Evening Prayer I Expand Your Capacity I God is My Business Plan

Happy evening. Welcome. Welcome to this beautiful moment. I'm acknowledging you for taking the time to create this space with me. So let's drop into our bodies, clear off any energy of the day that didn't serve. You notice if there's any pain in your body as we're listening to the sound, I want you to allow the pain to leave your body. If there's any fears or noisy thoughts in your mind, allow them to leave the body as we listen to the sound. So we're just clearing everything out right now. Take a nice deep breath in. Get a nice breath in. Coming back into our breath is something that we have access to all day long. So we're going to start off with the sacred creative process. How we do this is we imagine this beautiful light above the top of our heads. We're going to breathe it in and it's going to clean and cleanse our whole system. So we're going, we're like doing a pre wash was the light with the bowl. Now we're going in on a deeper wash. We're cleansing our energy field. So imagine the light above your head, breathing it in, breathing all the way down through your body. Cleaning, cleansing, clearing the space from within. Above, around, below, beneath you, breathing in the light, allowing it to activate your gifts, allowing it to activate your purpose and your energy. Final one, we're going to breathe this light all the way down. It's going to move all the way through your body. It's going to open, exit your toes, moving up and around your body, sealing it up at your toes to be an added form of protection and to infuse and insulate you with light. We're going to then call in our angels, our guides, those who are here to lead us, those who are on your board of directors, your spiritual team, who are to support your work. We're going to invite them to come and sit and hold this space with us today. Today we're going to ask that our ears will be cleansed with light. We may hear what needs to be heard, that our third eye will have light, cleanse it so that we will have access to all of our spiritual gifts. We're going to ask that light will cleanse our lips, that we speak only what needs to be spoken. Take a nice breath in. This is the sacred creative process that we use before we channel our books. But this process can be used before you write your podcast, before you speak on stage. This is the practice of opening up our heart to receive and getting out of our minds. This is what Helps us unlock our creations. It's a magical, magical practice. So today, if you watch this morning's practice, I invited you to ask your angels for signs. Signs that you have a spiritual team here supporting you. I want you to take a minute. I'm going to play my sound. I want you to just drop in your heart and remember, did you see any signs today? Did you notice your spiritual team coming in to support you? So I'm going to play my music and I want you to feel into. Write down everything that you experienced today. Did you see numbers? Did you see. Did you ask them to show you in the sign of an animal? What did you see today that you felt that you have a spiritual team with you? Did you ask for their support with your work? And it happened. What occurred for you where you know that you have a team who is here helping you, that you are not alone on this, that you are deeply supported. Write that down. Ah, there we go. So there's something about knowing this. So for me, I actually had a pretty. My nervous system was a little shot today because I did so much creation over the weekend that I came right home and I met with all these clients and then I took all five kids swimming. It was a very intense, wild, wonderful mother business day. But my nervous system was really hot. And so I could feel that I wasn't as grounded as I normally am doing on all the things. So I asked my team, I said, I need you to show me that you're right here, right now. Just give me a nudge. And that exact moment, I felt inspired to look at the clock. And it was 4:44. And for me, that's one of the fastest ways. I know my angels are with me because they'll show me in numbers. Especially when I'm asking for something, they show up in numbers. And then another way that I knew that they were supporting me was that I. I needed to take my kids somewhere. We needed to get out of the house. They're all kind of bouncing off the walls. And so I went into prayer in my heart and I just asked, like, where can I take them? And I had an idea pop up, look for a public pool. Well, I haven't even been to a public pool in a long time. I've only been to one in the city since. We're pretty new to Idaho, and the first one that popped up, I just decided to move ahead with it. So we get there. I have no idea what this place is. We get there, we walk in, and they've got a freezing Cold pool indoors and a hot tub. And if you've been with me in these videos, you know that hot, cold water is how I restore my nervous system. And we walked in, I looked up at the clock. It was 5:55. And it was just witnesses to me. My angels had guided me to that exact public pool because that was exactly what my nervous system needed. And they showed me with numbers that they were there