Happy evening. How are you tonight? How do you feel? How's your energy? How are you? How is your heart? How's your heart tonight? Let's just take a minute. Place your hands on your heart. Just breathe in. Hello, hello. Hello, heart. In a day of so much, let's come back into our hearts. Let's come back into the space inside. And let's start with a little bit of sound, shall we? Let's do some sound. Let's do my big bowl tonight. That feels right. Look at that. It's like, as big as me. All right, here we go. You ready? Take a nice breath in. Ah, breathing in and out. Let's do a nice loud exhale, breathing in and out. There we go. There we go. Moving it all the way out your body. Ah, let's open up our arms. Oh, let's do a nice open heart. Chest. Heart chest, sure. How about a nice chest heart opener? Maybe that's the words. Here we go. There we go. All right. Feels so much better. So let's call on our spiritual team. Let's call in our angels, our guides, we to call in your spiritual team who's here to help you write your books, create your programs, build your work, help you with your hearts. We're going to invite them all in and into the divine light to come and sit with us, to hold space with us, to lead and guide us. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. All right, let's prepare our bodies. So we always ask that light will touch our ears so we can hear, hear our angels, hear God, hear spiritually what needs to be heard. The light will touch our third eyes. We'll have access to all of our spiritual gifts, our gifts of seeing visions, of hearing, feeling, knowing, truth. As the light will cleanse our lips, that we speak only what needs to be spoken. And out. There we go. All right, so we're going to open our palms, and we're just going to ask, what is the work tonight? Interesting. I've never seen this before. All right, so I want you to close your eyes, and while you're closing your eyes, I want you to visualize this image that's coming to me right now. And the images of all these hoops that you get to jump through. And it's like. I can see. It's like all these really fun obstacles, like climbing up a wall and sliding down a slide and going underneath the gate and going through the hoops and jumping over some mud, like this whole really fun obstacle course. That's. That's here. And I want you to just, like, imagine at some point in your life when this was fun, when it was fun to maybe crawl through the mud and go over a fence and go under a fence and hop through a hoop and jump over a roof or whatever, like, this whole obstacle course. And I want you to see that there are two ways to do it. One is you can go through all the hoops and you can jump and you can slide and you can climb, or you could just walk. And it's like, when you walk, it's just this boring. You're just walking where the other people are. Like, going through hoops and jumping. Like, I don't know what the hoops is, but it's really big. Because that's all I keep seeing are these hoops, right? And the message that I'm hearing is that so often we want life to feel super easy, like the person is just walking along. But the truth is, is that it'd be so damn boring. So damn boring. And that actually, if we could look at life like this really fun obstacle course, it would be so much more joyful and so much more fun in comparison to just walking. Like, you could be going on this really fun adventure. But the problem is, is that we think that the hoops that we're going through and that the things that we're climbing are hard because we think they're hard. They are hard. And we dream of something easier. I'm telling you, that easy path of just walking is so damn boring, you would be bored out of your mind. So the quest tonight is, how do we look at all the things that we're doing and all the things that feel. Feel hard as an adventure, as an obstacle course? Something to gain from, something to get some excitement from, something to wake up, some joy from. So once you place your hand on your heart and left hand on the lower belly. Okay. Ah, there we go. All right. So in this beautiful place, I want you to bring up fun. So the lower belly is also known as your sacral chakra, and it is the place of, I suppose, a lot of things. But tonight, we're gonna bring up fun. So I want you to bring up the feeling of fun, bringing it all the way up into your heart. The joy, the fun, the light, the magic. Ah, thank you. Thank you. Thank you for fun. And I want you to imagine if we could put glasses on that are fun glasses. And I want you to look back over your day today and think what. What could you have viewed as fun that, for some reason, you thought was hard? Starting at the Beginning of the day. Looking through your day, how could you have seen it as fun? How could this have been part of an obstacle course that brought you excitement and fire and energy? How do we see things as fun? How do we release the belief that things are hard and instead step into the realm of adventure, of a challenge, of fun? So you're going to breathe in, you're going to breathe out. We're going to invite your guides, your spiritual team to open up pathways for you tomorrow that you can have fun and that you can see everything as an adventure. And that the hard energy melts off your body, Letting it melt. There's no need for things to be hard. There's no need. You are the captain of your ship. You get to choose. And tonight, we are waking up. Fun. Yes. Wake up fun. Yes. Let's wake up. Fun and adventure and challenge. All right. I love that energy. So tonight, as you go to sleep, I want you to imagine that tomorrow is going to be a beautiful surprise, that there's fun around every corner, and hard will have no place in your day. And so it is. All right, my friend. I want you to imagine the divine light pouring through you from the crown of your head all the way down to the tips of your toes, expanding this newness into you, wrapping you in love. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. I will see you in the morning.
