This is the moment we get to just honor ourselves, like in the busyness of life, in the crazy to do's and all the ups and all the downs. You are making time for sacred space. And that is a huge celebration. So let's drop in with our bodies. Breathing in, breathing out. Breathing in. And out. Hello, body. Hello. Hello. Hello. Cleaning off any exhaustion from the day, we're going to ask the divine light to come and gather in anyone's energy that is poisonous, pulling on you, that is weighing you down. You're carrying it like a backpack. Let's. All the way down, all the way down. There we go. Oh, it's so good when we can release other people's energy. Yes. All right. Let's call in all of our angels. Okay. Just kidding. There's something more important to do first. Okay. Right now we need to go into our body and gather in our source of energy right into this center of our being. This feels very important tonight. So I want you to place your hands right underneath your rib cage. This is your solar plexus. And you're going to breathe in and you're going to breathe out. And you're going to bring all of your energy back into your body. Breathing in, bringing all your power back in. Anybody that you gave it to today got cleaned, cleansed, washed. Now it comes back into full form. Let's go. Breathing in your magic. Let's remember who you are. Who are you? You know who you are. Deep down, you know who you are. Let's remember that version. Okay. Feeling so much more grounded. Got it. Let's call in our angels, our guides, our leaders. Let's call in our team, our spiritual board of directors, who help us with our work, with our books, with our creations, with our families. We're going to call them all in and through the divine light to come and sit with us, to hold space with us. We're gonna ask that light will touch our ears so we can spiritually hear what needs to be heard. The light will touch our third eyes, will have access to all of our gifts of seeing visions, of hearing the divine, of feeling, knowing truth, having clarity and clairvoyance. We're gonna ask that light will cleanse our lips, so we speak only what needs to be spoken. Take a nice breath in. What is tonight's work? What is tonight's work? So immediately I am shown a yo, yo. Okay, so what are we going to do with this? So what? I am being shown Is that when the yo yo is wound up into the plastic, it is completely free of knots. It can do all these tricks, it can move all these things, it can do what it needs to do, but as soon as you untie the string, it gets knotted, it gets like. You can't do anything like the yo yo normally can. The message is what came in at the very beginning. When your energy is dispersed in all these places and you are not bringing it back in and finding your inner power and finding your inner strength, you are going to get knotted. You are going to get knotted and you are going to get stuck and you are not going to perform the way you were created to perform, the way way you were created to do. Right? So what I'm hearing is a simple awareness. So just going into the body and letting the body know that you are aware of its energy and you get to be the one who calls it back in. So wherever you feel like you lose power, right here, right now, we're making an awareness that you feel it in your body and that you clean it off from whoever takes it and you're going to bring it back into the center. Just like when all the string is wrapped around a Yo Yo. So right now, right here, I want you to think maybe is there someone that you gave your power away to today? Was it a sales call? Was it a relationship? Who took power and now we're going to clean it off. You don't want to bring back dirty energy. Clean out that energy. Use the divine light. Clean out the energy, right? Going to breathe it in all the way down into the cells. Waking up your power. Waking up your power. Waking up your power. Breathing in, Breathing it all the way in. I want you to feel yourself getting stronger every time you bring your energy back. When you have all of your energy inside of you, Fear has no hold on you. Stress has no hold on you. When your energy gets dispersed in all the different places, well, that's when it gets messy. That's when it gets knotted. And that's when you lose your power and you lose your footing and that's when it's easy to slip into darkness, fear, self doubt. All the spaces when you can always bring your energy and power back in. You're stronger. Stronger to withstand the winds and the, the storms and all the struggles. Okay, so one more. Breathing in all of your magic and all of your power, wherever it was displaced and taken today, cleaning it off, bringing it back in. Bringing it back in. I want you to just touch your heart.
