Happy evening, my friend. How are you? Oh, I'm so happy to be here with you. Let's drop into flow. I want to get your body into a place of receptivity, into a place of softness, into a place of channeling. When you can get here every single morning, every single night, you're building a muscle that's going to help you in creation, it's going to help you in business. It's going to help you with listening to the divine. This is Your most important 5 minutes, 7 minutes of your day. You ready? Let's go. All right, we're gonna start with the small bowl today, so let's take a nice breath in. Oh, the practice is coming in already. Okay, this is a good one. This is a good one. You ready? Okay, we just gotta hop in because we know what happens if I don't go with the flow. I lose it. So here we are. Our angels are already here. They're always here. We're inviting them in to be with us. I want you to go into your heart. There's this bubbling, like champagne bubbles in the heart right now, and it's nervousness. So I want you to look at anywhere in your body in your life that you feel nervous and all right. Nervousness is always excitement without breath. That is my favorite quote by Gay Hendrickson. Nervousness is always, always excitement without breath. So we're gonna breathe into it. Okay. I think you might say that around fear. I would say nervousness, it's the same thing, right? Don't quote me on that quote, but it's something like that. Okay, so. So we're going to ask our angels to be here in and through the divine light to show us exactly what needs to be done, what's in your highest good. And we're going to ask for help in alchemizing this nervous energy in the heart into excitement. Okay, you ready? Palms up, shoulders back. Heart soft. We're going to breathe right into that heart, and we're going to let it stay. You're going to keep your breath there. We're going to let it get nice and tight and then out. Going to breathe in again. Hold it, Hold it. And. All right, we're going to do it the other way now. We're going to breathe in, and we're going to breathe out. And we're going to hold it at the bottom. Hold it. And out and in and out. Can you feel it? It's moving through your body. That's the point of this. The breath holding moves it through the body. That's a little low. Here we go. And breathing out all the way down. Hold it at the bottom. And out. One more time. And in. All right. Can you see how we just move that nervous energy? It was so contained and breath moved it. If you cough, that's cool. You're just clearing stuff out. All right, so now I want you to go deep in the heart and I want you to think, what are you actually excited about? That you were nervous before? What are you actually excited about? We're gonna breathe up the excitement. I wanna explode out the heart like golden dust. All right, palms up. Breathing it in. And out. And in. And out. Okay, if you giggle, great. Breathe that excitement all the way up. Let it explode out your heart. All right. We're going to wrap your heart in so much love. We're going to ask your angels that they will open the pathways. So you're going to say it like this. I'm asking my angels in and through the divine light to open up pathways for the thing that I'm most desiring, that I'm actually so excited about, actually come true, that it come to pass that it is birthed into reality and fruition. That this thing that I was so nervous because I didn't want it to fall, I didn't want it to fail, I cleared that out. The thing that I now want it to be, the yes, the possibilities, the fruition of this desire and dream. I'm gonna ask that my angels will open up the pathways for it to become true right here, right now, under grace and in the most perfect ways. Okay, we're gonna breathe in, and we're gonna breathe out, and we're gonna breathe in. Now I want you to open up your heart and receive it. And you're going to say, I receive. I receive my most desired outcome. I receive my most desired result from this. I receive. I receive. I receive. I'm a yes to receive what my heart desires most. I am a yes to receive this desired results under grace and in perfect ways. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you for bringing it to me. Thank you for letting me have this. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.
