A short evening guided prayer/meditation led by Keira Brinton recorded at McCall, Idaho. The speaker uses breath, body placement (hands on heart and solar plexus), and vivid visualizations (nectar, golden light, ripples) to call in angels and cleanse the "back heart" (old pain) and "back solar plexus" (doubts, fears, victim energy). Welcome. Welcome to this beautiful evening. Practice. I'm so excited because I am at port. I am at my favorite place ever. It's called McCall. It's a beautiful place in Idaho. We're here on vacation and I decided to drop in here with you. And as you can tell, our sound tonight is the water. So I'm going to take a nice deep breath in. Let's get some movement in the palms of our hands. I want you to breathe in this beautiful light around you. Breathe in the sounds that are here. Cleaning out your system. Letting it go. Letting it go. Breathing in and breathing out. One more. Waking up your gifts. Waking up your light. Waking up your magic. Right hand on your heart. Left hand on the front solar plexus. Taking a nice deep breath in. Dropping into your body. Allowing your body to feel the sounds that are here. I want you to feel the flow, the flow that is here with the sound of the water. I want you to notice the sounds of the waves crashing. There's something about the waves tonight. There's something about the crashing. So I want to drop in with you into your body, specifically into the back heart tonight. So the back heart is where we hold all of our old pain. It's where we hide. We hide pieces about ourselves that we don't like. Everyone has this. Nobody loves every piece of them. We all have parts of us that we don't like. But the more we can love ourselves, the more we're able to give and the more successful we are in making an impact and in our businesses. So before we go into the back heart, we are definitely calling in our angels because this can be a really tender spot. So we're going to call in all of our angels, our guides, our leaders, our healers, those who are here to support us in and through the divine light that they will come and hold us in this love, in this beauty, beauty that is here. We ask that they'll hold us. And specifically, really holding your back solar plexus and your back heart both. Our back heart is right across from where the heart is. The back solar plexus is on your spine in between your shoulder blades. The back solar plexus carries all of your doubts and your fears and any victim energy. And the back heart carries all the pain. So why is this all showing up tonight? Because what I'm feeling is that when these emotions are loud, when we start to feel self doubt, when we start to feel afraid, when we don't believe in ourselves anymore, when we it wakes up our old pain. It's like it's the trap door to the closet of pain. But the truth is, is that these moments in time are just like waves crashing. It feels like they're going to destroy and then they just crash. And then they move and they become so solid, they become like glass. So maybe you're in one of those wave moments right now. Maybe you feel like the world is crumbling. Maybe you feel like everything's falling apart. Maybe it's ripping up your old pain in the back heart. Let's clear this out for you so that we can move through the wave and go into smooth sailing. All right? So take a nice breath in. We're going to ask that the divine light will pour this nectar through your back heart, clearing out the back heart, clearing out the back heart, clearing out the back heart. And all of the old pain that's in there. We're going to allow it to dissolve. Like if you were to place bread in water, it dissolves. I want you to imagine that this nectar goes in and dissolves the pain. The pain that's in your back part. The old woundings, the old grief, the old trauma pain. Nope. The old pain. So take a deep breath in, letting that nectar pour through your back heart, allowing it to feel health, allowing it to feel safe, allowing it to feel loved. And you're gonna breathe this in. We're gonna watch this ne start to expand. What does this look like? Kind of like if you throw a rock in water and the ripples that come out. That's how I want you to feel this nectar going straight into your back heart. But then it's going to expand out. It's going to ripple out all the way past your energy field, so it's actually moving past your physical body. And I want you to just breathe that visual in. The love moves past your body, expanding and dissolving the old pain so that all that is left is this deep, divine nectar of love. We're going to ask your angels that they will continue working on your back heart as we go into the back solar plexus. Remember, it's on your spine at the base of your shoulder blades. I want you to feel right now, it feels really locked. Locked. It's like a bank vault. It's been locked, it's been tight, it's been shut. So what we're going to do is we're actually going. How are we going to do this? So the wind, the back solar plexus is locked. There's only one way that I can ever unlock it. Quickly. There's a Lot of ways we can go around it, but instead we're going to move in and we're going to clear it out with quickness and ease. So I want you to notice the presence of a divine love, a love that is so potent, a love that encompasses you, that every piece of you is seen, held, heard and witnessed in this love. And we're going to pour this love through the back solar plexus. And all the pieces that show up in victimhood, all the pieces that show up in fear, all the pieces that are doubting you right now, all, anything that's doubting yourself, anything that is locked in fear, anything that is locked in depression, anxiety. We're going to allow this divine love to move in and it's going to start to break and crack the code around your back solar plexus. And I want you to see it starting to move like, like. Like a wave, like it's going to wave into your back solar plexus. But it's a golden delicious love, It's a golden delicious light that moves and ebbs through this back solar plexus, cracking up the codes, cracking up the walls, and then cleaning it out. So if you could imagine that someone came and detailed your car, like every nook, every cranny has been detailed, everything has been washed. That's the energy that's going in. We to are going clearing out the fear, we are clearing out the doubt, we are clearing out depression, anxiety, overwhelm. All is being cleaned. So I want you to take a nice deep breath in and feel this cleaned out of your system. Not one granule left. So breathing in, watching this golden wave move through the back solar plexus. Fear has no space here, doubt has no room here. Clearing, clearing, clearing. As soon as it has been cleaned, I want you to imagine that when you are looking at water and the sun is pouring down and there is this beautiful pinpoint of light on the water, I want you to feel that, that magnitude, that light that is being reflected on the water. And we're going to imagine the divine love, the divine light pouring onto your back solar plexus and magnifying faith, belief, miracles, manifestation, the victor, the warrior, waking up that warrior, victor energy, waking up that two feet in full faith, full trust, taking a nice deep breath in, allowing those truths to be planted in with this divine light expanding throughout your back solar plexus, allowing your Bach solar plexus to be encircled in healing, devoted love. I want you to place your hands together, making them really nice and tight at your hands right at your heart. You're gonna push against them shoulders back. And I want you to notice that back solar plexus and back heart. I want you to feel how firm and strong they are. The warrior has been awakened. The divine love has been wrapped. You stand in faith. You stand in trust. You stand in your warrior. Fire energy. Miracles light the path on which you walk. Belief expands the miracles. Faith activates the miracles. Divine love. Love wraps you in all of this magic. Take a nice deep breath in. All right, my dear friend, as we close, I want you to take your arms up and you're gonna just take a few minutes here with breath. I'm going to face you to this beautiful. Take a nice deep breath in. Breathing in, Breathing out. Breathing in. Breathing out. Taking this moment of gratitude. Gratitude for this beauty, for the sounds, for the expansion that has happened in your body. You are loved. You are loved. You are loved. I will see you in the morning.
