Evening Prayer I Grace and Compassion I God is My Business Plan

A short evening guided prayer/meditation led by Keira Brinton focused on self-compassion, grace, and spiritual realignment. The facilitator leads breathwork and embodied cues (hand placement on heart and solar plexus), calls in angels and guides, guides a visualization reframing moments of perceived failure (parenting/toddler tantrum) into compassion, offers affirmations ("You're always doing the best you can"), invites the listener to request one needed quality (love, grace, compassion), and closes with a light-wrapping benediction.

Happy evening, my friend. What a day. How has your day been? Let's do a little bit of work. Let's get into our bodies. Let's do a little bit of a cleansing on our energy field right now. Okay, So I want you to take a nice, deep breath in, and I want you to breathe into your belly. So I want you to take your hands and place them right on your belly. And you're going to breathe in and out and in. One more. There we go. Beautiful. Bringing you into this space. I want you to take your hands together. We're gonna get some fire moving into the hands. Right hand on your heart, left hand on the front solar plexus, letting the vibrations move through your body. We're going to soften the heart. We're going to soften the heart. Soften the heart. And then activate the front solar plexus, which is right underneath your sternum bone. This is the place of action. So we receive in the heart, and then we take action from the front solar plexus. You're going to breathe in m. We're gonna ask that all of your angels will be called in. We're gonna call them all in. Your angels and your guides and those who are here to help you, those who are here to support you in your work, in your mission, in your purpose and your heart and your life. We're gonna invite them to come and sit and hold space with us and in through the divine light. We're gonna ask that light will touch our ears so we can spiritually hear what needs to be heard. The light will touch our third eyes. We'll have access to all of our spiritual gifts. The light will cleanse our lips, that we speak only what needs to be spoken. There we go. That feels good. All right, so tonight, what do we do tonight? All right. I like this. Okay, tonight. Tonight is about you giving yourself grace. Rest into that for a minute. So easy to be hard on ourselves. It's so easy to see our faults, to see our mistakes. It's so easy to beat ourselves up. And tonight is about wrapping us in grace, compassion, understanding. There we go. How do we do this tonight? Okay. Okay. All right. Close your eyes. I'm gonna take you through something. So I want you to imagine if you are a parent, this will land for you. If you're not a parent, it will still probably land, but it will land deeper if you are a parent. So I want you to close your eyes and drop in your heart. And I want you to remember the time that you were at the Grocery store and your toddler was screaming and crying and throwing food or whatever, right? And you're in that moment thinking, this is the worst moment ever. I. I just. I want to just crawl underneath these floorboards that just melt away. Like, this is so horrible. I just, like, be her for a minute or him, that version who is with the toddler that's throwing the tantrum in the middle of the school and maybe in the middle of the grocery store and maybe you have, like a baby strapped to you at the same time, right? Like that moment. Now, I want you to take a nice breath in. We're going to change the screen. And I want you to now be the onlooker, the one who is walking down the aisle seeing the mother who has a baby strapped to her heart and a toddler throwing a big old tantrum and the absolute compassion that you have for this mother because you've walked it and you know it, and you just know how she's feeling and you want to hold her and tell her it's all going to be okay and have these babies grow up that, like, she's doing a really damn good job. Okay? I want you to take that energy and I want you to do that for you now that whatever you feel like you're failing at, whatever you feel like you've made mistakes, at whatever you feel like, like, why can't I get out of this really hard situation? And I want you to close your eyes and I want you to be that onlooker, the. The person who can look in, and I want you to hear these words, and you can hear words from your divine self talking to you, okay? But it's going to sound something like this. You're always doing the best that you can with what you have. The mistakes you make build muscles for your future. The struggle will always pass. And your soul is beautiful and your heart is good, and you are perfect just as you are. Just breathe that in. Let that all land in your body. Let it reshift, let it move, change. Rewrite the patterns inside of you. One more breath. I want you to open your palms and I want you to just ask. Ask that you will be guided to the one thing right here, right now, that you need. Is it love? Is it compassion? Is it grace? What is it that you need right now? I'm going to be quiet while you listen. You're going to ask your angels to open up the. The pathways for you to receive this. For you to receive this. This one thing that you're needing right now. And I want you to just place your hands on your heart and push against your heart. Like, really feel your hands on your heart. And I want you to feel grace for you. Compassion, understanding, and love for yourself. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. You're gonna pour light from the crown of your head all the way down to the soles of your feet. Wrapping you in so much love and so much compassion and so much grace. You are doing the best that you can with all that you have. You are loved. You are loved. You are loved. All right, my friends. Sleep well. I will see you in the morning.
