Hmm. Happy evening, my friend. Are you ready? I want you to take a nice breath in. Would you let that breath fill your chest and breathe out, letting your shoulders roll down. We're getting your body into a flow state. We're getting your body into a deep, grounded reset, okay? So you're gonna breathe in, and you're gonna breathe out. Ah. Make some noise. Noise always here. Heals the nervous system. Yes. All right, one more. Wiggle your ribs. Wiggle your ribs. Come on. Come on. Let's get some movement in your heart. Open that heart. Open that heart. Open the throat. There we go. All right. We're going to call on your spiritual team. Let's call on all of your angels and all of your guides, those who are here to support you, those who are here to hold you in so much love. Those who are here to help you with your book, your purpose, your. Your mission, your work, your courses, your life. We're going to invite them in and through the divine light to come and hold space with us. But we're going to ask that they show us exactly what needs to be seen tonight. That this practice will be exactly what you need. That it will activate you, that it will expand you, that it will unblock you. Ooh, ooh. This one's coming in nice and hot. You ready? Because I can feel it. All right, let's just. We're going to bless our bodies. We prep the body to receive. We ask that light will touch our ears so we can spiritually hear what needs to be heard. The light will touch our third eyes. We'll have access to all of our spiritual gifts. The light will cleanse our lips, that we speak only what needs to be spoken. Would you take a nice breath in? Oh, it's coming in so loud. Oh. All right, we're gonna start with a parable, okay? But because I want you to really get this lesson so you can close your eyes for a little bit of story time. All right? I want you to take a nice breath in first. I want you to look at your life. I want you to look at an area of your life where you feel like you are overindulging. Okay? Like, what do you feel like? Do you overeat to numb? Do you. Like, where in your life is it. It's just. It's a little over. Indulgent. All right? You're like. Want more of it, more of it, more of it. And like, it never gets filled. It never gets filled. Okay, why don't you close your eyes, drop in your heart, and I want you to listen, Find the area. Maybe it's. You need more praise, and no matter how much praise you get, it's never enough. Maybe you need more money, and no matter how much money you get, it's never enough. Right? Like, I really want you to feel this. Where is it? Never enough. Never enough love. Never enough money, Never enough attention, Never enough food. Okay, I want you to see that area. We're gonna wrap it in light. We're just gonna put it on the altar. You don't have to worry about it right now. It's just being taken care of by the divine. I'm gonna tell you about this little story. I cannot find it, but I used to have it for my children, and I wish I could find it, but it's about a little boy who told his mom that he was hungry, and so she made him food, and he ate. And he's like, I'm starving. So she made him all the food in the whole kitchen, and he was still like, I'm starving. And then he ate the house. This is a children's book. Okay. Then he ate the neighborhood, then he ate the state, then he ate the whole United States. And by the end, he's eaten the whole world. And. And it's just him and his mom floating in space. And his mom said something so profound when he told her that he was still hungry. And she said, none of this will ever fill you. This is the message tonight. And the message that I'm hearing is that none of this, whatever it is, will ever fill you except for your own love. And the thing that's coming in loud tonight is how you fill yourself with love, is to create. Creation is a love poem to yourself. It is you birthing something into the world with you and the divine. Like, it's like this magical. Mmm. Like, this is the work. The work is sacred creation. So if you're. If you're getting really hungry, I want you to look at, like, what is it that I actually want to create right now? What am I trying to fill that if I could create, the gaping void would be filled? What am I overworking? What. What is asking to be created with the divine, which means that you go into prayer, into meditation, and ask what needs to be created and show me how to bring this to life. When you can dive into your deepest realm of creator. I've never said it like that. Creator. I like that. When you can dive into that realm of being the divine creator in your world, you don't need anything else out here to fill you. Creation Fills you all the way up. All right? So I want you to take your hands and you're going to place them on your lower belly. And you're going to breathe in and you're going to breathe out. And when you