Happy evening, my friend. Let's just get in our bodies, shall we? Let's get in our bodies after today. So, shoulders up, open your heart. And again. Take your ear to your shoulder. Really pulling this one down. Other side. Pulling it down. Take it over to the side. And again, let's take our arms up. And you're going to open the heart and open the throat. Bringing your hands into your sternum. Thumbs against the sternum bone. I want you to breathe in all the way to your lower belly. And pushing your hands together, breathing in. Again. And out. We're bringing our power back into the center of our bodies. Ready? Again. And out. There we go. All right, from this place, you're. Shake your arms. Shake it out. Shake it out. Shake it out. Shake it out. Shake it out. Palms up, shoulders back. We're gonna breathe in this beautiful light through the crown of your head, all the way down to the soles of your feet. You're gonna breathe in and you're gonna breathe out the light. And you're gonna let it clean and cleanse and clear your body all the way out through the soles of your feet. You're gonna breathe the light in, and you're gonna let it expand throughout the cells of your being, letting your body actually shape. Like, letting this move beyond your shape. Breathing in, breathing out. There we go. We're going to put a beautiful shield of light around you to protect you. Let's call on your spiritual team. We're going to call in all of your angels and your guides and your leaders and those who are here to support you in this work, in your work in the world, in your purpose, in your light. We're going to invite them all in and into the divine light to come and sit with us, to hold space with us. We're going to ask that light will touch our ears so we can spiritually hear what needs to be heard. That light will touch our third eyes, will have access to all of our spiritual gifts. That light will cleanse our lips, that we speak only what needs to be spoken. Pouring light over the heart, allowing the heart to expand, allowing the heart to be. Okay, so open your palms. Let's see if we can receive what work we're to do tonight. Tonight it feels really simple and also clear. Okay? So I want you to close your eyes, and I want you to imagine that you have this beam of light that's going from the crown of your head all the way down to the base of your spine, this beautiful beam of light. And this beam of light is Your highest energy, your highest vibration. What I want to do is I want to expand, expand your beam of light. Let's start there, then I'll show you what we're going to do. All right, So I want you to just breathe in. And every time you breathe out, you're going to expand that light further. It's going to get brighter, it's going to get bigger, it's going to expand farther. Breathing in, and you're going to expand that light further and further and further. One more in. Expanding that light. There we go. So now that the light is expanded, I want you to feel cords that are attached to other people. Maybe it was with clients today, maybe it's with a partner, employees, anybody that you've come in contact with, your children, right? Anybody who has their cord attached to you. You. We're going to ask the Divine to untether them from you. And I want you to watch. It's almost like. Like a hook gets unhooked and then it just drops off your body. All right? So I want you to just breathe in, and we're just going to breathe through as all of these people's cords are detached from us. Breathing in, you might feel pain, shoot somewhere in your body. That's where one of the cords are attached. So we're just going to ask the Divine to unhook that cord, whoever it's connected to, letting it all release from your body. And breathe in and out. Letting go, letting go. A mantra to say while you let go people's energy is, I forgive and release. I return to love. So letting everyone go, I forgive and release. I return to love. I forgive and release. I return to love. One more in letting all the cords be pulled out, detached, releasing them and returning to love. How we go back into the center of your body, finding your energy right within the center of you. Getting stronger and bolder in your energy alone. Noticing that you are not as tired, noticing that you have more clarity, noticing that you have more power. When we release people from our energy, it allows us to regain our full energy and full power within us. So just breathing in and out, now that you have found your center and everyone's energy has been released, I want you to open your palms and ask God, what's the next thing that I need to do in my business, in my relationships? Like, there's something. I want you to get really clear on what you're asking. Are you asking for help in business? Are you asking for help with your finances? Are you asking for help with. With relationships? Pick a topic and then ask God, what's the next thing I need to do in this area of my life? But you're going to say what the area is and I'm going to be quiet while you listen. Okay, now that you've heard, we're going to ask your angels to come in and open pathways for this to happen. And you're going to make a commitment that this is non negotiable. Whatever you just received here, write it down, otherwise you're going to forget it. You need to write it down, place it somewhere where you can see and know that this is a non negotiable. Now that you have your energy back and strong, you can totally take action on this thing. So just breathing in, breathing out. There we go. We're going to just ask the divine light to pour light through you from the crown of your head all the way down to the soles of your feet, activating your gifts, your passion, your magic, your love shielding you up tonight.
