A short guided evening prayer/gratitude meditation led by Keira Brinton. The speaker guides listeners through grounding movements and breath, invites calling in a spiritual team, asks to be shown five things from the day to be grateful for, and leads body-focused thank-you prompts (heart, lungs, eyes, ears) before closing with blessings and a farewell.

Happy evening. Oh, let's go. Let's go, my friend. Let's shake it out. Let's shake it out. Everything from today, all the feelings, all the emotions, all the stress, all the good, all the wonderful, just let's move it through our body. So much of what we experience gets stuck in our body. So we're just going to breathe up, breathe out, smoothing our bodies. Let's bring it right here to the center. Thumbs against the sternum, shoulders back. Breathe all the way into the lower belly and out. So we're going to end today in gratitude. Just a simple practice of gratitude. I want you to just notice the space around you, above you, below you. We're gonna bless it with beautiful light. We're gonna call in our spiritual team who hold this space for us. And in through this light, ah, to hold us, to see us, to love us. Okay, here we go. All right, we're going to open up our palms, and I want you to ask your guides, your spiritual team, whoever it is that you want to call them. Those who you cannot see but that are here for you. You're going to ask them to show you how many things, five things that happened today that you're grateful for. So, palms up, this is how I like to receive. We're going to ask to be shown five things that happened today that we are grateful for. Then you're going to say, I'm so grateful for. And then say it out loud. I'm so grateful for. Say it out loud. I am so deeply grateful for. I am happy and grateful for. Last one. I am so deeply grateful for. Ah, thank you. Thank you. Thank you for all the many gifts, the blessings, the goodness that came. No matter what your day looked like. There were at least five things that you could find to be grateful for. Once you place your hands on your heart, I want you to feel your heartbeat. If you can't feel it, come right up in here. I want you to just tell your heart, thank you. Thank you. Thank you for beating. Thank you for keeping me alive. Thank you. I want you to take your hands here and put them on your lungs. You're gonna feel this. Thank you. Lungs. Ah. Thank you for breathing today when I didn't even tell you to. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you for keeping me alive. All right, if you have glasses, take them off. Once you place your hands on your eyes, just notice them. Thank you. Eyes. Thank you for seeing today. I want you to think of things that you saw today that you want to remember. Moments, tender moments, beautiful moments. Maybe they were spiritual things that you saw. Thank you, thank you. Thank you eyes for seeing. Touch your ears. Thank you ears for hearing. Thank you ears for hearing. Thank you all the beautiful things. Thank you. Thank you. Noticing your body. Noticing your body. What a beautiful magical vessel this is. Ah. Tonight, as you lay down, I want you to move into this space again of gratitude that no matter what happened today, you're going to fall asleep in the realm of gratitude. Just feeling how grateful for you. Grateful you are. For you for choosing to be alive, for choosing to do things in the world, for connecting. And if you did nothing other than breathe today, that. That was a beautiful day. Wrapping you from the crown of your head all the way down to your toes. Wrapping you in love. Wrapping you in wholeness. Wrapping you in gratitude. You matter. You matter. I want you to feel that. With that. My friends, I will see you in the morning.
