Welcome. Welcome to this beautiful practice. Happy evening. I'm so excited to join you. Join you in your world, wherever you are, in whatever sacred space you are in. I'm just grateful to be here with you. So tonight, as it is the full moon here, the full moon is a place where we get to really sit in gratitude. Gratitude for all that has happened this month. Gratitude for all of the miracles and. And gratitude for all of the hard. Everything is always working for us, even the hard. So, my friend, let's start. We're going to start with a little bit of sound. We're going to take a nice deep breath in and out. And in all the way that lower belly. And out and in. And out. Finding your center. Finding a place to land your feet. Shoulders up and roll them back. And shoulders up and back. Let's get some fire. Tonight we're gonna wake up some energy. We're gonna take a nice breath in of this beautiful divine light that is surrounding us right now. We're gonna breathe it in, cleaning off your cells, Clearing out anything and everything that you've picked up today. Clear it out, out, out. Breathing in the light. Waking up your joy, your brilliance, your gifts. Waking up your ability to hear God. Waking up your ability to see visions. Waking up your ability to feel and know truth. Feel and receive answers. Ah, wake that up. Wake that up. Final breath. Breathing in. Waking up your purpose, why you are here. Waking it all the way up. Bringing it all the way to the surface. There we go. Opening up your heart to receive. Opening up your front solar plexus to take action. There we go. This space, we're going to call in our angels, our guides, all of those who love us, who believe in us, who are here to support us. We're going to call them in and into the divine, divine light to come and hold this space with us. And out. There we go. So tonight we're going to be in gratitude. So I want you to close your eyes and go all the way down into your heart. And I want you to just take a pause right here in your heart and you're going to stay, stand and look at the last 30 days, this last month. I want you to think of all the things that have happened. Witness them, see them, be so grateful for them. Just watch it like a movie, and you may see some really hard things that have happened. And I want you to try to imagine that they are for you. And if you can slip in a little bit of gratitude, even for the heart, even for the heart, I am so grateful for and then I want you to speak it out loud. I am so deeply grateful for. Speak out loud. Anything that happened. And then again, I am so grateful for. I am deeply happy and grateful for. And fill in the blanks. Speak it out loud. And breathe out. And breathe in. And breathe out. Once you let the gratitude begin to fill every crevice and every nook of your body. Open your arms. Palms up, shoulders back. We're going to pour this golden sun through your heart. Opening it, softening it. Thank you, thank you, thank you. I want you to notice anywhere in your body that you feel stuck. Maybe there's anger, maybe there's frustration, maybe there's doubt anywhere in your body that doesn't flow well. Okay, we're gonna move it, move it, move it. Ah. And now we're gonna pour in some gratitude magic. I'm so grateful that my heart is beating right now. Speak these out loud with me. So grateful that my body breathes without me telling it to. I'm so grateful that when I open my eyes, I can see. I am so grateful for the earth below me being a stable place to place my feet. I am so grateful for my relationship with myself. I'm so grateful to know God. I'm so grateful for the work I am here to do. I am so grateful. Thank you, thank you, thank you. And this place tonight, this delicious. This is, like the softest sheets ever. I love soft sheets. So this is, like the softest sheets. Gratitude is a place to nestle in, to rest and be cared for in that delicious place. I want you to create three things that you want to bring into this reality. Tomorrow or this week, either one you choose. So you're going to breathe in. I want you to feel into the first one. I want you to speak it out loud as though it is so. I am so grateful that I landed a new client tomorrow. I am so grateful that I had this beautiful surprise show up. Speak it like that, right? Like it's already here. So you're gonna just breathe that in. When you're done speaking it in, you're gonna say, thank you. Thank you, thank you. I want you to feel as though it's already been done in your body. I can feel it. Can you feel it? Breathe it into your body. It's already here. It's already been done. Thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you. You're going to breathe another one in. Just kidding. We're just doing one. Just doing one. Let's not overdo it. Let's just allow this one miracle to be. Just pour it into your life. Pouring into you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. There we go. So now we're going to wrap this miracle that we're so grateful that it's already happened, we're going to hand it over to God, and we're going to ask our angels to please come and support. Support this. Can you come and wrap this thing in light? Open the pathways for this to happen? Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. All right, my friend, I want you to feel this shift in your body. I want you to just notice the peace, the ease, and the light that is within you. May you rest well. May you have beautiful dreams. May you receive answers in those dreams. I will see you in the morning.
