Happy evening, my friend. I'm so happy that you are here. I want you to. Actually, tonight we're up on our feet. Now, if you have hurt knees or hurt feet, don't be here for a long time. Just come for a second. Okay. Let me see if I can show you my knees. Yes, this. Here it is. Here it is. I want you to be like this where your sit bones are on your heels. So on your heels, shoulders up, drop them down. Hands on the legs. Wiggle your sit bones. We're going to wake up some fire underneath your lower belly. This is right in the kundalini spot. We're just pulling up all this energy from your sacral chakra, okay? All the way up. And then you're going to breathe out. If you don't know what your sacral chakra is, that's your lower belly below the belly button, okay? This is the space of all creation. It's also where all of your sexual energy lives. It's where all of your passion lives. It's where all of your fire and magic. I mean, it is the. It's the holy grail, okay? And a lot of the times, it's covered in shame. It's covered in fear. It's covered in doubt. And we're going to clear that shit out. We're going to wake up the magic in that chakra, and we're going to pull it all the way up to the throat chakra. Because tonight we're going to. We are waking up your voice. We are clearing out all the things that are in the way. All right? So move your hips. All right? Shoulders up. Roll them back. Soften the heart. Now I want you to pull in energy from right at that lower base of your lower belly. You're going to pull it in all the way up, all the way up, all the way up, all the way to your heart and hold it. We're gonna breathe it all the way into the throat. Hold it in the throat and out. Now you can come down to your regular sitting position. I'm gonna stay here tonight. This is what feels good to me. So we're gonna just be in this place, and I want you to feel, if you can, shoulders back. You're gonna put your shoulders back. And you're gonna actually take your pelvis and you're gonna push it forward. Like this. Yes. And we're gonna have our chest out nice and strong. And we're gonna pull the energy all the way up to the throat chakra. And I want you to feel an area of Your life, that you are not speaking your truth, that you are dimming your light. And we're gonna clear it out with this fire, like we're blasting fire through it. Okay? And then what I want you to do is we're gonna actually activate this power inside of you that you have everything you need to speak the truth that you have to speak. Do you have everything you need? All right. Palms on the knees if you're on your knees. If not, it's okay. Put your palms on your legs. Okay, you're going to. Shoulders back, pelvis tilted, chest out, breathing in. Bring this fire all the way up to the throat. Hold it. And down. We're going to do this two more times. Ah, there we go. With your eyes closed, we're going to really wake up this power in your throat chakra that you have everything you need to speak your truth. You have everything you need to shine your light. That this fire burns down all the old ways, the old patterns, the old belief systems that are capping your greatness. And anything that has been capping your truth has been dissolved in this fire. You are safe in you. Safe in you. Your power that lives here inside of you actually keeps you safe. No one, No one can harness your magic when you own this fully. You can speak what needs to be spoken with so much grace and compassion that it lands exactly how it needs to land. You can shine your light as bright as possible. No matter. No matter what's in the way. You have this fire, this power, this light that blows out all obstructions. I want you to place your palms open on your legs, shoulders back, heart open. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you for this beautiful, profound work. I land this work in the deepest rooted self inside of me. These are words you're saying. Under grace and imperfect ways, rooted in divine love and divine source, power, energy. I am who I am. I have everything I need. All right, my dear friend.