supporting me. This is how I know that my team is there. They make things work in my highest good, because I'm always asking for support. And when we ask, we receive. So why don't you just really take that to heart. Take this practice, do it every day. Ask them to show you every day. It becomes this beautiful relationship when you are asking and receiving and noticing, and then always thank them for their support. Gratitude is our deepest gift. So tonight, I want to walk you through a visualization of expanding your capacity. So one thing as being an entrepreneur is that you're going to hit a level where you're like, I have hit capacity level. Like, there is too much on my plate. I have hit capacity overload. How could I even imagine? Like, how could I even imagine to keep going? You've been there, I've been there. We all get there. And then what happens is that our muscles of endurance actually get stronger and we're able to have more in our. In our arms, we're able to hold more. But there's like this breaking point where we either break or we root down and get stronger. And so tonight, I want to take you through a visualization on how you. You can root down and extend the branches of your tree, your arms, your spiritual arms, your energetic arms of what you can receive so that you can hold more without breaking. It has a huge piece to do with your root system. Now, what is a root system? It's your energetic roots that tie you into your purpose, a support system. We got to make those really strong for you so that your arms, these branches, can go bigger and bigger and bigger and hold more. Because as you grow as a leader and as you grow in success with your business, your capacity has to expand. Just has to. So I want to take you through this visualization. I want you to take a nice, deep breath in, open your heart, close your eyes, drop into your body. And I want you to imagine that you are a tree. And at first, you have very shallow roots. They're only a few inches underneath the ground. And every time the wind comes, it lifts you up just a little bit. Your roots try so hard they're holding you into the earth. But when that wind comes, the tree moves, and you lift up a bit. But in that moment when the tree is being lifted up by the roots from the wind, the roots grow stronger and they dig deeper into the ground. So I want you to see that, that when the wind came and picked you up, your roots actually dove deeper, and then they actually became stronger. So each time the wind pushed, the roots would go deeper and they would grow and expand in size. I want you to see this happening one more time. The wind blowing, the tree moving, and then the roots going straight into the earth, really securing you in this earth. Now I want you to feel the wind blow you again. And instead of it moving you, your arms, the tree arms, they expand, they grow. So then the wind comes again, and the roots keep you tied securely into the earth, and your arms grow wider. And on these arms are more fruit and more leaves. And your capacity to grow wider becomes easier because the root system underneath you has gotten stronger. So take a deep breath in that you are this tree and that the roots that you have are rooted into your purpose, into your gifts, into why you are here. This is your root system. This is where you place your deepest trust. Because when you put it here, your capacity will get stronger. How does that even work? Because when you are doing what you were inspired to do, you will have added strength. Your gifts will show up like superpowers, and you will be able to have the capacity to do what needs to be done. So I want you to take a nice breath in, and I want you to just feel. Has there ever been a time in your life when someone said, you are just too much or I can barely handle you? Probably because if you're an entrepreneur, you actually have to have that type of fire. Now, not everyone can handle that fire. I want you to feel into that. That fire that you have. It is the thing that ignites the capacity within you. So your fire ignites your capacity bandwidth. So when you can root down into your purpose, when you can root down into why you are here, that is when your tree branches energetically expand and you have the capacity to hold more. When we feel like we're tipping and the wind is tipping us over, it's because we are not rooted in our purpose, and we're not rooted in why we're here. We're not rooted in our gifts. This is the space that holds your capacity, rooting down into why you are here, rooting down into your gifts. So take a deep breath in, allowing you to see the roots below you, moving down into the earth, securely holding you into the center of the earth. That no matter what storms come, you cannot be tossed. And no matter what comes your way, you have the capacity to hold it. Because you are so firmly placed in your purpose. Take another deep breath in letting that sink into your body. We're gonna wrap you in so much deep love. May tonight be a night of resting. May tonight be be a night where you are deeply secure in your purpose and your reason for creation. And as you do so, the capacity within your energy field will expand. All right, my friend.
