All right. Happy evening, my friend. It is so late over here. I think it's 12:30. I do not stay up this late. So we're gonna do a very quick practice. This will be a practice to come to whenever you want, a quick practice. So we're gonna just do a very simple drop in. While you take a nice deep breath in, we're gonna drop into the body, cleaning your whole energetic body, letting everything drip off your body. All the worry, all the stress, all the noise. Let's call on your angels and your spiritual team to come and hold space with you that you may hear and witness their support. We're going to prep your body that you may receive that light will bless your ears, your third eye and your lips, that you may hear what needs to be heard, have access to your gifts and speak. Speak only what needs to be spoken. All right, the practice tonight. What is it? What is it? What is it? Interesting. All right, so tonight is a vision, a parable. Once you close your eyes and I want you to imagine yourself swimming in mud. I want you to see yourself swimming in mud and allowing the mud, it's like gross until you finally surrender to it. And there's like mud between your toes and your fingernails and your ears and you're just covered in mud. And I want you to feel how at first it was gross and then you just kind of got used to it and you get used to the yucky energy of the mud, the yucky feeling of the mud. You just get used to it. Until. Until one day, after swimming in this mud for a very long time, you see a clear waterfall ahead and you're going to get up and as you're walking towards the waterfall, the hot sun, this is like Arizona sun beating down on you, starts to dry the mud and it becomes caked to your body. It becomes heavier and heavier until you finally reach the waterfall. And as you get into this warm waterfall of light, light water, it cleanses your body completely. It cleanses your fingernails, it cleanses your ears, it cleanses your nose, it cleanses your toes and all the creases and all the cracks are completely cleared from all the mud. And you step outside of the waterfall and you notice the freedom without the mud. And you're so much more grateful to be clean than you ever were before. The mud created gratitude for this cleanliness. So the practice is this, that whatever mud you're in right now, it will be cleared out. And when it is, you'll have more gratitude than ever before because you walked through the mud everything is happening for you. Everything is a gift. Every problem has a gift. Every mud bath gets a waterfall at the end. So just keep moving, keep walking. The waterfall will appear and when it does, you will be more grateful than if you had never gone through the mud. Place your hand on your heart, finding where that place in your life is that you feel like is mud. Seeing it, witnessing, hearing it and then looking ahead to the future of it being cleaned and cleansed out of your body, out of your energy field. Cleaning, cleansing, clearing the way. And then opening your heart to be grateful. Grateful for the waterfall that is ahead. Grateful for the cleaning, the cleansing and the freedom. Beautiful. As you go to sleep tonight, allow that energy to rest into you. The energy of gratitude, the energy of cleanliness, the energy of ease. And I will see you in the morning.
