heart-centered body-inquiry to help listeners clear energy, access inner wisdom, and make decisions. The practice treats the body as a barometer to distinguish mind-driven uncertainty from body-guided clarity, ending with verbal commitment phrases and encouragement to act on the body’s guidance.

Happy evening. I want you to take a nice breath in with me and you're gonna breathe out. Gonna breathe in and out. I want you to imagine this beautiful light above the crown of your head. You're gonna breathe, breathe the light in. And you're going to let it move down your body, clearing and cleansing the path all the way out through the soles of your feet. You're going to breathe the light in.
Again.
And you're going to breathe it out and you're going to move and eb all the worries and all the noise and all the fear and everything that you picked up today, letting it leave all the way out through the soles of your feet and do one more breath in. This time, let's wake up your brilliance. So breathing it in, waking up all of your brilliance, all of your magic, all of your light, all the way up, all the way up, all the way up, creating this really beautiful shield of light around you. We're going to infuse you with light tonight and we're going to protect you. Build this really beautiful protection of light.
So now I want you to move your ribs back and forth, side to.
Side, and then front to back.
We're just going to get some movement in the body. In.
And out.
Shoulders up. There we go. All right. We got some energy moving. We cleared it out. I hope you can feel a difference in your body in just under two minutes. Just the simple intention of using energy and light to clear your body.
Because tonight the practice is all about.
Listening to your body. So just like a barometer is a or a thermometer manages the temperature. You can test and see what the temperature is inside of a room or you can test your own temperature, right? So these are measurements that you can measure the temperature of your body or the temperature of a room. So I want you to really feel that your body is a barometer. Four answers. You get to ask your body when you are needing an answer to something. And when I say your body, it's like right here in your heart. Your body. Your heart knows exactly what you need.
But what happens is we get stuck in the mind and we focus on the mind.
We let the mind override the body, which creates illness in the body, which creates pain in the body. No more. Tonight we are waking up this true voice inside so that you can hear.
Exactly what needs to be heard, so.
You can get answers on the things that you're wobbly about. So once you just breathe in, I want you to hold your knees.
Why?
This is a secure location. You're gonna hold your knees, shoulders back. You're gonna breathe all the way down into the lower belly.
And you're gonna breathe out.
Let's go again.
And out.
With your eyes closed, go down into the heart. And I want you to ask yourself, what is something that you've been. One foot in, one foot out. You've been teetering the edge. You are not fully committed to an answer. You're confused, you're struggling. You can't find the right path forward. I want you to find that situation. Closing your eyes. Notice it, see what it is. First thing that comes to you is open. Always the answer. Breathing in, breathing out. I want you to just see this situation. Put it on a table in front of you. Look at it. Look at it. Like if I was saying, look at this bowl.
Okay?
I want you to look at the situation right in front of you and see. See it like that. That. It's just a situation. I want you to come over here and place your hands on your heart. And you're going to ask your body, not your mind.
You're going to ask your body, what's.
The answer to this problem? Is it a yes? Is it a no? Is there a solution?
I'm going to play some sound for you and I want you to listen. Listen to what your body wants.
And your mind's going to come in and your mind is going to sound like this. But what about this? But what about this and this and this and this? That's how you know it's the mind.
The body, and the heart is very clear and you know exactly what the answer is. The mind is trying to talk you out of it. So just listening in to the body, Notice the tug of war between the heart and the mind. Notice the pull and the tug. Notice the pull and the tug. Heart and mind, heart and mind. And one way to notice is that you're going to go with the mind for a second.
Yes, I'm going to follow what my.
Mind is telling me. Make the decision. And how does it feel now in your body when you made that decision? If it feels clamped, if it feels like. If it feels like you can't move, you can't breathe, your chest gets tighter, this is a sign. This is not where you need to go.
Now. If you make that decision and you.
Feel freedom in your body and there's like this excitement and there's joy and there's ease, then move that way. When we listen to our bodies, one, we're always healthier. But when we listen to our Bodies, we are guided on the path that we need to take. So would you just breathe in? I want you to tell your body that you're going to listen to it. I'm going to listen to you. Even if my mind wants to fight me, I'm going to listen. I'm going to listen. I'm going to listen. Breathing in, Breathing out. Now, I want you to verbally say.
That you're going to follow your body, whatever the answer is that your body is telling you. You're going to say, I'm choosing this. I'm choosing this answer.
Say it out loud. And then I want you to notice how your body feels. Does it feel relieved? Does it feel like you can breathe deeper? Does it feel like, oh, there it is. There's. There's the pocket, there's the sweet spot.
This is the way.
That's how you know you made the right decision. And I hate the word right. So you made the best decision. You made the decision that is in your highest good, right? So you're going to breathe in and you're going to breathe out. I want you to notice the peace, the stillness, the quiet that is here. Seeing it, hearing it, feeling it, knowing it. Then making a commitment to your body. So something like, I will always listen to you. I want you to say these words out loud. I am here for you. I will honor your needs. I will listen to you. I see you. I hear you. I honor you. Thank you for guiding me. Thank you for leading me. They partner with you. Notice how that feels in the body. The peace, the calmness. It's like the stability of a mountain, the surety of a heavy rock. Like it's not going anywhere. Your body is here for you. Your body has the wisdom. It holds the wisdom. And when you partner with your body, everything moves easier. That doesn't mean life is easy, but things move easier, more powerfully, more abundantly and with health. Health in the body, health in the mind, health in the heart and the soul. When we listen to what our heart tells us, when our body guides us, we are more whole. So final breath in. Breathing out. Letting this peace move through the nervous system, all the way down, out through the soles of the feet, imagining this.
Golden light moving out in front of.
You, creating the path, the path of the knowingness that you may walk on. The path that is guided by your knowingness. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. There we go. All right, my friend, take action on what you were inspired. Take action on what the body asked you to do. And I will see you in the morning.