breathe out, I want you to stick your belly button all the way to your spine. Breathing in and breathing out. Breathing in and out. We're going to ask the divine light to go within your sacral chakra, which is your lower belly, which is the hub of all creation. And we're going to ask this divine light to go in and clear out any shame. Shame covers our Creator. Shame covers it. So we're going to ask the divine light to come in and clear out any shame. And it's interesting. The vision I'm seeing is like, have you ever cleared out a pumpkin? Like clearing out all the seeds, Right? It's like that. I can feel the divine light going into the belly and clearing out the shame. The shame that's been hidden in the nooks and the crannies, the shames that have created walls and webs. We're clearing all of it out and in through the divine light, clearing it so it has no access to you anymore. And then we're going to activate. So how are we going to activate? I want you to do. How are we going to activate this? All right, I'm going to do a little bit of magic over here. And while I'm working, I want you to imagine the divine, whoever the divine is for you, God, Christ, the Divine Mother, that their whole, holding your sacral chakra in the palms of their hands, pouring so much love into your sacral chakra, which completely deletes any leftover shame. Divine love always deletes shame. And then we're gonna ask that the energy of the divine activates your sacral chakra. Okay, we're gonna take a nice breath in and breathe out. And breathing in, Do one more. And out. We're going to activate it. Activate it so that it will be at the highest vibrational frequency, so that it fills your whole being with creative energy. Now we're going to bring light in from the crown of the head all the way down to the sacral chakra, connecting the divine presence to the Creator inside of you. So you're going to breathe that light in through the crown, and you're going to breathe it all the way down, all the way down, all the way down to the sacral chakra. And we're connecting them. We're saying, hello. You two work together. The Crown and the sacral. The crown and the sacral. You guys are partners. You're going to breathe in again, and we're going to ask the divine light to bring forth the divine power of creation all the way down to the sacral chakra. And then we're going to activate the sacral chakra. Do that again. One more. All right. Rub your hands together. Let's get some fire in your hands. You're going to open your palms, and you're going to ask the divine to show you what is a creation for you to create right here, right now. Receive, receive. Hear and listen. There we go. One more. In and out. We're gonna wrap it in so much love. We're gonna place this creation into your divine spiritual team's hands. And you're gonna ask, hold space and time for you so you can bring this creation to life, that you'll have the space and the time necessary under grace and in perfect ways to bring this creation to life. Now, I'm going to put a little tab right here, a little reminder tab that anytime you want to get overindulgent in something, I want that to be. Oh, what else am I wanting to create? Let's fill the being with creation, and then we don't have to go be overindulgent anywhere else. The creation fills you, especially when you work with the divine. Take one more breath in and breathe out. Oh, what a beautiful practice tonight. All right, my dear friend, please go have some water. And we need to do a little grounding because we got way out of the body for a second. Okay? So here's how we're going to ground. Okay? Follow along. You're gonna get up on your. Oh, I forgot my singing bowl wanted to be in this tonight. Don't your singing bowls talk to you? Come on. All right. I don't know if you can see my feet. See how I'm on my feet? I'm on my feet like this. Okay? My heels are pushing into the ground, but I'm putting primarily my weight on my toes or the balls of my feet. Okay, now I want you to just place your hands on the ground, and you're going to move from your hands to your heels. Hands to heels. We're getting grounded. We're just putting our hands and we're trying to get our heels to the ground. I want you to do five of those, and I'll play you from my beautiful bowl because it wants to be here. All right? Breathe in and out, rocking back and forth from your palms to your heels. From your palms to your heels, Grounding you back into your body. Grounding you, grounding you, grounding you. All right, my dear friend, come back down. Shoulders up. Let's just get even more into our body. Wiggle, wiggle, wiggle, wiggle, wiggle. All right, hands on your heart. We're gonna ask the divine light to come and pour light from the crown of your head all the way down to the soles of your feet, grounding you and expanding you. And I will see you in the morning.
